Nice

No fart fan. No thermostat. Remote control sucked and tv channels were basic.

our room was very clean and comfortable. we stopped here on our way to our destination and decided to stop here again on our way back. staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was pretty standard, not 'fantastic' but just fine and as expected. there was plenty of parking and the hotel was very close to several restaurants and shopping.

This hotel has had a major face lift! The bed was super comfy, the breakfast was better than expected and the staff did an excellent job!

This comfort suites is a little older. The room was very large, but could have been cleaner and more modern. Breakfast was not great, but did at least offer a form of egg and sausage. There was a dog barking off and on starting around 4 am.

the hotels price is affordable. The only thing that i noticed is the smell of the room. it smeels pee😊So we just spray an air freshener. Other than that the place is good for the price. Safe and quite. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location was good and the front end staff were excellent. The young lady that checked me in and said the gentleman that helped me figure out how to turn my lights off in the middle of the night. We’re all polite and terrific. Every three or four days, I stop to launder my clothes and that washer was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned in months. It seems Do better. If they had provided a rag or something, I would’ve wiped it out myself, but there was nothing that I could use to clean out all the stuff and guck

The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night’s sleep. The breakfast bar was good with several selections available: the staff were all very friendly.

I stayed here twice in a week, traveling in each direction. I'm glad i discovered this hotel. It seems to be either new or recently remodeled. The staff is friendly. My room was nicely appointed and comfortable. It's close to several good restaurants, as,well as being proximal to the airport.. Right off I-70.

It was convenient and clean. The beds were terrible. It was like sleeping on a steel board with a futon on top! The hot tub and pool were closed with no notice when we booked. The price was frankly outrageous for what we got.

The front desk person in the morning was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. And the young man who oversaw the breakfast was outstanding at his job. He was prompt at checking for any items that needed refilling and he was very fast at cleaning tables and straightening. He could give a class to other motels with breakfasts. The motel could use an overall refresh and update.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard. However, our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and our TV was very glitchy and hard to watch.

The room and bed were comfortable, The bathroom was clean and I really like it when the sink area is outside of the shower area. The TV worked which had been a problem in some of the places we stayed. We had to unplug the refrigerator due to a buzzing noise. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off every time it started cooling but we couldn't leave on continuous fan because it rattled. We were tired so slept pretty well anyway. Super unhappy that the pool was closed. I booked through booking.com and it did not mention the renovation or not that I say when I made the reservation.

We booked because of the pool and got there to find out the pool was not able to be used. Staff could not refund our stay they said even though it was booked prior to any notice being posted online about work being done. They didn’t even bother to notify us that the pool would be unavailable for our stay since it was booked ahead of them needing to do service on it.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will happily stay there again!

There must have been a lot of pet allergens because we had to leave as soon as we got to the room.

Grocery store, restaurants, gas station nearby. Quick access to I 70 either directin and quick access to downtown Grand Junction on either 12th street or N. 7th.

Resturants close by, small gym and 1 machine was out of order.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Had everything I needed except being able to adjust the thermostat and the exercise room only had one machine, which was broken haha. Besides that, was a great stay and would come again!!

Carpet was still wet from cleaning that day. Offered to move us, but wasn’t bad enough to bother. Otherwise room was fine for a quick overnight stay.

The lobby is beautiful and smells good !!! The oils they use, do the job ! The people at the reception were nice and friendly!!!! The room was very nice, comfortable beds, soft pillows and clean bedsheets!!!! Good breakfast , big variety!!!! I loved it, totally choosing it again next time!!!!!

Comfort Inn was the surprise of my week!!!! For $70 a night the hotel was absolutely great!!! Clean room , nice lobby, pool( a little cold ) but really hot hot tub , good breakfast, good location . Very happy with my booking/ choice . I put my faith in the great reviews when booked it and the reviews were true . Definitely going back .

The room was very roomy, clean, and had everything we needed; however, it was directly above the kitchen/breakfast room area and it was quite noisy in the morning during breakfast prep.

Beds are uncomfortable hard and top covers feel like paper. One day we were gone someone was in our room. Even though do not disturb sign was on the door. They cleaned nothing but messed with some of our stuff. You could smell their cologne or perfume in the room which was our first sign. We use nothing toxic so it was apparent. Then saw beds messed with and things moved. With no purpose for them to be in there. We def left no valuables in the room even before this. It is in a sketchy area with interesting people around. We will never go back.

Check in was a breeze. We just stopped to sleep through the night and then continue our drive. It was clean and we slept well. Continental breakfast was decent. The staff were extremely nice. Pet friendly.

Barking dog in neighboring room. Noisy, distracting. Occupants left it there alone. Change your policy. Most dog owners are too selfish to be responsible hotel guests.

The room is great. I was a bit shocked by the $40 pet fee (for 1 night).

It’s a convenient hotel right off of I-70. We drive occasionally from Salida, CO to Salt Lake City and it’s a good halfway point. The only criticism I have is the breakfast. I’m tired of powdered eggs and paper thin bacon. It’s time for an upgrade, please.

Hotel smelled like smoke; room was worse of the smell. . Front desk agent said I couldn’t get points because I booked through Expedia even though it was $170, so I will be contacting the points club. This is definitely a motel six. If you’re fine with that, then you’ll be fine with the hotel except this hotel charges three times the price.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast had several options with plenty of dining space, including a nice patio.

A good, modern Comfort Inn. Rooms and dining area and lobby all clean and modern. The pool was so-so. Quiet, conveniently located.

Easy to get to

The staff at this comfort Inn are very welcoming and kind. Very courteous. The location is close to the highway. The hotel is in need of a deep clean and some upgrades. I would stay here again.

Air conditioning doesn’t work! Careful if you stay here in summer. I checked in and within 2 hours had checked out and got a different hotel. It was 85 degrees in my room and the air conditioner did not work. Staff did not assist.

The fridge did not keep our wayers cold and no matter how low we put the ac unit, it just blew air.

I really expected more for the price and the photos- pretty dingy for a comfort Inn, in my opinion. Floors stained, Musty smells, the fire sprinkler had previous leaked down the wall and all over the floor, leaving it all stained. tub and shower head also could be updated. The pool too, kinda gross and in need of updating.

I tried to cancel my stay due to a change in my mom's medical appointment. Reservation was not refunded because i didn't pay the extra fee. So basically this hotel behaves like the mafia, if you pay the extortion fee, your reservation is protected.

The lady at front desk this morning was exceptional.

The hotel has been nicely renovated, and their breakfast an amenities were great! The pool area is a bit worn, but our family had it all to ourselves and the kids were in heaven, so it was perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay overall- the staff was pretty friendly although quite busy. There were multiple problems with the TV not working properly- the staff said this was due to a hail storm that happened while we were there, but the tv wasn’t working before the storm so it might be something for the staff to look into.

Every worker there was wonderful. So kind and welcoming. The beds were perfectly comfortable, and the rooms felt clean enough to feel comfortable getting down on the floor to play with our baby. The overall cleanliness could be punched up a small notch, but it was perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you staff for your hard work!

Seemed a little pricey for what was offered. Breakfast wasn’t sufficient for the number of people eating, they ran out of almost every item and the restocking was quite slow. Guests were having to let staff know items were empty, then be told they would take care of it. We saw people walk away after waiting then finally giving up. Many choose hotels that offer free breakfast because it’s a quick way to get on the road in the morning but if there isn’t sufficient food or the wait time is long it defeats the purpose

Hot tub was cloudy and had a dirty feel, pool walls could use a cleaning. Breakfast was ok, not many cream options for coffee. Remote for TV was slow. Room was average. Price for the hotel was outrageous for what it was

Great staff

This property needs a serious deep cleaning. It is beyond help. There were women offering themselves sexually right out front. Drugs is rampant in this area. The money these places charge for such sub par effort is sickening. If u need somewhere to lay your head down go for it.. but really dont spend your hard errand money here. Breakfast full carbs. Coffee is there or it isnt depending on what staff wants to have availble. Its like they have given up.. but people will pay the prices so why change right? Then they bite you in the ass with fees. Look elsewhere.

Pretty average hotel - 2 stars nothing else, noisy guests with dogs, you can hear a TV from near rooms, a breakfast was the best part of out stay here

The only recommendation we have is that you need to put a darkening shade up instead of the one that lets light in. There was a light post making the shade very light. Or…have curtains that cover the window.

Experience was nice, but when entering the room there was a perfumed smell as if trying to cover up oders.

We were given a room next to the elevator shaft with our bed headboard against the elevator wall. It disturbed our sleep.

My stay was ok. Nice lady at check in. Unfortunately they have very noisy remodeling going on. Ask for an early wake up call. Never received that.

Nice room, TV did not get all channels. We hustled our day to get there in time to watch a particular show we wanted to see. All basic channels, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, etc would not come in. Tried to chg rooms and still didn't work. Just cast a big disappointment over the whole stay. Only one desk clerk working. She provided extra effort to correct the situation but it was beyond her control. Issue should have been addressed before maintenance went home.

Very nice, comfortable hotel that has been renovated. It could use more outlets/ USB ports in the room. The staff were very helpful . We had an issue with our toilet that they fixed immediately. Breakfast was good. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well maintained.

We arrived. Checked into our room - 109 - when we got into the room, fans were running all over. We thought the AC was out. So, we unpacked, got the kids situated and then I felt the carpet when I took off my shoes. WET. I said something to the front desk guy. He said "oops - they just cleaned the carpets - I didn't see the note. Would you like to switch rooms? At that point, with two six year olds - we did not want to have to pack everything up and move rooms. Especially since we were only there for one night and had things to do. Miserable night. Sticky, clothes were damp from the moisture from the carpets etc.

Be careful when it says pet friendly I booked a pet friendly room to find out it was a 50.00 extra charge for the room that’s not pet friendly if you ask me I would expect 20.00 but should be disclosed up front

It was just ok, the price was too high for the hotel's age.
