We liked that the hotel had so many fun amenities for families like the two pools, and the pool tables. The breakfast "pergola" area inside was laid out very nicely. Everything was clean and it looked like the hallways had fairly new carpet. The hotel overall needs a little updating in the rooms and hallways. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay...especially for a family.

I've stayed at several hotels on Horizon Drive over the years, but decided to try this one for a change, and I'm glad I did. My favorite part was definitely the pool and hot tub areas. I loved that there was both an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. During this stay, I was finally getting some much-needed time to myself while my kids were with their father and my fiancé was meeting me later. It was such a treat to spend about an hour by the outdoor pool with no one else around, soaking up the sun and enjoying some peace and quiet. It was exactly the relaxing "mom time" I needed. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated having a restaurant right on-site. The location was excellent—close to everything I needed and convenient for getting around Grand Junction. The bed was very comfortable, and I was happy to have a room with an exterior window rather than one facing the hallway. It made the room feel brighter and more relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Between the comfortable room, great amenities, convenient location, and peaceful pool area, I would definitely stay here again. I had mixed feelings about this stay. There were several things I enjoyed, but there were also some disappointing experiences. The biggest issue was the customer service at the front desk. The check-in experience felt unwelcoming, and when we were accidentally assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned or prepared, the staff seemed more annoyed about having to fix it than apologetic. Throughout our stay, some of the front desk staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I requested service multiple times and was told someone would come, but very little was actually done. The room was not properly refreshed, and bedding that had been left aside remained on the floor for the duration of our stay. The pool and hot tub area was another frustration. A hose was placed in the hot tub while guests were using it, making the water cold, and pool chemicals were added right next to guests who were sitting in the hot tub. Several women immediately got out and left because they were upset by the situation. I also noticed some safety and accessibility concerns, including people sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot, an exterior door that didn't seem to close properly, and a guest with a prosthetic leg struggling with the entrance doors near the accessible parking area. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool areas, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, the on-site restaurant, and the convenient location. I especially appreciated having some quiet time by the pool to relax. Overall, there were enough positives that I would consider staying again, but I hope the customer service, housekeeping, and maintenance issues are improved in the future.

Older hotel but nice and clean and super comfortable beds. The breakfast was good too. Close to the airport and a great Chinese restaurant within feet of the hotel. The staff was great too.
- 4.5/5
Location was great - right off the highway, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of free off-street parking. Before the 11am checkout time, I called the front desk around 10:45am to ask if I could have just a few more minutes to leave the room, as I needed about three trips to bring my stuff down to the car. I was told that that kind of arrangement should have been done the day before. I asked again, saying I just needed till 11:15am. She said maybe, maybe not. We hung up, with her not ever committing that it was okay. So rude, so not kind. I think she was on some kind of power trip; maybe her father owns the place. I'm 65 years old, and just needed a few extra minutes to bring my stuff down. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired..
- 3/5
The room was a little run down. Carpets were pretty dirty with age. Linens were nice and clean. Pools were very nice and clean, very well maintained. The gates everywhere made it difficult to navigate.
- 3.5/5
Convenient parking. Despite the hotel is close to the airport we would prefer room with windows that can be opened. There was no shower in the pool area.
- 5/5
It was all good
- 4/5
I couldn't get up the stairs so went all the way back to the office with my bags to find out the elevator was on the far end the other way. She could have let me know that seeing my age and luggage. I would have at least appreciated an apology. That's why I didn't give the help a higher score. Everything else was great.

The toilet didn’t work properly, there were only four streams of water that were working in the shower, the beds were hard, the chlorine smell was consuming, the air conditioning unit was loud and didn’t even work properly. We were out of there by 9 . I paid over 200.00 for this king bed room on booking.com. I’m not going to be staying here until they do some upgrades to the hotel and it’s room situations! Definitely got scammed for my money here. Should have just slept in the truck and saved my money. Would have slept the same as we did in the muggy room

Good location. Good pillows, very helpful staff. Lighting in the rooms is terrible, toilets don’t flush without holding the lever for about 15 seconds, body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Old towels, and bathroom door is crazy hard to open once it’s closed tight. Okay facility that desperately needs updating—-could be an awesome place. Small tv (not a smart tv).

One-night stay on the way to a family gathering. We did not use the amenities, so not useful to us but I'm sure other families would find them helpful. Nice having the continental breakfast. The room was of good size, although outdated. The shower head was a fail ... not enough working holes to make rinsing easy and not able to position it. Otherwise, our stay was exactly what it was intended for - a respite from our long drive and a good night's sleep.
- 3.5/5
Everything was clean and staff was very kind. Several amenities were out of order and the toilet in our room had a broken seat and flush valve.

I wasn't terrible, just a horrible shocking price for an average property.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Pet area needs cleaning. Also, i don't understand why the parking pass displayed in the window would not suffice rather than charging the 5 dollar parking fee. In addition I was charged an additional 10 dollar fee for a pet friendly even though we booked one through a third party. The outdated room was carpet square stained and the chair was obviously used as a cat scratching pole.
- 4.5/5
Staff were remarkable. From check-in to breakfast everyone was pleasant and efficient.
- 3/5
The first room we were in had a dirty bathroom (hair in shower and all over the floor). They immediately moved us to a different room which was clean. Breakfast options were great. Hot tub was being painted and pool heaters were broken so we could not use the pools or the hot tub.
- 3/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Old, dated design. In need of renovation.
- 3.5/5
Emily at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast options were good. I think this hotel is a great spot for families as it has an arcade, pool tables and an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. My last comment that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel is if any guests like sushi I highly recommend Tepanyaki Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar across the street at the Ramada Inn. Good prices and tasty food! The TV remote control was a little hard to operate; perhaps a little worn out; the mute button didn't work etc. And I wish I had traveled with my own pillow as all the pillows on the bed were pretty janky and lumpy.

Good breakfast and very clean .
- 4/5
Overall a comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed playing pool with my son several times. Enjoyed the breakfast included with lots of options. Very convenient location near I-70. The toilet in my room however would run intermittently every so often which made it kind of noisy. I didnt want to bother with it so I just kept the bathroom door closed most of the time. I told the front desk guy upon checking out so they can fix it.
- 4/5
Breakfast is good staff is nice. It could use some updating.
- 4/5
Very kind people. Indoor pool was freezing. Hot tub was fine.
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 1/5
So the hotel is very dated. The rooms are very very dated. You can tell that they try but it’s just not comfortable with the pillow pillows are very used. The mattress mattresses are very used. It’s just very old. There’s a very old musty smell in there. it’s a very old hotel.
- 3/5
Same breakfast as everywhere. Limited. No fresh fruits. Mostly carbs based. No hot chocolate or cider for those of us who dont drink coffee
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice for the cost. Breakfast was nice with varied optons. My only complaint is that wif did not work in my room. In order for me to usse wufi i had to go to a common area by the pool.
- 2/5
was charged $5.00 after my stay without being given a reason. Also room was definitely too expensive for the quality (not 100% clean as well). Pool/atrium was nice and morning guy Shawn was also nice.......
- 5/5
The staff were great and the breakfast was good. The pool and hot tubs were nice, not too much chlorine
- 5/5
Emily at the front desk was very accommodating and provided good customer service.
- 4/5
A nice clean place to stay, close to the freeway. Staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
The first room that they rented us was bad at dirty feet and they kindly changed our room, and something that maybe they could improve is the cleaning of the pool, it looked x on top that the water was dirty, otherwise the room was very clean ☺️ Thank you
- 5/5
Great property for staying with dogs
- 3/5
We have stayed here many times. It's old but fine for the price. The pool is clean, the breakfast is OK. My only complaint is the pillows are very hard.
- 3/5
We have stayed here for years and it's really showing it's age. Needs updating for sure. It's really expensive now for what it is. Good location but really too expensive unless they update it. Refrigerator is turned off an unplugged when you get there so it's not cold. Window A/C unit needs replaced, it's either on or off, doesn't regulate temperature and is very noisy
- 4/5
I loved the pet area. They have a nice area for small and large dogs that is fenced off, along with trash cans and poop bags for the waste.
- 4/5
Pluses were full breakfast, large common area, allowed dogs. Walkable to many restaurants and quick shops. The room was clean on our arrival but there was minimal housekeeping during our stay. Travel mates had no issues with housekeeping
- 5/5
This hotel is great! They had a great little gym and pool tables and a pool and hot tub. The room was big and clean. Had a great stay!
- 4/5
I stay here 2 to 3 times a year. The staff is always great rooms are clean breakfast buffet is hearty. The only problem I have: we stay here every time the night before we leave and we catch your shuttle to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately, your shuttle runs every hour which leaves spending an extra hour at the airport many times or we have to leave before we can have breakfast. This is what happened on this stay we spent an extra hour at the airport waiting for our flight. I’ve mentioned this in other reviews but nothing has changed. It seems to me very easy to have the shuttle run on the half hour also. It doesn’t take but approximately 10 minutes round trip.
- 4/5
Clean room, relatively quiet after 10:00
- 5/5
Breakfast amenities were excellent and the staff did a pretty good job replenishing the areas. Very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Unsafe property as you didn’t need a room key to enter from the parking lot. The door was broken. A homeless couple lived in their car right outside the entrance
- 4/5
Needs fresh update to rooms
- 5/5
Room nice
- 3/5
Our room was clean.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!!!

Dirty towels in the room breakfast was “ok” staff rude and unprofessional got extra charges to my card also did not return the $50 fee to my card due to bad review on google would recommend going somewhere else!! Unless you like weird charges to your card well after check out.
- 5/5
Nice room. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Really friendly staff

A couple minutes later, once I regained my senses, I called the front desk. The employee apologized and admitted that another guest had mistakenly been given a key to my room. She said it should never have happened, but never asked if I was okay or if I needed anything. In the morning I spoke with a front desk employee who was polite and took responsibility on behalf of the hotel, but told me there was nothing they could do. Because of the incident I was awake for nearly three hours and remained on edge the rest of the night. The general manager was present in the back office, so I asked to speak with her. When I explained what happened, she initially said there was nothing they could do. I suggested comping the room, and the conversation unfortunately became disrespectful. When I explained that I was former law enforcement and that the situation could have turned out much worse, she responded with a personal insult about why I was “former.” I later explained that I left law enforcement after being shot in the line of duty. Being spoken to that way was extremely disheartening. Mistakes happen—But the lack of accountability and the disrespect shown during the interaction made the situation far worse

We stay here twice a year in a traverse from San Diego to Colorado.

Staff espically
- 2/5
very limited
- 1/5
I will never stay here again
- 4/5
We would definitely recommend that the website be updated as it’s a little misleading. However the staff we interacted with were friendly. Our room was overlooking the pool which was a bit awkward and loud but thankfully the quiet hours at 10pm are enforced. We did wake up to to some pool fun. But all in all it wasn’t too bad. The room was definitely more humid being so close to the pool. A/C was a big help. Room could have been cleaner. Hair tie on the floor that didn’t belong to us and visible hair in the shower & bathroom floor. Wasn’t able to do anything about it which stinks. Didn’t take advantage of free breakfast bc it was so loud and lots of kids around. We love kids but just too much to start the day.
- 3/5
The pool was freezing and the hot tub jets did not work . Breakfast was amazing.
- 4/5
The room wasn’t the greatest but it was ok for a night , the staff was extremely nice and friendly, specially this young girl name Viktoria I think, I had an issue with my Id while checking and she helped me to find a solution right away , so grateful for her help and attitude to the situation. Breakfast is good and my kids really enjoyed the pool .
- 3/5
Needs an update from top to bottom. The lobby has dead plants. All of the outside doors don't work. The older woman in late night reception was lackluster and seemed to not really know her job. The breakfast was only until 9am and requires tickets because it seems like the area is a little low brow. Moldy on the shower wall. The carpet is dingy and the elevator doesn't work. Need I say more.
- 4/5
Good stay

- 5/5
this place needs to be recognized very much we love everything , very very comfortable beds , i am impressed with the staff we feel like in family place , thank you all for make us feel so safe and happy , blessings to all we definitely will recommend this place
- 3/5
The free breakfast is better than most hotels . You have choices of biscuits, gravy, diced potatoes, eggs , sausage, fruit, waffles and yogurt . The hot tub had water in it , but it was cold and didnt bubble.
- 3/5
Breakfast is okay, potatoes are mostly raw and biscuits are super dry. While the room is comfortable, the beds are pretty hard. I will continue to use this location for a night here and there, but only because of cost. Multiple nights is always 1 too many.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great place to relax!!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Fun facility.
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable room. Great temperature control. Really comfortable bed. The interior atrium was lovely, and my kids and grandkids had a great time at the pool. Plenty of snacks and drinks to be found in vending machines throughout the hotel. Really good breakfast. And very friendly and professional staff. This will be my go-to hotel for stays in Grand Junction, visiting family from now on. Just a lovely location all around.
- 4/5
The parking fee at check out was a surprise, as I don’t remember seeing that when I booked the room.
- 5/5
Fast airport shuttle, all staff very friendly and free breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Rooms were outdated. Bathrooms were not good. Cracked sinks, rust on metal ceiling supports, mold in corners of floor from water damage, dirty shower curtain.
- 5/5
Verry nive stay
- 5/5
Amazing place ro stay verry accomodateing
- 3/5
The Clarion Inn is our go-to when we're in Grand Junction. Unfortunately, last time we stayed it was a poor experience. The rooms are going downhill, the furniture was in rough shape, the mattresses were terrible. In addition, the heat in the room would run constantly (the unit was clearly broken) and it was over 80 degrees and way too hot. This made for poor sleep. We will most likely be finding a new go-to hotel when in GJ.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Very family friendly and lots of seating for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were both nice temps.
- 5/5
Nice older hotel. Great atrium.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Usual breadfast.
- 4/5
Clean, nice breakfast and nice indoor area
- 5/5
The atrium was a sight to behold. Our family loved spending time outside of our room. Absolutely beautiful
- 5/5
My wife and I were traveling east from a brief vacation and spent one night here. The check-in was easy, staff was friendly. I like the fact they have security in the parking lot. The property is a little dated, but the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hot breakfast the next morning was very good with scrambled eggs and even biscuits and gravy. It was a good stay and if we end up in GJ again, we will return.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful, live plants throughout, nice pool and hot tub, nice accommodations and services. We'll stay here again.
- 3/5
Sraff is good. The room is a bit smelly. The beddings are old and the beds a uncomfortable. The resteoom design is weird.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Very Clean, great beds, nice pool, great staff
- 3/5
Exceptionally rude female working at the front desk. I’ve yet to be treated in such an unfriendly and downright nasty way. I don’t think I will return and don’t recommend others do either
- 5/5
Great discount location. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast. Very convenient location.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with exceptional customer service.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the stay here. We pulled in just after midnight from a drive. I personally slept really well in the room. The mattress was really good and I personally thought the hotel was not very loud. The building is a bit older, but I like the interior atrium. If I have to stay here again in Grand Junction I would definitely consider staying here.
- 5/5
Staffs great. Allows long time parking as paying guest.
- 5/5
Love the pool. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and polite.
- 1/5
This was not a good stay. We didn't have our own vehicle, we had a disabled person in our party, and our room was on the other side of the building. Breakfast wasn't available for us, the heater unit did not work in the room, and children were running up and down the hallway screaming after 11pm.
- 4/5
Rooms clean, pool and solarium nice addition.
- 2/5
I feel for the staff at this property because they're constantly having to say things that corporate wants them to say. I called on Friday to make the reservation and asked if the hot tub was working and the gentleman said yes, when we get there the Jets don't work and it's 87°. You could tell the staff was regretful that they had to share that with me and the $5 parking which is not on the front of their web page at all. Shame on corporate!
- 3/5
Curtain was torn, shower curtain was torn at the top, when we got there a dirty towel was behind the front door, batteries for TV remote were dead, But the staff were great, & having a high ceiling in the public open area is really nice. I love the big beams on the ceiling, very attractive
- 3/5
Room was ok . Staff was good
- 3/5
Everything was clean but this place could use some decor updating. The breakfast was good. We needed to use the luggage cart, and it seemed we had to walk through a maze to find our room.
- 5/5
This place smells great!
- 4/5
Close to highway
- 4/5
We got there at 1:30 after driving straight from Las Vegas and your clerk wanted $25 more to check in before 2:00. We had an accessible room and have 2 recent knee replacements. Won’t stay there again.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay

Didn’t get to stay

Everything else was good except breakfast .
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was cozy. Nice and quiet area. Just what i needed.
- 4/5
The breakfast was very good. The hotel is bigger than what it seems. The bed was not so comfy. The staff was nice.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff, excellent shuttle
- 1/5
I was very disappointed to arrive and be told the pools and hot tubs were all closed for renovation, but no work was being done. I would have appreciated a heads up about the closure before my check-in/arrival from both Orbitz and the Clarion. Disappointed. The quality of this hotel is going downhill.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The pool was out of service 😒 i had 4 kids so excited ready to swim for the weekend thay we stayed . And they said it was cracked ... and the hot tubs were also out of service 😒.. i was extremely disappointed
- 2/5
Sheets were put on bed wet/damp so made for a cold night the first night as it was late when we arrived and too tired to go back to desk and ask for new linens. There were only 2 towels in room reserved for 4 people on a 3 night stay… (poor attention to detail) Room was in ok; but our dog found an old bone leftover from someone else’s stay in the room upon arrival. Bathroom could use an update as rust on hinges and door swollen making it hard to close. Atrium door Lock was broken (wouldn’t lock) Over all the property was a bit pricey for the stay as the amenities they advertised are not in service. (No pool, no hot tub, no arcade, just 3 pool table that they charge for )
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Room was decent and the bed was comfortable but the sheets and bedding were well worn and need replaced.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was extra good. Good breakfast.
- 3/5
Good location, run down and not taken care of. Curtains/drapes are old and have holes that allow light to come through. Doors are hard to open/close/latch. Shampoo and conditioner holder broken amd not installed. Overall needs and update.
- 5/5
Best stay in Grand Junction!
- 2/5
To m had a very loud noise coming from HVAC vent even when heat/AC had been turned off. Couldn't get any sleep after driving for 8 hours.
- 3/5
The only issue was with the TV in the room. The remote did not work for most control options. Also several channels stated that they did not work, however they did work in an adjacent room that other family members were staying in. When we left to checkout I waited around to mention this issue but no one was manning the front desk
- 5/5
Live thw Clarion! Great place at a greay price
- 2/5
The rooms are run down. Ceiling panels out of place. Dirty vents and carpets. Bathroom was dirty and water leaks
- 4/5
More sips packets so tub and sink don’t have to share.
- 5/5
The breakfast staff were on it, cleaning and resupplying a great breakfast. My room was just okay, smelling a bit damp and stale. Dont judge a book by it's cover. This place has good bones and the staff are doing a great job with what they have.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
used a rental
- 1/5
I called the desk and they offered to send “maintenance “ This was 10:00 PM. I was not going to stay up waiting for someone to spray air freshener. No offer to switch rooms, no refund or discounts. Property was dated. Avoid and look for other options Would definitely not stay again .
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 3/5
Front desk staff was friendly. Nice hotel but the walk from the front desk to our room was like walking though a long maze due to the fact that we had to make our way thru several turns, halls & the dining area. Long way to haul luggage. The trip to breakfast was made longer than necessary due to a blocked entrance. Fortunately the lady on staff at breakfast informed us we could use an outside door next to our room when we were leaving saving us so much time & so many steps. We had been told by front desk that that door was unusable. This hotel is s sufficient place to stay if you want to be near the airport.
- 2/5
The room was smell mask
- 5/5
Associates where very friendly.
- 4/5
Older facility but generally well kept. Breakfast was good. Room comfy and fairly large. Easy access off hwy.
- 3/5
Probably one of the rudest front desk staff. I came in and stood there for at least 4-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and that is being generous. I have to say this was a first . The two employees went on with their conversation as if I wasn't even present. Finally one of them said " hi,sorry we will be with you in a minute" and they resumed where they left off for about another 2 minutes or so before she asked me for my id. If aI had not been so tired of driving I would have walked out and not even cared about not getting my money back. So just a fyi. It means a lot to the customer to at least be acknowledged when they come in. A quick hello, I will be with you in a moment would have been appropriate. Maybe they need some education on proper manners. Sometimes common sense just isn't present. Otherwise the stay was fine. Hotel is a bit dated but you get what you pay for, most of the time.
- 5/5
Clean , quiet, near restaurants
- 5/5
Quiet. Good beds. Breakfast as expected. Not very many guests
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 5/5
The front desk were VERY friendly & accommodating made us feel right at home
- 4/5
The Clarion room was clean and comfortable with decor and furniture that was a little worn and dated. We really appreciate the pet friendly hotel for our dogs. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
Big and old hotel. Good condition for the hotel age. Good breakfast.
- 1/5
The bed was terrible I was supposed to get two queens and instead I got two double beds most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on!! The pillows were so used and gross the staff was ok the breakfast was alright but the room it’s self was just not good
- 2/5
Upon arrival, discovered had to pay for parking. The provided refrigerator was very loud, the shower head dripped, tv programming not user friendly.
- 4/5
Decent hotel for the price
- 5/5
The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great!
- 1/5
This place was run down. It's in terrible condition. Nothing like the pictures at all. The shower curtain was hanging by a thread. The wallpaper was pealing off the walls. We were afraid to walk on the carpet because we weren't sure how clean, or filthy, it was.
- 5/5
All
- 2/5
Staff was friendly and helpful when first room did not have a working AC. The place was run down and old. The place also was like a maze and I got lost several times. Rooms were clean enough but linens and pillows seemed like they have been around for decades and need to be replaced. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. For $50 more I should have stayed at a Marriot property. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast had a nice variety. Front desk was friendly. Expedia rate was double!
- 1/5
We enjoyed the Clarion. The hotel 6 was a bad choice and experience. Ron Thompson
- 3/5
There were ANTS climbing all over my Mom!!! The internet:Wi-Fi was terrible and the TV pixelizes all the time. The connection would be unreliable. The one impressive item was the Continental Breakfast. It was nice, clean and good variety.
- 3/5
Breakfast is not good
- 2/5
Everything is outdated and old. Bad smell and curtains were destroyed.
- 3/5
Very close to airport and university
- 4/5
Shuttle is specific for each person. All I had to do was call and they came and picked me up promptly.
- 4/5
Very nice staff and clean room. King size room was very large and spacious nice property.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Nice vibe good flowers good plant
- 1/5
We paid almost $300 for a disgusting room. We were put on the 2nd floor. The elevator didn't work. Then put on 1st floor. The room or breakfast was not worth $300. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
- 1/5
This place doesnt tell you, but then charges your card for parking! Even with a handicap placard. Just another way for them to make money off you. Its against the law to charge handicap parking! The managment is worthless cause they got your money and your Card. DO NOT STAY HERE
- 5/5
GREAT BREAKFAST. HELPFUL STAFF.
- 1/5
Holes in curtains & stains in shower ceiling
- 1/5
Advertised amenities were not available (out of order or closed for maintenance). The parking lot had a lot of dog poop laying around and non-guests. Our car was vandalized.
- 3/5
Hot tub jets were not functioning. Breakfast was ok but have had better options at other hotels. Room was ok but well worn. My room was quiet given proximity to the airport.
- 4/5
Good price, close to airport
- 3/5
Hard to find my way around
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Awesome breakfast!!!!!!
- 5/5
Completely worth the price 👌
- 4/5
Good place with great breakfast.
- 4/5
Decent place.
- 3/5
Terrible mattresses. Looks a bit scary when you pull up for check in. Nice pool indoors.
- 2/5
The good. Staff and public areas are very nice. The bad, our room air conditioner fan rattled all night with no stopping. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Charged $5.00 for parking.
- 5/5
The staff are always kind. Convenient free parking w overnight trip.
- 5/5
Always wonderful
- 5/5
The sheets were soft, bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Shuttle to airport was convenient. Parking was plentiful. Check-in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you.
- 2/5
We've stayed in this hotel before, and it has certainly slipped into disrepair. We are also very unhappy about the parking fee now charged. Rediculous to charge a parking fee in this hotel when there is free parking all around the area.
- 4/5
The staff and amenities were excellent but the bed and pillows need a lot of work. Unfortunately that seems to be the norm for most hotels now.
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
Hot tub was really small. Pool did not seem heated. Bed was uncomfortable. I really disliked the small bathroom and very low to the floor toilet. The breakfast wasnt very goid. I wont stay there again.
- 1/5
I picked this hotel because the outdoor pool was highly rated. Upon arrival I learned the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, it turns out it hasn’t been in operation for a long time. Property is old and poorly maintained. Price for one night including tax $190.00. What a joke. Could have stayed at a much newer, nicer and cleaner hotel nearby for less. Avoid this hotel.
- 3/5
It was relatively clean and in decent condition. However, the beds were pretty uncomfortable (too hard). The front desk staff was kind of rude and acted like you were an annoyance if you requested anything (i.e., extra towels, asking if there was coffee available, etc.)
- 4/5
I found the staff to be so helpful and very, very nice! They went out of their way to accommodate me and my family.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion in Grand Junction. The rooms are clean and spacious, pool area inside and outside accommodating all types of weather and their complimentary breakfast has something for all tastes and appetites.
- 5/5
This was our first time visiting Grand Junction and i will say this hotel was very great actually! Its very quiet and very spacious. The pool tables and indoor pool looked amazing! Unfortunately i didnt have time to enjoy them. Breakfast options are god as well. Staff at front desk are very fast to help you check in or out as well as when we needed other things!
- 3/5
It was ok. Hotel looks like it needs some upgrades and maintenance
- 5/5
I loved the atrium area ! The front desk is excellent
- 3/5
Did not appreciate the $5 parking fee they conveniently added to my bill. In fact they did not even mention the fee until I saw it on a piece of paper at the desk. I noticed one other guest asking about it and the clerk said “we charge a parking fee. “. Okay put it in your quoted price.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 4/5
We had a good stay. It wasn't particularly outstanding but not bad either.
- 4/5
Supporting staff was helpful. Cleaning staff and kitchen staff
- 3/5
Nice
- 4/5
We ate breakfast there day one and then went out to eat the rest of the days. The one thing that really bummed me out was the internet. They have login info for phones but my phone wouldn’t connect. Called the front desk said she was sorry but the hotel was full and everyone was using it so the system wouldn’t let me connect. Tried watching the broncos game and internet tv kept skipping or freezing. If I ran a hotel id make sure that we paid for service that would handle a hotel full of guests and their tv/phone or laptop needs.
- 2/5
This place is a dump, but at the upper end of the dump scale. If you can afford a better place, then don’t stay here. Our toilet didn’t work, the air conditioner was doing something, but it wasn’t cooling the room, the room had a strong odor, many items showed a lot of wear (like peeling paint), I had to wait 15 minutes to check in even though the only customer in front of me was the one checking in when I arrived, they charge $5 for parking even though it isn’t in a dense area, and the free breakfast was maybe the worst I’ve ever had.
- 4/5
Decent stay. There are aspects of the room that are dated and could use an update.
- 2/5
Super 8 quality at Holiday Inn Express pricing. Inside the room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The outside looks like an old bowling alley, they charge $5/day to park in a mostly empty lot, the air conditioner sounded like a train, and the public areas outside the lobby were in poor shape. It was fine for a one night stopover, but there are much better options in the area. The pool tables are also coin operated, so make sure you have quarters if you're interested in a game.
- 2/5
Noisiest AC!
- 3/5
Nice clean room but layout of hotel
- 4/5
This hotel is a larger facility than it first appears and has more amenities than most. (pool tables; great pool) The decor needs updating but is functional. The room was very comfortable and all of the items worked.(refrigerator, air conditioner, toilet and shower, etc.) I had a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Great breakfast and decent pools but the place needs updating. No vent in the bathroom, old tv, small sink area. I probably wouldn't stay again.
- 4/5
Ok
- 2/5
I think it was fairly clean but hard to tell due to the fact that the room was very dated. The towels were kind of greyed, the toilet flushed continuously and the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was available but we did not partake because it was a walk or drive to another annex of the building. The staff at check in were pleasant.
- 3/5
Squeaky and small
- 4/5
I would stay here again and recommend it to others when visiting Grand Junction.
- 2/5
Don't waste your money. Old, outdated hotel with an exceptionally rude staff that doesn't care.
- 5/5
This property exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, there was an outside door convenient to where my room was, and the breakfast in particular was more than I expected - numerous choices of what to eat including cooked meats.
- 4/5
Great staff. Very convenient for the airport. Reliable shuttle and long term parking. Their competitors charge a ton for parking.
- 4/5
Hotel is dated, They charge for parking, parking not very well light. Rooms feel tired and run down
- 4/5
Quiet
- 5/5
Check in took awhile, but not fault of staff, had technical issues and lots of people showed up at same time. Kids loved the pool and entertainment area. Comfortable room very close to highway so very convenient for getting around. Would stay there again
- 2/5
After 11 hr drive. We couldnt check in because no rooms clean. 3 to 4 hrs later. Get put in a room that wasnt even cleaned
- 5/5
Pool was nice
- 3/5
Not the worst. Not spectacular. Room was very run down. No soap in the shower and shampoo dispenser was broken and placed on the side of the tub. The bathroom floor was dirty. You could literally see drops of something all over it. The carpet was dingy and dirty. The lamp was busted and leaning over on the chair. The room was super hot when we got in it and we had to wait an hour for it to cool down. The front desk staff was having to deal with a few difficult guests but when we tried to be kind and make small talk, they were rude. Very curt and unfriendly. We had another stay planned here in a month and I immediately canceled it. I won't be staying here again. We visit GJ a lot and there are plenty of other hotels in the area. I'd rather pay the extra $50.
- 1/5
Room was clean, but had a bad odor. .booked non-smoking room but wasn't aware I was in a Pet friendly Zone...quite a bit of barking going on which interferes with down time..Wish front desk would have mentioned this upon check in so I could have opted for a different room location..Upon trying to resolve an issue which occurred during my stay, the General Manager was condescending, extremely rude, and very argumentative, to the point where I thought she was calling me a liar..when presented with the evidence she stated "you can't prove that that happened here".. I would assume that the role of a hospitality manager should be of service to the guests... resolve any issues that might arise .. when I asked for her name and her business card she pointed to the end of the counter and said the cards are over there. needless to say she would not give me her name which was not on the cards nor the issue resolved
- 4/5
The breakfast was better than most hotels.
- 2/5
The littke fridge dudnt wirk we couldnt keep iur drinks cool. We let the front desk kniw and they admitted that they turn the indivifual cooling unut iff to save energy. How ever we turned it on and it bever cool the room diwn because it diesnt witk
- 4/5
Park and fly and shuttle ease and quiet
- 5/5
Very nice for what we paid
- 5/5
We enjoyed our one night stay here.
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Family and dog friendly.
- 4/5
NA
- 3/5
Property was just okay. The breakfast was decent and rooms were a nice size. The pools are tiny and area was a little uneasy
- 5/5
The hotel is very comfortable with in-room amenities and a very nice inner courtyard with pool tables and areas to sit and relax or visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
- 3/5
Rooms are not as advertised online. Was expecting a little if not more.
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet but a little run down. Breakfast was very average.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, good hot breakfast! Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs! The bed was a little too firm for my husband and I, but otherwise we had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly!
- 2/5
I have stayed her many times. This time was by far the worst. Called prior to stay and asked for rooms close to my travel companion, they were not close. First room was at least 85 degrees. Asked staff to move me, they were extremely rude about it. Finally was moved to another room, stains on carpet, tv didn’t work and blow dryer was missing. All fixable things but the attitude of the staff and the inconvenience combo made for a terrible stay. Hoping it was a one off as I’ve always enjoyed this hotel.
- 4/5
Huge hotel, needs some updating, but not bad. The breakfast options were good and the food was always hot, I was looking forward to using the hot tubs, but both were broken
- 5/5
Great stay here. Property is well maintained. We enjoyed playing pool and swimming indoors while a rain storm passed through. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. We were pleased to see some warm food options. I absolutely would stay here again.
- 3/5
Lots of stuff all over the mail lobby floor and ground just made it look dirty
- 3/5
Good breakfast, internet access, comfortable bed, close to airport. We did get complementary airport shuttle. The shuttle was very rundown. But it got us there safely!
- 3/5
The breakfast quality has declined since I stayed here last year. The eggs were lousy and the potatoes were dried out. Please go back to the quality breakfast you had last year.
- 3/5
Average hotel with average service. Price point correlates to the condition and service. Rooms are aged and not super clean. No late check out…
- 4/5
Loved the outdoor pool! Wish more hotels from this era were still around. Love the vintage style
- 5/5
Good host and food
- 3/5
Mediocre
- 5/5
It was nice to see how the rooms were completely aired out for hours and cleaned before and after.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Good location. Air conditioning doesn't work. Breakfast very average- much better at other local hotels.
- 2/5
I have no idea how this place has high ratings. It’s dirty, run down and way over priced for what it is.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast indoor and outdoor pool, Hotel is in very good condition considering it's age.
- 4/5
Very clean, close to downtown Grand Junction and Colorado National Monument, reasonable price.
- 4/5
Beds were hard, but other than that, it was great.
- 4/5
This is a great hotel if you’re looking for something budget friendly, safe, and comfortable. The layout is a bit odd, but it was a good stay.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Our 2nd time here. Its an old hotel but they take care of it and its super clean. The staff is awesome. The 2 pools are so fun and the breakfast is nice. Having an inside area to congregate in the evening is great.
- 3/5
Was a very quiet place to stay. Very surprising since its so close to the highway.
- 5/5
Older hotel but was clean and staff was very nice and is within walking distance to many food options
- 4/5
Our room was on the west end of property. Very warm and a/c wasn’t working. Staff moved us to another room…much better!
- 5/5
the staff is really nice. I love love loved their backyard space for animal. One of the best hotels out there, and a very reasonable price. Will stay here again IF they stop using artificial fragrance for rooms or cleaning :)
- 5/5
Common area is great!
- 2/5
Very dated property but decent breakfast.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Nice pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Was all good
- 4/5
The outside of the building looked pretty rundown. Almost turned to go somewhere else but the inside was better.
- 1/5
They need to specify that locals have to pay a deposit of 150.00 to stay here
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. Great customer service, especially from Heather at the front desk. Thank you so much!
- 4/5
A pretty good hotel deal
- 3/5
Toilet area was very tight & could use another hook to put robe on while showering. Furniture was well used. One pool open the other closed, one spa open the other closed. Breakfast didn't offer any sweet rolls.
- 5/5
I had pool side room which made access to the pool easier.
- 5/5
Nice, spacious room with our 2 small dogs. Great free breakfast!
- 3/5
El hospedaje estaba bien, el cuarto un poquito sucio, pero aceptable, pero el desayuno definitivamente no estaba bueno
- 4/5
Our room was nice & it was clean. The bed wasn't great, mattress was really hard & the pillows were awful. The free breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Basically the same things all 3 mornings we were there. Would be nice if they changed the muffins daily & maybe have more grab & go stuff like granola bars. The property itself was alright but could definitely use some updating. One thing I really liked was that the towels were soft instead of the standard rough ones you usually get at hotels. We would stay here again when we visit again.
- 4/5
I love the continuity of friendly staff as i have stayed there multiple times. Nice pool options and free breakfast!
- 4/5
Front desk staff were very helpful in accomodating our large group. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, there were several things that were not working during our stay: indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, two of the ice machines.
- 3/5
.
- 2/5
This property refused to grant me a refund for my one night's stay, despite the fact that circumstances beyond my control prevented me from checking in (my brand new vehicle broke down around 3 hours from the Clarion). Even when I had Expedia reach out to the Clarion on my behalf, the hotel manager was intractable. This business will not show you any grace if you have to cancel at the last minute, regardless of the reason. As a resident of Colorado, I will be sure and advise any friends and acquaintances against making a reservation at this particular hotel in Grand Junction.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Super clean, great breakfast!
- 4/5
Older hotel, but clean and decent for the price.
- 4/5
Keep up the good work...
- 5/5
Good price, clean, and very nice people.
- 4/5
Refrigerator was not cold.
- 4/5
The hotel was an older property that was not maintained to my standards.
- 4/5
Check in was long as only one worker. She was wonderful. Pool was clean. Walls are thin, beds are also. Overall not bad for prife. Lors of amenities we didnt use such as pool tables. Breakfast was okay. Bacon greasy, biscuits dry, but it was free.
- 5/5
Thanks!
- 3/5
This property is fair for the price. It felt like being transported back to my childhood in the 60’s. They seriously need to update this property and bring it into the present.
- 4/5
The rooms are pretty humid. The breakfast was really good. Nice to have 2 pools. The rooms are older but clean.
- 4/5
Hotel was fine. It was dated and smelled like chlorine and dogs. Plenty comfortable.
- 2/5
Property was run down and a bit dirty
- 5/5
Property is clean and well kept. Pool and common areas are spacious and clean and the breakfast is good.
- 4/5
Ok property. Rooms need updated
- 5/5
Wonderful staff starting at the front desk and including the maintenance and housekeeping folks. Also, the breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety. I will stay at Clarion Inn in Grand Junction again. Thanks!
- 4/5
Stayed here for a graduation for a few nights. Rooms were clean and super accessible to everything including the downtown area. Downfall - front desk staff was nice but understaffed and our room didn’t get cleaned. Lines to check in were long.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, check in/out was easy. Breakfast buffet was fantastic so many offerings and hot foods were hot and delicious!! I would stay here again!
- 4/5
Pool and breakfast
- 2/5
To start your website said it would be 128$ taxes and fees included but when I paid it was 148$ out door hot tub was closed website said it was available ice machine nearest to my room was broken toilet wouldn’t flush correctly and the website mentioned nothing about being pet friendly
- 3/5
The beds were way too hard to be comfortable.
- 5/5
We have stayed here several time and have always enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Breakfast was good, clean rooms and pool areas. Staff was super friendly. We had a dead battery on our car and they even gave us a jump to get us on the road. 5 Star!
- 3/5
Traveling with our dog and very pet friendly. Noticed a very strong air freshener odor when walked into room but appeared to be clean. Beds were very soft. People at the front desk friendly and informative. Breakfast was ok.
- 4/5
Bit on the older side. But good enough.
- 5/5
Nice quiet hotel offering a good breakfast for a decent price. Had all the amenities and staff were pleasant and accomodating
- 5/5
I would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
The toilet was running and making loud noises all night.
- 4/5
Everything was comfortable, but it’s an older property with a Holiday Inn Holidome feel from the 80’s. The parking was easy and ample, however the ground’s definitely need trash cleanup etc. Nice that they are pet friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, they came in and cleaned and picked up while I was gone for a few hours. Hence me giving them a nice tip! They work hard and were friendly. Breakfast was ok. For $250/night I would probably explore other options. I know it was a high demand weekend
- 5/5
Great place to stay and get to
- 3/5
Waited almost half hour to get checked in. One employee at desk and she couldn’t get customer checked in. 7 people waiting in line behind him waited half hour to get checked in.
- 3/5
poor condition: refrig off, both icemakers out of order, both laundry washers broken, thin walls with dogs on both sides of us. Never again
- 5/5
None
- 5/5
Our first time at a Clarion and we’ll return. We love the atrium design with our room opening directly to it. The check-in staff was also very helpful. Full breakfast very good.
- 5/5
Good property. Comfortable bed. Breakfast okay.
- 5/5
The staff was professional and took wonderful care of us
- 5/5
Excellent day and great breakfast. Very friendly staff very helpful staff. We’ll stay again
- 5/5
The staff at this property were amazing - friendly, helpful, positive. The breakfast was also great with tons of variety and very clean facilities. Such a good experience!
- 4/5
Have stayed her for over the last 36 years even when it was the holiday inn. Its certainly showing it age but the front desk was awesome. Lights from the atrium too bright all night but slept well.
- 4/5
Very pricey, for the condition of stay. We only picked to stay bc of our dogs.
- 5/5
I liked the arboratum.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great although I think it ends a little early for a weekend. Rooms were clean but very outdated. Large game at base of the door allowed for a lot of noise to enter in the room.
- 4/5
It was fine.
- 5/5
Property is old and outdated. Mattresses were hard and lumpy. Facility was clean. Jets in the hot tub did not work, but it was warm water. Easy access and free parking. Staff friendly and great breakfast.
- 5/5
I've stayed here several times and the rooms are always very clean. The pool and lounging areas are great. A hot breakfast in the morning is also a bonus.
- 3/5
Beds are very uncomfortable. If you get an interior room you have no window, so rooms are stuffy. Elevators are hard to find. Room temperature is not consistant.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean. Great friendly staff.
- 4/5
Good clean placr
- 5/5
I was only there for a quick night, but the staff at the desk was very friendly and extremely accommodating and had a great sense of humor. A huge perk was the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and the driver was great. They had a great pool area and pool tables. I would certainly stay there again.
- 2/5
Just an older building. Has a bit of a warehouse feel. Very dark, a lot of dark wood tones.
- 4/5
Easy check in, clean and quiet with friendly staff. Cons would be Horrible bed pillows that were too small and uncomfortable to sleep on, Shower needs better water pressure, and grip bars in the tub and next to the toilet are needed. Building is old and definitely could use an update.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was awesome!
- 5/5
Yes, the property is a bit dated, but the maintenance team does a good job keeping up on fixes. For example, the carpet in my room was newer, and all fixtures worked as they were supposed to.
- 4/5
For a one-night stay, this was a great option! The room was pristine and quiet!
- 1/5
Absolutely horrible. Run down, dirty, plugs didn’t work - one of the worst hotels stay at in life.
- 3/5
The beds were very small, i dont think they were even queen size. The mattresses were ild and need replaced, sunk in when laying on them and could hear the springs and feel the wire around the edge. The hot tub was cold as well.
- 5/5
My room was clean and the room looked and smelled clean
- 3/5
We have reservations again here in the middle of May. Definitely looking around for other options.
- 1/5
Scary
- 4/5
The it was ok
- 5/5
Large nice room! Very convenient to restaurants and expressway!
- 5/5
Check in was easy and quick. They easily accommodated my request for a room near the pool. Room was very clean. Pool and patio area were great. There were a ton of great breakfast options, and the dining area was organized and clean. Have stayed many times and this time was just as great! Highly recommend.
- 2/5
Water outage. Room phone other in don’t wirk
- 1/5
It ok pricey for the condition of hotel
- 3/5
Not blaming hotel, but Expedia listed this as a poolside room. Turns out it was an indoor pool, and not visible. My view from sliding glass door was of an interior hallway. I skipped the free breakfast as I assumed that was questionable as well. Also had to wait in lobby for room to be readied.
- 5/5
Staff was very polite and helpful. Also probably one of the best breakfast spreads I have had a hotel.
- 5/5
Was nice
- 4/5
Good but not great
- 5/5
I stay here everytime i come to grand junction
- 5/5
Rates were very reasonable and they allow pets. We traveled with a small dog so that was great. Nice hotel at a reasonable rate
- 5/5
Easy and convenient
- 5/5
The breakfast was awesome! Scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle station, juice bar, bagels, breads, cereals. The cafeteria is clean & maintained. Lots of neat little spaces to discover at this hotel. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit. And so were the pool tables, video games & claw machine. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be staying here again the next time we pass through.
- 5/5
The plants in the recreation area and the staff are superb! The staff were all very conscientious and hard-working and friendly. For a complementary breakfast at a motel, it’s also great. The room is really fantastic, and I especially love that my room opens up to the recreation/breakfast area!
- 3/5
Older motel, no elevator, holes in curtains, elongated toilet seat cover on a round toilet.
- 4/5
It's an older properties, but in good condition. I like the breakfast option and the pools. Staff is friendly.
- 5/5
Nice hotel…lots bigger than we thought it was going to be. The beds were comfy

The ONLY thing that turned us off was the pot odor in one of the hallways. Disgusting. It didn’t permeate our room thank God. Otherwise everyone else was great and we appreciated Mike’s hospitality at the front desk.

This hotel was perfect for our family to stay in as I was in the hospital having surgery. It is quite large! Loved that they had pool tables. Breakfast was good! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It is definitely an older property. The front desk was very nice and breakfast had several options. The room felt older but was clean and the bed was awful, thin, and uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep much at all unfortunately. The AC never cooled off so it felt muggy and hot. The pool tables are cool. We did not swim. It’s not somewhere we would stay again but it was very affordable.

I liked the interior activity areas especially for families. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Used the airporter service.

This was my second stay in this hotel, about a year apart. The hotel is showing its age, but is generally well kept. The bed was comfortable, HVAC worked well. I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean but very dated property. Breakfast was average or below. Hash browns were practically inedible. Limited offerings.

This is a comfortable hotel, the staff is friendly and I will return.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! During breakfast, staff was wiping and cleaning the tables and floor, constantly. Throughout the day I saw staff cleaning, even shampooing carpets in the rooms! Great stay, will definitely stay here next time I'm in town!

Pool was crowded with a lot of children, should consider last hour of pool hours for older people

The pool tables gave us something to enjoy while the kids were swimming

There needs to be more than one elevator. We were placed in a room in the furthest area from the elevator. Rooms felt dated.

Always a comfortable stay here. Will stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a quick visit or long stay!

Great place to stay. Older but very clean. I personally prefer bigger pillows but everything was worth another stay.

Deb helped us check in and fix and issue with over booking. She had a large school group come in but made sure everyone was happy. She provided dinner suggestions that were spot on. She had a great attitude and told us when he shift ended if we had any issues or questions.

My family had a very comfortable room right by the indoor pool and breakfast area! The front desk women are the sweetest and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Very pet/service dog friendly. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The stay was okay, the place is just old, needs a upgrade. could need a bigger and smart tv, the phone didn't wok in our room. the breakfast was same stuff every morning as well.

The hot tub stopped working that morning which was a bummer as I picked this place because it's only one of a few in GJT that offer a hot tub

They charge a fee for pets. I don't know if that is fair because you don't get the best rooms anyway. Food was good.

We always love staying here when we come to grand junction. Get price and very friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay, we ended up staying 2 nights (booked this night on our way back) breakfast was great, the pool was relaxing, although a bit chilly. We will def stay again should we make it back that way

The navigating inside the hotel was kind of tricky due to the property layout. Proper signage indicating the directions towards the rooms is needed. Our room was clean and had comfy beds and pillows. The nightstand lamp was not working. It's switch was broken and the outlet it was plugged in wasn't working either. Also, the hair dryer did not blow warm air. I informed all of that to the front desk upon check out. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Good cheap option with a reasonable breakfast included. Not fancy or updated, the pool and hot tub are pretty retro but good to soak after a day on the road. Staff were helpful and nice.

Older property but well maintained. Common area and breakfast area are pretty neat with pool tables. My room was fine except the bathroom. There was a lot of long hair in the shower walls and some on the floor. I didn’t complain at the time because I was tired and needed rest so I just dealt with it.
