Great staff and clean hotel

Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!

Did not eat breakfast . Front desk did not mention it or what the times was . Just expected more . Ceiling was peeling in bathroom above tub it’s hard not to look at it when taking a bath . Tub was not super clean had it looked like grass or rooting tiny pieces in tube . Glass by pool my daughter cut her toe by ladder getting in .

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was stand out for me traveling for a conference and needing just to get places within a short distance of the hotel. I did not try the restaurant but it’s always nice to have that option in the hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean when we arrived We had a 2 night stay and never received new towels the second day, the internet was pretty bad and we couldn’t watch anything on our Netflix account due to “connection issues” the entire time, I was never accommodated a bathtub even though they approved my request for one, there were no plugs in the bathroom to plug in my hairdryer and the only other mirror (outside of bathroom) had dark lighting so it was hard to see

There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready.

No parking at all. Only enough spors for like half of the guests to actually park. No marked entrance doors. Construction blocking 2 entrances. When i went to check out at 6:30 am, no one at the front desk. The walkie talkie was going off as the shuttle driver was trying to get ahold of the front desk too. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk and gave up. Put my room key on the desk by the keyboard and called them later to check out. Lady at the front desk was not too pleasant.

Everything and everyone was amazing. Lewis was awesome and gave us all the details of the surrounding areas as we were from out of town. The room was nice and clean and all the amenities! Definitely recommending you all to all the people I know going to that area!

The hotel and rooms were great. They had a shuttle that took you to the Main Street which was great. Only gave 4 stars because the front desk said they had free breakfast but you had to pay because we were not apart of the other “shared” hotel.

The lobby and common areas are clean, modern, and inviting. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The on-site Bistro is great for a quick breakfast or evening drink, and the outdoor courtyard is a nice spot to unwind. The hotel also offers a free shuttle within the local area, which is a helpful perk for getting around Grapevine. Overall, a great choice and stay.

We had another hotel booked but didn’t quite know the area. Pulled into the parking lot there and said nope. Super sketchy. Anyway this hotel quickly got us a room and we were settled with in minutes. Beautiful and safe area.

The hotel is very convenient and close to DFW. However, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was falling off in fairly big pieces.

Rooms and property are nice, clean, and looked secure. Is located in nice looking area. Parking is a slight problem as it shared by 3 hotels, but not a deal breaker. Front desk and breakfast staff friendly. Dine in staff awesome too. Wonderful stay during our baseball tournament weekend. Will be back if in the area again.

The best part was the pool. If you have tiny Littles, it’s perfect. 1/2 of the pool is 1-2ft deep. All in all, best property and I will book in the future.

Our second time this month staying here. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, the staff is courteous and honestly the bar had some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. However my car was hit in the parking lot resulting in significant damage. No note was left. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but I find it odd that this big of a chain doesn’t have cameras covering the parking lot. Unfortunately the damage is something that has to be fixed and I’m left with covering it. Would have been helpful to be able to find the responsible party.

Thought I booked a room that showed a tub, was really looking forward to a hot soak. Otherwise bed was comfy, room quiet

They advertise as having room for five people. But when we got there they had no rooms larger than four. Sucks when one of you have to sleep on the floor.

Was fine for a quick overnight prior to flying the next day.

I nor my family was never offered a goodie bag and we did not know they offered one until i was sitting in the lobby and heard the front desk hand out goodie bags to everyone who arrived. The wall in the bathroom was cracking, our room did not get cleaned until the third day. They need more help in the cafe area and more kitchen staff. They do not offer any free breakfast nor social activities. The shuttle driver took us to the airport and drove off with our luggage and did not give good service

Only stayed one night while traveling to our destination. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

This property was phenomenal. The staff was excellent and the restaurant, bar and Starbucks were great. The only downside was the parking because it was busy

The property was nice and clean. They could use more luggage carriers. There also isn’t enough parking. So to have to park in another parking area and carry luggage because of no luggage carts was disappointing. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Great location! Parking is difficult, but hotel is good. Room wasn’t ready even after check in time. Towel holders fell off in the bathroom. Five people in the room only four towels and no cleaning service our entire stay so we didn’t ever get more than four towels. Great location though and hotel was clean.

Great improvement on the interior design and changes made in this hotel. I loved the mordern style and brand new carpet in the room. I spent an amazing time with my wife there. Bathroom was cleaned just like she likes it. I will definitely go back again for our anniversary our birthdays. Great job Courtyard Hotel-Grapevine TX !!!!

This was the perfect location! Very clean and service was exceptional!

Not enough patking for 3 hotels connected.

Parking was an issue at this property as well as access to luggage cart availability. No luggage carts were available at check in or check out. Parking after 6 pm was a problem had to park at another hotel lot over night.

First of all, there was no where for us to park at this hotel. The front desk basically said, you’re on your own with parking. After the parking we finally got our entire family up to the room only to find that the air conditioner did not work at all. We were then told that the hotel was completely booked so we would have to have a technician come into our room with our children to fix the air. He did get it working however the thermostat on the wall never worked. After paying the amount we did to stay here, this was very annoying. Also the beds are very low to the ground which is odd. Lastly, the bathroom is weirdly huge with a tiny tub. This extra space would have been nice in the actual living area of the hotel room.

Our family of 4 stayed the end of September. It was the first hotel that we stayed at that was directly connected to another hotel which made parking more difficult. They were also undergoing some renovations that made the walk from the elevators to the lobby longer but not difficult, noisy, or messy. Everything was great. Clean and quiet rooms, nice pool and guest laundry. We’d stay here again!

Carpets smelled awful, room was way below the standard of any Marriott that I’d stayed at before.

Toilet did not flush, we told the maid but nothing was done. They were remodeling the hotel, but I was not told about it. Not so great.

The hotel was under renovation, which made the stay less than desirable. Had to walk a long way to get to the elevator, and it just looked old, hence why they are probably working on the renovation.

It was close to our tournament but the sheets were not cleaned. They did send clean sheets to the riom for us.

She should not be in customer service.

Room was spacious and quiet (except for the aircon which worked great but was quite noisy, although didnt keep us awake). Communal areas have all been refurbished and look great, there was a sign which said the rooms would be done from the fall. All in all, a good stay, consistent with the brand.

Very surprised it wasn’t more attentive in its customers. Very nice but it need a lot of attention in customer service and cleaning..

Not enough parking had to walk long walk with kids to even get to the front. Needs more lighting in parking lot it was also very dark. Otherwise I our stay was wonderful!

I didn’t like the room service. Actually We didn’t receive room service. I was 5 days in the same room but my room wasn’t clean any day. No towels, no toilet paper, etc.

Dining was great food was good there.

The cleaning staff and the staff at the restaurant were very accommodating.

Apparently they were renovating the hotel, as it smelled like paint. It would have been nice to know the hotel was under renovation before booking, especially at the rate of the rooms.

The only bad thing about the stay was on Saturday night, there was no parking for the hotel guest. We had to park in the grass or where ever we found a space due the number of people and event that was taking place

I requested a handicap accessible room and while I got it, I didn’t realize this hotel was sharing the parking lot of 2 other hotels that had a massive event going on. I literally had to walk half a mile in humid Texas heat to get to my room. Upon complaining to the front desk, the lady was rude and gave me a card for the manager saying I can make a complaint on Tuesday when they would be back. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never book another hotel here. My entire vacation was ruined!

convenient location

So nice and clean and comfy! I’m pretty snobby about my level of comfort staying outside of my home and this place exceeded expectations! The pool was great for my 4 year old!

Rooms are very clean and Customer service is great!

The rooms were nice, not much for lighting but made due. I was there with a wprk collegue and she had hoise keeping each day while we were out but my room was never touched. I even made sure i didnt have anything on the handle. Dining was good but very limited and expensive, even for breakfast.

Great stay even when it’s busy and packed

Had some issues with what I booked on Expedia not showing up on my reservation (room type and added breakfast), but they were able to fix this after I talked with staff. My room did not.have bedding for.rhe pull out couch and I had to go down twice to the check in desk to aak about this as they did not send any up when I called.

The staff at the front desk were phenomenal as were the housekeepers. The staff at the resturant left much to be desired; after I had to interrupt their cell phone use, the two ladies seated me and no one ever returned. From my seat, I listened to the complaints of other patrons and when the new lady came out from the back and took over the counter, the two phone users walked off without even communicating that I was waiting to be served. I was starving and ended up returning to my room and ordering from Doordash. I enjoyed my room although things were really outdated and in need of a renovation especially when you want to charge $6 for water and $5 for a box of M&Ms (7-11 is nearby and I loved that). It wasn't a horrible place to stay but they could definitely invest in some renovations and staff that actually care that guests are hungry.
