This Hilton hotel was the absolute funnest one I have ever stayed at everything you need is here I would love to live beee.

When I called the front desk upon my arrival they did send someone to help me. When I left I struggled to bring my luggage down. They were not helpful but they did offer a luggage roller downstairs. Additionally, I would not eat here again. I felt like I ate a bottle of salt. I ate at BC and tried the steak and club. The waitress said that was the best at the restaurant and she would recommend. I woke up at 2 am drinking tons of water. Note I had heart surgery last year and must watch my salt intake. I went to check out the business center and it looked like a broom closet. I believe you pay for what you get. I could have paid cheaper for other hotels in area and could have been provided clean room and better amenities. That should be least of my expectations. If you pay $300+ a night I expected a lot more. I did not use the tennis court or other amenities nor do I usually review but as a business owner myself I would want to know so I’m doing this for higher management. Despite experiences I still tipped staff. I understand people still have to eat and live.

We had a great stay. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was very convenient and close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and professional, and room service was prompt and efficient. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Our flight was canceled hotel had a shuttle which was super helpful! Nice king room comfortable quiet. We arrived late and still able to order food for dinner! Staff was very positive and helpful!

Ants on the 4th floor bad coming through the window. Told staff all they wanted to do was spray chemicals (at midnight mind you) not switch us rooms just spray. & yes I know that’s prob the only way to get rid of them but didn’t want to sleep smelling chemicals all night. had ants all over dresser, nightstand on the opposite side of the room and got on our luggage. If it’s this bad on 4th floor how is it lower? Other than that hotel was nice and clean.

Loved our stay. Very accommodating to that i had a toddler who was into everything from the beginning. Rhe evening bellhop was very nice. This morning's bell hop was downright rude. We were packed and ready to go thinking it would be like last night. He proceeded to talk into his walkie talkie, saying that "we were slow and was going to come back later". Haven't been able to pull the car around either.

Breakfast and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. The biggest concern was the bathroom door, which did not fully close and offered very little privacy. We were told this was a design issue present in all rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, but there were no rinse-off showers nearby. We also encountered maintenance issues, including a loose shower handle, a frequently clogged drain, and empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The elevators also had an unpleasant odor.

They had a scheduled power outage from 11pm - 6am in the morning that they informed us about when checking in to the room. No time to get another hotel they were all booked. So had no choice but to stay there. Next day checkout, no compensation at all for the horrible night without any power and no A/C in a hotel room. Gets pretty still and hot in them fast. Not even Hilton honor points to my account. At least something would have been nice. $50 off next stay or anything. Still haven’t heard from any supervisor or manager like the front desk staff said they would do. So yeah, pretty terrible stay. Other than that the hotel is usually fine.

The hotel is very clean, very organized, well put together and the grounds are very nice. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the shower in the bathroom. The shower head was too large and had a lot of pressure, almost too much because when you start it, it blows the curtain out of the tub and floods the floor. There also is no fan in the bathroom so when you close the barn style door everything is dripping wet (toilet, countertop, walls and ceiling). Definitely an easy fix because everything else was great.

Great hotel near the airport with free shuttle every hour on the hour from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent too with made to order omelets and attentive service at the table for coffee and juices. The price was reasonable at $14. We also ate dinner at the on site restaurant Bonnie & Clydes, which was also excellent. Nothing to complain about this hotel.

The fitness room was one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used, and having two restaurants onsite was very convenient. Overall, the staff and facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very nice, had a professional atmosphere, and everything was clean. Rooms were small with only a few extras, but again, everything was high quality and clean. Staff was very nice. Gym area was very cool with nearly everything a professional paid gym would have. We didn't expect such a well equipped gym. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The staff was unusually frequent in checking in at the table and followed us around at the buffet talking to us. The breakfast coffee was burned and the food, while not burned, did not taste good. Everything felt overcooked or under a warmer for too long. We arrived within minutes of opening to beat the crowd from a big event being held that weekend with hundreds of people in attendance. The only thing we ate was the fresh fruit and so we left for other options. Since I prepaid for the breakfast on Expedia, no refund was available for this subpar service. We would stay here again, but we would not eat the breakfast. The onsite coffee shop and restaurant/bar appeared to be much better in quality, but we did not partake in these options.

Nice older hotel convenient for our trip to Grapevine. Friendly staff. Strong 80’s vibe but well maintained. Large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool. Very nice outdoor amenities like basketball and sand volleyball. Room was dark with one small window but nice otherwise. Beware the motion detector weird light switches throughout the room that blink at regular intervals 24/7 and randomly turn on. We couldn’t figure them out and no instructions were provided.

The room was clean. The hotel, although full, was nice and quiet. The indoor pool & hot tub was nice, clean and quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The waitress was lovely. You're a walk away from the mall/shopping outlets, & restaurants. There is a fantastic paved trail behind the hotel along water.

We brought our young kids for a few days over Spring Break and had a great time! The indoor pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Very pleased overall and it was a good location. We will be back!

The location was close to my conference location, it was a walking distance to the mall I LOVED that. The area was very clean and safe. My room was spacious and modern with big beds The receptionists had the WORSET customer service I have experienced in my life. They had this not willing to assist attitude, though on the last day my encounter with Jason was amazing it was a breath of fresh Air from the other receptionist. Everyone else was nice at the hotel. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the safe wasn't working forcing me to walk around with my passport. No shuttle bus to the near by conference which other hotels provided.

For the cost of the stay, I thought it was phenomenal for what I paid. Everything was very clean and everybody I encountered was extremely accommodating. I stayed here as an alternative to the gaylord convention center for a conference that I had there, because it was more cost-effective, but everything was in very close distance and I had a great stay.

All was great. Magical touch to see my name on the tv screen when I walked in. This was my first time in Texas and it was a fantastic escape and recharge after a long period of stress.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever booked through Expedia. Our room was pristine in cleanliness and comfort and well appointed. We enjoyed restful sleeping each night. The shuttle service was above par. The driver was prompt, cordial, and helpful.

Loved it! Will stay there again next time.

This hotel is an all time favourite of mine and the staff that work throughout this hotel are some of the best I’ve come across. I would always recommend this hotel to friends and work colleagues.

Check in was not pleasant but Bonnie & Clyde’s bar/restaurant servers were great. Security guys were also really nice. Just the check in was rough. It wasn’t the girl checking us in, but the manager - her attitude & tone - less than professional.

Clean For what you pay you would think are room and bathroom would as if it was not cleaned. The bathroom had hard water stains the molding at the bottom of the shower came off as I was showering, one could only think gosh who’s other body funk has been in here besides mine!!! Gross!! Hair! Gunk it was not a pretty sight.

Quick check-in, clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere. We really enjoyed the tavern for relaxing at the end of the day.

Breakfast was outstanding. Food was so good I went back for seconds and it was all you can eat which was so nice. Well worth the price to get breakfast with room. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. A lot of unnecessary lights in room -from gap under door, light switch by door, something plugged in by bed. Second night we had to cover all these lights with towels and clothes. Sheets weren’t soft. That should definitely be corrected. No need for rough sheets in a nice hotel like that.

Good location midway between DFW International Airport and downtown Grapevine. Opposite a major shopping mall with 110 shops. 4 shuttle buses to take you to and from the hotel to the airport. Comfortable rooms and well trained staff. Nothing.

My son and I stayed here for a couple of days while we attended a cowboys game. The hotel is walkable to the mall which consists of many additional things to do and eat within. Our only issue was the bathroom. The shower water pressure was minimal and the handheld shower head lot falling down

I used many hotels and many Hilton ones and never I was asked to pay a fee for early check in. They usually do it as a courtesy if they have rooms available and that what they tell you over the phone and never mentioned any fees but the front desk she asked me to pay a fee. Also they won’t change the bed sheets unless you specifically ask they only switch the towels and they don’t even give you that many just 3 of them

Beautiful hotel and the staff we dealt with were amazing! The gentleman in charge of the front made sure that 3 women who were staying at the hotel got into the right uber and I thought that was pretty awesome.

The front desk person Tatum was really nice very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff we came in contact with was okay. They werent rude but were not nice either. The breakfast although convenient because it is downstairs was not very good the food just tasted off not worth the price in my opinion. The overall stay was good though the hotel is really nice and pretty clean.

Our favorite hotel to stay at

The property is directly across the street from Grapevine Mills mall which is very convenient for holiday shopping right now. It was also a very short drive from the airport and the DFW North Station for the silver line and texrail trains. Great location and property is well kept. Room was spacious and updated. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great experience at the Hilton DFW Lake Exec Conference Center. The shuttle was convenient, we had a warm welcome at our entrance to the hotel, check in was fast and efficient, rooms were clean and comfortable. An added bonus is the walking path around the hotel, with a lake, bridge and nice trees and foliage.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were top knotch. Definitely get what you pay for. Room, bed, and bathroom were very clean.

The place is beautiful. Only complaint is there is no computer in the business center. Not everybody travels with a laptop. It is inconvenient.

Very friendly staff, although they give you almost no information at check-in, for example, they don’t tell you where to find the pool or give you a map of the facility… Those would be things that would be better improved. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fabulous, particularly the omelet station. The fitness centre is fantastic. The indoor pool has a very funny musty smell. The hot tub was unfortunately not working while we were there. The outdoor pool is lovely but a bit of a trek to get to, and they don’t stock it with towels… You have to take some from the indoor pool on your way, which would’ve also been nice to know! The whole hotel has a very funny smell to it, a bit musty with perfume. The rooms are recently renovated and very nice, other than the window is really small, and the bathroom still has really old school flooring in the shower. The hotel looks like it was built in the 70s, and it’s brick and definitely has a vibe of one of the old universities we attended. There is a very amazing walk if you follow the jogging paths and go through settler Park. We saw a turtles swimming in the pond. Overall, this was an extensive and very nice hotel, but with the 70s vibe, the smells, and the non-functioning, hot tub, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I recently stayed here for a trip with my son to see the Packers play the Cowboys. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We especially enjoyed Bonnie & Clydes - the lobby bar & grill. The bartenders were excellent, and I found the food to be reasonably priced and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I reserved here because i liked the indoor pool and the hot tub to spend time with my kids. And also the said that close at midnight. But when we get there the indoor pool was in renovation. They have a outdoor pool but the only way to get there is with stair and we traveled with a baby 10 month old and a toddler, we have a stroller and we couldn’t go to the pool. The breakfast is amazing, you have to try the omelet. Maybe we had a better experience when they open the pool again.

Outdoor dining area looked much different than the pictures. Quality of coffee maker and coffee in the room. Bathroom shower outdated. Sink water tasted like mold when brushing teeth.

We were displaced from Great Wolf Lodge due to a transformer issue. We booked this hotel because we liked the way the indoor pool looked. Come to find out, it too was under renovation. The staff quickly apologized and asked how they could make up for it being that it was my sons 6th birthday we were celebrating. All staff here, including the waitstaff and omelet bar guy at breakfast displayed the highest level of service ive ever seen. Not many places that do it like this anymore. Those were "difference making" staff members. Its because of my experience with thrm, that we will book this hotel every time we are in the Dallas area in the future.

Work was being done (sidewalks being poured) which is a great upgrade; however the contractor could do a better job of cleaning the areas and sidewalks at the end of the day as there was trash and tools left behind, and lots of dirt on the pathways.

Bar was terrible. Servers were outstanding but being cut off after 4 light beers in two hours is ridiculous. The breakfast was not good. We’ve stayed here before and chose this hotel because of the bar and the breakfast. You lost our business.

It was good overall. The outdoor pool could use some work. We had stayed there in the past and it was so nice. Part of it was broken down and the water was not very well kept. It was a bit disappointing considering that was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there again.

We had a great stay here, used the hotel shuttle from the airport. Our driver was so sweet. We also ate at the Bonnie and Clyde hideout, which was amazing. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great and very large portions. Our room was very clean and spacious and will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Nice hotel, especially when in between conferences and quiet

Quality hotel, but typical Hilton where they nickel and dime you on everything. We chose hotel based on value and the sport amenities (pool, tennis courts, basketball court). We brought gear to enjoy these only to find out that to use the tennis courts have to be rented for $25 per hour. Desk staff arrogantly just smirked at us when I suggested that was ridiculous. The entire time we were there not one person used the courts. Breakfast was good, glad we selected to have it included in hotel reservation. Pools were good, however hotel was not very busy when we were there. Rooms were clean and quiet but once again not busy.

Me and my wife drove to Dallas for a few days around the 4th of July. We really enjoyed this hotel. Its very clean and the staff treated us really well. This hotel is also in a good location. This would be a good hotel to stay in if you have a long layover at the airport, because you have good shopping and dining options. I highly recommend staying here.

Well, the first impressions of this hotel were not good. Not only do they have cobwebs in the skylights and on the ceiling of the lobby, but what I was greeted with in my hotel room was alarming. I had to go to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat lid to find feces and toilet paper in the toilet. I tried flushing, it didn't budge. Called down to the front desk, the option was to move rooms or have the maintenance man come up, we chose the latter. However, after he was finished he left residue that stayed all weekend. Now, part of the reason I chose this hotel was to hopefully use the shuttle back & forth from the Gaylord for a conference I was attending, unfortunately I misread the amenities and was unable to use the shuttle. Aside from Mario, the staff of the hotel were less than stellar. They weren't friendly and overall it was not a great experience staying at this hotel. I won't be staying here again.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was incredible. The breakfast staff were second to none I wish I could have brought the little older lady home with me she was precious!!!

Lots of construction, indoor and outdoor pool over crowded. Room not cleanliness laking. Hot in the hallways. Overall not worth the money.

Everyone was so nice, I had to go back to front desk because they did not give me my food vouchers & did not tell me what time breakfast started or ended

The staff were nice and parking is easy, The hotel seemed outdated and just average for the price. When we went up to the room, there was a giant cockroach that we had to kill.

Check in was easy, staff was courteous, room was clean, bed was comfortable. A+ all the way around.

Great hotel! Tons of amenities. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed! Would love to return & explore the hotel & grounds more.

Beds and pillows were fantastic. Shower was a bit weak and we had a day with no water due to emergency maintenance - really not ideal but stuff happens. Maybe water to a bathroom in a public area could have been arranged. There is a bar with great staff and the food is very good and well priced. Recommend for everyone to try the deserts. I’m going to stay there again There is a sign to say be aware of wildlife, came across a snake and tortoise (both harmless) was great to see.

My bed sheets had blood stains on them. The restaurant when you first come in the hotel is super slow for it to not been many people dining in.

rooms were very small and our room had some cigarette smell to it and AC UNIT is very old and saw cockroach in bathroom

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. Staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The location was extremely convenient to Grapevine Mills and Great Wolf Lodge. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to the area.

The checkin counter had rude service during checkout. I had questions. They seem bother to work.

They had a water issue so the hot water was off for most the day. There was a mildew type smell in the hallway. Every morning housekeeping would knock and shout even when the privacy placard was displayed.
