Reviews
Guests generally have positive experiences at this hotel, appreciating the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the parking fees, air conditioning issues, and varying quality of breakfast items.
- Clean and spacious rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Parking fees
- Air conditioning issues

This is the first time I have had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites hotel, and it was very frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The presidential suite is not very presidential. It’s dated, Hot, stains, poor wall repairs, light switches don’t work.

It was raining and the dining room was leaking. There was a moldy smell in the room.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
I like the big rooms with plenty of space. I wish that if you're staying in the hotel that you didn't have to pay for parking. Breakfast is good but why do you have to stand in the omelet line to get some bacon or sausage?
- 2/5
Poor experience, I don’t recomend this hotel
- 3/5
This used to be the only place tp stay ffor me while in the DFW area. You need to add 20 dollars per night per car for parking. Thats almost a 20 percent increase in "Per Night Cost". This cost was not mentioned to us until after we checked in. It's noy the money, it's the deception. Half the elevators were closed for mantainance. Hot Tub was eliminated but still advertized as a service provided (Big deal for me as I am Disabled due to bad auto wreck and deal with constant pain issues). Not "Open to Bass Pro Shop" like it used to be. Basically, it went from a high 4 to low Star Hotel and downgraded it to a mid range Star Hotel.

Daryl was very helpful and switch our room when we had issues with the first one. The first one had bugs, beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning took forever to get cold. We were moved to a new room. The rooms were not very clean. The showers/tubs need to be scrubbed they both have stains. There is water damage everywhere. The carpet on both rooms are stained. There was visible hair from men and women all in the bathroom. I recommend only getting an omelette because the other food was warm at best. There were four elevators but only two worked and at one point in our visit only one and we were on the top floor. This was our first time at this Embassy and it was not a good experience and not worth the money. The front desk people were so nice during check in as well as the maintenance man who checked our room the first night we arrived because the door was opened and all the lights were out so he checked it for us. The drinks at night are awesome and appreciative. I would say to have someone monitor the snacks left out because kids were touching stuff and running back to the pool.

Clean room and complementary breakfast was great.
- 5/5
The spacious suite was comfortable, spotless, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. I also loved the evening reception, which added an extra touch of hospitality and made the experience feel even more special. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure guests felt valued and comfortable. It’s clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience. I highly recommend Embassy Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next visit!
- 2/5
Was not the hotel it use to be. Ice machines were out of order on multiple floors. Elevators out of order. Mildew smell in the room. I think it was from tub/ shower drain that gurgled regularly. 20 plus $ per day to park. Won’t be back!
- 4/5
2 elevators not working, not enough luggage carts for a full house. Took forever to get up and down elevator due to the full house.
- 1/5
For over $200 a night, I expected A LOT MORE than what I got. The property was clean and that was nice, but over all… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will stay somewhere else when I visit DFW again.
- 5/5
Our stay was very pleasant! The room was very well cleaned and maintained daily as needed! The daily snacks in the room, evening finger foods, and 2 free drinks we're much enjoyed (we loved the fact they offered non alcoholic beverages as well because not everyone drinks alcohol)! The breakfast every morning was excellent and there was a wide variety of food offered! Even the pickiest of eaters are accommodated to! All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional! Mrs. Diana Medina was an excellent server and kept the breakfast area spotless, not to mention very friendly and made us all feel at home! The pool was very clean and enjoyable! For all the amenities included you can't beat the price of Embassy Suites per night! We would definitely recommend to any one! Oh and can't forget Bass Pro is literally next door for all the outdoorsy kinda people! *****
- 3/5
Our room was not very clean. The light switch was dirty. The carpet had some kind of specks on it. We put a towel on some spilt water and when picking up the towel it was covered in black specks. Maybe coffee grounds? Not sure. Someone else’s shoes were left in the room in the closet. They were expensive hiking sandals. I took them to the front desk and hope the owner finds them. There was also something like food or something on the wall. We love the setup of the room as a family of 5 but was a little disappointed in the cleanliness this time. We’ve stayed here many times and hoping this was just a slip up. We got in so late after traveling all day, it was definitely disappointing for as much as we paid.
- 3/5
Hotel itself was fine though the staff seemed a bit unorganized. A hotel staff member entered my room at 9:30 am the day of checkout while I was in the room. One knock and the door was open before I can get to it. This is unacceptable, especially for guests with families.
- 2/5
Rain water in the hotel and eating area and on the rails on the 12th floor. Room smelled moldy. Had to park a mile a way from hotel. Crazy!!!

My stay wasn't great. The doors wouldn't open close or lock properly. I couldn't hang my clothes up. Bedroom door didnt lock. The alarm clock didn't work..Nor did the room phone work. I couldn't order room service or call the front desk. Ive never had a issue with Embassy. This is the 1st Embassy Hotel that has been this bad.
- 5/5
Everything was truly great!
- 5/5
Good location close to the airport. Nice large room
- 4/5
We had a canceled flight so we need a close place to stay the night. Great location to DFW. The room was a bit dated and could use a refresh. No issues and it seemed clean. I would stay again if needed. Free breakfast was nice.
- 2.5/5
The location is good, and I like the property layout. The atrium space is very inviting. Most important, it was possible to get a room at 1am after DFW airport had major delays. Bathroom floor was dirty - it’s been vacuumed but clearly hasn’t been mopped in awhile. We only had hand towels - had to call the desk for bath towels and that took 45 minutes - by then we needed to leave and made due. There were long hairs on the floor of the shower! Ugh! We checked in at 2am and I didn’t notice how bad it was until morning. While we were checking in, another guest came downstairs and said that the room assigned to them was dirty and asked to be reassigned.
- 4/5
Good airport pickup and drop off service. Good breakfast and nice staff. Great text messaging service, much easier than waiting in line to talk to the reception. I found three bugs in the room. Shower head is very hard to adjust, not very friendly for not super tall people. No shuttle to the airport between 10pm to 6am.

Hotel is very nice with 6 elevators which is very convenient. Front Desk staff were so unfriendly and not helpful at all. We tried to take the 9:30AM airport shuttle, and a group of people were waiting outside for the bus as well, just to see after 10min of waiting a traveler coming out and telling everyone that bus is not coming as Front Desk told the driver not to go, and he had to fight with front desk and got airport parking waiver from them. Hotel is nice but staff are making it a bad experience.

Having to pay for parking. This facility has ample parking, and your guests should not have to pay to park their vehicle. In the future we might reconsider staying here when there are so many other hotels in the same area that do not charge to park.

It is a very nice hotel. However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not. We asked her to please clean the bathtub and shower, and all she was run some water on it. If youre gonna use a radio for communication try and keep it professional or wear an earpiece so the guest cant here you.

Parking is now a pain, you no longer pay the hotel. Our room smelt like mildew and was super hot. Even turning down the thermostat, it never cooled off. Mind you it was about 60 degrees outside, so Texas heat didn’t play a part. Our toilet ran almost all night. Kind of disappointed in this stay with Embassy. Breakfast was wonderful as usual, the omelet chef was so nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and nice.

Booked this hotel because website said there was indoor heated pool! Was there with to young kids and all they wanted to do was swim. Pool was NOT heated- water was very cold. Informed desk after checkin and told engineering would be notified and hopeful fix! Next morning - still no heat in pool- unable to use. Breakfast was good - room ok- but since whole point of getting a room was the heated pool- stay was very disappointing!

I love staying at Embassy Suites. It is one of my most favorite hotels to stay at. The breakfast is amazing!
- 3/5
Wasn't expecting to pay an additional $20 for parking (I didn't in the past). The room was fine except the closet door was stuck and there was no luggage rack. They had very few luggage carts so that made check out interesting. Otherwise everything was fine.

- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
The number one reason for our stay was the Manager's reception in the evenings. The selection of snacks was unappetizing and poor. The drinks at bar were also few and not good. The breakfast was decent but I might choose another Embassy Suites on my next trip.
- 3/5
The lobby in this property is nice. When I checked in the staff was very welcoming and allowed us to check-in earlier since our room was ready. The rooms are due for an upgrade. Outdated in comparison to the lobby. The only good thing at breakfast was the made to order omelet. The kids liked the pool but the chlorine was extremely strong to the point my eyes were burning. Overall for the price is fair the free airport shuttle is convenient but it is 30 mins from the city.
- 5/5
Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t say that there was anything that I was not pleased with.
- 5/5
The breakfast was ok but you should have cold cut like ham and cheese in the buffet menu

- 3.5/5

- 5/5
Yes. The Airport Shuttle was exceptional..One thing you all could improve on was changing your hot cereal (Oatmeal )
- 3/5
I did not like that you still have to pay an additional $20 for parking on top of the hotel room price. It's ridiculous that it's not free parking with a room reservation.
- 4.5/5
The location was very important to us seeing that we had an early flight the next morning. We also liked the social hour event that was hosted at 5pm. I didn’t care for the additional parking fees. You spend close to $300.00 a night and they stick it to you for driving to their location.
- 4/5
The Hotel experience was pleasant and the only thing i would say is my room had minor plumbing issues and the room didnt feel 100% clean. Other than that i enjoyef my stay and will definitely return!!!!

My room wasn’t made 2 days in a row. I came back with the family after a long day to an uncleared room. Called the front desk and got a robot that actually sent me fresh towels. The second day it happened I went to the front desk and I think the robot was better than the lady who served me. I chose not to use air bnb since i didn’t want to clean the house but with this experience I’m going to go to abnb again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, the cocktail hour was relaxing. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Everyone was very nice and helpful
- 3.5/5
Upon check in I was told there would be a tray of complimentary snacks in the room. No tray was there. The dirty linens from the last guest were left in a pile on the floor of the room. I called the front desk immediately and told her about the linens and the missing snacks. She apologized but didn't rectify the problem. In the morning the linens were still in a pile outside my door.
- 4/5
Property was nice. Pool ceiling needed some attention as it was bubbling and falling off. It was very loud in the pool as well the kids yells echoed. Plan on $20 a day for parking per vehicle. Nightly happy hour was better some days than others.
- 5/5
Everything was so good. The breakfast was amazing!
- 5/5
Location of breakfast and seating were great. The breakfast quality and variety were very good.
- 4.5/5
I didn't like that you had to pay for parking. I feel that should be included, especially if you are staying over nights or over
- 2/5
On a positive note, the shower was amazing.
- 4/5
Stayed with my family over the weekend. Nice and clean place and the breakfast was great. I didn't like that we had to pay $20 per night for parking though.
- 5/5
Great place the room had socks and stuff from last guess could have been cleaner
- 5/5
Staff member when I first came in to check in was quick with me and turned me away rudely
- 5/5
The rooms were clean but cleaning crew need to learn to vacuum the rooms n mop the bathroom floor. But other then that everything was perfect food, bed, parking, can’t wait to return again.
- 3.5/5
The price for guest who are no visiting for a conference, but stay while a conference is taking place does not meet the quality of the hotel. We booked a balcony room - and paid double the price. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Buffet eggs tasted like powdered eggs. $20 per night for parking seems a little ridiculous.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing, we loved the omelet bar.
- 4/5
Loved the experience. Breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly. Although the hotel was extremely busy, we couldn’t hear anything in our room. Only downfall, it took the room a long time to get cool.

I like staying at Embassy Suites in Dallas/DFW and enjoying the great breakfast they provide for us and we always stay here all the time. The staffs are great specially Virginia. I’m a member of Hilton and well recommended. Thank you all for great service. All the amenities and breakfast, restaurants inside.
- 3/5
First, the staff at the front desk did not seem very friendly or welcoming. The overall service felt cold and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. One of our biggest frustrations was that our third room was still not ready even an hour after the official check-in time, which caused unnecessary delays for our family. Another issue was the parking fee. We were charged $20 per day just to park at the hotel, which I find ridiculous, especially for guests already staying at the property. The room itself also had several problems. There was a noticeable hole in the wall, which made the room feel poorly maintained. In addition, the lighting throughout the room was very dim, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. We also found a bug crawling near the bed. On the second night, my daughter’s room key suddenly stopped working. When we went to the front desk, the staff said they didn’t know why the room had been removed from our account. Because of this issue, they couldn’t leave the room together to go to breakfast since their keys would not work. It was very frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, between the unfriendly staff, delayed room availability, unexpected parking fees, and the condition of the room, this stay was far below what we expected. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this hotel a
- 3/5
Overall stay ok. Beds are very very firm.
- 4/5
The stay was great ,the breakfast and pool and most workers. I very much enjoyed my stay after the front desk because Melissa was not friendlly, but everone else was like diana was amazing.
- 1/5
Rude staff and constantly overbooked. Room reservations are not guaranteed, they will not compensate or upgrade either.

- 4/5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
- 1/5
This property gave my room away after I prepaid for the room for the night.
- 5/5
The only two negatives about the entire experience was the toilet was rather short for a 5'11" and 6'5" couple. On top of that the parking company are clowns. I set up and paid for parking at check in (with a confirmation) then had some silly note on my car the morning that we left saying we had not. Sounds like a scam to me.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Great room nice and quiet. Great free breakfast and parking!
- 4/5
We chose this hotel to stay at for my son’s birthday. Overall it was a nice stay, with the exception of a couple things. The first being that you have to pay for parking. It was $20/night, not sure why you have to pay for parking but that was weird to me. We stay at hotels all over the DFW area frequently and the only time we’ve paid for parking was in downtown Dallas and it was for valet. Another thing was them wanting to hold my DL to use a luggage cart, never had that happen before so not sure what’s going on there for it to be that serious. The room itself was quite nice, my only issue was some areas looked extremely dated like paint chipping or peeling, some rust spots on the floor in corners of the bathroom. The thermostat in the room didn’t have the heat/cool option so we were freezing. If we wanted the heater, someone had to come in, pull the vent off, and change something within the walls. That’s pretty inconvenient if you your body temp fluctuates and you need the option to use the heat or cool. You don’t always want someone to have to come into your room to change it from hot to cold options on your thermostat. The pool area was also dirty, someone threw up the night before, and when we came down in the morning to swim, the throw up was still there. The little evening reception was lacking as well, they had crackers and cheese, or veggies and ranch. It was nice to get 2 free complimentary cocktails but there are other hotels who outdo them in this aspect.
- 5/5
Amazing customer service and the room was super clean.
- 1/5
Shuttle from DFW back to Embassy Suites was very hard to find and no one answered when the phone number on the return ticket was repeatedly called, only a phone robot which cycled. Front desk at hotel did not pick up. After an hour and a half of uncertainty and a cell phone that was running out of power, an employee with no connection to Hilton, was able to point out the meeting point for the Embassy shuttle 60 yards beyond a construction site.
- 4/5
Room was clean. TV remote didn’t work.
- 4/5
Comfy bed, great location, room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly as well as the shower did not fully engage when switch was activated. Nice staff
- 3/5
When we arrived, a worker was there who never asked if we needed help with our luggage. However, another couple came in after we did, and he immediately offered to assist. Also, none of the staff smiled while we were there. They all appeared unhappy working there. Only one person smiled while we were there, and she helped me get a luggage cart. The rooms and amenities were on point. No complaints there.

Everything was amazing …including breakfast! Thanku!
- 4/5
Only one issue, the room could've been a little cleaner.
- 3/5
room extremely hot. a lot of unruly kids in the pool with no parents.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Yes me and my wife loved our room we had such amazing time and stay. Thank you guys we will be coming back.
- 3/5
Average hotel. Gym was dirty, service was fair, AC in room barely worked. Some trash left in the room. I’d select a different hotel if I was going back to grapevine w
- 5/5
The chef's are awesome. I love it. Keep it up. Spacious and neat room.
- 2/5
Our reservation we booked weeks ahead was not what we paid for specifically. The breakfast was not good compared to other embassy we stayed at, and everything we did we had to stand in long lines especially happy hour never experienced that before. At breakfast the bacon and sausage needs to be out with the scrambled eggs so we can walk up and get it . I was thrilled about this stay compared to others
- 5/5
Amazing view and super clean!
- 5/5
All the above
- 5/5
Everything was great but parking isn't included so had to pay 20 bucks to park, no big deal. The room i booked said bath shower combined which didnt bother me but my gf wanted to soak in the bathtub.. but once again didnt bother me seeing how the shower was big and everything else was great including the staff.. im already thinking about staying here for the 3rd time for the next adult get away
- 4/5
Staff was great. Tyler and Evelyn especially
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and Comfortable
- 5/5
Great location , price and of course the full breakfast
- 5/5
The room was clean, and very clean
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Room was dirtier than my liking but the hotel overall was great! There was popcorn under the couch bed, and the bathroom needs a bit of a wipe down but otherwise everything was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was first class!
- 1/5
Our room had a cockroach on the first night. The second day our shower flooded and we had to change rooms. The hotel is run down and in need of major renovations . It shouldn’t be considered a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
The rooms were spotless and the customer service team was very helpful.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 5/5
The desk staff was courteous, going out of her way to accommodate my needs after a cancelled flight. The other staff were professional and easy to deal with. I loved the breakfast and “happy hour”.
- 5/5
Room was great, staff were welcoming and helpful. Happy hour and breakfast were fantastic.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly & helpful & good attitudes especially considering the horrible weather conditions & a bunch of cranky delayed travelers
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Courtesy drivers/vans even gave me a ride during the ice storm to go to the local mall.
- 5/5
The entire staff was helpful including the managers during the winter storm. They accommodated all of our needs. Would highly recommend the Hilton hotel.
- 4/5
Older property but great staff
- 5/5
Great, excellent, we love it, nice room, nice breakfast, free happy hours excellent
- 4/5
My family and I enjoyed a nice staycation here for christmas. The room was nice and clean and all the staff was friendly. We had a couple issues upon arriving but they quickly fixed it and made up for the inconvenience. The breakfast was nice but I had better breakfast and the Embassay Suites in Las Colinas. I was also disappointed that they didnt have a hot tub, it looks like here is one on the pictures when booking.
- 4/5
The line for the buffet was not well set up. My husband who is disabled was continuously bumped into while standing in line. He finally had to leave the line with no food. The mattresses were not comfortable but that is a common problem in all hotels. Hotels insist on using firm mattresses which hurt my and my husband's backs. I don't know why hotels insist on buying cheap mattresses. And finally, charging guests for parking is REALLY CHEAP!. You own the parking lot, so seriously? It's nothing more than making an extra buck for the company. I doubt we will stay there again which is a shame as we've stayed at the Grapevine Embassy many times over the years. Embassy may want to rethink their policies, or they may end up losing customers. The main plus is the check-in staff were very nice.
- 3/5
Room was in decent condition, except as a wheelchair accessible room, the shower was connected to a tub and not a roll-in.. parking was not free, and the beds were not comfortable.
- 4/5
Staff was very accomodqting and checked in each day to see how my stay was.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good. Thr bathroom definitely could have been cleaner. It felt dirty. There was hair on every surface. We were also deeply disappointed that you now have to pay to park. We will not stay here again due to that reason alone.
- 5/5
breakfast
- 2/5
No soap in the dispenser in the shower, TV didn’t work in the den portion of the room, no working phone in room to call anyone to discuss the issues. Got dinner comped for my troubles, but housekeeping has to address the issues before it’s made available.
- 3/5
mold in shower
- 5/5
Fast easy check in with staff, great restaurant for dinner, and great complimentary breakfast!!
- 5/5
Amazing service
- 2/5
The hotel is very worn and dated. We reserved rooms with two queen beds but they were full beds. Staff was not the best, they seemed to be short-staffed.
- 5/5
Staff were very polite and friendly
- 1/5
Paid for 2 bedroom my friend confirmed they would have this and at check in the room had been switched to a single bed. we were given 1117 instead of 1130.
- 5/5
Great comfortable place for a growing family to relax.
- 5/5
Just a minor issue, body wash was out, but everything else was good, breakfast was awesome
- 3/5
Room uncomfortable. Room hot. Pillows flat. Upholstery on sofa coming apart. Bathroom door would not lock or stay shut. Poor water pressure
- 1/5
Only thing good about the stay was breakfast. Terrible check in experience and horrible customer service. Room was exceptionally uncomfortable, hot and muggy.
- 3/5
It is completely unprofessional to assume it is a mistake from a 3rd party vendor rather than actually listening to the client and using your brain.
- 3/5
Fire alarm went off in our room around 2am. We tried contacting front desk and it just rang and rang. I was getting dressed to go down when they returned the call. We had looked into hallways and no other movement or smoke smell but alarm kept ringing until front desk responded and turned off from downstairs somehow.
- 1/5
Beds felt like sleeping on springs breakfast was cold eggs cold potatoes cold gravy staff was extremely unhelpful we were told if the shuttle driver felt like taking us downtown he would otherwise just to airport no guarantee they would bring us back the most horrible experience ever
- 5/5
Kendall was great! The room was really clean
- 3/5
Great location. Did not
- 2/5
No hot water all3 days I stay and we don’t have coffe
- 2/5
My room’s ac did not work well and
- 3/5
Overall I enjoyed my stay , however I’m not sure what happened with the hot water , but Sunday morning my family nor myself could take a shower . Also throughout the duration the air wasn’t the best. At times throughout the night it was hot .
- 5/5
All was good
- 1/5
Horrible service went to front desk for an extra towel. I was told I have to wait till clean crew came by, 2 hrs later we got towels. Also beds where so small
- 5/5
Fast check in, staff was amazing and it was very clean
- 5/5
The room was perfect, the patio to sit and look at the lights was awesome. We will stay again
- 5/5
Well maintained property, clean room, friendly staff. Happy hour in the evening with complementary drinks and snacks, nice breakfast. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Room was nice. Have never had to pay for parking before.
- 5/5
Great Venue and the rooms are excellent, great area of the metroplex.
- 1/5
There were bodily fluids on the bathroom floor. I asked the hotel staff to come in and clean it. They came in and clean. I seen with my own eyes her come in the room as I was leaving however, she did not clean that floor. It was still there when I returned
- 5/5
Room was spotless, and Diana was a great server at breakfast as well
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
- 3/5
At check in staff failed to inform about over all hotel info that usually occurs at other hotels.
- 4/5
Breakfast selection was great. Omelette made to order was great
- 2/5
I made a reservation for a room with balcony and they didnt have it. They "said" they could upgrade me to a room that had snacks and drinks. But i didnt see that as an upgrade. There was no closet or any place to hang clothes. AND had to pay $20 to park with a reservation? I will NEVER stay here again
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Clean room, great complimentary breakfast, but did not like having to pay for parking every night.
- 1/5
Didn’t have the room type I reserved; had to go to two different rooms to find comparable; room we go had to call twice to get heat fixed; multiple areas of cleanliness with the room such as urine stains with hair around toilet, sewing needle with thread stuck in wall, somebody’s shoes under bedside table. Would not recommend anyone stay here and I definitely won’t.
- 4/5
staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was clean
- 4/5
Breakfast was just ok compared to our last stay there
- 3/5
I was also told that breakfast ended at 10:00 AM, but when I came down at 9:15 AM everything was already closed, which was disappointing. I still like the Embassy brand and have had many good experiences in the past, but this hotel could really benefit from some maintenance and improvements to bring it back up to the standard I’m used to.
- 1/5
Heater did not work
- 5/5
Great service
- 3/5
The housekeepers also give you no time to answer before they enter your room! They knock very light once or twice then walk right in! Luckily we were in the bedroom dressed.
- 5/5
Staff wonderful. We will be back
- 5/5
Room clean, breakfast great, the only disappointment was additional charge for parking. Wish you could add that into overall bill and one less transaction
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and convenient to airport with shuttle.
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast, very clean room, and friendly staff!
- 2/5
We arrived at 4:15pm and was told our room wasn’t ready and that we would receive a text when it was. An hour goes by and still nothing. I went to front desk to ask again and they said it still wasn’t
- 5/5
Great hotel. Room was spacious, loved the welcome happy hour and breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Definitely would return to this hotel!
- 3/5
Loved the size of the suite. Fortunately the shower facets did not work properly. We were given an accessible suite and the bottom faucet leaked. Our biggest disappointment were the cockroaches in the bathtub.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, friendly staff and being able to accommodate me on an early arrival. I will definitely recommend staying at this location and I will be back.
- 5/5
Spotless room, and great, very nice employees
- 1/5
The rooms heater was broken so was the toilet worst hotel I have stayed in in years
- 5/5
The room bathroom was not cleaned. Everything else was good
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything was nice, neat and clean
- 4/5
Parking is expensive. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. Hotel was nice. 2 free drinks and snacks from 5:30-7, that was nice. But drink cards should have been good for all day not just 90 minutes - the drink line was looong.
- 3/5
Roofs, lots of air con units and a huge noisy air con unit. Poor water pressure in bathroom that was reported twice.
- 1/5
Everything
- 2/5
Room felt neglected. There was random grime on lamps, walls, floors, couch pillows, etc. A poorly executed patch job had been done on the bathtub trying to cover rust. There was a goopy consistency around the drain in the tub and we didn’t feel it was clean to be able to bathe our children in it. Bed sheets seemed clean and the provided breakfast was good. Location is nice if doing activities at the Grapevine Mills Mall.
- 5/5
The staff was so kind and the stay was super peaceful!
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel.
- 3/5
Not your fault
- 1/5
Not the hotel because I didn’t stay there. Very disappointed with this app.
- 1/5
Never got to breakfast because the room was so horrible we left, they had no other rooms with a balcony, which the room we were in shouldbt be considered a balcony room because the view is literally of the roof, the ac unit on the roof and the trash blowing alround on said roof. Dirty room, lights, a.c., phone, dont work, fixtures ready to come off ect..
- 1/5
We called for early check in and were told 2pm. So we went at 3. We were then told our room wasn’t ready, we were okay with that because check in wasn’t till 4 anyways. However we waited 45 minutes after check in time for a room… with three kids. Upon finally getting to our room the cleanliness was severely lacking. Just not a good experience.
- 1/5
Will not be using this any longer.
- 5/5
Staff was professional Virginia at the front desk is exceptional!!!
- 4/5
There was a trash can still full from prior customers and no trash li er so we bring our own to protect the house keeping staff
- 5/5
Loved the balcony view, bed was comfortable, and the shower had instant hot water.
- 5/5
Great room helpful staff.
- 5/5
Food was tasty / staff was friendly
- 5/5
Great room, good breakfast, easy travel to airport and to the conference I was attending (Gaylord Convention Center)
- 5/5
Very nice room. Clean and well maintained.
- 4/5
Enormous hotel in Grapevine. Huge rooms with separate living area. Shuttle to and from DFW is a plus. Happy hour with light snacks and one free beverage is generous. Line for a beverage was too long and there were no soft drinks or other self serve beverage options during my 3 night stay so I never received the complementary drink. Gym was pretty good with dumbells up to 75 lbs. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay with an omelette station, scrambled eggs and all the usual things one would expect. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. Things I did not like: 1) check in lady was unfriendly. Did not even offer to find my Hilton Honors number when I asked 2) TERRIBLE water pressure 3) not enough outlets to charge devices 4) no closet or armoire to hang a suit or coat.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and clean.
- 5/5
First time in Dallas and loved the hotel. Staff was friendly and property was nice, clean and safe.
- 2/5
Room had no toilet paper and no shower gel. Only had 1 quilt for the sofa bed. Terrible driver on the shuttle from the airport. I will never take a free shuttle again.
- 5/5
Great location very safe good customer service kids friendly
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great view! My kids and I had a great time staying there for the State Fair!
- 5/5
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room is a little run down- hole in one of the couch cushions, rust in the bath tub, etc.
- 3/5
Furniture has wear and tear, some furniture need new cushion, I called dining during their hours no one answer ever, call front desk and said it will be sent to room it never did, false fire alarm at 7 am…
- 5/5
Room was excellent. Evening drinks & snacks were nice. Breakfast was good although no meat was included, such as bacon or sausage. Our beds were not comfortable so we did not sleep that well. Shuttle to airport and parking were both not very pluses.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay.
- 1/5
The room was smelling like smoke told receptionist nothing done then kids wanted to sleep on sofa bed the linens and the mattress all stained so nasty
- 5/5
Everything was great! The free drinks were LITTTT!
- 2/5
Service at the bar was slow, food was way overpriced.
- 5/5
Great staff amazing rooms
- 2/5
I left a bag there. I called the front and they said I had to go through an app to try to find my things! I have medication in that bag! I need it back today and there is no one to talk to. I also looked under the sink during my stay and the floor is filthy! The shower was messed up and the pillows are super uncomfortable. I will give this stay a 4 if they ever return my bag!
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
I enjoyed are stay
- 5/5
Staff were polite and welcoming. Diana Medina was particularly very helpful. ROOMS HAS NO WARDROBES OR SAFE
- 4/5
The morning breakfast woman cleaning tables was very friendly and exceptional.
- 4/5
To cold in the room.rooms needs to be brighter. While check in please be specific on where the contemporary drinks are for. The restaurant need to be more welcoming. Two people walk by us and said nothing. Didn’t say anything to us then finally 20 mins later we got service. I won’t go back to restaurant.
- 5/5
The restaurant there is absolutely amazing as well!!! Will definitely recommend!!

- 5/5
I love staying at Embassy Suites. They never disappoint
- 4/5
Got there after dark and did not see sign til am that there is a fee for parking! Got a goofy ticket and paid it 27.00 this is not downtown! Motel was fantastic! Stunning! Great Room! Great Staff! Great Breakfast atrium is beautiful. Would Stay Again!
- 5/5
Clean and great staff
- 3/5
Did not have my correct reservation. Had me staying for one night even though I booked for two nights. Room had one king bed instead of two queens. Few bugs were found
- 1/5
Awful
- 4/5
The hotel while dated is well kept and the staff are very attentive. The parking situation, requiring guests to pay with a third party app is both inconvenient and clunky, not to mention that the parking lot is sprawling and portly lit.
- 2/5
First they checked us in wrong room, then moved us where the air conditioner was not working, and double charged my card for the deposit. I have stayed at a few Embassy Suites including this one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The only reason I did not score lower is because of the amazing breakfast.
- 5/5
This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was well laid out and fresh. You do have to pay for parking, but there were enough spots in their large lot. A good choice!
- 5/5
Very spacious
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was very nice and modern. The breakfast was good, especially the fresh omelettes. The bar and restaurant food was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very nice day, the staff was friendly, the food was good and the room was very comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
So every thing was okay except for the fact I paid for a balcony room and I got downgraded to a wellness room but stool got charged for the balcony room
- 5/5
We absolutely loved and will return!
- 5/5
Friendly& helpful staff!!!
- 5/5
The staff were very professional, and the rooms a
- 2/5
Bathroom & room wasn't clean properly, toilet & sink over flow
- 5/5
I loved this property. I will be back. Isaiah i think was his name in the front check in on September 13th was amazing and very welcoming and very informative. Will be having my couple's retreat here in the near future.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only downfall is the size of the bed. Queen size beds instead of doubles would nice. They are too small when sleeping two to a bed. Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff!
- 5/5
I had a very good stay! The staff was professional and pleasant. Look forward to my next stay!
- 3/5
I didnt like having to be charged for patking.
- 5/5
The only downside is that you have to pay parking
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Clwan
- 4/5
ok
- 2/5
Not good. I paid $160 a night and had to pay for parking without assigned packing space. No toothpaste in the room to brush your teeth. No help desk number to call for emergency. I had to work downstairs twice because commode was over flooded.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Excelent , spacious room , very clean, great breakfast .!
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
This is the second time me and my family have stayed at this property and have enjoyed both stays. The property and rooms are both very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Other than that, I have stayed here many times and it’s a great hotel in a great area.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early. The breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The whole place was nice and clean. The staff were wonderful
- 2/5
I checked into the property front desk. There are signs everywhere saying you have to pay for parking and it does not say that when you’re booking this hotel, I told the front desk lady I said it doesn’t say that, and she started to belittle me in front of everybody. There was about 10 people stand behind me plus my son that was with me. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life that somebody would talk to me like this. The art of customer service is just doesn’t exist. Unfortunately when you book a hotel you can’t just cancel it or change it. I’m locked into this hotel for two nights where I don’t wanna be you wanna talk about unhappy
- 2/5
My hotel room was not very clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower.
- 5/5
The room was nice I love the property
- 5/5
Great for families who need extra space! We were jetlagged after flying in from Spain so my toddler and I went to bed super early. It was nice having a living room space separate from the bedroom so my husband could stay up later and watch tv. Staff were all friendly, breakfast was great, and we were even surprised to get free happy hour drinks upon arrival. Will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we travel through Dallas!
- 5/5
Spacious room. Restaurant on site. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
We always stay at this hotel when we stay in grapevine YX
- 4/5
N/A
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good. Rooms were very clean and updated. No complaints at all.
- 5/5
Loved Embassy Suites! We will definitely be back to this location!
- 1/5
The hotel itself is nice and convenient for airport travel but the fire alarm kept going off and woke us up numerous times. Very little sleep and plan on asking for a refund.
- 5/5
Good food, toilets didn’t work properly in room
- 1/5
The room smell musky Light Switch dont work Phone on room dont work The water on the shower was hard to change from the bottom to the top shower head They took 3 to 4 hours to come up and fix the tv that was not working
- 1/5
Property needs to be remodeled
- 5/5
very comfortable , with everything available including food.
- 5/5
Love staying at Embassy Suites.
- 2/5
TV remote sucked. Toilet kept running and handle had to be jiggled constantly. Also, those dirty "clouds" hanging over the atrium MUST GO! Filled with trash (paper airplanes) and made me feel like dust was falling on me all the time. Is that what my lungs looked like after leaving the hotel?
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and we felt safe!!!
- 5/5
Great stay great service.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
I will be returning to the hotel whenever I stay in Dallas again
- 4/5
Liked everything…had a great time….only wish our room could’ve gotten a little colder or maybe had a fan but truly had a great experience…thanks!
- 2/5
Laundry facility was good.
- 5/5
Didn’t spend much time but everything was great
- 5/5
We are a family of 5 with 3 kiddos. It was great and the breakfast is amazing. Make sure to stop by and get an omelette.
- 2/5
Not so good had booked for 2 nights . Had to check out after first day due to circumstances. Then changed and needed to stay. The charged for canceling then would not re book even though paid premium for room.!!!
- 5/5
I like the breakfast
- 1/5
Second, the breakfast had the eggs and meat behind counter and you had to order and wait for it to be cooked. Not to mention, fire alarm went off after my second bite, and then we had to exit with an empty stomach. Third, the rooms were horrible. Pillows were really half little sham looking hard pillows. Horrible sleep because of those pillows. The bathrooms had mold all around in the shower! Last, the parking situation is a mess! We had to pay for parking on an app at $20 a day!!!
- 3/5
Parking is horrible!! You have to pay 20.00 a night. Very large hotel and clean. Close to grapevine mills mall.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for the pool being closed. It was under repair
- 3/5
Registration was not easy. Nothing told me I would have to pay for parking on the hotels.com page. Pool was closed:(. Was given $50 credit towards hotel restaurant but that barely pays for an entree. Forget needing something to drink or something for the rest of the family. Toilet handle sticks, bathroom not clean, and had no bath gel. The stay was okay but I’ve had much better.
- 5/5
Friendly service, room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Parking price was a little steep.
- 5/5
Hospitable staff, inviting breakfast, and warm room
- 2/5
You had to pay for parking, every single night. When we walked into our room, there was a box fan on the dresser. So naturally the A/C did not work and they knew about it. When we told them about the A/C not working, they said they would send maintenance and they never showed up. The phones in the room didn’t work so we were un-able to call the front desk or room service. Breakfast was very good quality
- 3/5
Property seems to need some maintenance. Phones in room did not work, neither did the one in the lobby. Laundry machines were broken. Shower head didn’t work properly. Soda machine did not work. Property feels a little run down and understaffed. Long lines at check in.
- 4/5
Stay was good. Room was nice but bathroom was a little dated. Could use vent fan, hand held shower wand, and walk in shower would be nice. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
- 2/5
The pillows were not clean. There was blood on them.
- 4/5
Overall our 3 day stay was good. Virginia & Evah at the front desk were really very nice & helpful! Had trouble with our first rooms, air-conditioning not working in 1 room then we were moved to other rooms different floor & finally got adjoining rooms as we had requested. The room my husband & I stayed in we noticed on the second day what appeared to look like mold in certain areas of the room & it had a musky/mildew smell. We decided to stay since we had 1 night left. We did notify the front desk when we checked out. I showed them pictures that I had taken. They apologized and were going to have the room checked. We're Hilton members so our acct was credited with pts. As for the hotel overall it was nice and again everyone was very nice & helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.
- 5/5
All staff polite, breakfast really good, great service overall
- 3/5
Diana and Xavier were the only staff that were Pleasant. Front desk check-in was either in a bad mood or incompetent. Even though I had booked two rooms and showed her the Expedia confirmation, she was unwilling to look up the room by reservation number and only insisted that I just had one room. This was incorrect. There was more back-and-forth, but not a good way to start a stay. We were also surprised to have to pay for parking through a separate app. It’s been some years, but this hotel never charged for parking all the times we’ve stayed here before. So after dragging all your luggage in and checking in you have to go back out to your car if you don’t have your license plate memorized in order to register and pay for parking through the app. Our family went to a concert that night and didn’t get back till after midnight. It’s lovely to find that even though you paid for parking, you have to park all the way behind the hotel by the construction containers. We never saw security much less anyone checking license plates to see who had or had not paid. I guess the summation is that other than a couple of individuals, the approach to service and hospitality that once existed at this hotel is now severely lacking.
- 5/5
We love this hotel my wife and I always come here for our anniversary in March but we decided to take the kids this time we had a ball and the kids loved it as well will definitely be coming back next year with the family
- 5/5
Great stay. Hotel had all my amenities that I needed. Definitely would recommend.
- 4/5
Everything was nice and in a good area but it was $20 per night of parking and sometimes you couldn’t find good parking so you had to park behind the building that was the only bad thing besides a lot of kids running around all day
- 5/5
I’m going to say I really enjoyed the free drinks and breakfast every day. I love Hilton so that’s always my first choice. This one was the best ever and the staff was genuinely amazing.
- 3/5
Room was spacious but a little out dated and dirty.
- 4/5
Fresh cooked breakfast was fantastic Dinner at the hotel was great too. The hotel is located right next to a mall and has easy access to many different restaurants… I highly recommend
- 5/5
Muy bien el hotel y sus instalaciones, muy cerca de tiendas, excelente ubicación
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 4/5
The lobby was very nice along with the resturant was fun. Breakfast was great! Soda machine needs fountain drinks fixed. Also upset the pool was closed dont know why but that was a reason i chose there and didnt get to swim. The room was good, but could have been cleaner. Mirrors had kid prints on it along with it was hott in the room. The overall people there were very nice. No room service after late hours but overall it was good.
- 3/5
2) Bathroom sink drain pull was disconnected from the deain so many times the drain would retain water until you reached under the sink behind the counter to manipulate the drain manually. 3) Sofa bed mattress has almost know cusion, Sleeping on the bars that hold the bed up was very uncomfortable. 4) Only a sheet was provided for cover on the sofa bed for cover. Was a kittle cold at times. 5) As a gold member I was charhged a $75.00 fee for late checkout. I actually checked out of the hotel app about 12:20pm and actually think that is a little excessive of a fee. I point out all of this to assist you. I workled at the Embassy Suites in Denton as night auditor/manager for a few years after I retired from my career. I know how feedback is valued by the general manager and staff and only offer these criticisms for that purpose. I enjoyed my visit and would return. Hope this helps you out. Leo Marcotte

I never buy anything at a hotel and don’t like to be charged $50 for incidentals. Now I have to make sure they return that money to me. It is also ridiculous to pay for parking when their room rate is also high!

Our air conditioner was not cooling properly. At first it was just hot. So eventually we called the front desk and someone came and worked on our air conditioner. It got a little better but not much. While I was at the front desk later, I hear another customer stating that their air conditioner was not cooling either. I did not sleep well at all because it was not cool in our room. Not what I expected at Embassy Suites. The parking was very difficult. You had to scan something then enter in all of this information by phone. I am not tech savvy and the front desk was no help at all. I don't see myself going back to Embassy Suites.
