I didn’t like my room was clean after the 4th day. I didn’t like that I was charged for parking on property parking spot.

The room was clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great but no shuttle. Not from the airport or to the airport. The shuttle was a major factor in picking the hotel. To find out it was not available was very disappointing.

Stay was comfortable. The bed was great. Kitchen just didn’t have any liquid soap. Only dishwasher soap. I don’t have any complaints. I will be back with more family vacations.

Booked this hotel because of the on site restaurant and it didn't open.....on a Saturday night. Had I known that I would've picked a different hotel, was not worth paying more than other hotels in the area. Staff was wonderful. Hotel is old and not very clean. TV didn't work in my room, had to switch rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful but there's other hotels in the area I will stay at instead next time.

The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.

Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers.

Blood was on walls and floor of elevator.Set 6am to get to airport because had 7:30 flight didn’t leave hotel till 6:30. Guy had me scared beating up lady and tearing things off wall. TV wasn’t working for me or uncle room … Just terrible stay..

She went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with making the waffles for us and assisting in any way she could. She was just an outstanding employee in terms of all of our interactions with her. The charge for parking. It was not expensive, but it was a surprise charge on our bill when we checked out.

We opted for the higher price due to the fact the hotel states a "free managers reception" and they do not have that. The spa at the pool was also not operating (and hadn't been) so that was another disappointment. Hotel is clean and quiet, restaurant inside was excellent, pool area is nice BUT again, non-working spa. Lots of walkable places to eat or shop at, convient and close to freeway. Airport shuttle was frequently coming and going too.

Yes! $120 (plus tax) pet fee is a lot, the exact amount should be disclosed when it's that much. And I picked this hotel for the simple fact they had a bar/restaurant which just so happened to be closed on the one day I went, that should also be disclosed

Staff were nice. Food and Drinks from the Library were good. The Breakfast was good. The bed was hard and the hot tub was not working-disappointing. Needs updated.

We had a suite, gave us more room and had everything needed for some light cooking and eating in. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. It was good to have area shuttle as hotel is surrounded by major roads and we didn’t have a car.

Such a lovely stay, couldn’t have picked a better option for our stay in Grapevine. Will for sure be our top choice for future trips. Brandon at the front desk was fantastic and so welcoming.

We were greeted upon arrival by Yolanda. At the request of our daughter in law Yolanda was able to move our rooms on the same floor as our relatives staying there also. The shuttle service was a great asset. The breakfast Sunday morning was so good, clean area, plenty of choices, well stocked and the person serving that area made sure everyone had what they needed.

Great amenities! Wonderful staff, especially Yolanda at the front desk she is amazing and welcoming! Our little family christmas getaway was excellent because this hotel is in a very convinient location. All the fun activies like ICE, Historic Downtown, Legoland etc, and they have a shuttle that can take you these places as long as they are in a 5 mile radius. We will definitely be staying again.

The room was clean, comfortable and close access to DFW airport. Limo service to DFW was a plus and the restaurant in the hotel served excellent meals.

I asked for a crib on my special request and still, when I got into the room there was nothing when I called they were rude about it. Another the sofa bed had no sheets. Nobody came to my room to clean it.

I LOVED the kitchen amenities by far the best I’ve ever experienced! Besides the one bad experience all the other front desk staff were just AMAZING! They were so kind and willing to help. One of the ladies at the front desk around 9pm was super rude when asking for a packnplay. I called and asked if I can have a packnplay sent to my room because I never received it at 1pm when I was supposed to (I didn’t mind asking again) her response was so rude. She literally told me “ I mean you can come get it.” I later got a call from the exact person again and she says “we’re actually going to take it up to you” in the middle of me trying to say thank you she interrupts and says “ok bye!”

The hotel was nice, but the front desk staff didn't have a clue about the hotel. Is there a hot tub? "I don't know, i don't go back there." Of the 2 rooms we booked, which is bigger? Quieter? Nicer? "I don't know. I haven't seen them." What do they serve at breakfast? "I don't really know. Breakfast stuff." Maybe during the next front desk staff training they should have a tour of the hotel?

Excellent service from the desk clerks, shuttle drivers and breakfast lady. Everyone was very personable, and willing to help us. We have never had anyone so willing to make sure our breakfast was exactly what we wanted. She constantly ask if we needed anything and i noticed she was talking to everyone that came to eat. These are the kind of people that we need to see in all works of life. You could tell they enjoyed their job, which is what is missing in the world today. Thanks for excellent service!

It’s close to DFW and the highway, located very near Meow Wolf and other fun attractions in Grapevine. Our only issue was the AC unit in our room was rather loud and vibrated a lot.

The lady at the front desk was super apologetic about it though but it wasnt a good stay

Staff was friendly & rooms were very clean.

Even weather was not hot, the room was always warm. Decor was worn and dated. Wi-Fi was very slow and internet tv frequently struggled.

The hot tub is not hot enough to sit in it during February.

We stayed in a king room with a seperate bedroom with door and it worked perfect for a toddler who won’t sleep if she can see us.

Room not ready till 4. Loud air conditioner. Dirty, smelly room. Several broken items in room. Not up to previous stays at other Residence Inns. Older property needs refreshing. Front desk employee was excellent.

My son and I were there for his select basketball team’s tournament and we needed a place to crash for the night and this place was PERFECT!

Staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was also good each morning. The overall room felt old and dingy. It was clean but just needs updating. The room took along time to cool down. It was pretty uncomfortable. The hallway outside our room was very humid. Not sure the AC was working at all in the hall. You could feel the heat/humidity as soon as you stepped out of your room to get to elevator. It was a convenient location to places and restaurants

The front desk people were very nice! They got a fan for us and were always friendly polite and professional.

It was a nice hotel but there was no hot water. They should have called in a plumber that night but they didn’t . We checked out the next Morning with still no hot water or shower. It was miserable not being able to take a shower. Would not stay here again. I feel they should have done whatever it takes to get hot water for the guests.

Very nice room and facility, clean, quiet, breakfast was good and a quality property. The ONLY issue was no hot water Sunday morning for a shower. Not a big deal for me, I needed to wake up anyways.

Everything was great here, my only personal complaint is that the bed was extremely firm to the point that it was rock hard. I don’t like firm beds and this one was so hard that I was in pain and couldn’t sleep and it almost threw my back out the next day from trying to lay there. I’ve never had such a firm bed ever at any hotel so just be warned in case you’re like me and don’t like them! And of course that’s just my personal opinion, there was nothing actually wrong with the bed or hotel otherwise, but the bed alone would keep me from going back.

Everything about the hotel was great! Rooms were clean, updated, spacious and the hotel staff was so nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about the stay. My family really enjoyed it.

We always book a room at this hotel. It is in a great location and easy to find. The room is always comfortable, clean, quiet, and a yummy breakfast! Excellent shuttle service to the airport and back when you return.

The room was fantastic. We took the shuttle to downtown Grapevine and had a good dinner. The shuttle only ran until 10pm so we took a Lyft back it and didn’t start early enough for our very early flight so we took a Lyft instead.

I was pleasantly surprised to have REAL plates, silverware, etc. in the kitchen as I am used to paper plates and plastic utensils. Overall, a pleasant upgrade from the hotels that I have been staying in as of late.

Beware, though, they do not have cameras around the building. Our vehicle was robbed of its catalytic converter while parked in front of this hotel. Of course, this is not their fault but definitely be careful.

Clean and spacious rooms. The only minor issue is slight (and I mean very slight) freeway noise through the window. Professional and friendly staff. They heed to your needs and accommodate your extraordinary requests. A great perk is the free shuttle to and from the airport.

This would have been a five star review except I took off points for the restaurant. They need to make people aware that there are walnuts in the red velvet bundt cake. Nowhere on the menu did it mention walnuts. Who has ever heard of walnuts in a red velvet cake? I am allergic to walnuts and luckily noticed before I took a bite. I told the man at the restaurant and he couldn't have have cared less. He just said that's the way it comes. That's fine, but please update your menu to state when their are nuts in the food. I would not have ordered the red velvet bundt cake had I known it had walnuts.

I like that they had a bar, we didn’t use it though. I liked that Uber knew exactly where to come. I liked how big the room was and that it had a full-size refrigerator. The only thing I didn’t like about the room with the air conditioning didn’t work very well

Nice hotel next to Bass Pro Shop. Good breakfast Buffett. Restaurant /bar had lots of nice options. Room had kitchenette and sofa bed. King Bed was very uncomfortable (hard). Also need to mention there is no ice maker in the hotel, because the fridge has one in the room.... which is nice, but it is switched off upon arrival (which means no ice for an hour).

Stayed last minute for a one night stay with two kids. Honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with this stay and thought the price was reasonable. It was very comfortable and accommodating and the room was very nice. Pool was in the shade later in the day and was a nice touch. We actually stayed in the room overlooking the pool and it was not loud at all! Highway is easy access, but could not hear that either! We definitely would stay here again or for multiple nights.

Crystal in the bar was Awesome she made food suggestions and stood my them and the chef we had the special 2 lasagna pizza and Key Lime cheesecake. Crystal was busy but was “ smooth” on her feet bartender,server, and greeter. Great Experience I normally don’t eat at the hotel in a cities that have a big selection of restaurants..Desk Clerk really set the tone for a great experience.. Well Done Desk Clerk ( sorry didn’t get name) and Crystal in “The Library” and kitchen staff.

Overall the hotel is in great shape and a good location to the airport for those that have to spend the night. The room was nice, clean and very comfortable. The shower soaps were a nice touch. The only complaint I have is I choose my hotel based off of shuttle service. It was advertised 24 hour shuttle service. I had a 7:00 am flight and had to leave the hotel around 4:30. When I asked, I was told the shuttle service starts at 6:00. They told me you will have to take a Uber which cost me $32 more added on. Should not advertise what you do not have.

It was a nice room, everything was clean. Great room for the cost and access to everything in the area. Only downfall that is a personal preference is the bed was a bit stiff for me but not something I would deduct for.

Went to dallas for the weekend and after looking at several hotels decided on this one. So glad we did, many others we've stayed at have musty smelling rooms and there was none of that here. Pool was open and hot tub was working, staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great they had hot biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, cereal and a couple other things. Read a couple reviews about the bed not being good but I thought it was comfy. No complaints about our stay. This hotel was great and will definitely be staying here from now on.

Very nice stay and even though a plane goes past about every minute I only heard 1 the whole time. Once you figure out the lay of the land but we did miss it a couple times and and to go a couple miles to turn around. We would stay again!

Overall it was a nice place ..very convenient..clean .. however ... when we got there our room was not ready ..it was after 3 .. had to wait about 20 min .. front desk person was very nice and apologetic though .and pool was not open .. that was disappointing . It was still a great stay and would stay again 😊
