Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained m. Pool had a lot of chlorine and was very hot and enclosed.

One important aspect was the absolute quiet in the room. The breakfast served in the morning was the best. Many delicious choices all cooked to perfection. I would love to know the recipe for the scrambled eggs they served and how they got to be so fluffy. This hotel got an A+ from my partner and me.

We checked in late and left early due to a softball tournament in the area. Location was close to everything. Staff was friendly and even let us grab some food to go from the buffet while they were still setting up. Which was about 10-15 minutes before opening. That made my teenage daughter and I so happy. She loved the omelets and sausage.

Upon check-in, there was a sign noting recent thefts in the parking lot and recommending locking your vehicle. I appreciate the transparency, but that made me a bit nervous. Overall, staff was professional and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was OK/good. The indoor pool itself was fine, but the room itself could use a lot of updating and cleaning.

I love the pool, and my room had a jacuzzi. That was super nice. The staff was amazing I didn't like the number of Nats that were in my room, and when I had breakfast, it turned me off because they were in the case where the breads were. When I would eat in my room. The Nats would land on it. It was quite annoying, to say the least.

Comfortable rooms and clean Extreme sound issues with children above are room. The staff said they were only there for 1 night we got very little sleep. The next night, the staff put children again above use, so we had to move are room Also the staff did nothing the first night about the noise.

We have stayed here many times on our way home from KY. Always clean, friendly staff, nice & quiet.

Eh! Breakfast wasn't wonderful but adequate. Eggs were slimy. Lot of hair in the pool. Maybe the filter wasn't working properly. I don't know, but it wasn't good. The room was very clean. Everything within the room was fine, just not the pool.

No mattress pad, only a plastic liner under the sheet. This was a bedbug-bag style plastic liner, completely encasing the mattress, so it is likely rarely cleaned. A raggedy mattress pad was provided upon my insistence, for me to put on the bed myself. The sheets were mushy microfiber, with holes in them.

The room was clean, since I was a long term guest, they only serviced the room every three days. They did not supply enough coffee for three days. I ran out of body wash. The breakfast was ok, toaster was broke, ran out milk.

Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants but off the highway so pretty quiet. Plenty of easy parking. Clean, neat, decent breakfast for a fair price. Will stay there again next year on my way through the area.

Hotel was just meh. Walls, doorways, and furniture are smudged and dirty. Surfaces in the room were clean as were the floors. But the griminess of the walls, doors, and furniture was off-putting. Breakfast had a good assortment, but we were bothered by the fruit flies.

Room tired, needs updating. Paint chipped, carpets threadbare and mismatched. Lights very dim. Refrigerator wobbles, not level. Microwave door doesnt open fully. Bathroom: Door hinges rusty, broken faucet handle, water pressure low to nonexistent, have to hold toilet handle down to flush, dust in corners of sink and tub, just doesnt feel clean. Bedroom: Pillows small and hard, mattress not very comfortable, drapes had stain splatters. For price i expected much, much better.

Some of the parking lot security lights were out. My room keys had to be reprogrammed 4 times over a two night stay. The room-darkening curtains wouldn’t close so the maintenance staff had to fix it. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This is the second time we have stayed there. We would stay again.

The hotel provided a great stop on a long trip. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and provided great service during breakfast. Our room was right outside the elevator, so it was a little noisy, but nothing unbearable. Aside from the room being outside of the elevator, everything else was great!

Overall, very nice, reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel. Have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied. Breakfast is better than typical hotel free breakfasts. Welcome addition would be more fresh fruit. Two factors I always look for are comfortable bed and good shower water pressure. I would rate these good but not excellent.

This hotel was worth the low price. Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet. The only negatives I had were getting the hot water to work in the shower and the rugs in the room felt like they were due for a cleaning. Again, well worth the price they are asking for. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Very bad treatment from staff. Husband "asked" to leave. Per hotels.com, GM said it was a "misunderstanding" but still refused to reimburse room charge. He'd only been there an hour and a half and was berated and mistreated from the moment he arrived; unsure if it was because he was a millitary vet or what. Late evening check in gone bad. Toilet leaked in the room he was given as well. Forced to drive the remaining 10 hours of a 16 hour drive home in the middle of the night. Will NEVER go there again.

This Country Inn was not as nice as ones in the past. No cookie at lobby. All processed foods for breakfast except apples. No unsweetened oatmeal. No Greek unsweetened yogurtNo open staircase in lobby. It was pretty clean and quiet in the room. There was trash piled by doors in the hallway. Staff were nice in lobby.

Unsupervised children and teens were running the length of the 4th floor, screaming and shrieking after 10 pm. I had asked them once before to stop this behavior as we were travelers needing rest. I now got dressed and went to the front desk, passing a group of people drinking beer in the hall way, when I arrived Angelique waited on me, I explained the nature of the disturbance. She said I was disrespecting her because she was busy training a new person on the front desk. I went back to bed, the ruckus died down around 12 midnight except for slamming doors and talking in the hall. The following morning the #2 elevator and the 4th floor hallway smelled of weed. I asked a staff member about the decline in the hotel since my stay last year, she referred to the "transients and druggies" who frequent the hotel currently. Book this stay at your own risk. I'm done with the Country Inn and Suites by Raddison in Hagerstown MD.

Stay was fine. Room clean and quiet. The place is generally a little shabby but acceptable. My only complaint is that I did not receive a statement/ receipt. I was told it would come via email from Travelocity but it never arrived.

The location was convenient, and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The only positive aspect of the hotel itself was that the room included a microwave and refrigerator, which made purchasing outside food worthwhile. I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the business convention I was attending. I was also drawn in by the advertised heated pool, breakfast, and appealing photos online. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. To start, the pool was very small and not heated. While the pool area itself was warm, the water was extremely cold. Given the limited space, I expected some level of monitoring, but that was not the case. A large family occupied the entire pool area with beach balls, floats, pool noodles, and numerous alcoholic beverages, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the main amenity that influenced my booking. The pool was also not clean, maybe due to the use of the family. The room itself had a strong smell of stale pool water. There was hair in the shower and noticeable dust on the nightstand and around the refrigerator area. Thankfully, I travel with cleaning products for situations like this. The bed was average but very springy, and the pillows were small and flat, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the recliner chair was damp, so it could not be used. Due to the excessive noise and very thin walls, I was unable to sleep. I ultimately decided to leave around 11:00 PM the same night I checked in. Despite the 2.5-hour drive home, it was well worth it compared to staying the night

Clean room. Very quiet. Conveniently located near two major roads so it was easy to find. The motel is located in the parking lot of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants also located in the parking lot, which gave us a wide selection of dinner offerings and shopping. The staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed something. Breakfast had multiple offering that satisfied everyone from our 8 year old to our 75 year old - cereals, eggs, sausage, breads, juice, etc.

There was some sort of smell of smoke in my room or throughout the hotel do you may be a strong cleaning agent or something but it was kind of overpowering. I didn’t do the breakfast there so no commentary on that. I will say is that my room needed some serious redoing. The carpet was very frayed and needing to be replaced., Also the front bench was literally coming apart had peeling on it and the decor needs to be updated. It was generally OK and what you would expect from a lower end hotel for the price but I wouldn’t rush back there. When I saw the high ratings, I was kind of shocked it wasn’t better

They have no idea how to keep a reservation a reservation. Reservations made 1.5 week ahead of time and they gave someone the room I reserved and paid for.

I could’ve given this a much higher rating. 3 to 5 stars but I had a very unpleasant stay due to the fact of kids running and jumping on the floor above me. I sent three complaints to the front desk and it was never resolved. It ended at 1:48 AM. And I had to be up at 6 AM. None of my complaints were followed back up with so I do not know if the staff tried to resolve the issue for me or not.

Getting to the hotel was a little confusing as it is deep in a shopping center, but once we arrived everything was wonderful. Everything was spotless, service was kind and enthusiastic, breakfast was great, and the entire stay was pleasant and smooth.

The bed is too close to the AC. The hotel's parking lot is too small and you're liable to end up having to park in the adjacent shopping mall lot.

The staff was friendly, and the lady that operates the breakfast area was as friendly as a bowl of candy. You get what you pay for! This place is average at best. I'm not sure why all the 5 stars when I booked it. It's somewhat older. The best was -The breakfast was decent. Worst was -The lighting timer was broken at 7pm=pitch black parking lot. I had to ask- young lady at the desk flipped the switch and the lights came on.

OK hotel. Located right next to a mall (JCPenney's with a huge parking lot). Fridge, microwave, good amenities, plenty of parking, good staff. Only thing I didn't like was some chlorine smell when using the shower or toilet. Other than that, pretty good.

Upset the pool was cloaed for ones of our days. Since thats what kids looks forward too. And then told to get out of the gym. Even tho we have always gone in there EVERY time we have stayed. The one Woman was pretty rude. But other then her, nice staff and good time, clean room's.

I always look for a pool when we stay at a hotel. I booked this one got there and then discovered the pool was shut down. That was one of the predominate reasons I picked this hotel. These things should be noted! BEFORE booking the room! Very disappointing, paid for something that I could not even use. :(

When checking in at the front desk, the two ladies taking care of us had zero personality. They never smiled, or welcomed us. They mumbled and never even suggested what time breakfast was;we had to ask them. The room was adequate and clean. The woman who made and served the breakfast area was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, she told us she’s retiring, and she was the bright spot of our visit.

Service was fine, the location is convenient, and the room was in good shape. Bathroom design issues where TP is 120 degrees, actually behind you, which causes awkward twisting. There is nothing to hang your clean towel on for a shower, which is inconvenient.

Everything about this property was good. The only thing we didnt like was the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. If they were to update that, I would have no complaints.

hotel was clean and neat. my room was spacious and bed was comfy. great stop for an overnight stay on a trip. just off the highway. they offer breakfast rather skimpy and a pass for me but coffee was good. i would stay again. staff welcoming.

The hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Nice hot breakfast with fresh coffee. The front desk staff was welcoming and very friendly.

If the walls weren’t so thing there probably wouldn’t be a need for a 10pm-6am noise curfew. Also I don’t like how there’s no do not disturb option for your room.

I think there could be some cleaning improvements outside the main entrance. And the room that we were in needs a new mattress. It sinks in the middle.

The only minus was that parts of the bed were dirty (stained) which wasn't appealing. The stains were on the bedskirt, but still not appealing. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again. It was priced well and we had a comfortable stay.

I always like staying here. The staff is very friendly. And the hotel it's very clean.

We had a king suite. Lots of room, even two closets. The legs on the ironing board were broken and the noise from the frig was so loud we had to close the connecting door. The bed was very comfy.

After a long drive from New England, nice to find a clean, comfortable, stay easily accessed without driving into a city.

Overall it was good, but the bedding was very yellow. We have allergies and it itched when we touched it.

We stayed June 18. All was fine. Upon checkout,I asked for a receipt which I was given as we were returning the next week,I ask if we could have the same room and was told I needed to call the day of my reservation. June 23, I called four times and was put on hold each time and disconnected each time Upon arrival we were on the third floor,the shower glass slider came off track and the refrigerator didn't work. Got a new room. Upon checkout,I asked for a printed receipt and was told Expedia would need to text me one,they couldn't print one out. The only person that runs a tight ship at this place is the woman that handles the breakfast - she's terrific!! Bad experience

Welcoming, friendly staff. Rooms not carpeted but faux flooring. Stepped in tub for morning shower and surprised at amount of dirt coming off bottom of feet. Perhaps an occasional mopping of floor would be good. Otherwise a decent stat.

Was this grand central? Got a room 3rd floor (middle) right in front of the elevators and didnt sleep a wink! The room above us slammed doors we could hear all night. Granted the room was spacious enough for our large family of 6, there was pool (so busy, no towels available though) and a nice terrace to enjoy plus breakfast in the morning... all which we felt was worth the price ... but, we wish we would have gotten a good nights sleep most of all. The room did show some signs of wear and tear (stained table) or a stage of quick repairs (poorly patched holes behind the sofa and other furniture), however it was spacious and equiped with what was needed for our stay. The room also didnt include extra bedding for the pull-out sofa (we did easily get it downstairs) and the room safe gave an error code (we didnt spend the time fixing) but the location was convienent next to abundant shopping and food. We easily found what we needed for our 1 night stay, and found the staff polite too. They did apologize for the noise the next morning, they were very aware of the disturbance above us and so to be fair i would stay here again if i needed to revisit the area (large family units are hard to come by) but request a higher floor or quieter end unit away from the elevator traffic too.

The property was next to a shopping mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Ken at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was pretty good.

Very friendly evening staff! We had a big bug problem in our room including a wasp and many stink bugs that we brought to the attention of the staff. There wasn’t too much of a worry to do anything about it from them or move us to another room. We took care of the bugs we could find. Room was damp but it was a quiet stay.

Property sits at the end of a shopping mall. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Only stayed one night as we were going on a bus trip, early the next morning.
