Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe not until morning....um what! My pet is inside! They give us a dummy room with no keys to get in only said we need to alternate who leaves the room so we dont get locked out of that room. WHAT!? 12:30 am they use a giant wire to run under the door to open it. No refund was given, no extra night was offered and no late check out time other that 1 hour. I booked this room to use the pool and hot tub and I never got to use the amenities I booked for.

Very neat and clean, staff were great, breakfast was great. Enjoyed the hot tub but the jets never really came on. It didn’t stop me from using it. Would recommend and stay here again

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they had free toothbrushes available. So that was greatly appreciated.

Check in staff was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable about surrounding area, and pleasurable to speak with. Room was very clean and tidy as was the floor we stayed on. Breakfast bar was nice, sausage links were over cooked but other than that very nice. Pool was a bit on the cool side. Not at all like bath water as was described to us by staff (could use a heater) and hot tub was not as "hot" as it could have been. I would definitely stay again at this location

Other than the Hot tub not operating the hotel was nice. Rook was clean. Check in was smooth.

The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. The hot food was kept very hot ( sometimes that doesn't happen in other places) and the cinnamon rolls were an unexpected but welcome surprise. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. It was clean and well maintained The beds are the best! I believe they are the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very clean, looks fresh and new, very pleasant staff, one of the best free breakfasts, pool and hot tub are great. Near a mall and lots of restaurants.

We got room no. 300 and the shower did not work out, so after the swimming we learnt that shower was not working, I called twice and than someone came and we had to relocate to a different room, one level down. Perfect stay as we traveled down 81. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and great for a hotel. The warm cinnamon rolls were a favorite for the kids. They had free coloring sheets and crayons for the kids and the coffee was great.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked and good variety. Pool and hot tub were quite nice. Had them all to ourselves Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again when in the area.

Broken toilet, in room sewage smell no help with getting supplies for room from front desk. Told concerns to front multiple times and on checkout with no concern. Including to the front desk manager. Had to pick a tick off my 6 year olds sons back in bed spiders in room old contacts from previous people staying plastered to the walls.. trash left in room. But big thing was tick seeing dogs stay in all the rooms? no tub and bathroom smell and not working, no water.. spent 1000+ for having to stay in a room that no one could are less about or offer any solutions. I could go on and have to manager but obviously no one cares. Terrible.

No tub as advertised, Toilet in room didn’t flush since day 1. Literally sometimes no water would go to the toilet whatsoever. then randomly would fill after a hr or so. Maintenance came twice, first time unexpectedly and said “we just need to hold handle down”.. they obviously know there is an issue here and are still renting. Have video of this. Room smelt like sewage from it a lot so I had to Lysol the whole time. Had to kill a big spider in room one night, young son had a tick on his back that same night. I’m assuming from dogs in building? Someone’s contact lense is stuck to top of the door frame since day one. Had to ask for toilet paper and was told by the front desk that they didn’t have any? Mind you this was on our third day no refill so I husband jokingly said to front desk lady, should I ask someone in the hall? They actually said yes.. I’m up waiting in the room for it, he couldn’t find anyone so he had to get some himself. Another day I asked for trash bags to bag own trash to be given one small bag, after maintenance came they still left trash, today maintenance took our grab and go bags with food and utensils we had set aside when we returned. For spending nearly $1000 for the room and all here this was not pleasant and the most expensive vacation I’ve been on having basic needs overlooked. I have stayed at holiday inn express many times, the breakfast staff was nice and it was ok some days, limited to what we have had. No towels when we went to pool.

I had a pretty good day at this Holiday Inn. I was hauling a 40 foot trailer and it was very easy to park in the back and it was hidden so I didn’t feel like any of my tools were going to be stolen. The rooms and lobby were very clean. I walked to the mall took me like 10 minutes. My only complaint if any was the lack of options for breakfast both days I stayed were eggs and sausage. Right next-door you have a chili outback steakhouse and Buffalo wild wings and there’s a grocery store down the road for anything else you need also 10 minute walk.

The hotel was clean and was very close to a couple of restaurants which we were able to walk to from the hotel. We just stsyed one night as we were on our way home to Canada. It was great and had a pool and hot tub which is always nice after a long drive. We would definitely stsy here again.

Right off highway 81. Very nice accommodations with plenty of food choices and shopping close by. Breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. Surrounding area very pleasant and clean. Highly recommend.

Super check-in experience with Rich. Loved the renovations - everything is lovely. Particularly impressed with the breakfast room (good range of breakfast items and an open, inviting space). And the seasonal hot-chocolate "bar" in the foyer is just good fun.

I believe there were bed bugs. Told the lady we were leaving because of room conditions and she offered us nothing. We had to go find a new room when it was already late.

Hotel was fine but we had a room in the back side of the hotel and the traffic noise was loud all night long. If we stay there again, we would request a room in the front of the hotel.

Overall great stay. Reserved a room that was supposed to have a jetted tub, only to find out after checking in, they no longer have them. Biggest issue was there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Parking seems to be hit or miss.

Nice property. AC in room was confusing, wall controls & unit controls neither would make the fan stay on so we could drown out the noises from hall & adjacent rooms. Should have some instructions and would help if they worked correctly.

We were told that the hot tub was working and when we checked in it was out of order that was the main reason we booked our stay at your hotel was for the use of the hot tub .. very upset will not be returning to your hotel. This was the 3rd time at one of your hotels all 3 no working hot tub .

Honestly the worst Holiday Inn express I have ever stayed at. At first I gave them an excuse because of construction going on..but even the breakfast area was nasty with employees just standing around doing nothing…WAY below most HI Express’s I have stayed at

Set in an area with lots of shopping and many other hotels. They are renovating to good effect, the rooms feel new. Breakfast definitely better than the typical average for these situations. Staff friendly. Would recommend.

Front desk clerk, Emily, was easily the most indifferent and dis-interested I have ever seen. We had reserved a handicapped accessible room and received confirmation of same. We didn't get the room we reserved. No apology, just an attempt to blame the reservation company.(Expedia) Furthermore, even though she saw my wife used a walker, she placed us in a room nearly as far from the lobby as possible. Also seemed more interested in having a cigarette break outside the front door than waiting on customers. The room was very good an spotless, the included breakfast was excellent, but you shouldn't let this woman anywhere near a customer.

Good breakfast and coffee (very important to me!), pool was very nice as was the hot tub. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. My family of 6 was very happy in the Queen suite. The “convenience shop” was a little pricey but that’s typical for hotels

Beautiful and safe

We stayed at this property 2 other times which is why we felt comfortable re-booking. The hotel has been under renovation for some time so you will hear construction work. We were put in a room on first floor (along with several other customers) and it was a dump! Old smelly musty carpet, old beat up furniture, small tv with basic remote, old bathroom fixtures, and the tub faucet was dripping non stop. I tried to inquire about staying in a room like the one we stayed at in December 2023 and I was told it would cost me more. I was paying $169.00 without taxes so I asked how much more? I was then told never mind because you booked through an outside company. I can't believe I paid this much for hotel stay! Make sure you verify if you are in new room and beware of the ongoing construction.

Under Construction.... The hotel was not very busy, however they gave me a room right next to the are they were doing the construction. Made for a rough night of sleep.

We have stayed at this property many times. The rooms are spacious and the kids love the pool. They were doing renovations the last time we stayed so things were quite messy.

Excellent overnight stay with my 2 kids on Easter weekend. Hotel was pretty empty, understandably. Convoluted directions in mall area off the freeway. Main reason we stayed here was pool/hot tub, which were fine - used 2 hours on Saturday and one hour on Sunday morning. Staff was super nice. We enjoyed dinner next door at chili’s and breakfast was fine.

Hotel was in a convenient area, nice with stores, a mall, and restaurants. The hotel was undergoing remodel work, which would’ve been nice to know. There were tools in my bathtub and a workers rags with grease. However AJ the front desk worker was so phenomenal with his service and personable personality that it truly made me forget the items I was displeased with.

Everything was wonderful except it does not have a hot tub unless you call a cement square without jets a hot tub very disapointed the only reason i wanted to stay there! The room was a 10 and girl at front desk was wonderful!

The hotel is having renovations but did not list this during the booking. It was an obstacle course getting to our room. It will be very nice once it’s finished.

Hotel is in the process of being upgraded. New carpeting was dirty. Walls were dusty from all the work. All rooms beign worked on were left open after hours. None of the rooms on my floor had numbers on them. Room numbers were grouped together and left outside various rooms. Had to check 3 rooms before we could locate ours.

Hotel was fine. Room was hot (30 degrees outside). Had to use A/C. It was noisy. Beds were comfortable. Pool & workout rooms were under construction so could not use. No restaurant on site but there is an Outback, Chili’s & Fireside restaurants all within walking distance. $35 charge for pet. This should be noted on Hotels.com description so you’re not surprised when you get there by the charge. Free breakfast in the morning with omelette & bacon and waffles. Also oatmeal & regular breakfast items. Only fruit was green bananas.

The hotel is under construction, and they put me and my family on the floor where the construction is on going. No carpet on the floor screws on the floor, construction bedris on the floor.

Was surprised that there was a $40 “incidental “ charge. Which supposed to be a returned deposit. There was no mention of that incidental charge on the web site or at Travelocity.
