The breakfast was great we wish the firepit was available longer on Saturday nights lots of family from all over the US stayed here and was wanting more time together.

The staff was beyond great. From the second I checked in, everyone was so warm and genuinely helpful. They remembered my name, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered some really good local tips. You could tell they actually cared about making your stay nice. The suites are spacious and comfortable, but what really stood out to me was the food and the overall attention to detail. The free breakfast every morning was excellent — fresh, hot, and way better than the usual hotel spread. The evening socials were a nice bonus too. Everything just felt well thought out and taken care of. If you’re heading to Hagerstown for business or pleasure, I’d definitely recommend this place. I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in the area for sure. Huge thank you to the whole team!

Overall, it was a nice stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, my kids loved the taco bar. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had, the air conditioning system was very noisy and the kids had a rough time getting to sleep as their bed was directly next to it. We'd likely stay there again.

Will not go back. Still picking glass out of the bottom of my foot from broken glass on the floor of our room!!! They insist the rooms are inspected but after the glass incident, the room she put us in had large staples sticking out of the wall! Was not taken care of when the issue was brought to management. Felt like we HAD to stay.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so helpful. The pool and hot tub helped elevate some pain in the back. The hotel was clean and warm welcoming. Will stay again

There were a lot of people coming into the pool area from the parking lot. They would jump the fence. I wasn't sure if they were really supposed to be there or not.

Rooms were nice, staff went above and beyond. Really enjoyed our stay.

Front desk Person Cleaning service personnel aren't very friendly. Always speak to your customers , especially when addressed first . The property needs to train their crew on common curiosity.

The staff was very professional and friendly. We were able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

First room did not appear vacuumed or clean aside from bed made. We asked for a new room and it was ok. Hotel walking distance from restaurant.

Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is pet friendly so if not your comfort zone, be forewarned as they are in common areas. Personally, I missed my own pets so really enjoyed seeing the dogs there. Would definitely stay here again!

We held our 65th HS class reunion there. Everything was excellent! My partner & I spent 2 nights there so we could visit with classmates. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all aspects of the property, staff and management. Hats off to Don Bowman!

Checkin was rough because all of the Hilton systems were down the front desk did as good as they could given the circumstances. Breakfast was terrible. Please use real scrambled eggs, NOT POWDERED EGGS!

Great place. They are doing a big job on the roof so if you have pets it can be a little stressful for them and owners who don’t want their dogs to bark to disrupt stay of other customers. Otherwise , service and stay was great!

Everything is great with one exception - This is the first motel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have an ice bucket in the room.

Amenities were very nice, breakfast delicious with many choices beyond the normal fare, room was very quiet and comfortable with kitchen containing appliances and beds were comfortable. Appeared to be very clean and would enjoy coming back to this hotel.

Super nice staff! Great room, except for a nasty stain on the curtains in the front room.

I have stayed several times, this time the shower inside and out was so filthy that I did not take a shower for 3 days! I decided that it was safer seeing all of the buildup from other people in it and oon the outer doors. The floor of the shower was gray from grime (it was supposed to be light beige) I did not complain tho, since it was a holiday weekend and I was thgere for a family funeral.

Hilton chain the only place to stay as far as we are concerned

Clean, spacious, and well maintained. It’s not the most modern hotel, but it’s nice nonetheless. I would prefer a hotel like this over a “flip” job modern hotel with paper thin walls.

Everything went smoothly. Great room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Could have used a couple more chairs in living room. Only had 1 pull out loveseat for 6 people…great common areas in the hotel. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the basketball. Free breakfast was really good. Staff was professional and friendly and accommodating. Close to shopping, restaurants, mall, park, and historic area. Really enjoyed our day.

Awesome hotel in every way! We left a Microtel early since it was too loud at night in the room, searched around and so glad we picked Hometown Suites. The price was a bit more but you get: very clean rooms with a kitchen, very quiet at night (even being close to I81), excellent breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon and more, lots of amenities and very big rooms. I especially liked the quietness at night - we didn’t hear any traffic or neighbors talking. The breakfast was probably the best we have had at any hotel. This place was on point and we will definitely stay at any of these next time we travel!

This was a great overnight stop. The hotel is close to the interstate and easy to get to. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the hotel was immaculately clean. Our room was comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast in the morning had lots of great options.

The room was amazing it was like staying in an airbnb apartment. Each room was spacious the beds were soo comfortable even the sofa bed felt soft. The full kitchen made it so we didnt have to order doordash. Because of the view we had of the front of the hotel we saw several rabbits hopping about. The breakfast was so delicous they actually had bacon and shredded chicken for tortillas the veggies for the tortillas were fresh

My vehicle was broken into, in the main parking lot of the hotel. When brought to the front desk, they were aware of vehicles being broken into. There is no outside cameras and nothing is being done to fix the issue.

I took a trip with my two daughters. We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was friendly, everything was clean and orderly, the room was perfect.

Always like Homewood suites. Clean, great rooms, great service, nice breakfast. Lots of facilities to make stay nice.

I loved that the rooms are spacious and quiet.

If we wanted more toilet paper we had to go down and get it. The curtains had an insane amount of holes in them and teh bed skirt as well. Everything was outdated. There’s was a nasty handprint on the bedroom door. Ants were also in the room.

We had a rather unfortunate stay at the Hilton. We traveled for a race and arrived to 2 separate dirty rooms. They eventually found us a 3rd room that was clean but it was not very confidence inspiring. The staff was incredibly rude as well.

We arrived here after a 12hr long road trip with a 2m old baby and a 3yr old. Hoping it will be a good night sleep. We got one of the "bigger" rooms with a kitchen. The hotel entrance and outside are updated however the rooms are not. Carpets are old (dirty), shower and bathroom are also old and shower had mold in it. Bed was uncomfortable and small. AC air vent blows dust balls (we have severe allergies to dust mites so this was also a problem). This is not a hotel that is worth more than $80/night... If you are traveling with family and specially little ones .. look around and get a more comfortable place.Or make sure you don't over pay like we did for your stay.

Overall it was a great experience. Thankful for the staff who accommodated our dietary restriction requests for breakfast. Only complaints are that the faucet in the bathroom was a terrible choice (push on and very short timing), the room layout was a little odd with the tv facing neither the bed nor the couch, and the Wifi was slow.

This hotel is so clean. I love how the pool opens super early and the water is at a great temperature. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff is super friendly. Especially Nicole. My son left his Nintendo switch and realized it till an hour down the road. Do you know the housekeeper found it and turned it in? Beyond excellent for being trustworthy. The only things I didn’t like was how hard the beds are. And the pool floor was so slick the baby fell several times smacking hid head. I wish they could do something about that slickness. Also, we were told no food or drink in the pool house. Well, all the little baseball players parents didn’t care about that. They were regularly bringing drinks, beer, and food in there.

No carts at check in we are both handicapped- room was other side of hotel! Well after in room for a cpl hours alarm started sounding found out they had to replace air conditioning. Then the smell of weed in the halls was unbearable all night and day. Terrible beds and pillows suck. Stayed here 2 years ago and had no problems this was worse trip ever. Then elevator broke on our end of hotel so had to drag everything to other end. Shower sucks as well. Do not stay there you will regret it!!!!!

Last minute reservation for family traveling through the area. Asked for a cot in notes during reservation & front desk had one waiting for me when we arrived a short time later. Family slept great, suite was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had a good selection for the whole family.

Spacious, comfortable suite! We will always choose a Homewood Suites whenever possible where we stay!

We were 3 1/2 days without hot water and had to be moved to another unit which initially also did not have hot water. The second unit was infested with bugs.

Pleasant overnight stay. Local restaurant scene was weak.

The staff is very welcoming, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious and clean. We had some issues with the plumbing (shower did not have hot water, toilet leaked once) but I have confidence that these issues will be resolved once they are reported.

I like the outdoor siting area and basketball goal. It was a fun twist.

No attention to detail like no soap or body wash in shower, not enough towels in bathroom, no room service, limited housekeeping, no housekeeping after 4pm, no restaurant on premises. No water in room and none offered by front desk except for VIP guests.

Our stay was perfect - except the pool and hot tub need updated. We still were able to use but the bottom and sides are flaking pretty bad.

The lady Tayonna at the front desk brought to our attention they have a section outside that you can light a fire and sit around it in the wonderful outside furniture they have as well. They also have a great indoor pool and whirlpool. The kids loved the basketball court and fitness center. The breakfast. There are so many wonderful things about this place that I can't just think of one. Great place

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 3 kids between the ages of 5 months, 10 yrs and 12 yrs old. There were 1 King bed and bathroom in one room and 2 queen in the other room with it's own bathroom as well. The room was very clean. The full kitchen had everything with it down to the dishes. Very peaceful and pleasant. Everyone was very polite expecially the staff. One in particular named Tayonna. It cost a little more but was worth every penny. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff were wonderful! The room was a bit dated and the lever to switch water from shower to tub was stuck so both the faucet and the shower ran water.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to a family wedding. It's in a good location just off the interstate and near shopping and restaurants. If you don't want to drive to get food, there are a Buffalo Wild Wings and an Outback adjacent to the hotel.

A nice enough property, but I think a bit older than other Homewood Suites we've stayed at, so a bit musty-smelling upon entering our room. Might be time to remodel the bathrooms?
