Very well maintained property. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay here so much, that we decided to book it again in December when we return to Florida. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty.

Good breakfast selection, clean hotel, comfortable beds, close to highway, lots of restaurants and shopping.

Everything seemed fine until the bathroom clogged up and since the maintenance guys were gone we as the guest had to fix the issue. I suggest having 2 maintenance guys at night for “just in case”.

The first room we got at check-in had such a strong pet urine stench that we walked right out and back to the front desk. Our next room was not smelly so we stayed. The layout is very odd. The TV isn't really conveniently places to the bed(s) or couch so that was a little awkward. Finally, I went looking for a hair dryer because it wasn't in the bathroom and found it in the closet by the bed and window. However, I did not even take it out because a cockroach hurried out with the door. Thank goodness my daughter didn't see it. We only stayed one night and powered through it but won't be coming back. It's unfortunate because it really is a great location and the hotel looks clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system.

Breakfast hours on site is wrong, breakfast is earlier. Causing us to miss breakfast. Additionally the hotel places a large incidentals hold on your card which is not disclosed at time of booking and greatly exceeds comparable hotels in the area. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are setup well, and very spacious and modern. The pool is a bit small for the amount of guests the hotel books and quickly become overrun and crowded.

The price was excellent, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service we received. Everything felt well managed, and we truly felt welcomed and at ease during our stay. This hotel delivered exactly what good hospitality should—comfort, respect, and peace of mind. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The first 24 hours the hallways and rooms smelled like sewage. The TV didn’t work and was not fixed for the 3 days we were there. They didn’t have another adjoining room to move us and the family to. Felt very outdated too.

One of the biggest highlights was the suite layout there was plenty of sleeping space with multiple beds, including a pull-out/trundle option, which made it perfect for families or groups needing extra room without feeling cramped. The only small drawback was a slight odor to the linens, similar to laundry that may have sat damp for a bit too long. While it didn’t overshadow the experience, it’s something worth noting. Overall, this is a beautiful, upscale hotel with great amenities, thoughtful room design and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower has great water pressure! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash they provide smells great! The beds are comfortable, they are on the softer side and I do prefer a firm mattress, so it was an okay sleep. Breakfast was so good and lots of options for everyone. This is probably going to be my new Christmas tradition. It was a nice little break.

Everything was good I’d even say the customer service was great considering how polite they were about a major problem. There was no hot water and unfortunately with all the good things we encountered that will remain a sore spot for our family.

The check in person was super friendly and the room was absolutely perfect! The bathroom was literally sparkling clean! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Oh and a great breakfast no charge the next morning!

This was our second time staying here while driving through, but honestly we will try somewhere different next time. It served its purpose but needs some work. The bed was okay but the pillows were pointless and our toilet was slow and the water pressure during a shower was not consistent. Lastly, if you book through a 3rd party they hold $150 for several days. We’ve been to three hotels since (nicer ones) with smaller deposits and we’ve already received them back.

Was extremely disappointed that there was no spa. Website stated a spa and pictures show one with the pool but there wasn’t one. The refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The biggest problem was what I think may have been mold. My children were sneezing ALOT in the room. We had headaches and nausea if we were in the room for long periods. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing with how much I spent on the room.

For 4 years I've been stopping at this hotel several times a year because it's halfway between my home and my son's college. Its service, condition and cleanliness are reliably top notch. It's conveniently located by restaurants and a movie theatre (also right off the highway.) Good staff, well managed--I would recommend to everyone.

The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was decent, but there was no fruit at all. The room was clean and a decent size but the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The location is probably the best part about the hotel, right next to the mall and restaurants and we enjoyed walking there.

It was also not offered all day. They take it away after breaksfast. This is the only place we have stayed that this is done at

My kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast seating is exceptional. However you have to arrive early. I arrived early and noticed by the time I was finished with my breakfast the lobby was full. With mainly what looked like snowboarders. So maybe an odd weekend or maybe that’s what this hotels for and if so it shows. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Upset about the wifi not working but front desk made it right with their customer service. Overall great job!

What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing

Hotel was pretty nice in most respects other than having the downright concrete-hardest furniture and bed I've ever endured, and being located in a mall complex that's a traffic nightmare.

Lots of restaurants nearby, close to Arlington cemetery and Pentagon. Not easy to pull off road and check in area very small and then underground garage. Room clean, bathroom let’s water into the floor from shower and the pipes rattle when using hot water while showering

Customer service and staff were excellent. We were only disappointed there were no waffles with breakfast. Every other SpringHill suites we stayed at offered waffles with breakfast and my daughters love them.

Great space with two queen size bed and dual level pull out queen sleeper sofa. It was perfect for me, my sister, my nephew, niece and great granddaughter. The room was well decorated, well lit, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurant across the parking lot. The free breakfast was outstanding. It included Belgian waffle maker, eggs, bacon, egg and bacon or sausage bagel sandwiches, hot and cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, and more. My only disappointment was the website said they had a jacuzzi, indoor pool, and gym. They did not have a jacuzzi.

This hotel is very nice, the staff are great and the location is in a great spot for dining and shopping options. Next time I’m in the area, I’d stay again.

Wonderful hotel. I enjoyed six pleasant days there with my husband while we attended a Pioneer Bible School of JW on Hagerstown. The room was very spacious and very clean. The room had a separate area with living room and kitchen. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Definitively we will continue staying in this hotel when we come back to this area.

Very convenient location of i81 and 7 mins to the outlet. It's also next to shopping and a theater. Room was a great size. My only complaint is the pool was small.

As a lower limb amputee, I appreciate facilities that have a generous number of handbars in the bathroom and disability accommodations in the shower. Springhill Suites in Hagerstown, MD, had that and a bonus: a special for getting in and out of the swimming pool, which is one of the hardest things for me to do without an assist device. Well done, Springhill Suites!

Nice hotel right off the interstate with many food options within walking distance. Parking lot was small, and the breakfast area is way too cramped and could not accommodate the amount of people downstairs. Otherwise a fine stop over for a night.

I arrived at the Springfield suites by Marriott Hagerstown, MD after a long ride. I get to the desk and was told that the two rooms I had reserved with Hotels.com were canceled a month prior by me. What happened was the hotel over booked and the staff didn’t know how to handle the situation and screwed me, my Brother and two friends. Very unprofessional and said they couldn’t help me find two other rooms at a close hotel. This is the last thing you want to happen to you after a long day. I called Hotels.com and did the customer chat that kept disconnecting 3 times and I was asked for my cell phone # so a supervisor could get back to me. They never called me back and the chat kept disconnecting after I would get done explaining everything. I had to explain it several times.

We stayed 1 night with kids and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff was great and overall we liked this hotel. With that said, the bed was one of the worst we have experienced in a long time. It was hard as a rock and the only downfall of this hotel.

Our biggest hang up came not from the property directly, but from Hotels.com itself. The website advertised that the property had a "jetted tub" in the overall features of the property, as opposed to any individual room (which is where most other properties have it noted for the in room tubs). So we took this to be something similar to a hot tub. Wasn't there. No where to be found. Looking on the property's direct website, it was not listed as one of their features. Also the pool wasn't heated and ended up too cold for us to go in.

The Springhill suites are not that. They are a room with a 1/2 wall. The staff are zombies and unresponsive. I was there 4 nights. Absolutely no housekeeping towels or emptying of trash. When told acted as if they cared les. Breakfast bar ok but items labeled wrong. Would never stay again
