Would stay with this location on return trips.

We were impressed with little things the staff did that made our stay memorable. The greeting on the tv set and the text messages we received upon arrival to our room was very much appreciated. It meant so much when the staff gave us a coupon for free appetizers at a local restaurant.

There was a power outage due to a bad storm when we arrived and lots of folks trying to check in. The front desk staff was very helpful. The property is very nice with very nice rooms and the hotel property is well maintained. Appreciate their dog policy and area to walk them.

Pool is great. Awesome partially covered patio. Hot breakfast. You will be happy and satisfied at this Hampton Inn.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I asked a nice lady that was working on 3rd floor for an extra blanket. She showed kindness and delivered a blanket quickly. The front desk was exceptional. I can't think of anything

Breakfast was ok but cups for juice or water were tiny. Staff was great!!! Parking good. It was challenge to get into the lot except from one direction.

If my sister hadn't been in the hospital in the ICU, I would have canceled my room and asked for a refund. I booked for 3 days, but I couldn't stand it—I only stayed about a day and a half. I will never stay at a Hampton again.

The shower instead of a bath tub. The breakfast area was bright and cheerful with lots of choice. The rooms were just "Goldilocks" not too big or too small but just right.

PARKING GREAT FELT SAFE

Really nice well furnished spacious room and very nice bathroom especially shower! The king size bed was extremely too firm for me making sleeping difficult.

We booked an accessible room and it was too small and did not accommodate my walker. The toilet was too close to the tub.

Excellent staff and customer service! Breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Very clean establishment with plenty of amenities. This would be a 5 star all the way. My only pet peeve is the low water pressure in the showers drives me insane, but I would definitely stay again.

the cheese eggs tasted like orange juice but for the most part it was amazing having breakfast during our stay.

I think most people appreciate a good cup of coffee. Fresh creamer is always better. Just having some eggs toast and a protein meat helps get the day started. Nice area to sit and eat. Plus it starts at 6 for us early birds thats necessary. I was just there for the night but I like the overall cleanliness and layout is nice.

The room was okay, the front desk staff were very helpful, the breakfast and those attending it were great, the workout facility impressive. Really the only thing that wasn't really up to the Hampton Inn standard was housekeeping. We booked four nights and not once did housekeeping even empty the trash or swap out bathroom linens. When I brought this up, I was told that they were attending the rooms awaiting guests but not the guests who were already in the hotel. A bit of a let down and again, not up to the standard of Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past. I may need to reconsider if this particular location is something I book in the future when I am visiting family in the area. While everything else was good or great, this one aspect didn't;t help the overall feeling of the trip.

Had a quick overnight to attend a concert at the Maryland Theatre and thoroughly enjoyed this property from a warm reception to an immaculate room. The breakfast before departure was outstanding

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the recurrent noise from large trucks, drag racing cars and emergency vehicles on Dual Highway on Saturday night. Sunday night was much quieter.

I was in town for a vow renewal and really enjoyed staying here. Although when I travel I do my own cleaning, the hotel did a very good job with keeping everything clean. The staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfast was very good as well. I also tried out the newly renovated gym and I was impressed. If I ever travel to the area again I will definitely be staying here.

Breakfast is so yummy, staff is great, clean, convenient, quiet, great pool, just renovated. It was good even before the reno, but it is better now! The location is great also! A new large weight room. So many yummy breakfast choices!

The hotel location is convenient. The They exterior remodel is nearing completion and will include a patio & fire pit area. The outdoor pool location was a trek from the main lobby area.

We stay here annually when we visit from Ohio to come antique shopping. Surprised to find hotel under renovation with no advance warning. Pool had stryofoam floating in it. When shared with front desk they needed to drink jot chocolate first before looking into. Noisy construction and unattended screaming and running kids in the hotel made this a less than ideal stay. Not the stay weve typically experienced over the years.

Best sleep in months

The hotel was undergoing renovations so at times the smell of paint(?) was overwhelming. Overall my stay was great. Room was clean. Although I did have to ask for my room to be cleaned. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Location is close to many stores.

Overall, excellent stay. I would stay here again. We were in town for a sports tournament. It’s close to the Hagerstown Field House. It’s under renovation but my room was clean, comfortable bed and great shower.

Nice property! I gave 4 stars to property condition only because it’s under renovation. The room was very clean and spacious! This was our 2nd time to stay here, and we definitely will again!

I arrived at the property to find it was under major construction. The entrance wasnt even usable, we had to enter from a back door. I realize progress is needed to keep a hotel in top shape - and my newly remodeled room was that - but let consumers know before they book of the condition and CERTAINLY dont charge a full price when your product is less than its best. Parking was limited, grounds were full of containers and equipment, back door and make shift counter, and worst of all NOISY hallway next to the construction area.
