The pool was a little cold but it’s in a beautiful, huge atrium that was open until 9pm. Both desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and cute. Furniture in good repair. Bathtub with a plug. Coffee in the lobby isn’t worth drinking but there’s a microwave so I heated cold brew. Little fridge. The stairs were a little strange. My 5 stars takes into account the very low price. Usually such a discounted price would not look so good. Beds comfy and nice linens. Outdoor designated smoking bench.

The Whole hotel smelled bad. The blanket smelled like it wasn't washed. Only two towels for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Drug dealers walking the halls doing their business openly and trying to sell to guests. The side doors weren't functional making us walk from the side all the way around to the front to access the stairs on the opposite side of the hotel for our upstairs room. Not a good experience

Nothing was unique and I liked nothing about the property. Pictures on the website are not accurate. There is a buzzer to get into the door. Police were unseen interviewing. Someone broke down cars in the parking lot homeless people in parking lot not a good area to be in, especially visiting from out of state I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is INSANE. There is no elevator. I was given a room on the second floor and had to drag my suitcase up a stairwell that smelled like urine. There were two different couples screaming at each other. I called the front desk and he did come up and ask the one to please quiet down, but completely ignored the other that were absolutely going at it. My room was 80° when I entered and the thermostat didn't work. The front desk assured me that it did, but I tried to get it running and it was busted. At that point, I looked around the room and figured there was a 10% chance that room didn't have bedbugs and I got out of there. I asked ChatGPT to find me something else that was safe and clean, and it specifically told me if that's what I was looking for to avoid this place. I couldn't agree more.

Overall experience was awful other people yelling at all hours during the night. Bathroom was filthy and half the outlets didn't work in the room. Would not recommend.

This place is nothing like the pictures. The whole place is disgusting. There were stains on the comforter, there was no elevator the smell in that place is awful. The people that rent there apparently rent it monthly and are druggies. The lobby is roped off on one side the carpet is so old it’s like bubbling up in the corners. The stairwell is tile but it’s absolutely disgusting the whole place smells like pee and body odor. I didn’t stay, for obvious reasons, but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The lady that was working was actually very sweet and apologetic. I’m not sure how that place is even still in business. The parking lot was full of sketchy people, it’s dog friendly but the yard is full of dog poop. I could write a novel on how bad this place was. Best I can say, do NOT stay here

Phone was even unplugged. We had 2 people 2 nights only 1 bar and 1 shampoo. We had no cups in our room. This is the witst place I ever stayed. Never again

This hotel was the scariest hotel I have ever entered. We did not stay. The stench of urine started the uncleanliness of the hotel. Dogs, a lot of dogs. Dirty, everywhere. People yelling.

I didn’t stay in the room for more than three minutes once we checked in and we looked at the room. It was absolutely unsanitary not cleaned not healthy. We immediately turned around and told her we didn’t want the room and we were charged $50 anyway I want a reimbursement of my $50.

The room was average and clean. There was no phone in the room. The front desk said it had bwen taken by a previous occupant. The toilet kept clogging. The front desk said they were aware of the issue. They offered to move us but we were alredy unpacked.

I only stayed in the bedroom and it had a weird smell, the towels looked dirty, and the sheets too. I didn’t ask to change rooms because I felt all of them would’ve looked the same. So yeah. Next time I’ll pay more money and stay elsewhere.

The bedding was stained and had burn holes in it. There were black specks all over the bedspreads that we thought might be bed bugs. Bathroom mirror was filthy and floors were sticky. Smells of smoking in various areas even though it’s a non-smoking property. Pool was closed and vending and ice machines were all broken. It was so miserable that we didn’t stay but 5 minutes, we left the premises and sought a refund. This hotel gets a deplorable rating.

Horrible place. I got there and the place was surrounded by people just standing outside. Inside the facility was noisy and a bit dirty, the hallways were dirty and i dont think they have AC in the building, it was so hot inside. The property smells awful. The worst mistake I have made recently is to book this hotel. It is filthy, unsafe and seems to be a place that often has hourly customers. I actually left the property and booked rooms at a Holiday Inn Express.

No A/C in the lobby in July, doors open, check-in counter is all behind glass similar to a prison, lobby & room reeked of pot/marijuana, wall thermostat didn't work, bar by pool is closed, no ice machines (in July). Went to counter at about 9:15 PM, no one was there. Prostitute/drug addicts walking around outside the hotel in parking lot.

Somebody begging for money. Dirty room

This property house's homeless that have junkie's on there hands and knees in adjacent parking lot as I came back the first evening, witnessed countless drug deals all they the first night, the second night a Saturday was drinking night, a car parked facing the property sat there for hours with headlights on the whole time , while three cars loaded with folks stood and past half gallons of booze around enjoying the night.

A lot of people nodding out and hanging out in the front of the building during the evening and at night time but other than that the room was very clean staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot of drinking and smoking outside of the hotel by very unsafe looking people. I checked in late at night and it was quite scary and I almost left. When I left in the morning, the same people were hanging around outside. Do not stay here. It was disgusting.

It could be kept up in room better the floor was dirty trash left behind bresser and on floor in bathrooms. The pool need sweeping there are rocks and debris in it but water was salt water vending machines where empty butneeded a place to rest and served that purpose

On the website this hotel had everything I was looking for. However after checking in I found out otherwise. Indoor pool was not heated as stated and could have been cleaned out. No ice machine but they was able to give you a bit of ice from there ice maker. Website said free breakfast only to find out the next morning with a hungry teenager that they no longer provide that. Oh and when we asked why side doors to the outside were locked we were told to keep people from coming in and sleeping in the hallway.

Beds weren’t comfortable! , we needed more towels and had to pick them up, instead of house keeping bringing them!

Indoor pool was far too cold to swim in. There was no breakfast. They didn't have a roll-away bed. The room phone didn’t work. Luckily we arrived later in the evening and left early in the morning and only needed a place to sleep.

Read carefully. She ENTERED my room, all recorded on their own camera system. She opened the door while it was locked and I was inside. She entered the room. There is already a gap under door and you can see into the hallway from your room as is! UNSAFE! * the felon with the tattoos didn’t give me any problems and was very polite because he knew the Indian lady messed up when she did that. We left immediately and did not stay the night or the follow night as it was a two night stay. —Cigarette burns in blankets (a lot). Smells of cigarettes in the hallway,Rusty door hinges, AC unit made noise the whole 25 minutes we were there. No tv, busted furniture, dusty dirty room, lamp shades rusty and yellow. terrible bed. Loud!

Horrible, asked for some towels thae lady at front desk wouldnt give. Then went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain. Due to the service and the lack of professionalism I left after 30 mins! Not only that they told me I wasnt allowed to bring a friend. My advice is don't be cheap when getting a room!

They took my money and did not fulfill their duty of service which breached the contract. They refused to refund my money and kept saying that Expedia refunds not them. The one employee that resembles an apple nearly knocked over my son who was 5. She cut in between new and my kids when she walked by even tho she could’ve walked anywhere else. It was so rude

The hotel has definitely seen better days. It appears to be going through a piecemeal modernization/upgrade. The room was clean and the AC worked in the 2nd room they assigned. With COVID over, they should remove the Plexiglass barrier at the checkin desk. They need to decide what type of hotel they want to be...

The lobby is deceptively pretty. The outside and around the property is less so. It is situated up on a hill, but the road is very rough. The room was ok, but not nice. The curtains had a massive rip, there were no Kleenex/tissues, and only one trash can for the whole room - in the bathroom. The tub & shower were dingy and had soap scum all over. The TV remote never worked. They also do NO discounts (military, AARP, etc) but take a deposit. Will never stay here again.

The minute arrived I knew the property did not look like the pictures posted. A sign said the door was locked. A number of homeless women with children came in and out of the facility. I am a tolerant person but also a white retired college professor woman who knew that this was not any place I should spend a night. The Plaza facility inn has been clearly converted into a homeless shelter. It is Expedia's fault for not inspecting the hotels it is listing. I drove to a hotel that I knew from previous visits that was comfortable, clean and safe.

There were only two towels provided (both of which were less than a tooth paste tube thick when folded up) and a Single bar of soap (for a twin queen room). The bedsheets felt like sandpaper and the mattress’ marginally comfortable. The mattress toppers (we pulled the bed sheets off to check for bed bugs, which i do at every hotel) were well worn with significant quantities of holes in them. That is all before mentioning how the other tenants and people around the hotel made it feel like a very unsafe area to be. In general, this is by a large margin the absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed in, and i stay in hotels about 18 mights a month, 12 months a year. The only saving grace was hot water and no bed bugs. I paid for two nights and elected to not return for the second night because of how poor the room was, the poor sense of security and the fact the morning after our first night, the mirrors on my vehicle had been moved and damaged.

It was very cheap and you can find out why if you choose to stay there. Avoid staff as much as possible. The older lady was mean from the start and not sure why. The young lady behind the counter doing the paperwork was easy to deal with. The older lady seemed to only be there to be nasty. There were 2 other guests it happened to, so it wasn't just me. Don't forget the bug spray if you go!

The room was pretty much rundown, and the faucet water was very low pressure and didn’t get warm at night. The towels were dirty and looks like they were 10 years old.

The tops of the tables and dressers were greasy, the toilet was constantly filling with a loud squealing noise. The pool was dirty on the bottom, so we didn't use it. We were also informed there was no breakfast on memorial day... Will not stay again.

Room is made for 2 people but only given 2 towels and wash clothes with 1 hand towel. Most people use 2 towels. They did not have a floor mat, had to use the hand towel to stand on when getting out of the shower. Love that their shampoo and conditioner were gluten free!

The indoor pool was beautiful and warm, the rooms were great for the price and the service was excellent. 50$ deposit and they offer early check in @ 10$ per hour early. Pretty good hotel and I would stay again.
