This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine.
- 5/5
The property managers were the best
- 4/5
Fixtures need to be updated dated. Rust on all of them. Furniture could be replaced too.
- 3/5
The room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke bed was ok the breakfast was very little but staff was very friendly and it was a quick place to sleep between our long drive
- 4/5
A deposit was required for the room, was told it would be returned in 3 to 5 days, it’s been 6 days and it’s not been returned as of yet.
- 3.5/5
More options during breakfast. Breakfast.
- 3/5
Very few food options for breakfast and only 2 of 4 slots in the toaster worked.
- 2/5
Very cheap
- 3/5
The property is a little run down and needs a good cleaning inside and outside. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing as there were very few items to choose from. The toaster was also not in full working order.
- 4/5
We found a big bug in the room
- 1/5
There is no one at the front desk. A tv comes on with someone off site, that can’t do anything. But said check in the morning with the manager. It’s just after 7 pm. I’ll check with the manager in the morning about being compensated something.
- 5/5
Great ..Front desk deserves a Raise Nothing.Best ever..Really
- 0.5/5
Cockroach’s !!!! Traps under the bed so you knew they were there and yet you put my family member in there
- 3/5
The room itself was nice, clean and updated. However, the entry and common areas are outdated, old and require maintenance.
- 0.5/5
Nothing the place was dirty
- 0.5/5
There were roaches in our bathroom!!!! The sheets were stained and had holes. This place was disgusting !

Room and board for a work trip. Staff was very hospitable
- 4/5
The price was right ! Breakfast could use improvement though.
- 0.5/5
One staff member Tony The night reception very rude
- 2.5/5
Location, courteous staff No way to get hot water for tea (machine was broken) Seems like a little thing but that's part of my morning routine. Staff tried to help by running the hot water in the back but that didn't really make tea.

Property is very poorly kept. No elevator, u have to walk up flights of stairs with luggage. You can hear people in hallways. I killed 2 roaches in my room. Internet sucks, I had to use my cellphone for hot spot. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. Not really worth stay, needs to be reworked, and cleaned.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast is pretty good U have a stink.bug infestation they were gross
- 1.5/5
Closed bye to stores and restaurants and gas station I stay 3 nights no one open the door to clean the room No breakfast or either coffee And was fight next door I will call the office and he don’t do anything about it. It’s 1 o’clock in the morning
- 1/5
The floor and shower is disgustingly
- 3/5
The staff was great....but the room was not the cleanest. It is on par for what you pay.
- 4/5
The exterior of the property has terrible lighting. The carpet was dingy, and there was no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Once you enter, the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and clean.
- 3/5
I did enjoy a very good night's sleep, and the shower facilities were quite adequate. Customer service left something to be desired, but the location was ideal for us. No sidewalk along the street.
- 3.5/5
The location was a little sketchy.
- 1/5
The beds smelled horrible- we have bug bites on our legs from bed bugs- the continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster- worse experience ever! When asked for extra towels they told us the maids only come in twice a week ? What?

- 5/5
Great stay!
- 1/5
I walk in my room and went in the bathroom to take a shower and there were roaches in the tub and roaches in the stairwell going to my room
- 2/5
When I got into the room I noticed both bed covers had burnt holes in them, then inbetween the mattress and bed frame I found a black bag with a bunch of mini baggies which I assume was used by a drug dealer to bag his substances up. However I did feel a lot more safe in the privacy of my room as there wasn’t much people around.
- 0.5/5
Overall a piece of shi! Place to stay. Continental breakfast what a joke. Motel was pinching pennies on this one.
- 1/5
Roaches ,very filthy rugs, the so call continental breakfast was not a breakfast or even close. The cereal bins had maybe i bowl worth in each . No juices or other drinks except milk and coffee. The only other thing to eat was a slice of bread.
- 0.5/5
Bed bugs bit me up
- 1/5
Expedia brought me to a very motel. I was afraid of the other clientell. At breakfast it apparently has transitional housing people staying as well. Bird dropping on window. The breakfast food was stale. The roof has patches on it. Dirty smell l. Not a fan of cigarettes and pot smell.
- 1/5
There were roaches in the room that I saw this morning and was very concerned
- 5/5
They were very nice and helpful
- 5/5
It was decent for the price
- 3/5
Rooms where clean as far as the hotel needs some tlc. Tv should have been mounted in center of room. Beds where small and not what was promised
- 3/5
The selling point for this Super 8 is the staff! They are so nice & helpful! Upon first inspection, the place on the outside is rundown and the lobby is hard to locate. However, our room was very clean and mostly well maintained. The staff even allowed me to go back in my room to get a small cooler even though I had already checked out. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means but it is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly!
- 1/5
Air conditioner didn’t work. TV didn’t work and there was blood stains on one of the sheets.
- 3/5
We came for a game nearby & the hotel was just a few mins away. Hallway lights could be brighter. The bed linens smelled old and the water pressure was low. The hotel was clean but could use some improvements
- 5/5
shrubs around entry made finding it difficult. signage needs improvement. friendly helpful people, but this place needs a complete rehab. still smells like cigarettes.
- 1/5
Not good
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. The carpet hallway should probably be replaced, but bedrooms are clean with vinyl floors. Breakfast was OK.
- 5/5
Friendly check-in staff and great location. Good price and nice room with refrigerator and microwave. Very good AC unit. Everything I needed.
- 1/5
Would not stay there again staff was unreliable and was very dirty
- 1/5
The cable and air conditioner did not work. I ask for my money back and was told no. I did not know I had to pay for a deposit and I never got my deposit back.
- 2/5
Breakfast consisted of toast and coffee. There was cereal, but I didn't want to guess how old it was.
- 4/5
I would definitely stay here again if I needed lodging in the area. Having stated the preceding, however, although this hotel was nicely updated, clean, well maintained, quiet and apparently safe; the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was an open 1 gallon milk carton just sitting in a container with no refrigeration or even on ice. There was an open loaf of bread for guests to reach into with their hands, no tongs that could prevent touching slices other than the ones being removed from the package. Only regular coffee; not decaf offered. No, there was no evidence of the dining area not being cleaned; but the milk and bread scenario seemed a bit unsanitary to me. I’m at a loss that the heath inspector hasn’t written them up for what seems to violate reasonable standards and expectations to prevent contamination.
- 5/5
Hotel should have a designated area for smokers, the room highway smell of cigarettes no good for no smokers
- 4/5
The staff was great
- 1/5
Since they are franchised they make there own rules.
- 1/5
This was by far the worse stay ever. Roaches everywhere and bad customer service. Staff rude and unpleasant. Not at al helpful. Had to stay the whole stay because I couldn’t get my money back.
- 1/5
We had to call the front desk to turn the heat on There was no tissue box in the room There was no faceplate on the outlet There were lipstick stains in the bedsheets There was burn holes in the bedspread The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room Breakfast was just waffles, juice and coffee with no fresh fruit or protein no muffins no choice of cereal no eggs or bacon The breakfast space had sticky floors from maple syrup We only stayed one night Drywall dust on bedspread Drywall mud in toilet paper holder Drywall mud on door frame
- 4/5
Manager very helpful in arranging an upgraded room and helping with the heater that was unplugged. Our 2nd floor room was quite nice. The first room we were shown was not acceptable by any standards.
- 5/5
I loved it and had an amazing trip. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.
- 3/5
The room was very small the tv was on the part of the wall away form the bed so you could not see it very well unless you sat in the chair and only one person could sit there the bed was broken on the one side you leaned downwards and when we got there no tv remote in room lamp was taped back together but did work the room was ice cold when we got there it was just not the best super 8 I have stayed at and I have been to many this one was the closest to where I Needed to be but was not in a good area or has been taken care of inside or outside and needs some upgrades as well to get it back up to par with other super 8 motels
- 2/5
- very noisy construction/maintenance. - Free breakfast from 6 - 9 AM doesn't have anything. - Rooms seems that they need a lot of repairs and maintenance.
- 2/5
Extremely dirty. Entire place smells like cigarettes. Breakfast is very limited. Bed are completely uncomfortable. Two flat pillows per bed. Parking is difficult.
- 3/5
Not never nice management rooms are clean
- 1/5
The facility is dilapidated, and we found burnt blankets in the first room, and then, after complaining, received a new room where we discovered drug needle. The continental breakfast was spore as well. Overall, appaling conditions.
- 3/5
Noisy neighbors, had hard time sleeping. Breakfast offering was a joke.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
Room had roaches. Seemed of smoke and dirty. Odd activity going on in parking lot.
- 1/5
dirty ac not working bed not queen sized smely
- 5/5
Very efficient and professional. Clean and convenient.
- 4/5
Staff was very informative when the first water was off b/c of remodeling. Was very quiet & comfortable. My only complaint would be the elevator: was a bit sketchy; smelled of BO, cigarettes and/weed.
- 1/5

- 5/5
Waffles were great. Could use a few more breakfast tables, perhaps in the lobby.
- 2/5
Trash all over parking lot. Stale cereal for the only breakfast choice.
- 3/5
Close to downtown and very affordable. Very safe. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact the i was in the lower level. That made it very inconvenient because i could hear the people walking constantly in the upper level. The steps were very loud and none stop; very difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
It was amazing and the manager at the front desk in the mornings is awesome
- 2/5
There only about 6 or 7 channels working on tv. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. There was free breakfast advertised from 6 to 10am. We went down at 930 and there was no breakfast at all.
- 2/5
Musty smell, and not very clean. Building is poorly kept up.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room looked clean but initially smelled musty as though unused. I cleaned the air conditioner filters and the smell resolved when the AC ran for a while.
- 3/5
Room 201, on the way to our room, reeked of Marijuana, despite a sign saying no smoking next to the room. The smell was so strong, we could smell it in our room down the hall. Did not stay for breakfast. We couldn't leave fast enough and did not want to trust the quality of the food or even the coffee
- 5/5
Only major complaint was smell of sewer from somewhere else around the motel.
- 5/5
The Super 8 staff are particularly wonderful! We were displaced by a fire a month ago, and the staff make us feel like family! As we heal from the additional grief of 3 cats perishing along with our lives, we haven't seen a staff so passionate and empathetic to our situation. Thank you Tony and staff!
- 1/5
The condition of the hotel was bad. It looked like a dive hotel that the owner invests very little. There is no elevator in the facility. Be prepared. It looks decent from the outside but everything but inside.
- 1/5
Service was limited. No bed making, replenishment toiletries or floor cleaning. Continental breakfast was non exsistant. No tea, breakfast pastries or waffles. Would not recommend this super 8 to my friends and neighbors. It definately should lose its 2 star rating.
- 5/5
When I checked in the Manager was very polite and I loved his sense of humor. He made check in easy and explained the hotels policies
- 2/5
Why are there no coat hanging bars in the room? This is not the typical Super 8 motel I've come costumed to Wyndham property is just disappointing.
- 5/5
Clean rooms quiet and peaceful nice and friendly staff
- 5/5
Super 8 is very nice and quiet u are not going to be dissappointed the rooms are clean the only thing i would say is the towles and sheetz needs updated they dont give u any if u need them until the next day later in the day and if they were pet friendly id still keep staying there for work
- 1/5
The lobby looks very tired as do the hallways. Not a welcoming place. Some updating in the room. The skirt of the bed looked dirty with bits of stuff under the mattress. We decided to forfeit our online reservation and secured lodging at another hotel. We usually read some reviews before booking. Unfortunately, we neglected to do so and suffered disappointed emotionally and financially after traveling all day.
- 2/5
Room had an unpleasant odor. Blankets, etc. less than satisfactory
- 1/5
Everything is terrible !!
- 2/5
HEAT-I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:00 pm. The room was FREEZING COLD! The thermostat on the wall was reading 37 degrees. Now, I could understand a hotel not heat rooms that are not in use, but keeping the rooms at a tolerable temperature would be nice, so those of us checking in at 11:00 pm and just want to get some sleep, don't have to wait 4 hours for the room to be tolerable. I had the heat set on 90 degrees to warm up the room faster. The room did not reach 60 degrees until 1230 am. It never went up to the correct temp. when I awoke in the morning at 8:00 am, the room was still only 65 degrees and would not get any warmer.
- 1/5
It stunk like smoke EVERYWHERE! Water pressure in the shower was worse than a sink faucet. This must be second or third review I have ever written. I am NEVER staying at Super 8, EVER AGAIN.
- 2/5
As we walked into the lobby, the front desk worker quickly removed a blunt from his mouth. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. The room itself was not clean and the blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. There was white powdery residue on the desk in the room and writing carved into the wood of the desk. Staff was hard to communicate with and not friendly. Breakfast, which was supposedly included in the booking, was cleaned up and closed an hour before the posted closing time.
- 5/5
It was clean the water was hot I had a great stay 3 nights 4 days
- 2/5
I didn’t feel room was all that clean dust etc windows was so dirty could not see out them
- 2/5
I am a simple man with simple needs but this property did not measure up even to those undemanding standards. Very worn, very dated, grounds neglected, primitive amenities. The staff was very courteous and I feel bad that they are all in on a busted flush. As far as I could tell, they only had two guests the night I was there, me and one other person.
- 3/5
Dirtiest hotel ever. Thank God for Mr James who got us clean towels, came and cleaned tables, and was way nicer than the folks at the desk.
- 3/5
Exterior
- 1/5
Had a guest from another room knock on my door asking for an extra towel because the hotel wouldn't give them a clean one. I lost my deposit for giving them a towel. They have bed bugs too.
- 1/5
The property was in very poor condition. Building in need of major repair. Musty, mildew smell in halls.
- 4/5
This hotel worked out real well for my trip to Hagerstown. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was pretty limited but was okay. The overall condition of the property was not bad but not as good as it was in the rooms themselves. Thank you for a good overall experience.
- 1/5
- The AC was not cooling - The towels were less - the room was in front of parking lot - there was a hole in curtains which raised privacy issues. - the rooms were dirty, not cleaned, they had food in refrigerator from previous customers. - the bathroom sink had food from previous customers. - As soon as you enter the first floor there is a room, i dont think motel rents that room as that room didnt had any room number, but they were cooking something which caused first floor to smell really bad.
- 3/5
Our room was clean but the place was dark and dingy
- 3/5
Dirty
- 1/5
Rude
- 1/5
Rooms were lacking amenities listed. Bed was in the worst condition I’ve ever seen. One side completely smashed. Felt like laying on a hill. Staff acted like they didn’t have time to properly communicate and handle my issues. As they were brought up at the desk. I ended up napping in my car before I was able to continue on my trip.
- 2/5
This place is unsafe and noisy.
- 3/5
Staff leaves yu alone
- 4/5
It's Okay, everything works. No place to hang your clothes. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
Service at front desk was slow, he had triple running credit card. There was no place in the room to hang up clothes. Construction materials in the hallways. The room was clean.
- 3/5
It was a little disappointing. It wasn't too inviting. The entrance was a ways out and no carts available. We did not feel safe there.
- 2/5
Felt uncomfortable
- 3/5
We got no sleep!! Wont go there again!! They need to try harder & get control of their full time tenants!!
- 2/5
Check in took 10 min ("system is slow"); property is run down and smells like stale cigarettes; people who live in the motel (likely sectional 8 or some other government program for housing homeless) are loud in the hallways and congregate behind the building smoking cigarettes
- 1/5
Checking in the guy was very rude, they had a $50 deposit they never told you about. There were some dead bugs on the room floor, the dresser was completely broken every drawer. The mini fridge door was broken, the toilet was half built under the counter, so the lid wouldn’t stay open. The breakfast area was a mess.
- 3/5
Couldn’t find the front of the hotel then when I checked in the hallway reeks of smoke when I have a nonsmoking room and comforter has cigarette burns
- 1/5
It is merely a place to lay a head but you may come away with a disease. The building and rooms are under construction, though they are not trying to accommodate patrons by keeping it picked up or contained. The bed coverings had cigarette burns in both of them. The A/C (window unit) did not have a trim which allowed for outside air and bugs in. The bed was hard. The toilet had urine stains. The smell from the hallway permeated into the room, which was horrendous. Worst hotel experience, ever!
- 3/5
Room clean and functional, rest of property unde refurbishment and not very clean
- 1/5
Noisy, dirty.
- 1/5
Filthy.Dirty everywhere.Should not be listed.
- 2/5
Too noisy upstairs I stayed downstairs no tv bed uncomfortable bathtub too small just bad
- 2/5
It was clean. Lobby not welcoming. Seems the recrption person was being protected against burglary. Throgh the night Man kept yelling. Worker on duty did not do anything.
- 3/5
The staff was responsive and helped me move to a different room after I let them know several of the lights didn't turn on in the room they gave me.
- 3/5
This was not clean. I would not make this mistake again.
