First room they put us in was terrible it smelled like cat urine then after they did change room but it wasnt any better so we just left i was creeped out

The property is conveniently located and the bed was comfortable. The property is quite and they provided coffee in the morning. Our room had some water damage in the bathroom and a bit of a musty odor when we opened the door. Running the ac and having the door open a bit, helped relieve the odor. I generally like motel 6 for quick travel stays. This one could use a refresh, but we booked on short notice and got a good nights sleep.

Quick overnight stay. Supper at Pita Gourmet, breakfast at Savory. Highly recommend both. Staff at Motel 6 was helpful and friendly at check in and check out. Room was comfortable.

You get what you pay for. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, and I was greeted by a spider on my pillow. I ended up sleeping fully clothed because I wasn’t comfortable in the room. For the small difference in price, I’d recommend spending the extra $30 and staying at a better hotel.

The "motel" is more like a resident homeless shelter!! The place is full of derelict adults and rat ass kids running around the parking lot, I damn near ran over a few. The property is run down as hell, although I will add that my room was indeed clean and the bed comfortable. Don't expect any amenities, there's absolutely none!!

The manager was truly helpful and awesome during a serious family issue i had to stay longer than expected and she went the extra mile Pool wasn't open just yet but that's it

Stayed there for one week because we were on a budget. Place was very seedy. Police were there at least three times. Very unkempt. Cleaning staff never asked if we needed anything. The towels they gave us were no bigger than a large hand towel.

Scammed out of hard earned money. The clerk claimed to not have my reservation even though everything was confirmed and she tried to double to cost. I rejected the offer. Still haven’t received a refund for the reservation they supposedly didn’t receive. Seems pretty fishy to me.

I had two rooms bc the first room was so disgusting !!! It smelled like a dog peed and they closed the door for 1 month . Floor filthy . Had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to be able to shower . Second room was worse . Whoever is the cleaning staff needs to find another line of work bc they are not doing their job . Hotel was so nasty I left before my stay was up !!! telephone didn’t work , no fridge or microwave which was ok I guess . Front Office staff more concerned about entertaining guests behind the desk than working !!!! Accusing me and gaslighting me into thinking hey we asked if the room was ok . No you didn’t !!!!! AVOID UNLESS THE CAMPGROUNDS ARE FULL !!!!

Clean room with modern feel. Some noise from other guests given its a "park your vehicle outside your room" place. But thats not on the motel. More just people being ignorant.

The room was not clean. Floors were gritty, shower was dirty, there was a hair tie with hair in on the towel rack, long hair in the sheets, sink was dirty. I don’t expect luxury for the price, but it was pretty gross.

Yes, parking was fine. But i Had piss stains all through my bed had to change rooms just not a very nice place to stay nasty rooms just dirty

The room smelled of RAID. Then we killed a roach. It was freezing in the room at arrival. And took over 4 hrs with the system set to high to get out of my coat. One of the lights buzzed (like bad electrical systems buzz) when we turned on the lights. Not normally our experience.

Snow was not plowed for customer entrance to enter rooms, parking area was not plowed yet they rented rooms right there getting out in 6” snow yet the rest of parking lot had been taken care of?

My sink looked like someone shaved in it, there was hair everywhere. My shower was full of hair and crap in the tub. My bed had stains and hair all in it. The toilet was clogged. I ended up going to a truck stop to shower, it was so disgusting. The saving grace was the staff being friendly.

Staff was friendly and attentive, but room was very basic, almost no amenities, heater worked very slowly in cold weather, door was drafty, toilet barely flushed. Also, I lost a pair of prescription glasses and believe I left them in the room, so I sent an email to the motel's provided email address asking if the glasses had been found. I never received a response. It has been more than three weeks.

Well the room was freezing when we first got there and the heat too forever to start working but when it did it got nice and hot in there never tried the ac little cold out for that in January

Michelle at the front desk was lovely and so accommodating of a special request we had. She was the highlight of the stay. The room was adequate for the price. The parking spot was at the front door. The room appeared to be clean. Perfect for a Bills game stay before hitting the road in the morning.

Went to a Bills game and Buffalo style in December cold rainy and windy. Room heat wasn’t even on. Already frozen popsicles heat would have been great because took forever to warm up. Otherwise great stay.

The room was old and stark. No battery in the smoke alarm. Obvious flood damage to the walls with possible mold. The water valves in the shower continued to turn when trying to turn the water off. Wifi was free, but there was no network to log on to. The cleaning crew seemed like they were always busy, but lipstick on a pig comes to mind.

And Skype then I'll charge you a deposit they do take cash bad thing is they don't have a shelter to de-ice the the driveway so it's at your own risk I do have very few rooms with wheelchair access and gas stations and stores are close by such as Walmart Dollar general and there's a few small restaurants like Denny's McDonald's and Wendy's and a few restaurants with steakhouse close by and a few bars so you want to go out get something to eat and a good restaurants and they're nice staff and it's not so bad you know I'm private room nobody above you and nobody below you and your right from your parking spot to your room

I had reserved a room weeks in advanced and got to hotel and stated we did not have a reservation and wanted to charge me another 250 for a room. We had to drive another 30 miles to find a room. I would like my money refunded please.

The room was awful. It reeked of cigarettes and was not clean. Infact there were cigarette holes in the comforter. The entire room is extremely outdated and barely cleaned. There was dirt and spider webs around the air conditioning unit and the bathtub was stained beyond use. Also given that it was the night of a big event in town the prices were crazy. Overall it was by far the worst hotel stay we've ever had and would not recommend it for any reason.

Place should be condemned. The place is in horrible condition. They allow people to smoke pot outside the rooms. Wouldn't recommend this place. It's old and falling apart.

The protective cover on the bed was stained with a substance that could have been dried blood. The floors of the room were filthy and sticky. There were many stains and holes on the walls.

The pictures were a little deceiving. We stayed in a smoking room which may have been my fault but it could definitely use some TLC. However, I would still stay at this location again. It’s close to the stadium. It’s cheaper than most and the property is maintained and feels safe.

Room floor was dirty and even some towels were dirty. There was also people in the next room sitting outside smoking marijuana and that smoke entered my room through the AC vents. There was an attic ceiling panel that was cracked in half also. Just not what I expected for paying $140 for.

The ac was quiet and worked well. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure.

The property is old and outdated, there were people around the area just hanging out outside of their rooms, not the most peaceful, we did not feel very safe.

It was not the cleanest place the blankets have burn holes in them!

The room was full of smoke smell and very dirty. We checked in very late after a long drive, and unfortunately there were always people outside talking. Around 5–6 am, one person was shouting continuously, which made it very inconvenient for us, especially with kids. We had no choice but to stay since it was after midnight, but I will never choose these hotels again.

Motel 6 Hamburg was a nice little place to stay while we were in the area. The pool was a nice amenity & it was clean and kept well. The rooms were nice and spacious with a newer sink area, but no refrigerator. Also the floors were not clean. Our feet were very dirty if we were walking barefoot. Other than that, there are really no complaints. We felt safe staying there and the people at the front desk were very helpful.

It was fine for one night, they have a small pool to cool off in. The price was the highlight! The floor turned my boys feet black after walking around for a few minutes. They need to do better cleaning the floor in the room, otherwise it was satisfactory.

It was a place to sleep. It was clean. No cups, even the little plastic ones. No kleenex. Bed was fine, but pillows were pretty thin. Bare bones. No breakfast. There were food options nearby. Very close to the Thruway.

Well the first room we got the toilet wasn’t clean and the smell wasn’t the greatest We decided to go to the office and the staff was very helpful accommodating us with room 105 which was very nice and comfortable

I asked for 2 non smoking rooms the rooms smelled like ashtrays. Both had cigarette butts under the AC units and ashtrays in the rooms. I choose this hotel because of the pool, that was closed, no sign or notice. When I notified Hotels. Com to complain they said it was because of thunder and lightning in the area. It was 85 degrees and sunny!!! I asked to cancel my stay and was refused. This is the second time I used Hotels. Com and the second time I had problems!!!!!

Specially with the breakfast, by the time we went everything was empty. When we ask them to refill they just said they don't have them anymore.

Everything was great except when I checked in. The lady was clearly not in a good mood. Tried to make small talk during check in like I'm sure a lot people do but she wasn't having it. Kinda rude. Told her to have a great night and she said "yeah doubt it"

The pool was out of order. The Wi-Fi was spotty, there was no breakfast like it says there is on Expedia, and there's no soap.

I liked that they offer smoking rooms.. other then that , if u want a very basic stay, in a small room, with crappy cable, extremely terrible bed, paper thin towels, and limited use of wifi, then u are all set. Not to mention the pool wasnt up and running either. The room was clean, i will say that. I just think its very over priced motel. Should be maybe $100 a night.

Room was clean but there is one trash can have. Four people how enough to use one trash can. No one come and clean when we stayed there.

Customer service and water pressure in the shower were the only positive things for this property. Needs renovated badly. Will never stay here again until they make MAJOR upgrades. The bed was ok. clean but could have been better. No bed bugs...very thankful for that. the only reason we stayed was because it was late and we were exhausted from traveling.

I rented a room with a refrigerator in the microwave. They gave me one without it. I said something about it so they switched me to a room with the refrigerator in the microwave. I left three days early. They would not refund me for the three days.

My room was dirty, from floors to ceiling. The bed had stains, smelled bad, the shower and bathroom were the same. AC unit works half the time, and makes outrageously loud noises. The bed frame felt cheap and had a lot of play/movement while I tossed and turned to get comfortable and kept me from sleeping alongside all the outdoor noise. The faucet was finicky, the shower head and handles were the same. The door barely opens and closes without use of force, I’m surprised it was even held up. Trim pieces missing, microwave was dirty. Fridge didn’t keep my drinks cold enough. Terrible stay.

It was an average room. Nothing special but it worked for an event we went to. Could of had some muffins with the coffee and tea.

Was far too expensive for the condition of the room. Property manager, or owner, clearly raised the cost of the stay because of events in the area.

Only good thing was it was a smoking room. But it was filthy. Very dirty. They avoided our room when stocking. Oh wait, it did have an ice machine. But I bet that was filthy too. Pool you couldn't swim in. Charged more than it said on my phone. Won't be back

The hotel was nice enough for a Motel 6. The TV remote did not work. The cost of $227 for one night is ridiculous.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice. Easy to banter with. My room was filthy. There was pills laying on the floor, the toilet had a lot of hairs on it, the floor was very sticky and you could tell where things were spilled and not washed up. I ended up asking to check out and a full refund, again the ladies were great they helped me and understood and apologized repeatedly.

We have stayed here twice for concerts, have never had an issue. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean

For the price this was great and much better than the Microtels I’ve stayed in while traveling before.

Clean low cost hotel that fit my need at the time. Parking was plentiful, the room was comfortable and there were a ton of options close by for food. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was relatively clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. There was lots of noise late at night sounded like furniture was being moved in or around the room. The internet service was terrible.

Just didn’t have it!! Old blankets, clean yet stained sheets, only 1 full size towel, plumbing shotty. Shower head was around 5’, had to duck in the shower. However air conditioning worked great!! Staff was nice!!

Front desk manager is awesome and helpful!

At 2:30 AM they rented a room to an after hours party! It took two calls to the desk and almost 2 hours before it ended! Desk clerk was rude when I complained at check out. Don’t stay here.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing you may want to add is a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner.

Am front desk is very cooperative this morning and most appreciated.

My water bottle spilt on the floor and as i cleaned it up the paper towels were black from a horribly dirty floor. And a dozen cigarette holes in nasty blanket.

Quick fix for a nites sleep

Building needed repairs. Floor was warped. Cobwebs on windows. Close to a busy road. Very reasonable.

The room was ok, the floor was a little dirty, the kind of dusty dirt you don’t see until you open the curtain and the sun shines in the window and then you see it. So not grimy but dusty. The base board molding was not installed to go all the way down to the floor, it must be that the carpet was replaced with flooring but they didn’t adjust the molding so you could see the concrete edge of the subfloor. There is no shampoo or hair dryer but I think if you go to the front desk you might be able to get some. All that is no big deal but the heating/air conditioner unit was the thing that I didn’t like. It comes on initially ok but then if it goes off and then resumes it sounds like an airplane taking off! I was napping when it happened and I thought a train was coming through the wall! I figured out how to keep it running constantly but then I had cool air blowing on me all night. For some that’s ok but I prefer to not experience that. It’s close to the thruway so there’s the noise of traffic so having the fan running blocked out that din. But hey for the price, it was good enough.

The location near highway ramp and the budget price was great. Desk staff was professional and polite. The room, however, was dated and under-equipped. There was only one thin wooden desk chair and desk. No second chair. No breakfast table. The toilet was tiny, with a loose seat and less than stellar flush strength. Lighting in the room was dim. Just kinda rough...

The price was good but to get clean linemen took 2 days and I was staying there as a victim of Domestic Violence and the staff gave my info out over the phone to my abuser and found me and was Harrasing me

After settling into my room, I didn't immediately pull back the covers, but when I finally did, I was horrified to discover red stains (im hoping wasn't blood) and dirt marks on the sheets. It was alarming, to say the least. Especially because i had already sat down on top of the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they did bring me new sheets, which I appreciated. However, they didn’t offer to change them for me; they simply handed them over and left me to handle it myself. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and upset, especially given that cleanliness should be a top priority after covid. If it weren’t for the location and the somewhat helpful staff, this would’ve been a total miss for me. I probably wont be back any time soon.

Football trip for three 18 year old boys. They said the room was comfortable and it had everything they needed.

Room was freezing when checked in, however after time it was plenty warm. Didn't like the plastic under the sheets, I understand why, but most places don't do that. Staff was very kind and friendly.

It's a Motel 6, it's not a Hilton. It was exactly as described and what we paid for. I like that there is someone available in the front around the clock. I like that they had coffee in the office, although in the room would have been better. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
