When I got to the room, I realized it was an accessible room. I went back to the front desk, and Joshua told me that all the other rooms were taken. Both he and customer service then tried to claim that I had booked an accessible room, which is false. I specifically booked a standard king room. Online, the accessible room was actually cheaper than the standard room I paid for. If the hotel’s policy is really, as Joshua stated, that guests just “get what they get” upon arrival regardless of what they reserved, then that is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

The receptionist upon my arrival was exceptional. I have forgotten her name but she was on duty on 5/22 at 7 pm. Thank you for your patience & assistance Very much appreciated. She ensured all needs were met immediately.

The room smelled like a dog had stayed there. It was very obvious. Otherwise the accommodation was decent.

The one bedroom suite was very beautiful, very clean and the restroom was very organized and clean. I recommend and will definitely visit again.

I really like staying at Holiday Inn Express, especially when I’m traveling for work or other commitments. They’re all pretty reliable, comfy, clean, and consistent! The best part about this hotel is the front desk crew—they’re super friendly, quick to help, and really make you feel taken care of. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Baltimore!

Enjoyed our stay and will plan to return! The room was affordable and clean. Free breakfast offered or included which is hard to find now and just minutes from Live Casino and shopping.

This felt like home. Cozy staff, friendly like aunts and cousins, no push back on pick up or drop off times OR places within 5 miles! Phenomenal. My number one choice for convenience. Breakfast had variety especially since Denny’s is practically several steps away or you could just eat in house.

I love this place... quiet for a good night's rest, front desk staff, 2nd to none... always welcoming. Rooms are always clean, safe parking area, peace of mind. Suggestion: include a waffle maker in the breakfast area...kids love waffles, over pancakes.😊

I loved the customer service, shuttle service, coffee and water. It was close to the shopping and only 5 min to the airport. No major qualms. For 3 people we needed 3 washcloths- only had 2 but did not need it.

I missed my flight due to a previous flight delay and ended up with a stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I gave them a call from the airport and they picked me up quickly with their shuttle, which I also used to return to the airport the next day. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and gave me some travel advice due to the security delays at the airport. I would recommend staying here and would do so again. Nothing - I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was also spacious and clean.

Franklin and Phoenix were great with our family at the front desk. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism when it comes to customer service! The complimentary breakfast was great with so many options to choose from. Shoutout to the staff o this property overall!

Staff was AMAZING but there was an issue when I checked in and the staff could not get in touch with upper management to help with the issue. Also be careful of 3rd party booking, I did not get the free parking.

The hotel was very clean , staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was right on very good clean and well stocked . Our stay was wonderful the only thing that could have been better the beds were a little too aged for us . We would definitely stay again .

This was my first time staying here drove down from Virginia Beach to attend a family's celebration party. I was totally satisfied from the moment I arrived the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendy as well as the staff. Free breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were nice and clean. The kindness, compassion, and consideration shown by the front desk staff is unparalleled. Service is everything and this hotel just served a master class on it, the competition better be taking notes.

The beds are so uncomfortable. I debated on sleeping on the floor thinking it would be better.. the first sight. I only slept a few hours because my back was hurting so bad. The second night I made a bed of pillows and slept on pillows.

When we returned from the concert, the parking lot was completely overcrowded. Due to piles of snow and construction vehicles around the property, parking was extremely limited. We had to circle the hotel multiple times just to find a spot, which was frustrating after a long night. We decided to extend our stay, but the hotel would not process the extension directly and told us we had to go back through Hotels.com ourselves. That felt inconvenient and unnecessary. Check-in was very disorganized. Saturday morning there was a line outside the door, and there was clear confusion at the front desk. One guest was told his reservation had been canceled for “not showing up,” even though he had proof it was for Saturday night. When I checked in, the employee assisting me couldn’t log in due to a password issue. The assistant manager came out but had a very poor attitude toward staff and guests. The customer service that afternoon was unprofessional. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows offered little support. Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below expectations.

The hotel location is awesome, so many stores and restaurants nearby. There is a 24 hours shuttle tha you can take around locally. Front desk man was kind and welcoming. It always feels good after a long drive.

Check in went very quickly and check in staff were very accommodating as we had arrived earlier than check in time but they let us check in early. There were two of us (guests); one 79 year old woman and one 88 year old woman, so it was kind of staff to let us check in early. The bathroom was great for the 88 year old as it was a handicap bathroom which was great for her. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was very helpful when we asked for second chair to sit at desk; they promptly provided chair. All in all it was a great stay.

I appreciated the kind & wonderful service from Louis from check-in until 3 days post trip, the call from Erlene to let me know we had left a bag in the room. I am assuming there was a kids event and it was some running in the hallways, doing kid things but it was quickly taken care of by staff. The breakfast options were good and stayed stocked. That breakfast staff were great as well. We drove from Detroit to visit friends for homecoming weekend and attend the Ravens game and the commute wasn’t bad at all. There was a great selection of restaurants around us so walking or driving to pickup was very convenient. The casino and retail stores were right there as well. The shuttle service was a great option as well. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The Holiday Inn Express was located in good proximity to everything especially with the 24hr shuttle bus service! Breakfast was amazing everyday. We had a spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, plus the bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the pool during the hot days. The hotel offered on-site laundry as well as a 24hr Denny's restaurant.

Clean and tidy room. Door lock and security latch on the door for extra safety. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Free and sufficient amount of open parking. Free breakfast bar (sausages, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, pastries, fruit, and beverages). The only issues I had were the air conditioning in my room that didn't have auto shutoff capability and the torn shower curtain in the bathroom. Everything else was just what I needed for an emergency overnight stay away from home.

It’s Park&Fly service lets me have a good nights sleep before travel. My car is safe while I’m gone and I don’t have to pay the high airport parking rates. Having the shuttle available 24/7 is also nice.

The bed was not very good. It was very low to the ground, possibly missing the box spring. It was soft and lumpy. It would sink in where the weight was placed making it very uncomfortable to sleep on your belly. The room doors were outdated. The elevator had many scratches. Of course, the air/heat was very load when on.

Everything was good except for the seating in the room was very low. Plopped down instead of a seat for the sitting chair. Desk chair could not raise up high.

Bathroom was as clean as it could have been. Thank goodness I travel with disinfectant wipes and bleach cleaner. Other than that it was an excellent weekend

Close to BWI

This property’s staff went above and beyond to insure the comfort of my senior mother and me. I kindly requested a room below the 3rd floor as my mother didn’t do elevators and a bad knee made stairs a challenge. They met our request with the utmost professionalism and kindness by providing us with a ground level room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It appears to be a relatively new hotel so it was very clean and fresh. It had the all important cinnamon morning rolls which are mandatory in my book. Good choice.
