Very clean, great location but pricey. “I paid almost a $1000 for two rooms for 2 nights. The breakfast was free but, I passed. The property has and indoor pool. There is also a playground, picnic area, and walking trail in the back of the property compliments of Parks and Recreation as well as Arundel Mills Mall 3 minutes away. 🏞️🍞🚶‍♂️🏛️

The room was nice and clean, but a very small things- the pillows are awful, there were no luggage racks anywhere, and we found the ventilation system had a high pitch sound which made it difficult to get to sleep.

The room was clean but there was no stove and no dish detergent to wash or put dishes in dishwasher. Also the checkout is really early at 11:00 a.m. Then you have to pay for parking 😒 each day and there was no garage. So I give this hotel 3.5 stars.

We loved the different options for breakfast everyday! The room was great & had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Decaf coffee provided in Lobby. The pillow choices needed to be a soft & firm combination, not all soft.

The breakfast was limited, and the staff was rude. The manager controls the pool and who can get in.

Given the wrong room initially. No carts were available initially which was hard for me to get all of our things up to our room and me and my teen had to search the floors for one. The Pool was not cleaned properly. My 4 year old picked up a clump of hair the size of a grown man's fist and we immediately left the pool. . Also so busy it was difficult to find parking. William also should not disturb people with do not disturb and if something is needed to call first so people are fully dressed as we were all getting showers/baths and he wouldn't stop knocking asking for the cart since they only must have 2-3 of them around. We needed showers after being in the nasty pool.

Awesome amount of space, great place to do some laundry. Breakfast was good but everything was out. Food, plates, bowls, silverware. Didn’t have enough staff or got overwhelmed. Breakfast area didn’t even seem that full.

Every staff member we meet were very courteous and professional. The manager was very kind and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a home 2 suites but you’re not allowed to bring your breakfast from the lobby to your room. That makes no sense. You have a full kitchen and dishwasher in your room. Sounds and looks like a lazy staff that doesn’t want to be bothered with having to collect dishes from rooms. Or whatever. And they hold your incidentals for a week. I won’t ever spend money with these people again.

The hotel was excellent, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The beds were a little mattress springy and not very comfortable. There was a $5 parking fee, we did not drive. Called and they removed it, but not sure why it was even added.

They stay was good the only thing was me and my husband left to go out and came back we didn’t receive any clean towels or face cloths and no new bedding also out trash had not been taken out off trash cans but the stay was still good front desk associates were very nice and helpful.

I booked a king. They didnt have one. They offered a queen I said I wanted to cancel. They said they couldnt cancel. They didnt offer me a reservation for another room the next day. The agent was initially rude and rolled her eyes at me right off the bat just making casual conversation. I asked a follow up desk agent if Doordash delivered there. He said no. He was wrong as they did. The light malfunctioned. The tv didnt work initially. They didnt clear snow behind the cars so I was trapped and had to seek assistance.

Let customer's know ahead of time that the pool is a saline mix. My skin turned red and blotchy. The water made my hair brittle.and caused breakage. Definitely not good. If I had known I would have worn a swim cap.

Everything. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle bus driver was very professional, pick my co workers up in a timely fashion and suggested other entertainment in the area. . The concierge on all shifts upon our stay was welcoming and very helpful . I would definitely suggest this location to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Base on the long wait for the courtesy shuttle.,the staff was apologetic and notified us via phone when the shuttle was available.

Breakfast offerings and other food offerings through the day were very nice. There was always someone at the desk to help. The bags for pet pick outside were always available. Salt was put out after a light ice/snow mix had fallen.

I put my belongings in my room and came back the next day to my “unused” room only to find my toilet had been used and not flushed. They refused to reimburse my four day reservation, even though I checked only after the incident.

Room was great! Please fix the TV I needed to push in the HDMI cable to get it to work. Also please add more power or USB ports the one in the side table doesn’t work

They had a few changes since our last visit. I like that they added more seating in the breakfast area. They had a few new options to the breakfast that included keto bread, gluten free bread, and almond milk. Definitely a good variety of food with plenty of healthy options. One change I would suggest would be getting new pillows. One firm and one soft for each side of the bed. Other than that everything was excellent. See you again next Christmas!

This hotel has the best breakfast biggest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It’s much more similar to a restaurant’s buffet with high quality choices ranging from omelet’s and scrambled eggs (both everyday) to sweet potatoes and regular hashbrowns, multiple breakfast breads everyday (French toast, pancakes and waffles) plus multiple meats- every single day! The staff is friendly, says hi by name and it offers shuttles (all over- not just airport). The property manager is the best, most professional I’ve ever met. I will always stay there when visiting DC!!!

The room was quite large and very clean. Breakfast was one of the better continental breakfast i have ever had.

We are very pleased and thankful for the care we received at this hotel. From the very large room to the healthy and delicious breakfast choices and the exceptional service rendered by the staff, especially the General Manager who was so hands on that I called her a Servant Leader. My family and I by the grace of God will surely return again to this hotel and we sincerely recommend them for anyone looking for quality accommodation near the world class Arundel Shopping Mall in Maryland USA.

We lived our stay! The staff were so courteous and professional. Breakfast was outstanding and the pool was lovely. It truly was an enjoyable experience for my family.

The stay was great. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. We went to the indoor pool and the manager went above and beyond by putting floaters and pool noodles in the pool for the kids. We stayed there because we were attending our Church Convocation.

We have roomed here on several occasions and have always been more than pleased. The cafeteria was completely done over since we there last. The food is freshly prepared and kept at safe temperatures for serving. The dining area is clean and set up to privide a homey feel. Food was delicious and of quality equal or above to a sit down restaurant. Staff members were very pleasant and greeted us in an almost sing song way. The rooms were immaculate and I found the mattress very comfortable, I had no problems getting comfortable and sleeping through the night. The bathroom matched the room in cleanliness and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel. greeted warmlly

From the moment we arrived at Home2 Suites by Hilton Arundel Mills/BWI Airport, we were welcomed like family. The manager and her team went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member from the front desk to housekeeping, the maintenance crew, and even the friendly pool guy greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help. One moment that really stood out was breakfast. We came down a bit late and thought we had missed it, but the manager and her team didn't let anyone go hungry. They made sure our family – and several other guests – were fed and comfortable. It truly showed the heart of the staff and their commitment to hospitality. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were great, and the entire hotel had a welcoming vibe. But it was the people who made the difference. If you’re looking for a place where the team truly cares about your stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be back!

2. There was a brown stain, on side of bed where one would sit! LIVID 3. Waited 15 before the sheets were changed! I was tired and that held me up from laying down. 4. Ice machine my floor didn’t work! 5. There was NO complimentary water in the room like normally. 6. Suggestion: have house keeping wear an actual uniform; 4 women came to my room in regular clothes holding sheets. It was super unprofessional! - because of this, I will not stay here again Other than the sheets, the area was clean and quiet

One of the best hotels I've been to in a while. Extremely clean, breakfast was amazing, so many options. The only issue was the pool being too small and some wifi issues. My daughter wanted to visit the pool every couple hours and whenever we go there were a ton of people crowding the pool being extremely loud. Anyway I will return again. The rooms were super clean which I was really impressed with.

Very friendly staff! They have a great variety of breakfast food, something for everyone, even vegan options. Our room was clean. There is a park with walking paths behind the hotel. Manager is sweet and welcoming. This was our second time here, and will be back next time we're in town to visit family. We stayed 11 nights, and i was very thankful that the washer and dryer didn't require money to use them.

This property was one of my favorites! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.

This is my go to hotel yearly for a music festival and the General Manager is amazing. I will say I appreciate she is training younger staff and giving them a chance which not too many people do as much these days. With this might come some difficulty in dealing with situations. I did have a few things happen that weren't so good due to lack of communication. I'm pretty even keel, but did end up quite upset on one outing. This is because transportation is provided but things weren't clear and so I was outside for quite some time on two separate occasions. A suggestion might be just as there are set times to take the shuttle, that the guest be made aware exactly where the pick up or drop off area is. In my case I have an invisible illness and was waiting for a long time. Letting me know an ETA would have been good and because I used UBER quite a bit on the trip already, I was looking forward to using the shuttle. There was one mix up when I called down, because my room clock actually had the wrong time and the other where I waited quite some time and ended up taking an Uber. I respect all of the staff that work there and am always kind and courteous and grateful. I hope these glitches can be worked out because the shuttle is great for the mall runs or to go to a restaurant.

Second time staying there both times unplanned and both times were great. The kids walked into the room and said wow! We have stayed in many hotels for vacation that were way fancy yet they were "wow'd" by Home2 LOL

Washing machines stink. They need to be cleaned out. Too much mold build up to the point that you can smell it as soon as you walk in the front door.

The stay was not to my standard compare to other home 2 suites. There was hair in the shower, on the kitchen counter and floor. In addition the lamp on my night table didn't work but it was late to ask for someone to come and fix it.

The rooms were very spacious and everything was spotless during my stay. The shuttle was extremely convenient getting to and from the shopping mall and casino! I will definitely stay at the BWI Arundel Mills location again.

The rooms are spacious. They offer a "full kitchen" which is a fridge, sink and a microwave, no stove. The breakfast was good. They offered both turkey and pork sausages.

Great place to stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Close to mall and food options. Breakfast variety was great! Only issue we had was the pillows were very flat. Please get new form ones to help make sleep more satisfactory. Also only one person working at the front so when we needed extra towels we had to wait till they were free. Other than that no issue.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here very much and will look for Home2 Suites in all our travels. The only complaint was in room 208 the shower handle seemed to be on way too tight. Was very hard to control the water temp. Otherwise we have no complaints.

Nice weekend stay. Convenient access to shopping with great dining options and night life! Clean and well-maintained property, but not the most ideal for a romantic weekend because of the family traffic at the hotel and not the most scenic with the giant water tank right next door.

The property was easy access to the highway, shopping areas, and casino. The faculty had a pool and provided good breakfast , due to the holiday being Monday it still closed early . For the most part staff was helpful. I did end up waiting for a shuttle pick up that never arrived and had to take an Uber luckily it wasn’t to far .

The hotel was clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable and much larger and cheaper than anywhere else in the area that weekend. Breakfast was a nice perk too!
