Amenities on the description listed breakfast and pool. We thought the pool would be good for the kids to burn off some energy after a long travel day. The pool was closed and the continental breakfast was non-existent!

No Weekend Breakfast as advertised. No alternative such as a discount coupon for a nearby restaurant. Extremely long truck blocking the handicapped parking space. When advised office of this they said to park somewhere else. Glas coffee carafe spout was broken, chipped & sharp, Toilet holder had spindle missing & toilet paper was balanced on the holder arm. Lobby picture shows as pretty but not able to access the lobby. They had a walk-up window instead. Very noisy there. Had to run tv to block out traffic noise. Will not ever stay at a Days Inn again.

We did not end up staying at this hotel and will get a refund. There was no lock on the door and the door would not shut completely when we arrived. No one would come to the front desk to help us when we went back and then argued about a refund and was EXTREMELY rude and hateful. Felt very unsafe.

Close to the freeway It wasn’t listed that it was under construction. When I pulled up I seen it i understood it. BUT… at 7 someone was still cutting and drilling. But the worst part , all of the bedding had stains on it. Sheets , pillow cases, blankets. All had black marks all over them. One of the pillows cases had a cigarette burn on it . The comforters were uncomfortable and had holes in them as well. I never leave bad reviews. But I was legit grossed out. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got bed bugs or something.

The location was decent Nothing about the stay was pleasant. I booked a king size non smoking room was told it wasn't available when I got there to check in. The hotel clerk was rude thevstaff was rude. Was charged a $50 fee after checking out when I called to asked about the charge they said it was for towels. I explained to them they were no towels in the room. and insisted on a refund for the bogus charge. They hung up on me. Tried calling back several times and continued to get hung up on. They are very unprofessional and the rooms are at best a 1 star.

Not much Management was rude didn’t look at booking and at first was not allow my service dog to stay intel I got feed up with there questions, what kind of dog, purpose of dog, I had to explain to them she is a medical dog to help me when I forget to take my medication for my cancer. Then I had to remind they the questions they were asking was not appropriate based of federal regulations for service animals.

False advertising to start. They advertise 'breakfast included ' well no such thing! I guess they are under renovations so no amenities. The room was sparch with very cheap furniture. Very thin bedding, i was cold all night. Drywall patching all over the room. Bathtub had a bad water leak. Worst hotel room i have ever stayed in.

Room looked tired and used. Had issues with the TV. Front desk sent a guy to fix it. He rushed in, turned it on and left just as quickly without any explanation. He had to come back. Couldn't get water for the shower this morning. Front desk kept saying somethibg I couldn't understand; I did hear him say it was tricky. Afte 3 calls the same guy rushed in and turned to leave, but I caufht him and asked what was wrong. You have to forcibly pull the handle out. I was afraid I would break it. Overall, we had a good triip in Hendersonville, but not at your hotel

- I was given I nice room which hidden in the back and probably quieter than the rest (appreciate) - good value for the price and the bed sheets were freshly cleaned - the Fridge was big but noisy - the hotel was near the highway (rout 26) which is convenient but occasional trucks noise - water pressure adequate - no breakfast and in room coffee machine was dirty and broken (Starbucks was across the parking lot) - fast food choices are abundant and within walking distance - WIFI robust and free. I can see that the owners are trying hard to please. I would recommend it for budget travelers, but if you need more, that may not be the best option if you’re willing to pay double the rate!

They have no extra towels. I was working from the room & would put the Do Not Disturb sign out during meetings. So if they didnt get my dirty towels in the morning i couldnt get clean towels after that. I was going to stay an extra night but decided to go stay somewhere else so i could have clean towels.

The hotel room was horrible. Our outside door didn’t lock, we had to put a heavy chair in front of the door. The bathroom door didn’t shut. There was dead cockroaches on the floor.

No lobby area open .. not sure if that was under construction for remodel or afraid of germs .. open window area in outside entrance .. no breakfast .. under construction for remodel .. our room was partially complete … flooring only thing done .. dings in door .. walls and bathroom .. lamp shade and chair looked like they had been in a war zone .. dingy cheap towels I guess they thought we were stealing when we asked for more so they wouldn’t have to service our room during the long weekend stay .. said they’d be in room daily to service then second night we had to ask for the clean towels as only service was dirty towels were removed .. we fixed our own bed

The property just feels off. The room was clean . However the walls need to be patched and painted. There was no iron ,ironing board, ice bucket . The faucet was falling apart in the shower and there were stains on the shower curtain. Come on people, do better.

This was the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in. The walls were not painted properly, and looked like they were covering a murfer scene. There were small flies all over the room, and the bathroom was filty. The outside looked like a slum.

Nothing posted on website about amenities is true….: pure filth!!!! No lock on door, towels had stains, trash still in room and on floor. AC unit leaking water all over floor. Poor water pressure. No workout room , no lobby, no grab n go breakfast when asked about these items was told “under Reno”. Peaked in locked lobby doors and u could see shoes a blanket and pillow on two chairs pulled together where the staff was sleeping. I felt very unsafe there. Ol and did I mention you check in by a doorbell camera ?!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The bed quilts had holes in them. The smell in the room was stale. Gaps in the door that you could see under. Felt unsafe, several police were at the hotel for a situation, ice bucket was dirty took it back to the office. We would have left but it was a no refund last minute reservation. It was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.

We arrived in the early morning hours. I had difficulty checking in, and as I was trying to understand the night managers questions, he began to yell at me be through a Ring camera. Once I asked him why he was yelling at me. He continue to yell at me a few more times that he was not yelling. Once I reached my room, I realize there was no cleaning done. The room had a musty smell and what’s worse, the towels that were supposed to be white are dingy and stained. I had to go to the local, TJ Maxx nearby, to buy new towels. Once I disinfected the restroom. Took a quick shower. Went to bed. Left the next morning. I definitely would not recommend this motel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Don’t recommend staying here to anyone. I paid for two nights here and only stayed one. The room smelled terrible and musty. It was dirty. The blankets looked like they were very very old. The towels were beige. There was a hole in the wall. The room was dirty and didn’t look like it had had a well cleaning and a very long time we can barely tolerate the smell in the room. We did not feel safe there was a lot of people walking around Sitting outside all hours of the night and yelling. We did not feel safe. This is not family friendly. First of all, I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW. I don't usually feel it's worth the time, but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I arrived and asked for my money back because there were several shady looking men hanging out in the parking lot and I told the receptionist i didn't feel safe. I had my 8 your old son with me who has epilepsy and they told me I had selected a smoking room on Expedia. I didn't know that hotels even had smoking rooms anymore. I asked for my money back dye to not feeling safe as a single mother taveling alone with her 2 sons. The attendant said I needed to call Expedia to get a refund. I drove to the nearby Best Western (which was 100x better) and paid for another room and I contacted Expedia from my new hotel, they called the manager to explain that I didn't feel safe and were told they would not give the money back, no exceptions. I called the manager myself, and she literally screamed and cursed at me and said I had lied to Expedia and then she hung up on me. WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Do not even consider this place. You're better off sleeping at a rest stop. I had to pay for 2 rooms that night, one that I did not use due to the sleezy guests hanging out in the parking lot.

The WiFi never worked. I had to have a key readjusted 3 times. The refrigerator had food in it leftover from the previous occupant. There was a lot of noise from a gathering on the walkway outside my door that lasted until 345 am. You could smell where people had been smoking weed on that walkway. There was no option communicated that I could skip housekeeping or not have fresh towels to save water. The clean towels were stained brown. I travel a lot, and this hotel was the first one I ever stayed at that I felt unsafe.

It looked like there was blood stains on the wall next to the bed . The sheets had multiple diffrent kind of stains. The dressers were damaged, and missing cabinets. There was something all over the tv,and microwave. All the lamp shades were dented ,and stained aswell. I immediately booked another hotel ,and checked out.

It was hard to sleep with so many people yelling and banging stuff all night. Also when I got to my room it was dirty and the door was left open! Then in the morning they didn’t have breakfast which they told me they would until 9. I’d rather sleep on the side of the road next time than waste my money at this place.

The property looked good from the outside but the door handle to my room was so loose it was almost falling off and the door was not hung properly as the dead bolt would not engage. The room was not clean and the bed was hard as a rock. No management on site. You had to call through a ring doorbell and the lady who I spoke to was rude. Never again. I ended up leaving after the first night at 7 am and spent my next night in Ashville at a Comfort Inn Suites. It cost $154.00 but was worth it.

The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet.

I arrived in town at 12:30 am used your site to register because there was no one there to register me after signing in I went back to the window again no one is there then I saw the button and I pressed it several times before finally got a response, now I’m speaking with a sound system I explained that I have a reservation and a confirmation number the lady said that she wouldn’t honor my reservation for the night because it was for the 19 I said that it is the 19 she said that I had to wait until 3pm to check in so I ended up sleeping in my truck in a parking lot. I called and spoke with your service lady and she tried to get them to cancel and refund me so I could go to another hotel but they refused. Hotels.com are tops in my book but I work with 100s of pastors and am the guy who recommends hotels I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DAYS INN AGAIN!

First when checking in, nobody was at the desk. I was forced to check in through a ring camera. Including having to give a card for incidentals over camera. The room was dirty! Blue and red stains on pillows and bedding, ripped walls, dirty and broken coffee pot. Plus it’s LOUD! You can hear people in the rooms next to you, and in the breezeway!

We were not greeted with a person but a ring doorbell. The man had a heavy accent that i couldn’t understand. He was unsure of the room I had a reservation for. He only had a handicapped room with a king bed at the time. It was after check in time. He told me the key card was under the map on a table. Under the map were 10 or more room keys with room numbers on them. I took mine and walked in the room. It was smelly and wasn’t clean enough for me. When I went back to the office I pushed the button and told the manager that I would not be staying. He was extremely rude and was yelling. I suggest that you take this establishment off of your website.

Stay away! The room had a weird odor to it, the bedding had burn holes in the comforter, the walls looked like somwthing was scratching at them all around the room. The door did not have a weather seal on it and could see the light coming through all the way around it. Was afraid to walk around without shoes on because the carpet was gross. No one was at the desk to check out had to leave my key card with the pile of other cards stacked up in the window. Unless you REALLY NEED a room then I would not recommend this place! STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!

The room was old looking with multiple chunks of wall missing Room 224 had a drawer front missing. The towels were thin and sandpapery and looked like they had been used in an auto garage. They had stains and were very thin. The coffee maker in my room was never serviced. The desk chair had a hole in it. The shower wall moved when operation the spigot. It’s very nasty and dirty. The water pressure was low I couldn’t even shower in the morning. It was just a dump the room smelled like smoke it had no wash clothes. I wish I had booked a different room. I hope it gets better there. So there business can stay busy.

Upon arrival, the key we were given was to a room that looked occupied, window was open so we could see tv on and the room was locked from inside. Went back to get another room, 2nd room door was not even locked or closed. Due to the area it looked and felt unsafe to enter an open room that was pitch black dark. I went back to front desk to let them know and ask for refund. They said no refunds and area was safe. They gave us a 3rd room to try. The key card would not unlock door, went back to front desk and they said to kick the door at the bottom because it good get stuck. At that point, 2 guys showed up to try to jimmy the door to open, thought they were locksmiths but front desk said no. So two random guys helping to break into our "room." They speculated the battery door locks may be dead. After an hour and no entry to any rooms, we left to find another hotel. Mind you we arrived at midnight. Terrible experience. I will be disputing charge with my credit card if they do not refund this.

It’s not managed very well. The Indian woman owner has an attitude problem. The room was not the best. The floor was sticky and looked like there was some prior beer vomit coating the floor. There was no safety latch on the door (just the deadbolt). The phone didn’t work. There was no internet (she tried to claim it was because of the hurricane but you could tell it was due to cheapness). When I went to check in, me and another guy had to wait about 45 minutes before she got back to the hotel. Also, the water will scald you, so be careful. I didn’t see any bugs, so that’s a plus.

To start off i had reserved a king room when checked in he said at first he didn't have any room available then said room 202 went up to find it was a queen room didn't want to make a fuss so went ahead stayed Drawers was missing room wasnt clean the refrigerator was dirty the sheets had big holes in them breakfast was in the amenities but didnt have any also it showed a fitness room but it was not available to the public as i guess it was behind the locked doors to the lobby and front desk had to make my check in at 3:00 pm at the night window so i will not return to this hotel

I had a terrible stay at this property. It’s run down, with ongoing renovations that were not mentioned anywhere online. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised free breakfast—which was NOT offered during my stay. One of our rooms had to be switched twice: the first reeked of cat urine, and the second had a broken door lock, so we had to rely on the latch for security. To make things worse, the rooms are accessed from the outside, something that wasn’t clear when booking. There were more issues: the showers didn’t work, and no soap was provided, which meant we had to drive to Walmart for basic necessities. The one staff member on duty was nice and tried to help, but the condition of this hotel was just unacceptable. I’ve stayed at Days Inn properties before and usually found them to be decent, but this one was by far the worst. Save yourself the frustration—do not stay here!

Check in person was not nice. Room was awful. Hotel advertised free continental breakfast but nothing was offered and most of the time no one was at office to get anything. No toilet paper had to go buy some and also had to buy towels as they only had 2 towels for a3 person stay. Also had to buy pillows and throws as the bedspreads looked nasty and had holes in them. You couldn’t complain as there was no one at check in window. The hotel needs to be condemned. Nothing good to say. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

I was told it was a non-smoking room, but the room smelled very much like smoke. We were smelling smoke all night long and our clothes the next day smelled of smoke. Not a pleasant experience.

Hotel appeare to be under renovation. No breakfast was available as mentioned. Patrons aren't able to go in lobby.

When we arrived to the room we looked at the floor and it was COVERED with bugs. I want to say over 20 dead bug bodies all over the floor. The room smelled disgusting. We left immediately and asked for a refund and didn’t get one. DISGUSTING. I took a video of the bugs and will make sure i send it to corporate.

I left immediately after seeing and smelling my room. It would’ve been like staying in an ashtray. I even confirmed on way to hotel and when I arrived that room should be non smoking. They then gave me another room, and room key didn’t work. At that point I just had it and preferred to leave rather than stay even though it was 1am!!! I expect a full refund, still waiting to hear.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel. It is my own fault, I should have scrolled down to see the reviews, I knew it was not a luxury hotel but I did expect to have a clean room with fresh linens. If I had not pre-payed for the room I never would have gotten out of my car- thank goodness my family wasn’t with me!

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in! Check in was 3:00 and bath towels of any kind was in the room. The walls were spackled for repair, pictures had been taken out and large holes and nails were in the wall. I thought Days Inn by Wyndham would be decent but it was awful. I would never stay anywhere where like that again.

The pictures on line were much better than the room. Sheets were on inside out and were stained. Towels were dingy and didn’t look clean although I’m sure they were. TV only had one channel and that was difficult to work. When we entered, there was water on the floor from lack of circulation. Water disappeared after we turned the air conditioning on. Overtired was adequate, but needs updating and renovation.

This place should be shut down, is was disgusting everything was broken, it was dirty, live bugs. They advised breakfast included, but said that was broken and gave us a green banana and 2 cereal bars in a baggie. The microwave was left with smelly liquid in it, we cleaned it out to use it and flames were shooting inside. I paid for 3 nights, tried to leave after the first, was told since I used a third party it was not refundable. I switched rooms and it was worse, we left the next morning. Couldn't take it anymore. I have photos and sent them all to Wyndham Corp.

It is not a typical DaysInn. I chose because I have stated in Days Inn before and thought of the strength of the brand. I was very disappointed and left once I saw the room. I did not feel safe with my granddaughter . I received no refund and communicated my displeasure to Irbitz. Orbitz has never disappointed me during all these years of membership until now

This property has alot of deferred maintenance. The lobby is closed. There was rarely anyone at the front desk even at checkout. Sign says "breakfast included," but since the looby is closed, that is not true. Would absolutely never stay here again.

Cob webs, patched areas on the walls that was not painted, limited hot water, poor air conditioner. The room had a smell, we actually put an air freshener in the room. No breakfast or anyone at the checkout window. The control for the TV did not work.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Had to change room twice. Beds had not been changed from previous guests. There was food crumbs between the sheets!!!

When leaving before 8am, the housekeeper was outside with a grocery cart and no products to clean or restock. We watched her as we were leaving & she only took the sheets off the beds and left before we leave pulled out of the parking lot. We were very very unhappy with this hotel and we will not be staying again.

Low end of expectations for pass through one night. Musty smell, cigarette burns in sheets and blankets. Says breakfast included, but they just gave us pop tarts and nutrigrain bars at the front desk at check in

We really enjoyed the stay. The kids were able to play outside and feel safe. The area was beautiful. And there was food walking distance.

Got charged an extra $20 on top of what Expedia charged because I'm considered local. I live in another state! It was late and I had already paid for the room so I accepted. Room was not very clean but bed was comfy.

There was a hole in the bath tub, the coffee table had a leg that was ready to fall off, the microwave and coffee pot was filthy. The dresser was missing a drawer and the other drawer had a broken handle and our bed sheets were stained. I have photos of all of this but it won't let me uploaded them.

On entering the room, I noticed a slightly musty smell, as well as spackling patches all over the walls. In some places, the floor molding was missing, and the shower curtain rod was just barely hanging on by a loose screw- as a result we were afraid to use it. A hairdryer was provided, but didn’t work. I applaud renovating an older property, but NOT renting out, at regular price, rooms in process. This was a fairly unpleasant experience in terms of the property. The staff was obviously bothered by the issues, and did their best to be helpful. It feels like they’ve been sent into battle with one hand tied behind their back and defective weapons for the other. In spite of that, they did their best to take care of us, and our room was clean, if dilapidated.
