The bathroom setup was awkward. The glass for the shower is on the wrong side. Anytime anyone took a shower, the floor pretty much was extremely soaked/flooded. Constantly used up so many towels.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Staff was great, room was clean and a nice size. Great location in walking proximity to metro. Contrary to the hotels name, the metro stop is Innovation Center, not Herndon.

Staff was very helpful in getting us a Lyft to go to the airport at 3am. Room was generally clean. Shower never heated up beyond a tepid warmth, and that took 10 - 15 minutes. Cabinet door was hanging. Lamp shades were discolored and old looking. Elevator floors were filthy. Rear outside area was dirty and in disrepair, with filthy torn cushions and decayed wicker. Fireplace looked worn and not in good repair.

We had issues with the shuttle not showing upon arrival at Dulles and the next morning when we had to catch another flight. While the phone response time was quick and directions on where to go upon arrival were clear, it seems no one had any control over the driver who wouldn't show up in a timely manner or at all.

I liked the clean room and the customer service provided by staff.

The elevators weren’t running and I explained to the front desk that I really needed to catch the 4am airport shuttle. I was assured that the elevators would be running in a matter of minutes. However, no effort was made to hold the airport shuttle for those few minutes.

Nice people, responded immediately when I asked for a room change because of a bunch of wandering noisy teenagers on a field trip whose chaperones didn’t do their jobs.

They have good installations and comfortable rooms Horrible customer service! They charged me again even though I had already paid via booking. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare! They never answer when you text them. Front desk service staff did never have answers, and the manager is impatient and doesn’t know how to handle customers concerns in a kind way. Wouldn’t recommend them. Customer service is important guys!

Location was great. Staff friendly. Liked the bar and restaurant. My room had ants and my coffee maker didn’t work. When I reported this they gave me a breakfast voucher which was nice.

Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter.

The front office staff were very accommodating and the check in was extremely quick. We were disappointed that the on site restaurants hours were very limited as we would have dined there vs leaving the property. We also hoped to enjoy the fire pit but unfortunately it was covered our entire stay.

I was waiting for 45 minutes at Dulles Airport for pick up since I called front desk. Little bit too long.

We only stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. Very convenient to the airport.

We came in very late and everything was easy and ready for us weary travelers. It’s close to the car rentals. Bed was comfy and checkout a breeze!

They did not clean the room any day that I stayed there. There was trash and dirty towels piled up in the room as no one came in and cleaned. There was also a flying bug that I had to disband as it flew on me.

Appreciated the free parking. Staff was very helpful. Shower was strange where you have to reach deep into it to turn the water on. Cold blast.

Our bathroom ceiling leaked and needed repairs 3 times in 24 hrs, including 3 am ceiling panels crashing down and breaking in a soggy mess all over. They repaired things, but no effort to discount for our struggle or anything

We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for.

Room was clean and in good condition. The lobby and outside area was well kept as well. The staff were helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Location was very convenient and close to airport. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Conveniently located relative to the airport-just 10 minutes away. When I called for the airport shuttle, the receptionist informed us it would pick us up in a few minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes. The driver was helpful but we were frustrated by the expectation not being accurately set by the receptionist. The bathroom had unsightly water damage to the doors and a damp and musty smell.

Bar/kitchen severally understaffed. Bartender/waiter shiwed up late leaving patrons waiting without explanation.

shower needed to be cleaned as there was leftover residue from someone shaving. Its decently well renovated but its clearly an older place/rooms that they spruced up on a budget

We stayed here one night after returning from overseas. Marriott Courtyard is my "go-to" hotel, but this location is at the lower end of expectations. Very few amenities in room - not even a shower cap! Bed comfortable enough; pillows were great. Headboard had sheets tucked over it - not very attractive! Functional, but unmpressive.

They do have a restaurant with a full bar. Ample sitting in the lobby for dinning, meeting with large groups etc. Only about 10 minutes from DCA with a free shuttle but surprisingly no traditional air plane noise.

Great location, rooms were nice and clean. Wish bar stayed open until 11 but 10 was still good. Shuttle service was good-but let people know you must call to be picked up. I thought they just automatically run during operation hours but no so for pick ups at the airport.

Only complaint is that although they advertise a shuttle from the airport, and the choice exists on their voice system, no one answered the call despite three attempts. Had to get an Uber. No big deal, but my telling them this at check in was met by a confused, blank stare without explanation or even an unmeant apology.

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose Marriott again and recommend it to others.

We have bonvoy platinum and this did not include breakfast. The hotel didn't even have breakfast available nor coffee. The shuttle picked us up from the airport but then decided to drive around again at the same stops to do more pickups. Because of this we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner. The shuttle arrived at the hotel in the morning but the driver said we'd have to wait 10 minutes so he can go eat breakfast. I guess he's the only one who gets to eat here. What a scam.

Tom the morning manager was a little cold our checkin felt like an inconvenience to the hotel, we got our room and everything was fine with the stay rooms were clean area was safe and secure there was coffee downstairs. We just didn’t feel comfortable with the way tom was speaking to us.

Everything was great except for when we came downstairs for a late breakfast. The cook was sitting in a chair talking on his phone and completely ignored us, so we simply checked out and ate somewhere else.

There was no one at the desk the morning we checked out which was at 3:30 am. There were multiple other guests waiting for the shuttle that had the same concerns as us. The lobby at the hotel is beautiful but the rooms have not been updated. The bathroom was not clean and there was no toilet paper upon arrival. We had other family members there so we grabbed an extra roll from them. To top it all off , our room was supposed to be $111 with all included taxes and the charge on our card was $171.00. The other family members charges were correct. It's been complicated to fight so far. Wouldn't stay here again.

Check-in staff just talked to each other. Barely acknowledged me. I am a Titanium member of Marriott and because this particular stay was not booked through them, the check-in person was dismissive when I asked about perks. She just said I would receive some bonus points and that’s it, which is fine, but I never received anything. I know Marriott has rules, but at least give people respect.

This is a nice facility, convenient to Dulles IAD, with great shuttle service. My biggest complaint is that there is very little to muffle slamming doors or TV next door.

We had a good stay at the hotel overall. The only issue was with Mr. Tom Teok, who was rude and unhelpful when we asked about breakfast. His attitude took away from an otherwise positive experience.

I’ve stayed at many properties around the area. If you’re flying in/ out to Dulles this is the best option. Staff is top notch. It’s clean, comfortable and offers free HBO Max which is awesome. Would definitely return!

Good, clean, comfortable hotel, individual, not one of the chains. But they took a $100 deposit from my debit card on arrival and, nine days after departure, still haven’t refunded it.

Since when do hotels think they can act like airlines and steal your money when an honest booking mistake was made? I wanted to move my res up one day, failing that add one day to my reservation. Impossible! So enjoy my money, I thoroughly enjoyed the Hyatt Regency in the end. Shame on you!

We were in town for a baseball game. The train was walking distance away and very convenient. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Although we rented a car it was not necessary. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The woman at check in was great! The restaurant service, while not horrible, isn't great. The staff seemed annoyed that I asked for a salad without chicken and bacon. There are next to no vegetarian options and NO plant-based options which is very surprising. The bathroom door looks like a gremlin got a hold of it and there are clearly paint touch ups. i am just not sure this hotel is worth what is charged.

This was a graduation trip and this hotel I got a good deal for just a weekend. This hotel is 13 minutes away from Dulles airport. It was a smooth check in at counter as I did not check in online I waited untiI arrive to check in and it was a smooth quick process. I had already prepaid for the entire stay. The hotel lobby was clean and neat very nice located in Upscale area. The room was clean and updated modern look with large TV. The room had a mini fridge and microwave inside the cabinet. The bathroom has a updated look with french doors hot shower, updated shower head and nice sink. I had no problems with the room. Although the mattress is not pillowtop but you are able to get some sleep. A little on semi firm side for me. You are able to control the temp in the room which is good. This hotel offer guest a bar and breakfast and diner for a fee. I have no bad negative things to say about the hotel location or room. My honest review.

The property and rooms were very nice. However, we were misinformed about the parking on site. We were staying at the hotel the night before a trip and then returning to stay one night after the trip. We called the property and were told that this would be possible and not a problem. When we registered we were then told it would be $10/day. This was not mentioned on either of two previous calls with the property. This was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the breakfast options were very limited. The staff member on the night shift was quite rude and unhelpful—he responded to every question by merely pointing to a sign or in a direction, all while looking at his phone and clearly unwilling to engage. I chose not to escalate the issue to the manager, as I didn’t want to waste time and risk missing my flight.
