    This Hyatt is good for travelers. It is easy to get to and restaurants and shopping or close by. They have an airport shuttle that runs around the clock. You can leave your vehicle on site for a daily rate. Bed was comfortable, room had plenty of space, there is a restaurant and bar on site. We did have a minor issue with the television remote not working the tv, but with a quick online search we were able to re-pair the remote to it and enjoy a little entertainment.

    We headed to the airport early so they had a goodie bag for us. They were offering a buffet breakfast. Great location close to the airport. Shopping next door(big grocery, sports and clothes)and cafes for eating. Also very nice McDonald’s across from them. Paid parking while traveling and left car for 21 days at a discount. A little paint inside rooms.

    Our room did not have a light in the sink area. Very difficult to do anything there after dark, even with the bathroom door open. Additionally we have very loud neighbors in the adjacent room. We had an early flight and absolutely needed to get some rest. Called the front desk and they did nothing about it.

    So, there is no parking here if there is a wedding and they make you park across the lot in a parking garage and charge you 16$ a night. Also, the elevator was broken, we were on the tenth floor ! We slept fine but the hotel is run down and they tried to make it nice but if you look carefully it’s old and gross- especially the bathroom. Don’t stay here! We have been to many hotels and this was the worse experience. - no free coffee or breakfast and the menu is very $$$$. Pool was also kind of gross.

    I liked the convenience to the airport and using the exceptional shuttle service. I did not like that the electrical outlets were covered. I wanted to use my heating pad for my back but nowhere close to the bed to plug it in. I found one plug near the door and was able to plug my white noise machine into it.

    I have stayed recently at Hyatt Regency Dulles and Crowne Plaza Phoenix airport and was surprised how much these had declined from the upscale hotels that they were in the past. The bathroom in my room at the Hyatt had a 8 inch metal plate across the sliding door and it stuck out 4 inches into both the bedroom and bathroom. At one time, IMHO, the Hyatt was an upscale, elegant hotel in the same class as the Westin and only 1 step below the Four Seasons. Now it reminds me of the fast, clean, budget work hotels like Holiday Inn Express (IHG), Days Inn, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, etc. I will not stay at these brands again but will look for Marriott, Hilton and Westin that are truly upper-midscale to upscale

    Good lawd, this hotel caught me completely by surprise. I assumed I grabbed a random affordable hotel for my night pre flight, turns out I was checking into a dang luxury/ fun/ delicious fair ground of adult entertainment. Even the gym in the morning was FAR above all expectations! Easily one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (my room view sucked lol) but that’s what I paid for. Other than that absolute perfection, staff, room, building, entertainment, food, atmosphere, etc…. PHENOMENAL!!! ❤️❤️🙌🙌🙌

    Excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport. Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded expectations. The lobby and common areas were beautiful and well kept, and the room was spotless and very relaxing after a long day of travel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and reliable, which made the trip stress-free. Staff members were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Dulles Airport. The only drawback is the $16 a night parking.

    Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the airport shuttle made traveling super convenient. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. I was there for a SUBWAY meeting, I thought our INCLUDED breakfast was in the little breakfast area so I got a couple pieces of bacon, to snack on, went to get up and the lady was like oh, charge it to your room, I said I was there for meeting thought breakfast was included, she said no that was in the meeting room lol, so I spent $26 on literally 2 pieces of bacon and 4 potatoes! Clear signage would have been great!for buffet, but I should have asked! Also, waited at the bar for 10 minutes while the bartender was just chatting it up with three guys at end of bar showing pictures and never even acknowledged me, and then another lady waiting to pay !! Finally the customer said hey I think they want a drink. He comes over and is not even sorry. Just. You want a drink??? I said ya think…. But other Staff was great!

    Stayed while waiting for a flight. The staff was helpful. The rooms were wonderful. Fitness center was nice, as was the pool. Left my truck there for 4 days and came back to it in the exact same shape I left it. 10/10 would stay again and feel safe leaving my vehicle.

    Meh. This hotel needs some real work, it's stuck in a 2001 time warp. Dated in many ways, including all the things that modern business travelers want/need: more room outlets, fast USB-C charging ports, less chunky room furniture/adaptability, hydration stations on each floor, a modern gym. Would never stay here again. Hyatt should look at the Hilton Canopy hotels as an example of how to get with the times.

    just booked a Hotel at Washington IAD with Expedia . Expedia charged me for 1 night a listed amount. At the Hotel 1 hour later I opened up the same Hotel website with Expedia and now it the costs much less incl all Taxes. Rip off !! I chatted with an Expedia agent but he mentioned he can't do anything and I have to stick with the higher price. Not a great customer service from Expedia !!!

    Was give a conjoining room. There was 0 sound proofing and could hear every minor sound in my neighbors room until 4 in the morning. They were not being extraordinarily loud but it was as though there wasn’t a wall between us. Stayed there so I could sleep before an early flight instead of driving in the morning. Horrible experience and would not go back.

    The bathroom floor was dirty. There were some stains on some of the towels (which were very basic towels btw— not very soft, certainly not high end.) the bathroom ceiling showed wear and tear with sloppy attempts to fix it.

    Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became inoperable as well. Guests were stuck inside and had to pry the doors open to get out. This created a very frustrating and concerning experience for everyone staying at the hotel. Proper communication and maintenance of essential amenities like elevators should be a priority.

    The biggest issue was that 2 of the main elevators weren't working the entire weekend. The competition ran on a very sharp time schedule, so having an unknown amount of time to get up/down to the room (sometimes having to wait over 10min for an elevator) was especially stressful. We had to use the service elevator as a 2nd option to the 1 working main elevator, but even that backed up the entire weekend. There were often about 12 people in the elevator, which exceeded the recommended load and was a bit worrisome. For the room, the fridge was warm when we arrived. The maintenance person checked it, & it got coolish(?) by the 3rd day, but I wouldn't have trusted any food in there that would've been risky to eat if not refrigerated. Our room also was extremely warm on arrival, the hallway and lobby were cooler. Maintenance checked inside the unit and tested the air coming out and it was working by the time he left. Before the check though, we had it turned down to 63° for hours and it was still about 72° in the room. Once they checked things, it worked fine. The phone handset never worked, only speaker so we couldn't call front desk, had to ride the 10min elevator.

    The building systems were unreliable. Hallways and the lobby were cold due to heating failures. Hot water service went out during the day. Elevator service was limited. Only one passenger elevator worked. Guests were directed to use a service elevator. Room condition was unacceptable at arrival. The toilet seat had urine stains. The toilet also shook violently when used. It appeared improperly installed. Several guest systems did not work. The television hotel information system would not connect. The room phone presets failed. Dialing “0” for the front desk produced no answer. Staff conduct was inconsistent. The front desk interaction was rude. Housekeeping staff yelled in the hallways. Breakfast staff were pushy toward guests. Breakfast service had operational problems. Buffet food was difficult to access. Some items were not kept warm. Overall the property showed failures in maintenance, cleanliness, guest systems, and service quality. These issues affected basic comfort during the stay.

    Booked the hotel at 12:02am from the airport. The staff with no questions asked shuttled us to the hotel. Great service. The room was huge and clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had 5 hrs of sleep and hotel shuttled us back to the airport very early. The shuttle was on time. If you are needing a hotel beer the airport I highly recommend.

    Room was clean and had plenty of space. We had our golden retriever so we had to pay an extra fee but it was worth it. Parking is an extra fee and the hotel is in the middle of a small town. Not sure why we had to pay. I miss the days of free parking. Breakfast was fine but expensive.

    All was well. Snowed in so surprised they closed the kitchen for several hours and there was NO WHERE ELSE to eat, but they were clearly short staffed. There was one bartender taking care of everything all afternoon/evening. He was a rock star!! Coffee before 6:30 would have been nice too as we had to leave at 5am. Just the little things make such a big impact!

    If you would like to reach out to me, I absolutely won’t mind speaking about the issues that I had occurred while we were there. I actually reached out Tuesday this week and spoke to your concierge, and I let her know everything that had happened and transpired and did not appreciate how they made me feel very uncomfortable and extremely judged. We definitely did not receive the treatment like every guest coming in there. I will absolutely not stay with this whole cow chain ever again especially when I was bringing to attention the things over the phone just didn’t seem like they were taking into consideration at all from a dirty room to an empty body wash bottle in the shower that was noticeably empty to the floor, moisture in the flooring of our room or when you took off your shoes it was wet the inconvenience of having to be put on the second floor even though you requested to be put on the first floor because of your service dog, but then you were told that they would like to put you on the first floor, but they’re not gonna move this wedding party so they’re gonna have to put us on the second floor, which I didn’t mind but I was there for a very high-end wedding as well treatment was absolutely asinine considering what wedding this was on top of that. I also want to address the parking I was there almost 3 to 4 nights. I was advised one of the nights to park in the garage which was a far walk and the lighting on the pathway is completely out. No easy entry I can go on

    We were thankful for their early check-in option as we landed in a red-eye flight. My only complaints are 1) the lack of air ventilation in the bathroom but since the weather was very dry it all balanced out; and 2) the slow flow of the water tap. The hotel description says they have baby crib but actually there’s only pack-and-play. We were able to make it with our 4-month-old since we only stayed for one night.

    Trying to reach an actual person at our hotel to ask about the shuttle was impossible. No local phone # is provided on the web, and all you get is an automated line that did not answer our questions correctly. It provided a hotel # for Dallas 1st, then one for DC Capital Hill. We were trying to reach the Dulles Regency. We ended up taking a taxi. The front desk was very nice offering a high room and compt a late check out of 3pm. Being it was a Sunday it was very quiet and not much option for food.

    Hidden $15 charge for parking-- hope you can walk to wherever you're going. Restaurant expensive and food is super salty. Pool is strictly adequate. Staff rude and pushy. WiFi is unusable for anything except web browsing; good luck trying to download anything for your kids to watch on the plane or actually get work done. Even the sound on the TV gets out of sync.     Check in process was quick. I was unable to use the hotel rooms phone to contact the front desk so whenever I needed anything I had to go downstairs which was only a small inconvenience. Otherwise all of my needs were attended to. Breakfast was great with many options. The building itself is under renovations due to upgrading their Lobby restaurant and such so I was unable to use the pool or the jacuzzi which would have been good for some stress relief before going to the airport but again, a small inconvenience. Airport shuttle was quick and painless and I got home safely with no complaints.

    I only stayed because of a delayed flight and was at the Hyatt for about 8 hours to sleep. It was very convenient to have the free Dulles shuttle. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

    My comforter was dirty, and had a blood stain on it. The springs on half the bed were shot. It was very loud until 2am. I had to get up at 5:30am. It was unfortunate, I liked the room layout, and the room services was good and fast.

    DO NOT BOOK IF YOU NEED A RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT after hours- difficult to communicate with arrangements. It took a very long time- Marriott and Hilton rides came and went 3 x while we were waiting. Before midnight the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour.

    We missed breakfast the next morning from over sleeping and they kindly made us a to go box from the morning buffet which had closed 20 minutes before we made it down stairs. The kindness of the staff and willingness to help us out, made being stranded in Dulles not as bad. Thank you Hyatt!!!

    Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. We booked the hotel specifically for a pool however, the pool was under construction, which was not made known to us prior to booking or even when we got to the hotel. we had to pay $15 per day park. OK I get that however there were limited spaces. Three days into our stay there was a large group of people that arrived and we had to take 11 floors by stairs to get to our room one night!

    The room was not up to standard for cleanliness. There were crumbs on the couch, a clearly-used washcloth left in the bathroom, and the only soap provided was an already-opened bar. No complimentary water at check-in and none in the room unless you count the $9 bottle of Fiji. Only two towels were provided for two guests staying two nights. To top it off, when I tried to shower before bed at 10:00, the water was completely turned off and didn’t come back on until morning. I had read about construction issues in reviews, so I specifically called ahead to confirm that the restaurant and bar were fully operational—was assured they were, and even received a confirmation email with hours so I could plan meals accordingly. When I went down during lunch, I was told there was no service due to construction. The solution? I was handed a few unhealthy takeout menus and given a tuna sandwich. No soda, even though I asked. That’s how a $400+ stay gets resolved? With a $10 sandwich? Then, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, so sleep was shot. The next morning, I was delayed a full 10 minutes trying to get to an event because the hotel shuttles were blocking the entrance and wouldn’t move to let cars pass. At least until the construction is finished and service catches up to the price point, I’d strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

    Rooms are very large and nice! Great breakfast and area for lounging. Great location. Only complaint was that no one told us in advance that the pool was under construction and one of the reasons I selected the hotel was for the pool.
