I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HIALEAH AIRPORT MOTEL THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL ALSO THEY HAD LITTLE DRINKS YOU COULD PURCHASE CLEAN ENVIRONMENT COMFORTABLE BEDS

As a whole, I would give this location, a 2.5. The staff has a language barrier not knowledgeable of the process of checking in. I was not given a receipt and the night manager was very rude when I asked him for a receipt before I departed. He seemed to be agitated.. There was a family above me that was jumping around the entire day. Therefore, I was glad to leave at 3 AM to get some rest.. if someone wants to stay there for a short six hours before they catch a flight it’s OK other than that I would not spend more than one night in this location. It appears as though they have prostitution occurring on the premises as well.

The noisiest hotel i have ever stayed. Worse than living on the street in New York. Banging from above all night and loud vehicles.

The room was clean and fresh, the parking felt a little sketchy, and as the rooms were outside access with stairs and it was raining it might not be for everyone but it served our purposes well. We checked in very late and there was someone on duty and that was a relief.

Everything felt safe, salesn person has good customer service skill, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean.

When I got there to check in there was a board with condoms and different narcotics legal that were for sale which should have been my first sign. I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning with four police cars in the parking lot due to some drug activity. Definitely not place to stay if you are worried about your belongings or safety. Unfortunately that was the only place. It had a room and I had to stay but I will never stay there again

It was a bit disconcerting that the hotel check-in person was locked behind a screen. It made me concerned about the neighborhood and clientele. I noticed condoms for sale and also noticed that the soda machines were not working. Still willing to give the benefit of the doubt. The person who checked me in did carry my suitcase up the stairs for me, which was very nice. The room wasn’t bad, clean, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. What made my stay so poor was someone knocking on my door at 4:30 AM. I was ready to attribute it to the room next door, but when I got out of bed to listen more carefully, they knocked again and I could see that it was my door. As a woman traveling alone, it really freaked me out and I locked myself in the bathroom for the next two hours because all I could imagine was them breaking the door down and me being ambushed. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. I travel solo regularly and have never once felt frightened until then. Maybe someone had the wrong room or whatever, and I’m thankful they left, but it really scared me.

I asked for my money back, and for the same cost, went to a much nicer hotel near the airport. I don’t know how this hotel has the rating that it has, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The headborad was so worned out the paint was coming off. saw some pests and the room was tiny.

It was a place to sleep. ‘Nuff said! Staff was good. Bed was hard. Neighbors we loud but location was decent.

Room is smelly… I request for a room on the ground floor but didn’t get one. So i had to carry my heavy luggage on the stairs

Room was dirty and very worn, the headboard had numerous teeth marks and cigarette burns. Location is very noisy, lots of traffic noise. They also insisted on charging me sales tax again even though the Expedia booking was inclusive of taxes and fees. I would not recommend this property.

The room smelled STRONGLY of urine. The fitted sheet was covered in yellow stains. There was only the duvet covering, also stained, with no blanket, duvet, or even a sheet. There’s more but I think that’s enough. We went somewhere else. The pictures they put up on Expedia were doctored with AI.

Called hotel 15+ times and was never able go get ahold of anyone about our reservation. Does not have a website or any alternative way to contact Ended up having to book elsewhere for the night. Would not recommend booking with this location AT ALL.

Cheaper than other hotels. Front desk person was very nice. Carried my luggage upstairs to the room. Spoke very good English. Room was very, very clean.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and was very unkept. Stains all over the walls, curtains and lampshades. All of the surfaces were scratched and old looking. There was no phone in the room to call for additional toiletries. The room layouts pictured were not what the rooms looked like.

Nor what we expected. Everything is far, taxis charge a lot especially UBER

Reservé solo una noche en este sitio por Expedía, las fotos que aparecen en la página no es nada que ver con la habitación que me dieron, aquella cama súper dura, el aire acondicionado sonaba que casi no deja dormir. Las sábanas manchadas tuve que ir hasta recepción para que me cambiaran la ropa de cama, la ducha llena de sarro del agua. A la verdad jamás me quedaría acá y menos por el precio que me cobraron por una noche 100 dólares. Jamás volvería!

This was a very unfortunate stop. We stayed here the night before a cruise, got there very late. We just needed a place to sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay further out or just spend more money on something else. The hot water didn’t work at all and the bed did not give the impression that it was clean. It seemed like a dangerous area too, some very weird people were around. Luckily we don’t have kids because I certainly think you should avoid if you have children. I will say that the guy at the front desk let me use his office bathroom which was nice because it was an emergency, and I greatly appreciated that. Unfortunately, that does not fix all the obvious issues with this place. I wouldn’t even say this is an ok place just to stop at for the night.

You get what you pay for. The room reeked of pot. The toilet leaked all night so we woke up to a flooded bathroom. There were very large roaches in the bathroom and most of the towels were covered in their droppings.

Supposed to stay 2 nights. Arrived late in the evening and tired. Street noise was extremely loud. Turns out there’s a huge gap in the door and the frame. Told the staff next day that there’s a gap and couldn’t stay. Answer? No refund. Wow. Took pictures and will be charging back the whole stay. Told them I would pay for one night. No refund, comical. Dispute on the way.

It didnt meet my standards

We arrived late and still had an easy check in. We stayed here the night before our cruise and it did the job. No compaints on the cleanliness of motel and it’s been updated and modernized. Our room was on the street side and the street noise was loud. Thankfully we were exhausted from traveling all day and this didn’t impact us at all. If you need a clean, no thrills motel for a one night stay, this is a good option.

The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or used in months. There’s cobwebs in the corners. Hand/makeup smudges on the walls. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Smells like cigarettes when you enter the room. TV doesn’t work. Door was not sound proofed at all.

It was so noisy, you could hear and feel every step of anyone going by. I stayed here because it was convenient, but I was disappointed. Normally I stay at a hotel, I didn't realize motels were so much different.

Secondly the bathroom was the WORST!!! It had most everywhere. The sheets pitched my skin. I could feel little creatures moving in my skin!!!! Nothing was cleaned!!! Very disgruntled customer and I would never recommend this place!!! Yuck!!!

Did not like the fact that there wasn’t any restaurants close by in walking distance to grab a sandwich or something quick to eat. Also no comfortable chairs to sit in, in the room, and only had 1 wash rag to wash with, when there were 2 guests to accommodate that was booked for this room. And really bad outside noise traffic. Was also charged an extra $6. up charge for whatever reason that wasn’t explained. Only positive was that the motel was close to the airport, only 8 minutes away. Will not book again here.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Told the manager there was no hot water and she said "OK" and didn't seem that interested. Dirty and in a sketchy area. Bed was old and uncomfortable.

No hot water in shower, sink had hot water smells humid. Maybe clean with bleach routinely to get smell out. Just need better cleaning to get weird smell out.

I was unaware that smoking was allowed in the room.

It was quite loud/noisy in the room. Could hear voices clearly through the door and walls, as well as footsteps (or other sounds) through the ceiling. Made it quite difficult to sleep with the amount, and volume, of noise that continued throughout the night and morning.

I travel for a living delivering Dogs and Cats an I’ve stayed at top class hotels but this was one of the best stays ever besides the little noise from the street from the cars it is great establishment thank you for everything. I will be coming back….

The sheets are too thin and the air conditioners are dirt not clean.

We could not park in front of our room. Car was a 1/2 block away out of view. No chair in room. TV did not work. Water came out of shower on floor. No hair dryer available. Constant noise all night from the air conditioner kicking on and off. Constant traffic noise. No pool. Did not get more that a few hours sleep. Very overpriced for what you get. Needed a room close to airport is the only reason to stay there.

We asked for a nonsmoking room, but received a room that had been heavily smoked in. The room was very close to a major highway so the road noise was terrible. We got very little sleep.

Couldn’t sleep all night because off traffic noise from the road. Also had people upstairs making walking noise or jumping, who knows.

The rooms are updated, cleaner but has a strong room fresheners odor. We got room 310 which was closer to the roads and it was terribly noisy from the traffic. The next day we were asked to move to a different room which was less noisy from traffic, but the neighborhood was partying loud at 1:00 a.m. I have read about this in a different review but I thought it will be fine but it was too loud. Overall the stay was fine. I highly recommend the tiago's Taco nearby.

I do not recommend this place toilet was not working literally the toilet will not flush I wasn’t tripping loud at night $125 per night there are no restaurants nearby also staff is very rude do not recommend this place oh I almost forgot i seen two big roaches think I’m lying the roaches here are the size of your thumb horrible horrible

The air pumps need to be cleaned- the smell that comes from them makes room smell bad. We asked for an extra pillow and they had none. Its basic and served the purpose but i wont book again.

The room was cleaned but smelled like hotel rooms in the days of cigaret smoking rooms. Also, we specifically chosen this hotel because their post says "pet friendly" and we have a small dog. However, a sign in the office at check in mentionned "No pets allowed". Which is it?

The room was dirty when we arrived and water had leaked from the toilet all over the bathroom. My socks were black from walking on the floor and there were stray hairs in both the bedroom and bathroom. They gave us another room but it wasn’t much better. I choose it because it was quite a bit less expensive and now I know why.

Only complaint was it was on a very busy noisy street. I mean noisy the entire night. Everything else was great

Great place for quick in and out. Many social opportunities near. Late night security and convenience are my favorites.

The deposit was cash only and i was not aware. So the lady decided that it would be a good idea to be rude about it! There was 2 bugs in our room other than that it was ok.

Front staff was pleasant. Shower water pressure was horrible. Couldn’t even get soap out of hair plus it took 10 min just to get warm water in the shower. Loud evening/nighttime activities. Pretty sure there was some shady stuff going on in the rooms once it got dark out. Felt unsafe. Even Uber driver wasn’t sure about dropping us off.

No extra chair to sit on. Had to get an extra roll of toilet paper ourselves. Air conditioner very loud. Very noisy from room next door & outside.

Booked online. Got there and couldn't find office to check in. Called but nobody answered. Place is now apartments and not motel rooms.

Really clean & well presented. Friendly staff. It's right on a busy road but was perfect for a quick overnight stay in between flights.

If you’re trying to save a few bucks and make a convenient stay over for the airport, just got up a little bit early and stay someplace else. I would not return here.

Huge rip off for a sketchy, uncomfortable motel. Loud dance music coming through the walls until at least 1030pm (when I finally nodded off). Bed was hard as a rock. Surprised the car wasn’t broken into. Very loud traffic noise. I avoided the cheap motels so I would avoid this type of experience…so instead I paid $116 for it??? Very disappointed

Front desk person very friendly. We arrived around midnight and very happy someone was there to check us in. Room was clean only issue room smelt like smoke. It was so late didn’t complain just sprayed a lot of perfume everywhere.

The room and grounds were clean. Ac worked well. Bed was comfortable. There was no warm water in the shower in the evening or next morning!

It was very clean inside and out. Could use a chair or two in the room. Noisy but it's on a busy road and it is an airport motel so not unexpected. We did just sleep there and head to the airport so overall it was just fine.

The property was extremely keen, the front desk clerk was warm and friendly. My stay waa short but good.

The room was spacious, clean and the king size bed was a plus for me.

Its an Okay place for stay a couple days taking as reference the area , but the floor of the room was veryyy dirty, right after taking a shower an getting in bed( which is less then 10 ft's ) all my feet was dirty and the bathroom has a window which the lock was broken and was making me feel unsafe when i had to go out of the room for any reason, and the parking lot i dont think they are safe are all, this motel doesn't have any gates that can make you fell secure

Besides roadnoise it was clean and nice updated but no closet rod in my room so couldn’t hang clothes.
