Breakfast was a mess! The food was not good. The oatmeal was water with uncooked oats. The tables and counters we covered in food and dishes. I chose this hotel for the breakfast and was completely disappointed.

Filthy room. When I complained they sent a maid up who brought me new towels and did a turn down. Still hair that wasn’t ours and everywhere. Totally gross. Room temp didn’t work, went die. To 45 degrees instead of up, making it ice cold. Never will I ever stay at a home2suite again.

The room was clean and roomy and the staff were all very friendly. Really had only one complaint. The breakfast set-up was too tight and not roomy enough. Also, the equipment/method used for retrieving our hot food was awkward and difficult to get into. Lifting up the glass doors to go under is not condusive to anyone, let alone an older person. We struggled not to 'spill' food on the counter and watched as many others did the same thing no matter what their age. It is a waste of food and very messy. But, we did like the variety of foods each day as we stayed several days. Also, the glass dishes are a nice touch.

The breakfast was decent compared to other places. The pillows were ok. Everything else was ok and modern enough. layout of room. I was behind the elevator and had noises on and off all night. I thought someone kept knocking on my door. I think the bedside tables need to be bigger. Wish you had showers only vs tub/shower combo.

Very nice staff, perfect location if you’re visiting someone at UC Health Hospital with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable and nice layout with privacy curtain if the sofa bed is being used. Nicely equipped kitchenette, but some of the glasses and dish wear weren’t clean. I did not use the pool or exercise facilities.

Breakfast was good, though it took staff ages to get things setup and working and even then they'd forget something and would have to be asked to fix or restock the machines. And the room was quite sizeable. Room had really thin walls so you could hear anyone walking down the hall, whispered conversations from rooms on either side or above it and people outside the front of the hotel getting into their cars talking. Additionally, the pool was out of service for over half our stay and we had been excited to use it during though there was no mention of this prior to our arrival.

Home2 is one of my favorite brands. When my car broke down and I needed a room close to the service center, they did not disappoint! Christian made check in a breeze. Hadyn and Sera were very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed the next morning. They graciously extended my checkout by one hour when I hadn’t heard back from the service center. The staff at this Home2 gave me some peaceful moments during a very stressful night. The room was in pristine condition. All the dishes were present and clean. The sheets had a bit of static, but it didn’t affect my sleep or enjoyment of the room. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

The sofa was disgusting it had spots all over it and needed cleaned badly. the ottoman was ready to be thrown out it had big spots of the upholstery had worn spots that were coming off. Shortly after we checked in a housekeeper unlocked and opened our door and just walked in. No knock or anything. The breakfast was cold the eggs were cold the ham was cold the hash browns were cold, and the French toast was cold. The cranberry juice was pink colored water.

I booked a 2 Queens, Accessible room for our stay What we got was a 2 Double NON accessible room. As we were there for medical visit we were pretty tired We didn’t see housekeeping ONCE during the visit. That’s just really unnacceptable considering this is a suite hotel. We did not put up any Do Not Disturb signage at all during the trip and noticed that the hotel policy was to make beds, toss garbage and refresh towels every second day. I had to ask for towels on Sunday night and toilet paper as well. We stay 2-3 times a year for the past 8-10 years in Denver and this was by FAR the worst service I’ve seen from a major hotel chain. I mentioned all of these points during our stay and spoke directly with Hadyn at the front desk about it but i guess nowadays once they have your $ they don’t really care. It’s hard enough travelling with illness and special needs children but for a billion dollar chain like Hilton to treat their customers and own property like this is just REVOLTING

The reason I didn't give you and excellent rating is because: 1. I arrived in my room and there wasn't a remote for the TV. I called the front desk and the gal that was working there was very courteous and brought me a remote immediately. 2. In the morning, I took a shower and there was not enough shampoo to wash my hair. 3. There was NO Conditioner 4. There was NO Lotion 5. There was only 3 Kleenex's in the box and I needed more than 3.

Staff was fantastic, location and lobby quite nice. The room conditions were awkwardly unpleasant. The furniture all looked second-hand, stains on chairs and couch, the desk and dressers were oddly dilapidated as was the bathroom. Decaying and damaged tile on the walls and floor, the shower was in unfortunate disrepair. Wasn't the worst place I've ever been but it certainly doesn't match the 8+ current rating. Unless I got a fluke last-room-available that hasn't been renovated yet, try somewhere else.

Everything was “fine,” but not up to Hilton standards. I was told they’re about to undergo a renovation, and it’s needed. Carpet, sofa, and office chair badly stained. Shower was either scalding or freezing. Breakfast bar badly organized and always out of something. Half of front desk workers I saw looked like they didn’t want to be there. But staff was helpful upon request. And it certainly wasn’t a “cheap hotel” — it was better than that. But it was a disappointment nonetheless.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the sofa in the room. It was stained and the cushions were ripping apart. I reported the shower faucet was dripping and the front desk put in a report but didn't know when engineering would get there. It wasn't repaired while I was there and I felt bad about the wasted water. I slept with the bathroom door closed to avoid the annoying dripping. The breakfast comprised of plates of food inside a display case and the door lifted up and it was VERY difficult to use utensils to grab the eggs, sausage etc. The oatmeal was runny one day and dried the next. The bananas were very black one day and green the next. The hotel location was very convenient but this is probably the last time I stay here.

We reported the issue to the front desk, and although they repeatedly told us that the valves had been checked, the problem was never actually fixed. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. I travel for business and this was by far the worst. It needs a complete makeover and a new cleaning crew. I mentioned Hilton’s Home2 Suites promise “If you aren’t completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night’s on us” but was told they wouldn’t honor it because we booked through a third party. If that’s the case, why offer rooms through third-party sites at all? In the end, we had to improvise by wedging a sponge into the door frame every time someone needed to use the bathroom.

The floor had crumbs and was dirty, the shower barely worked (no pressure) and it did not get hot enough and my daughter was freezing in the shower. The shower floor was also dirty. The bed had hairs in it and sheets were old. We will not stay here again.

The couch in the room was discusting. Crubs on it and stained material. It needs replaced. Floor was so sticky both days at the breakfast bar.

Unfortunately, this year it was so dirty, the front desk staff could have cared less about friendly customer service. We didn’t have a hot shower 4 of the 6 days we were there. Hot water was out on the 3rd and 4th floor. The carpet and couch were so stained and dirty I put towels over it, so I could sit on it. Breakfast was below par as well. Empty bagels, no sausage, empty coffee urns. Unfortunately we won’t be returning

    • Cleanliness: The room furniture was visibly dirty—so much so that we had to cover it with extra linens. The breakfast area was unkempt, exuding an unpleasant odor. Glasses were unclean and the milk provided was sour. Other guests and I also noticed that the utensils needed more rubbing to get it clean. • Housekeeping & Service: The fridge in our room didn’t work, the coffee wasn’t replenished, linens were not delivered as expected. Guests were required to retrieve bedding themselves, as housekeeping refused to deliver linen to the room • Amenities & Value: Despite the high nightly rate—closer to what one might expect at a Super 8—the basic amenities and overall cleanliness fell short. The breakfast service was sub-par, with limited food quality, dirty serving areas, and poor management of supplies like plates and utensils Overall, this hotel did not meet the standard expected from a Hilton property. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues promptly for future guests.

We reserved a 2 queen bed ( traveling with my adult daughter). The receptionist said they only had a king with a pull out. After we looked at the room we told them it was unacceptable and were leaving. The manager heard this and came over and they found a 2 queen bed. She offered snacks for our inconvenience but we declined. She said they would do something for our problem. Never heard back. The room we got was just “ ok”. The floor had some very dirty sticky spots and we put a towel down before we sat on the furniture. Will say the beds were comfortable and selection of pillows.

Great location, easy dining access and walking access. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The room didn’t look very clean with hair on the floor and in the drain. The shower would randomly shut off then restart during every shower. Otherwise great staff and I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and it was worse than expected. We had never stayed at a Home2 before and had different expectations—especially considering the price of nearly $200 per night. The restroom was dirty, with hair and a bit of dried vomit on the bathroom floor, and more hair was scattered throughout the hotel (including in the sconces in the corridors). The furniture was cracked and noticeably worn, the TV was very small, and the thermostat was broken. We also tried to buy some water from the front desk store, but were disappointed to find it cost over $10.

It was a nice property, but felt the room could been a little cleaner. The carpet had multiple stains, the counters looked were a little dirty, the microwave had oil on the handle and the refrigerator had hand prints on it. The couch was kinda gross and TV sucked. The breakfast was ok! It had lots of options, no eggs, which was odd. The pool was cold! Overall, it was a good hotel and close to the hospital, which was the reason we stayed. Just felt the room could of been cleaner for a Hilton.

Overall it was a great experience. Checking took a little longer and waiting for the room to be ready was a bit of the radar. Overall the experience and staying there was great! They gave us extra pillows but I definitely recommend more bedding for the couch. One thin blanket was not enough.

We checked having been told oh don't worry our rooms are thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom, so you'll never know. What a bunch of bull!! Just walking down the hallway I could smell dog smell. We got inside our room, dog hair all over the dark ottoman, counters, probably everywhere. I rolled my luggage across the floor and you should have seen all the pet hair that static electricity sucked up on my suitcase. I pinched the hair off and walked it to the front desk. I asked that our room was cleaned the next day. Nothing happened. The last time I stay in a Hilton!

One issue we encountered was that our room wasn’t service for three days even after being told by the front desk it would be. We didn’t mind so much that the bed hadn’t been made but we had run out of wash clothes. The next issue was the breakfast area. All the plates/bowls/utensil/etc were under the counter where the food was presented. This led to congestion while people were making their food while others were trying to get their their plates. Also, the food items were not very well stocked. They would quickly run out of food items and not refill them in a timely manner.

The room was much larger than expected and gave plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pull out bed was broken though and quite uncomfortable. Luckily my 10yo didn't mind much. The pool is tiny and cold. Most kids refused to get in and were shivering. There isn't a hot tub to warm up in. Breakfast had a lot of options and lasts till 10 on weekends, so no rush. All in all, it's okay. At least the TV worked and the beds were comfortable.

This is probably the second review I’ve left in my life. I would say overall the room was comfortable, but if you’re looking for a modern or up to date or even clean experience; this is not the place for you. We got there when we got to the check in desk the two ladies didn’t acknowledge us for bit. Once we were assisted with check in we found out their water had been off since the morning and that we couldn’t flush or use sinks for possibly 30-45 min after check in. Of course I understand things happen so not necessarily holding that against them. We requested a room with a tub and I believe it was the manager that was checking us in and she confirmed that before assigning our room. When we got to the elevators, one was down, we get up to our room and it did not have a tub, the shower was visibly rusting in areas, and the drain definitely had a smell once I opened the shower door. The room was decent, king size bed was nice and there was a full size fridge and a nice nook area with microwave. Tv had about 40 channels available with no other streaming options. But otherwise it was a comfortable room just definitely not up to date or modern feel.

We stayed 4 nights 5 days. The little lobby wreaked if strong air freshener like it was masking an odor. I had to put my shirt over my face when we walked through. Housekeeping didn't service our room even once throughout our entire stay. Bed linens were sparce. We found the extra linens, which weren't laundered and had human hair in them when we unfolded them. Gross! The sofa in our room was beyond disgusting, severely worn with a big tear in it. Broken picture frame in the room and bathroom main lighting fixture held together with scotch tape and duct tape. Front desk was rarely attended. I could go on...never staying here again. Very disappointing and serious waste of money.
