The carpets were dirty and mold in the shower. Shower head was sideways and couldn’t be moved. The breakfast was basic

Staff was very pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was so so. Other than that, everything is just fine with this place.

We enjoyed our stay. We are from Ohio and flew out to meet our first grandson. The hotel was well over our expectations.

The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms look new and very clean. There was a young sports team staying while we were there. Lots of rambunctious young kids around. We couldn’t hear them in our room. The breakfast crew was great about keeping the bacon an eggs stocked during breakfast.

Breakfast was great! I would recommend it. I had a few issues inside the room itself. A few of my towels were dirty and I choose not to use them. The toilet seat did not fit well on the toilet. I had to call maintenance for that and the wifi.

We went to breakfast at 9:15 and everything was empty, including the coffee. Q. Breakfast until 10 and food replenished.

Outdoor fire The outdoor fire was the only public space where you weren’t freezing! It was always so cold including hallways. Huddle through breakfasts.

Our room was too far away from the elevators and you were able to hear the other guests thru the thin walls.

I was in town to visit friends and go to a Broncos game. The hotel was great! Quiet at night, but well-lit and safe. The staff were super nice and helpful with ideas of where to go. And the breakfast was really awesome every morning!

This location was very nice, the provided breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were super nice, and the kitchenette in the room was an amazing perk. We loved that the hotel also allows dogs, this is an big bonus for us. I miss tubs, the only shower feature is always a little bit of a downside, but not necessarily a "didn't like".

Average experience this time at Residence inn by Marriott, it was not bad but not perfect at all . At first it seemed clean but if you take a better look - you see a lot of imperfections. Blanket had small stains ( not tragedy but unpleasant for me), strange sounds coming all the time from the ceiling especially in the bathroom and you can hear everything your neighbours talk about :)

Common areas were clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. That being said, there were major problems. Obvious electrical issues with their elevator, BLOOD stains on a supposedly clean bedspread, and my shower handle wasn't attached. I can say for certain I won't be staying here again.

The weekend night front desk gentleman was wonderful and so helpful.

Breakfast was nice and had staples and a bit of variety each day. My only complaints were: 1. Elevator sometimes would reset if you pressed the button for your floor before the door closed. One time this led to us standing in the elevator for a few seconds before realizing it wasn't moving. 2. Kitchen sink faucet was too close to the back of the sink which could make it hard to do dishes without splashing water onto the countertop. 3. Shower controls were a bit finicky but once we figured them out it wasn't too much of an issue. 4. Included free access to HBO Max was nice, but the app was very slow and unresponsive much of the time. Hardly an issue since we didn't spend much time watching TV, but it was a little frustrating when we tried. All in all, those were nitpicking. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. There was minimal noise from rooms on either side or above us, and what noise we did hear was well dampened. There were a few times someone on a very loud motorcycle rode past and that was audible, but that's the riders fault, not the hotel's. Outdoor firepit area with grills available was a really nice touch as well. All in all, very happy with our stay.

Comfort, easy check in and out, I had been reimbursed a few weeks ago when an event I was supposed to attend was cancelled and although I was past the refund rate, they did it anyway. That’s the reason I stayed this time. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and I did a 10 mile run returning at 9:38 and was told I was too late even though the doors were still open and some food was still out. A little empathy for us runners would have been nice.

Our stay here was very nice. From the hotel staff that was very friendly. To the breakfast and the room. Their amenities are very nice as well and upkeep. Our room was worth every penny. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, they had a variety, from hot to cold breakfast. They keep it well stocked. Front desk staff was very helpful and gave us anything we needed like extra blankets or towels. How maids come every other day so it was nice. Did not have to ask for much. The location is nice not to far from down town, and it's in a nice area. The hotel is somewhat remodeling but there making there hotel even more better and clean. Amenities, they have a really nice clean pool, fitness center, add decent sized laundry area., in a really nice outdoor a fireplace with grills. I wish I could have took more photos but we really did not stay at the hotel much. When we come back to denver we plan to stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Close enough for shopping but far enough so it was quiet.

Workmanship of the facility was bad. In our room 314 there was really poor caulking in the bathroom specifically in the shower. Worst was a smell from the furnace. It produced smoke. Had to turn off and report it to management. Finally the walls in the hallways were noticeably curved. The contractors for this hotel were sub-par.

This is a great property! It was clean and extremely comfortable The suite, kitchen and space was well laid out. It does show some wear but nothing that cannot be easily fixed. The location was also close to shopping and dining. It felt safe.

Very impressive facilities!

We needed to use the pullout bed for our family of 3, which was indicated in the reservation. Unfortunately only a thin blanket and sheet were available. No answer at the front desk to get an extra blanket. Made for an uncomfortable night. The hotel is being upgraded, which is necessary as the rooms are dated and pretty worn. Bathroom tile and mildew on grout is gross. The lobby updates look nice. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has become a home away from home. We continue to come here when we visit Denver because we like the location, the room size, layout and amenities, and the breakfast. Service has always been prompt and good, and the price is reasonable.

Overall pretty good. Hotel room was extremely nice. Very big and roomy and comfortable. My only issue was I feel there was a few people lotering around the area which made me uncomfortable. Also, the beds didn't necessarily smell clean but that could've been the smell of the detergent or cleaner.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The remodeling is coming along. We found the couch to feel a bit stiff but the mattress on pullout couch was good. Mattress on bed also comfortable. The heat seemed to be struggling to keep the bedroom warm. Lots of construction dust in crevices. I don’t think it was deep cleaned after the upgrade. But basic areas cleaned. I know it’s hard to do anything now but you can hear neighbors very clearly. Thankfully the screaming kid was only on last night.

The only negative thing I can say is that our room was above the laundry room so it would shake our room when it was running. Didn't seem to run at night much but during the day when I was working it would shake my monitor. They also had low staff on the housekeepers so they didn't clean the room each day but that didn't bother us. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling a bit but nothing that was upsetting I just know some are more particular.

So disappointing! 6 day stay and our sheets were never changed, room not vacuumed, trash never emptied. Bed was sagging and lumpy. Even when we requested room cleaning, the maid just handed us towels, they it!! We ran out of supppies rich as tea and tissue, to, etc. they are remodeling but still need to care for current stays

It was nice, more space than what we expected for the price. Only one night but very comfortable and convenient for our timeframe.

We loved the layout of the room. The little suite was a square perfectly laid out in a “U” shape with everything nicely placed. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Not to mention all the staff was great, and everything was like new.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were feather, not synthetic. There was an ample closet, as well as two large dresser drawers with a large surface on top and a mirror which was nice for organizing some of our travel necessities. The bathroom and vanity were both a good size. I do wish the bathroom light had been brighter and the shower had better water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed coffee in our room and having the refrigerator was nice to store our creamer and keep a large amount of drinking water cold. The complimentary breakfast was better than any we have experienced at any other hotel. The scrambled eggs were real and each day there was a different protein as well as biscuits and gravy and sugar waffles which were amazing. There was also a large selection of cold cereals, yogurt and fruit with several toppings options. The coffee was hot and had good flavor. They did have hot tea and juice, as well. For those of you looking for creamer options, they have half and half, as well as Coffee Mate's non-refrigerated concentrate in both French Vanilla and Hazelnut flavors. The only creamer option in the room is half and half. For sweetener, they had sugar, Stevia, Equal and Sweet & Low. No Splenda so we bought our own.

My room had a funky odor. I’m not sure if this was unique to my room alone but it wasn’t pleasant. They were sold out so I was unable to switch rooms. I had to buy air freshener and a candle which I used the 3 nights I was there. The rest of facility was nice and had nice amenities. Definitely left a bad impression for me to try again.

Microwave didn't work and looked new - no power to it. None of the kitchen outlets worked - no power to any of them. Couldn't use streaming services - they said it was internet provider's fault... But, for the entire stay? C'mon... It was clean and I did like the layout.

We had a lengthy stay in Denver to attend several family functions. That's the reason we looked for a suite with kitchen. The Residence Inn's decor is somewhat dated, but it was quite clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was great. I disliked having to prepay to get a reasonable rate. Having to fork over an additional $40 for incidentals we didn't use, only to have to wait weeks for a credit back is insult to injury. Thus, the less than 5 star rating.

Overall, I would stay there again since I know the pros in the cons. The kitchenette was great to have. The outdoor grills were awesome. The fire pit was relaxing at night and it’s right by all kinds of trails for those and wanna be on the go!!

Marriott should change the color scheme on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower. Green print on nearly identical green bottles makes the print nearly invisible. Anyone with color blindness or even slightly impaired vision due to cataracts, etc. will never know the print is there. I have good eyesight and still nearly missed it.

10/10 stay. Will only bring staying at Marriotts moving forward. Great for families
