The only improvement I would suggest is updating the beds. They felt a bit outdated and were not very stable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just had a very relaxing and comfortable mini-vacation in the Wildflower Cottage. If you're looking for a laid back, quiet, beachy vibe without hustle and bustle, this is the spot. The location is great and close to everything, their beach is quiet, uncrowded, and relatively private with lots of chairs, umbrellas, and towels, the rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the mango slushies are yummy, and I could go on and on. We quite enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it!

Cesar cove was amazing went with my wife for 2 days and we can’t wait to go back for a longer stay. You are right on the beach they have chairs and towels to use and complimentary beach bikes. The staff was amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy!!. Will go back soon

Everything was excellent; however did not disclose property was on the second floor and there was no elevator.

When I made the reservation, I did so because I *read* that this was a resort—that I would be given a "cottage," and the photos made it look like everything was right on the beachfront. As it turns out, that is not the case at all; this is *not* a resort hotel. It offers no breakfast and has no swimming pool. Instead, I was assigned a room on the second floor, far removed from the beach—though the beach itself is nice, and they do provide chairs and umbrellas. I had to cross a street to get there, and the air conditioning units (small window units) were extremely noisy and provided almost no cooling; one of them broke down, though they did replace it the following day. I paid nearly $600 for two nights, and it simply isn't worth that kind of money; this place feels more like a standard B&B. The staff only works until 4:30 PM; there is no breakfast service and no bar. On our last day, I discovered that the restrooms were tucked away, hidden beneath a staircase. I urge Hotels.com to "verify" these listings thoroughly before publishing them as options. This was our first time visiting Ana Maria, and there are definitely better options available.

It was amazing, we stayed at the Flamingo Suite, all was clean and tidy. The cottage has a great location close to all restaurants either south or north of the island since it is situated kind of in the middle of the island. The staff was so nice and understanding. So conveniently located right on the beach. Overall a great experience.

Everything was perfect

Room was very large, full kitchen, living room, bedroom. We had ocean front and had view of beach from both living room and bedroom. Had chairs and umbrellas available for use. Beach was great. Not much for food within walking distance but other than that it was great.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Everything you could need for an overnight at the beach. Room by the road had traffic noise but we didn’t mind at all!

Held our luggage until our room was ready and until it was time to leave for our flight. This was a huge plus for us!!

Awesome place! We even booked our trip here for the same time next year. This place felt like home. The staff is wonderful and it is an awesome location to everything on the island. I recommend renting the golf cart too!

We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.

Everything was amazing! Location, beach, staff, room, you name it. We loved it!

Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels.

Loved our stay at the Cottages, intentional and attentive staff, quiet and semi secluded units on a busy island. Rooms were clean, fit the descriptions accurately and had everything we needed. The beach itself makes this the hidden gem. Walking up and down the rest of the beach we began to realize just how special our beach area was. Other beaches were crowded and small, but not Cedar Cove! One other note, our refrigerator was making a grinding noise, we notified management and within an hour they told us they would have a new one delivered and installed. Wow! Thanks and we will be back.

The local trolley was right next to the resort which made it easy to get around without having to drive and find/pay for parking. Our hosts were wonderful! We would return! Stayed at Cedar Cove in late October. Owners were very hospitable and the beach was clean and quiet. Was only going to spend one night but decided to spend an extra night on our way back from Bean Point. Loved the small laid back feel of the property.

The beach was gorgeous. Room very comfy and a beautiful view of the Gulf. We were expecting ground floor and a balcony leading to the Gulf. Ad was misleading. And ad said there was a pool. We are seniors and the stairs were a big problem.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Booked for our 30th anniversary. Our view was beautiful. We stayed in a second floor walk up unit that overlooked the beach. It had a adequate kitchen, a comfortable living room and bedroom, and a balcony good for watching the sunset. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were available on the beach. Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store for those little things you may have forgotten to pack. The resort was olf Florida and just what I wanted. They had a little library and gift shop. All the staff were freindly and couldn't have been more helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Eric and his staff were so accommodating. We were sad to leave . Our room was amazing and so very comfortable . Our little deck for sunset and to view the amazing ocean couldn’t be better . And each morning I woke up to sunrise and the most gorgeous palm tree from my bedroom window. Beachy , summer vibes , welcoming , I wish I lived in this unit . Planning a return already .

Extremely clean. Friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond. I traveled with my teenage daughter and her friend and we never once felt unsafe. I was fine using the free trolley transportation up and down the island, but the girls talked me into renting a golf cart. That did provide more freedom for our short time there. The resort has golf carts for rent. We will definitely be back!

Such a Beautiful Resort and the rooms are so clean and beautiful , located on the beach steps from the bluest Ocean water ,which was a dream come true.. The staff was amazing, everything you need they have for you, so helpful...we didn't want to leave..we will be back

Caution, this this not a waterfront or a water view unit! The pictures are deceiving. Call them first. We made the mistake of thinking it had a least a view for the $850 dollars that we paid for only two nights. It was an upstairs one big room with an old bathroom. Not worth half of what we paid and extremely overpriced. Did not even have a free breakfast. It is fully equipped with pots and pans, silverware,dishes, and a coffee maker but only two pods of coffee per day if you ask.

I was surprised how well Cedar Cove had weathered Hurricane Milton. The pullout couch was actually comfortable. The full kitchen was a bonus. The designated parking space was appreciated. All-in-all we had a great getaway at Cedar Cove.

The room was great and and clean. Everything you need to cook is in there and the location is close to the beach which you can try around this time. We checked in late and they gave us clear instructions to get in. Anyone who needs a space in Anna Maria Island, check this out.

Cozy cottage on the beach, legendary service by owners! I definite book again next trip this way. Quick access to Robinson Reserve. Need to add Ugly Grouper to the restaurant list. Outstanding Grouper Tacos and Grilled Grouper Sandwich.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge with great sunsets right outside your door. Was centrally located where we could walk to any kind of food we wanted. When we arrived the staff was very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be going back.

It was a very nice stay. The room was across the road but I did not hear any noise. It felt private. Very big with a nice bed and a recliner chair. Everything felt very clean. The beach was amazing. I enjoyed the hospitality of the team. Free Pina Colada and coffee in the morning were nice unexpected additions to the stay.

The Violet room was very spacious, bottom floor and across the street. No pool, but excellent private beach area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was a mixture of modern and older furniture that could be upgraded, kitchen cabinet needing tightening and dishcloth/towel replaced, no S/P. The bathroom was super nice and the outdoor space was spacious and private, great for outdoor coffee in the morning.

Thought we were ground level from pictures, we were 2nd floor. Sliding glass door had gaps, very hard to open or close. Ceiling fan had only slow speed, central air did not keep up with heat, it was hot at bed time. Smelled like mildew.

From the reservation information I expected a beach front room. Got one on the back on the other side of the street. The sofa bed was in poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. We decided to leave a day early and not spend the second night as my 2 kids could not sleep well in the sofa bed. Staff was friendly and the beach is beautiful

This was a very relaxing place to stay. Quiet and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed our stay in the Flamingo room. We didn’t even notice the other guests staying below us. The room was updated and has a nice deck to sit on with table and umbrella.

We had a lovely time. We rented a cabana and I would highly recommend this. The beach is truly relaxing and beautiful. The only thing, although I did not pay attention much to the map where rooms are located ( and that is my fault), no where in the written description did I see that some of the cottages are located across the street from the main part of the facility. It was described as ocean side, but I think it should be more specific with room location. And the road is only 2 lanes, but busy. Otherwise, very nice.

Our room was as clean as could be expected for a tired old hotel in a great location. The stairs and decking of our second floor (of 3 floors) unit were splintered and aged. There were extra charges for coffee beyond the first night, the laundry was dirty, small, and coin-operated, and even getting clean linens was a challenge. We paid $450/night for a pretty mediocre accommodation, except for the location… We won’t be back.

We have stayed at Cedar Cove many times and always enjoy the coziness of the resort. It is quaint in appearance and has many sizes and types of cottages available. It's quiet, even though some cottages are street side. The staff is friendly and professional.

It was a beautiful cottage and it has a nice location however the check out time is very early and the service was not worth $370/night.

The property was nice the rooms were clean, the beach was awesome but there were no comfortable chairs in the room. There were some back breaking wooden chairs so I had to sit on the bed.

Set on an absolutely beautiful beach. The ladies that greeted us at reception couldnt have been more helpful. Steve was fantastic and gave us great tips and was amazing with our 7 year old. Bed was very comfortable. We loved the rustic cottage and it had everything we needed. Owner not very friendly.

A well kept resort with helpful staff that went above and beyond to make our stay helpful with happy smiles. We had Starfish which was very quiet, clean with pretty decor with a resort feel with little touches such as toilet paper folded like a rose, tissue container folded like a fan. Tommy Bahama shower toiletries and little touches that were extra special. There's lots of outdoor seating, a hammock, plenty of beach chairs, parking spot close to our room. There was a small area by the office with palm trees, cacti with 3 water fountains for a soothing oasis. I had the best view of the sunrise right outside our door. I can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing first trip to Cedar Cove! We celebrated our 1-year Anniversary- couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We wanted to be on the beach, so we stayed in the coconut Cottage, beautiful view!
