We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.

Hotel is outdated, breakfast was old orange juice that had a funny smell, a few old danishes, no fresh fruit. The manager had a sign up that said he was in the laundry room and to call his cell phone. No streaming services, very few TV channels to choose from.will not stay here again,

I’m fairly sure there was one person running the entire hotel. No one was ever at the desk—there was always a sign they were in the laundry. At 11:00 pm the same person (I imagine) was vacuuming and moving things around loudly right outside our door. “Breakfast” was grim. I would say the value was very low. Hire staff or close your doors.

The cleanliness left a bit to be desired but the bed was clean and comfortable. Close to options of different restaurants. Traffic noise wasn’t an issue. We did have a noisy patron in the room above us but I didn’t call and complain because it was between midnight and 2 am. I was wanting to use the laundry facilities which I believe are owned by someone else,I was advised that the dryer wasn’t working but after placing my clothes, powder and money in the washing machine,I discovered that this wasn’t working either. Reception did refund my money. The breakfast was very basic. Overall the friendly staff make my rating as high as it is.

The hotel is updated, the staff is very friendly, the room was comfortable, so the fact that it was so dirty was very disappointing. The shower had hairs all over it and the space under the bathroom sink was extremely dirty. You could tell it hadn’t been swept in a while. The kitchenette counters had crumbs all over. There’s no reason for such simple things to be overlooked.

It looked fairly new or recently remodeled. I like the rooms and the ac worked well. We stayed two nights the second night they must have fumigated it for pests. It was so strong we left to not get a headache from the smell. The room looked clean on first glance. But in between the beds and the kitchen sink counter were not wiped down. Oily telephone and ice tray. Breakfast was bagel with no cream cheese, orange juice with a fly in it and coffee with no substitute sweetener.

The hotel room was filthy. The room had not been dusted, the floors had not been swept up, there was blood and makeup on the pillows, the bed smell like it was just sprayed with deodorizer instead of washing the sheets and the continental breakfast was pathetic.

Room was nice. Had a small kitchen in it but that is it. No pots, pans, dishes. 3 people in room and had to go get another towl. Next day when cleaned, only left 2 towls again. Breakfast is toast an frosted flakes, no joke. Pool was dirty and greenish in color, 1 reason we booked here so son could swim after playing baseball all day. Had to go to a teamates hotel to swim with them in their hotels pool. Water pressure was bad in shower but sink pressure was good. Had to go to fromt desk to get ice for room. The area around this hotel is dirty, trash everywhere. It isnt the hotels fault for this, but it is the resturants parking lots around this hotel that have a cleaning issue. That is the type of area you are in. The further you go down past this hotel on main road away from Imterstate it gets scetchy quick. Now the other side of the interstate looks like a completly different town. Hey, this hotel wasnt bad priced and i would stay/sleep there again. Wouldnt do much hanging out there though.

The stay was fine. The price was great! We were there for a softball tournament and only needed a place to sleep that night. It was definitely fine for our needs, however, their was a very weird smell. Smelled like alcohol that had been tried to be cleaned up. The refrigerator in our room did not work, but the small one did work. The large fridge had a very bad smell only when open, not in the room. Also, there seemed to be some loud people on our hallway. Also "free breakfast" was cereal and bagels- we are used to "hot meals". Staff was nice.

I usually do not give overall bad ratings for anyplace I have stayed at, but this hotel was horrible. Let us start with when I first arrived to check in. I had to wait close to 10 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front desk, but once Eric finally showed up, he was very courteous during the check in process. There was a large dry erase board in the lobby that had a message written on it saying it was a "totally smoke free facility, but as a courtesy you CAN smoke at the back of the building. Well, it should have specified OUTSIDE the back of the building because the entire lobby area smelled like a huge ashtray. Now, let us speak of the room itself. The bathroom smelled even worse than the lobby, although it appeared "clean". . My wife and I literally had to spray perfume in the bathroom in order to actually use it. When I opened the refrigerator door to put some sodas inside it, it felt more like a heater inside than a refrigerator, and it smelled even worse than the bathroom and lobby did. So needless to say, we did NOT use the refrigerator, nor did we leave the bathroom door open. And that bed was so hard, imagine concrete with a think quilt on top. The only positive was that the air conditioning unit worked great. Oh, there was NO information of any kind in the room pertaining to checkout, wi-fi, local places to eat, etc. Over the past 30 years, my wife and I have stayed at many different hotels/motels and this one was without a doubt the absolute WORST ever.

Average hotel and the price was right for our quick stay but the "free breakfast" was nothing to rave about (no yogurt or fruit; just toast, mini muffins and cereal). If in the area again we'd spend more and stay elsewhere with a hot and cold breakfast.

Had a excellent stay. No problems at all and a very comfortable, quiet stay. The only problem I had was the water pressure in the shower and I know it's not their fault because Horn Lake and Southaven are growing extremely fast and have old water lines underground. I am from the area so I know and left for Indianapolis for FedEX. I didn't eat breakfast because I met up with some friends before I left at IHOP.

At approximately 8:00pm, I received a phone call from someone at the hotel confirming my reservation. I told the woman that I was still coming and would arrive around 11:00pm-12:00am. She stated “okay”, and hung up. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because my card was declined, and that they did not have any available rooms. There are a number of problems with this. First, I had just traveled 14 hours to get to Mississippi from Washington, DC . Secondly, the card submitted through the third party site was not the card that I was paying with. Since when does the hotel run your card BEFORE you get there and cancel your reservation without requesting a new card. Furthermore, the woman from the hotel contacted me to confirm, and could have requested another form of payment. When I arrived, the woman working the night shift stated that the manager had been trying to contact me to no avail. This really frustrated me seeing as though she did contact me, and she did speak to me to confirm. This experience left myself and another female in an unknown area at late time. I will not be using this brand or any

New, contemporary looking hotel, very spacious rooms. Nice. Very good AC. Love having the kitchen area in the room- very appealing. Common areas and pool very clean. The continental breakfast was as expected, one suggestion- I would love to have some real creamer with coffee- not powder. The one thing I find off-putting about all the new hotels is how bright all the lights are! The room lights and bathroom lights were harsh. I know that is not something that can really be helped, but I have to comment on it. Going into the bathroom in the middle of the night was a shock to the eyeballs!! SO BRIGHT.

I took a solo trip just for the weekend. I did have to wait a little when checking in and checking out. Even though there were a bunch of truck driving school students staying there, it was a quiet hotel. Since it is a smoke-free hotel, there was always a group of people standing outside the doors smoking. My room was very spacious. The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. I got breakfast elsewhere. There were plenty restaurants and stores in the area. The bed could have been a little softer. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
