I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, dining We stayed at 6 Dury Inn's on this vacation and this issue was at EVERYONE of them, KIDS RUNNING/EVERYWHERE! With no adults nearby. They just cut in line at the food. Parents need to be present to enter eating area and please wear dry clothes and cover up. They run out of the pool wet, enter dining getting floor wet with no manners, leave a mess. Staying at a Dury in is like a childcare center! Didn't care for people stocking up on food to bring to the room. When you bring your own containers and take extra food. Very disrespectful! Making a very unpleasant experience and giving Dury Inn's a bad experience and name.

Easy check-in, spacious room and an excellent breakfast speed. Thankful we found this gem on our way through the area. Highly recommended.

The supervisor/manager was helping the front due to multiple people waiting to check in/out and she was superb with her customer service skills. The food and service was great.

I loved this hotel. They offered free breakfast and dinner. This saved money. The most important thing is that the staff was amazing.

The full breakfast each morning and the evening "Happy Hour" dinner were fantastic and helped our family vacation budget tremendously. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen staff, everyone made us feel comfortable and right at home. My kids are already asking when we can come back, which says it all!

I had to get up and go to work but I did enjoy the breakfast and coffee.

There was traces of big chunks of dried mud throughout the hotel floor. The back stairwell by the exit sign smelled like pee. The hotel staff were never ever behind the front desk. You had to call them on the phone if you wanted anything.

However, those sounds were muffled when our air conditioning made several screams for maintenance every 10 minutes or so just as you though sweet sleep was near. Thought you might enjoy the free happy hour or breakfast? Hope you like Disney crowds and wait times.

This was the second time I have stayed here. The value is great! Happy hour with food, and the hot breakfast is good. The breakfast staff is always attentive. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable! Just ask for a room in the back if you are a light sleeper because the traffic in the front is VERY LOUD. The indoor pool and hot tub were open (I used last time but not this trip.) It’s a great choice.

The Drury was very clean and had all amenities in room. We came in exhausted, and it was great to have dinner and drinks there. Breakfast was very good in morning. Staff was very courteous and right on top of everything. I would highly recommend.

My stay was one overnight. I found all staff to be extremely pleasant and hospitable until my morning breakfast. At breakfast, the attendant approached me at the buffet and yelled no. He made me use another pair of tongs to pick up a piece of sausage then I had previously used in the same chafing dish with potatoes.

All staff from check-in to breakfast were super energetic and professional, despite being chaotically busy. Room was clean.

We had originally booked a 2 queen bed suite with a sofabed. I was traveling with my husband, our 12 year old son who would be sleeping on the soofabed and my 85 year old mother in law. We arrived to check in only to be told that the suite we booked was no longer available and they only had a king suite but could give us a rollaway bed. Needless to say I was not happy because now my 85 year old mother in law would have to sleep on an uncomfortable rollaway. Drury did nothing to offer any compensation even though the price of that room was cheaper than what I originally booked. I also noticed upon checking in that they were telling people who had booked 2 queens that there rooms were not ready at 6 pm that night. I was very disappointed as the Drury Hotels are usually our go to, but maybe we need to start staying elsewhere.

Excellent experience- Beverly at the front desk started our visit on a positive note. We then participated in the “Kick back “ social event. The staff worked together beautifully. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our stay concluded with complimentary breakfast. The staff, once again, was impressive.

We have switched from the Hyatt brand to Drury and have been extremely satisfied. Our recent stay at Drury in Southaven Miss was extremely pleasing with one exception. Our room was located above the pool area and while not annoying there was some noise to be heard. The rooms above and adjacent to the pool area should have received better insulation.

Great place to stay. However, what made our stay memorable was the restaurant staff. This was some of the greatest and warming people that I have been served by. It’s almost like being at a big family event! I have been to restaurants that have charged a lot of money and wasn’t treated and cared for by people this wonderful! Make sure to bring cash so you can tip the restaurant staff! They certainly deserve it!!!!!!

This was the first hotel I stayed at on a 7 day trip, after completing the 7 days I wanted to come back to review this one. Staff was great, but mainly the continental breakfast was the best out of the hotels I stayed at. I don’t know if it was a fluke, but the biscuits were soft and fluffy and they were not hockey pucks like everywhere else.

In a market, where there is not a lot of real differentiation out there, Drury manages to set itself apart, most of all with its evening kickback and also with consistently quality breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are consistently better constructed than most other brands in this price range. I only wish they had more locations!

So my complaint with our stay is based on the hot tub more than anything. We specifically stayed there due to it having one and the fact we were traveling a long distance on a motorcycle. The hot tub had hot water in it but you could not activated the jets. It wasn't very clean, nor was the pool.

Stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Both times had excellent service and the friendliest staff that go out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was wonderful from the time I walked through the front lobby doors. The front guest associate was bright and cheerful and wonderfully helpful! The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about there. Be aware, this hotel IS close to I-55, if you are noise sensitive, please travel with a sound machine. I sleep through hurricanes, so I had no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this Drury in Memphis. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and the Kickback was great to have in the evening. We did get quite a lot of noise from the highway coming into our room even though we were on the top floor. The hotel is a bit dated too but we were told it will be renovated soon!

The hotel was generally nice, the food was amazing. However, we will never stay again. My husband despises very small toilets. You would think more thought would have been put into the bathroom design to ensure it would accommodate a larger toilet.

The staff are very friendly. It was very clean. It was smaller than any other Drury we have stayed in. Their dining area was extremely small. It was difficult to find a place to sit and eat. The food was very good. We also weren’t able to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to the crowds.

If you need access to a Target, if you're okay with standard breakfast buffet offerings (see: eggs made from a powder that you add water to + a waffle station, etc ) included in the price of your stay, if you're traveling with your dog, and if you need to be in the Memphis area but cannot afford Memphis prices, this place is ideal. Highly recommended for long haul travelers.

The breakfast was really good, lots of options. Room had a nice king bed and a mini-fridge. We didnt get there until late and they were nice about giving us a 12:00 noon checkout. We needed more towels for 2 of us with long hair.

We have stayed at Drury Inn multiple times now. Our boys like the indoor/outdoor pool. However, this particular location does not manage their pool well. This is the second time we have not been able to use the hot tub due to babies and little kids being in it. We will not be returning.

Worked in the shipyard industry for 40 years and I just feel comfortable sitting around with a bunch of hard working class people.

Property is full on smoker hell and run down!! The minute you step into the halls you’ll begin to notice the smell of incense trying to disguise the putrid smell of cigarettes. The room smelled so bad that I had to leave and book another hotel!! Unless you’re a smoker that likes the run down dirty seedy scene don’t waste your time!!

I was there Three days, room was not cleaned or offered... Requested clean towels, but never got them... Although it says they have Truck parking on the app they don't, luckily I was able to find a few spots I could take up for the weekend... Breakfast was good and Happy hour was nice... Unfortunately there was a baseball tournament and a few Pool Parties happening during the weekend so there were kids everywhere...

I had last room, right across from the pool and elevator. Lots of families in the pool and hot tub, so I didn’t get to enjoy those aminities.

The beds wasn't soft this time .

My family and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend. We stayed in the 1 bed king suite. I love that the sitting area were seperate with a door for the bedroom. With a toddler we need the space for him to explore safely. Love that the sink and toilet/shower were seperated. Very spacious for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend Drury for future hotel stays. I bring a sanitization bag for hotel stays and this room was pretty clean though we also sleep on disposable sheets and we wipe/clorox everything we touch. I truly enjoyed my stay here, very comfortable and satisfied customer 😊

A lot of great things and quality. Always fun with evening snacks and drinks. Only complaint was our room faced busy road and felt like I was sleeping at a nascar track. But thats not hotels fault.

Excellent. We had some car problems and the Front Desk Clerk was VERY helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice, clean and room was great. The front area, checkin and food area, very small. We got there during free dinner and it was so crowded. Would be nice if it was bigger and more open but not much they can do I guess.

I requested the room to be cleaned only once during my week long stay. It did not get cleaned at all. Someone did not get the memo. Overall, the property was clean, the room smelled nice, and the free breakfast and dinner options were convenient. The staff is always friendly.

We came down for a cheer competition!!!! This being said we had a crazy weekend!!!! The Drury staff made this weekend go so much smoother! They were helpful and super friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and we were taken care of. One of the wonderful ladies that clean rooms asked us how we were going and if we needed anything every time we seen her. They are all smiling and just wonderful environment!!!!

Is stay was really nice. Everybody was friendly and the bartenders were really friendly. The host were really nice.
