Very good hotel! The location is perfect, and the breakfast offers the essentials, which is pretty standard for most hotels nowadays. The only suggestion I would make is to add a fan in the toilet area of the bathroom. Overall, a great hotel and a very pleasant stay!

The staff were very nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean, however the bed is rock hard. Like sleeping on a chunk of plywood. Everything else was as expected or better for an airport hotel.

there was no lotion available in the rooms, i was on staying one night so did not ask front desk so am not sure if maybe possibly was there however not having in the room did seem odd

The room was very spacious for a family of four. We booked the 2 bed and it also came with a pull-out couch. The room was very neat and tidy & they do room cleaning every other day. The location is ideal, especially being so close to the airport, and there was plenty of parking available. Breakfast was a typical continental spread, but the scrambled eggs were what I liked the most as they were well seasoned and one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. They also rotate the menu, so on different days you might see bacon or frittata, quiche, etc. If you’re following a keto or protein-focused diet, this is a great option. It’s very family friendly… our daughter enjoyed the yogurt with toppings for a healthier choice and they have a waffle maker too. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the 24hr gym is definitely a plus. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit :)

Everything was great from checking in until we were about to go to sleep the room next door was super loud. Teenagers playing loud music and banging the walls and it seemed like they were fighting. I called front desk to tell them my concerns and they moved me to a different room. Beside that everything was fine.

I liked the walk in closet too for extra storage for all of our luggage. It’s close to the airport but we couldn’t hear the planes at all. I would for sure stay again. Great location. Clean comfortable room, nice pool,nice staff. The hot breakfast was good, just the basics but just right, something for everyone. The only negative is there's nothing close by in the area by way of shops or places to grab a meal. The lobby has some microwave meals, wine and snacks for purchase to enjoy in your room.

We utilized the shuttle from the airport to the property. Driver was friendly and helped us with our luggage. My family and I had an overnight stay here before heading to LAX for an international trip. Front desk staff was kind and helpful also. I think she said her name was Susan. We also enjoyed having breakfast the next morning before checkout. Always happy to book SpringHill Suites.

The staff were very nice and polite. However, my room faced the main road, so there was noticeable noise. The air conditioner was also quite loud. Additionally, there were children staying in the neighboring room, and sound insulation could be improved, as their voices - especially when crying - were clearly audible.

I felt the staff was very accommodating. We had a last minute change of plans and had to bring our dog. They didn’t make a big deal out of it. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The man at check in was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and overall nice. Easy parking. Great location.

Wow! This hotel and its staff are amazing! We spent the holidays here and it was the best experience. Place is right off the highway, we went to Sea World, Disneyland and other places with smooth convenience. Overall it was the best stay we’ve had in a long time. I would definitely book again when we go back!

Hallway smell in 2nd floor was horrible. Not in the room but it smelled like wet dirty carpet throughout once you get out of the elevator. Called ahead of time to see what breakfast was offered they said bacon and they served a dry chunky disgusting sausage. The rooms could hear all the noise outside. People walking and talking. Doors closing and bangings on walls. It kept waking us up. The lobby was clean and smelled great and the front desk was nice it wasnt until we got to the room we were a bit dissapointed

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! We will definitely come back! One of our favorite places. The staff was very kind and special thanks to Sarah at check in and I can't think of the ladies' name today when we checked out, but she was also very sweet soft-spoken. I really liked the easy parking, spacious and clean room, and the continental breakfast. The indoor pool and gym is a nice touch as well. We will definitely be back!

Toilet leak water reported on the 1st day but no one come to inspect and repair during the whole stay. Expedia shows daily house keeping but actually it was once every other day. Morning breakfast is available but not that great.

SpringHill Suites is one of my top go-to for local travel. Love the layout and space. Irvine’s location is older but still clean. I enjoy the separation of the shower and toilet room so much. There are two sinks in a room! Staff are friendly and efficient. There’s mint and lemon water in the lobby. Never disappointed by SpringHill Suites!

Close to the class I was taking

Close to SNA Airport and easily accessible to HWY 55, 405 and 5. Not much to do around the hotel so you will need to drive out, but it's just a short drive to most restaurants, stores around that area. Hotel is relatively updated and clean. Felt reasonably safe around the area since it was mostly small business/office type buildings.

5 min to John Wayne airport. The staff allowed early check in which is super helpful to us. Hotel is great. Breakfast is good! Coffee is good and that says a lot. We booked again for a couple more upcoming business trips in the area.

My stay was enjoyable. The room was well-designed, featuring a separate toilet and shower, which made it very convenient for families. My only complaint was that my room faced the street, resulting in significant noise at night. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

Room great. Only downside is there is nowhere walkable to get something to eat and hotel does not have any food services (other than ready meals to microwave in your room).

The room is also clean and the amenities are good. Adding more choices of foods for breakfast is really nice.

Loved the lay out of the rooms, everything was clean and check in was smooth. But both bathroom/shower doors were broken upon check in. Which when sharing spaces with friends was frustrating. One door could not open at all since it was off the sliding track. Staff was great and sent someone up immediately to fix it however.

Ok…. Not the best …. Could not get towels after 5 .

The king-size bed felt lumpy and old. Suggest replacing it. Also, housekeeping didn't leave enough bath towels...only one was available and my husband had to go to the night desk to get some.

The bathroom could have been cleaner: shower curtain changes, clean faucets, etc.

Beds are amazing

In addition, the hotel was clean; breakfast had a wide selection and "treats" were available in the evenings beside the always full water jugs or at reception. The hotel was undergoing some renovations whilst we were there but we would not have known except for the signs stating this. There was no noise, dust or any inconvenience at all. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home!

I love how quiet and safe the property is plus the fact that my daughter enjoyed the pool

The only thing I didn't like is the AC machine inside the room, which makes is very noisy and uncorfortable (too cold when on / too hot when off).

It is close to freeway and major roads for quick access to airport, UC Irvine and various other restaurants.

Keys didn’t work

We stayed here one night as we were attending an event at Hyatt Regency in NPB. This is our 2nd time stayed at this hotel and we really liked as we felt safe, the room is clean and the front desk staff are very kind, always ready to help and answer our questions.

It was fine. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure but bathroom was just okay. The towels could be replaced though.

The air doesn’t go below 72 and it was hotter in the room than the hallways. I was told it can’t be changed. There is no water pressure in the shower or sink with the toilet and no where on hotels.coms website does it say $20 a night to park. That is crazy and you park yourself.

We were quite happy with the hotel. They provided us an early checkin since we arrived early at the airport. The room was spacious. The breakfast was tasty. Jessica at the front desk was the most friendly and helpful

i arrived early because i mistimed a flight from the east coast. a younger woman working the front desk did her best to help me check in as soon as possible and even gave me some great advice about going to the local fair. great stay!

We found trash in our room one of the reading lamps wasn’t working, the toilet tank lid was broken, the key malfunctioned three times. Service was five stars they were very helpful.

Room next to us did not sleep at all, they were loud. Our room wasn’t as clean.

The front desk was really nice with the exception of one lady who wasn't very friendly with every encounter Other than that, it was a great experience.

Spacious room and the free breakfast in the morning was a plus! The location was convenient to UCI and to many other stores and restaurants. I would actually give it a 4.5 stars since the water pressure in the shower was so light and they forgot to clean our room the 1st day(we were there for 3 nights/4days) I had to call to let them know after coming back to room at night with no fresh towels, etc. But overall, a great stay!. The $19 parking was also expected and reasonable considering most hotels around the area charge $30-40.
