The parking is not free and they aren’t up front about that. It was 39$ to park there for 1 night. The hotel is newer looking which was nice. Random note, the shower’s water pressure was extremely strong and painful, not sure if it was just our shower though.

Nothing as I did not stay at the hotel. They turned me away to another hotel because they were full. I booked this hotel months ago and prepaid in full. I was there for work as the hotel was only a few miles away. They relocate me to another hotel by Hilton group that is 10 min away on freeway, which increase my commute time and cost everyday.

Absolutely wonderful day, we will definitely be back.

We asked two different hotel staff members if breakfast was complimentary. To which they said yes. It wasn’t until after we sat down; the waitress, Lauren, said it was $30/person???

Clean, spacious room. Check-in was long line but the gentleman was great. Appreciated the delicious cookies. parking was easy but unnecessarily expensive for the area. $15-20/night seems ok, but $34 is just price gauging. I would have given 4-5 stars but...AC did not work well. Set at 67 but was always 70-72 so we found it hard too hot to sleep. The last night we stayed, there was a guy next door (hotel gave us a connecting room), at 5:30-7:00 am he thought it was a great idea to talk really loudly. Called front desk, said they sent security but said he was alone. She gave me a bit of an attitude but I said he was yelling. Turns out he was on an overseas call yelling an laughing. I thought he was talking to someone in the room but it was someone on speaker. Sleep was rudely interrupted. Not the hotel's fault but I didn't like the tone they gave me when after an hour and a half, he was still yelling in his room.

Front desk staff and housekeeping, extremely slow to respond. Doors were broken in the room. The hinge to the cabinet door where the refrigerator was housed broken and kept falling off every time you open it. Hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Overpriced to have these kinds of issues.

Check in was subpar. No hotel information was offered. The vent in our bathroom was really dirty. The walls were very thin. The man in the adjacent room woke us at 4:30a because he was fighting via speaker phone with his girlfriend. I tried calling the front desk to have them address the situation. It took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone.

Our stay was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I only took off a star because our room was not as clean as we’d like. The ac vents were caked with dust and separating from the wall. There were large dark red stains on the carpet by one of the beds, and our door was not properly installed and was difficult to open at times. Maybe we just got a bad room. In any case, there didn’t seem like we had many options for two connecting rooms so we stayed put. Not sure if we’ll book here again.

The parking was horrendous. Do not bring a larger sized vehicle and also, if you get there early, stay there! Once you leave and come back late, there is no parking. Even though you pay for it! Other than that and the multiple elevators we had to take to our room, the stay was decent. Staff was very nice! Room was clean. Air conditioning vent did not face the room, so the only place getting cold was the curtains.

The hotel visually looked great and smelled clean. The staff at night (Paul) was horrible. They treated us in a condescending way for no reason. They were very busy and check in and we waited there patiently but for some reason we were treated very rudely

Lobby was modern, very clean and open. Gym room was beautiful and clean. Hotel Room could’ve been more modern but was clean. Parking was very easy and close to get to. Staff was very accommodating.

The property was nice, beds and pillows comfortable. The only downside was that the carpet had stains and that kind takes away from the clean feeling. Also the first night of our stay at 4am someone decided to smoke pot in a room close by so we couldn't sleep bec the smell was so horrid. Not the hotels fault but still very irritating. Otherwise it was nice and the cafe downstairs came in handy. Location is great as well.

Love Hotel Zessa! We regularly travel to Santa Ana to see family and we only stay at this hotel.

Fitness room has free weights (dumbbells) and treadmills, rare for this pricing. Just be sure to be aware that parking is an additional $34/night, which isn't specified in the original pricing.

Everyone was very polite and it was clean. 1) The heater didn't work well at all - as a result I was cold. I came in too late to be motivated to call and wait for someone to fix it. 2) I called ahead to make shuttle arrangements but unfortunately the driver called out sick. I was told "No Worry! -give us a call when you land and we will send/pay for an Urber or Lyft. I should have never listened to that, when I arrived only 2 hrs. later (short flight), I called from the airport and stayed on HOLD for 20 minutes hitting different prompts to reach someone at the front desk. Because I came in on a late (8 pm) flight, I ended up calling Uber and paid for it myself. (That was very disappointing, and mainly because I was told otherwise and choose this hotel because of the star ratings and advertised shuttle service.

Very clean, modern hotel. Super comfortable beds and bedding. A/C worked properly. Loved the free cookies and that parking was in a secure gated structure with easy access to and from the hotel. I didn’t try the restaurant Citra or the pool but I would come back!

My room was not cleaned on Thursday and I never received the toilet paper I requested

Stayed for 7 nights and they only cleaned my room 4 times. I had to order my order my own towels every night they didn’t clean my room. The carpet in my room had stains, the restroom has stains, the bathroom has no extractor and the water would squirt everywhere in the bathtub floors and sink. Do not stay here the house keeping manager did not take my request Seriously and one of the workers gave me the most confusing excuse that it happened due to the language barrier which makes absolutely no sense. There is absolutely no excuse from the hotel for the reason being of not cleaning my room every single day. I am completely diss appointed this ruined my stay coming late and tired from the theme parks with no clean towels or the trash taken. this is unacceptable. also the light mirror was dirty and burned

I love Hotel Zessa and can’t say enough good things about it - the staff is incredibly friendly, the property is very clean, and the covered garage is a big plus. The shower pressure is excellent too, and the chocolate walnut cookies are bonus! We feel safe staying here and really enjoy how convenient the location is, with easy access to Newport and Laguna beaches, as well as Santa Ana and Irvine.

We were violated at this hotel. I understand that it was a holiday and management was not there to review the cameras. I was told that only the manager and front desk manager had access to the cameras. After over a dozen requests, the hotel manager via another employee told me he did not see anything in the cameras. Either I was lied to before that as to who has access to the cameras or the hotel manager lied to me. He wouldn’t even come to the counter and speak to me face-to-face. He made an employee get off of the walkie-talkie so he could talk to them on their personal cell phone. This leads me to believe I was lied to. Without information from the cameras, we were not able to contact the police. This hotel does not take your safety and security as a priority. I am the one authorized by my company for corporate travel for over 40 people. We will never ever have staff stay at another Hilton hotel or a Doubletree hotel. Safety is upmost importance in this place lacks.

It was good. The bed wasn’t my favorite. It definitely could have been fluffier or better pad. But everyone is very welcoming. I was also disappointed on the parking fees. I was unaware of the fee amount and thought it was a little crazy for parking and that I wasn’t told about that extra. But management thankfully made it right. Thank you.

Even though I was on the 6th floor, I could hear the street car/truck noise below. There is a loud woshing sound in the bathroom from a fan perhaps so I had to leave the bathroom door closed at night. Something woke me every morning at 4 am. Bed was perfect, but the shower doesn't have any handles to open the doors.

I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful—they even cleaned my room both days, which is a rare and welcome surprise these days. I felt completely safe and had zero issues during my stay. A huge perk is the excellent shuttle service, which covers any non-residential location within three miles. That made getting around incredibly easy. A perfect 5-star stay. Highly recommend!"

The parking was steep at $53 per night for 5 nights. Should be. discounted for a long stay. The reception rep did not explain that we needed to place the pre-paid parking on the rear mirror when checking in. Risked having our car towed.

Having the airport shuttle was a great way to save with an already affordable hotel with friendly staff that was only 15-20 mins away from Disneyland.

We had a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be our shower kept getting water on the floor. No matter how many times we would fix the curtain the water would end up on the floor. Other than that the staff was great especially their housekeeping staff.

There were no extra tissues or toilet paper in the room and only partially used boxes and rolls left for us. And providing access to costly drinking water seems wrong to me. That’s a basic human need. I would not book this hotel again. Don’t mess with the basic needs.

Nice place

The main parking is small underground, I showed up late at night during one of my nights so had to park in the "additional parking" which is for the shops accross the way. The night night time staaff was wvery pleasant and helpful though. Not like any of the morning/day ones.

However, during my second stay, I was disappointed to find that the makeup wipes weren’t replenished on the second day, and the hand towels weren't replaced either. It was a small letdown in an otherwise very pleasant stay. Despite that, everything else was great, and I would still consider staying here again.

We stayed for 2 nights in September 2025. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had a minor issue in our room and it was addressed immediately. Our room was actually made up on day 2. The desk staff were very nice. No waiting to check in.

Hotel was in a great area, not a lot of noise, beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. One downside we experienced was that the water didn’t get very hot and we had to run it for a few minutes to get it to a somewhat warm temperature. Didn’t detract from our stay. Everyone was friendly and had no issues with parking. There’s an additional fee for parking but well worth it to be able to go back and forth without any issues. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place. Lobby area is beautiful and the room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Only negative would be the bathroom was not great and the sliding doors did not close properly. Also, parking is a bit steep for the area. Originally saw price as $25 on Expedia and it seemed to increase by the time we traveled to $34.

The only concern I had was the noise late at night. It sounded like vacuuming or cleaning was happening around midnight in the room next door, and there were some other noticeable noises as well. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it was a bit disruptive. Other than that, I had a great stay and would consider coming back.

The hotel was close enough to everything without the congestion of the city and Disneyland.

Front desk kid lied to me. I had a pet and needed parking asked if could help me with fees said no. Went up to the room they gave me key didn't work and another guy walking down hall asked what I was doing at his room. Luckily he was dog friendly. It was his room, my key didn't work. Went back downstairs and asked if due to giving key to wrong room could help out with fees said could waive parking. Needless to say, I was charged even more than they said for the pet and parking. Otherwise, it was fine.

Location felt safe Hidden fees boosted the price 150$ more than expected. We also got a room that had the drain plugged showers were not fun with the floor filling up quicker than you could wash your body off. Bed very uncomfortable especially for a pregnant woman so hard

I really enjoyed this hotel. I like that you have all day service and someone texts you if you need anything that was great. The staff were all pretty nice except a few that were rude but the b artists at the cafe was incredibly nice and made the best chai latte i’ve ever had she was also very sweet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again it was great. Especially the free shuttle to the airport saved me so much money. I could say though rooms are very noisy because they are conjoined the men next store to us would come late at night and talk super loud at 11:00pm when we were sleeping. But the staff was great i did here them go to the room and ask to keep it down when i noticed them.

We didn't expect that they were going to charge us $34 dollars for parking. This is ridiculous even it's not described in the reservation and the funny part is that the parking lot is under the building itself. Stealing money from people. Shame.

It was very busy during check-in and there was only one front desk agent to check-in, answer phones, etc. I felt bad for the guy but he was doing his best. The phones were ringing off the hook, and there was a line at least 10 deep to check-in.

The complimentary shuttle service was a plus. It covers a 3-mile radius, including South Coast Plaza and the airport, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

WOW! I had never looked out of the Disney/Harbor Blvd area when going to Disneyland, but this one. Not only did I need 3 rooms, but I needed to stay under budget. I know it’s only 3-stars, but it deserves so much more. Wonderful water pressure, comfy beds, great TV and a luxurious lobby. Will stay here again for sure.

Being charged for parking was ridiculous and I found someone elses hair in a bath towel. This is more of a 'boutique' hotel not geared towards customer service as much as what they deem a great location...it's not.

I was unaware that there was a $34 parking fee. The hotel was huge, the pool and hot tub were very small and over crowded. Both pool and SPA were not Hilton quality. The elevators took forever and my room smelled terrible. The windows don't even crack for fresh air

Our first stay and everyone was courteous and professional.

Property was great. Super clean. The staff were rude. I opted for the digital key but stopped by the desk to ask about parking and the staff kept saying “ID, ID please.” When all I asked was for parking info. Wouldn’t speak to me without my ID. I gave them my ID then they changed their demeanor after seeing my status I assume. Another encounter with staff was when I came to the cafe during business hours and the staff (different person) yelled from across the room saying it’s closed and she didn’t know when it will open. Horrible and rude customer service for the hospitality business.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The 24 hour snack area was nice to enjoy if I needed something. The shuttle to the airport was nice. I would stay here again!

The fried calamari was tough. The sparkling water at the snack/coffee shop costs over $20.00—wow! There were only two luggage carts. I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes for a cart but never got one. I found out later that one of our conference attendees had grabbed a cart at 6:30 a.m., but she didn't use it until 8:15 a.m. and kept it parked in her room! Some nerve. You really need at least three other carts. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The two-queen bed accessible room was a nice size. I never left the hotel for dining or shopping as I was concerned about losing my place in the disabled parking area near the front door.

My stay was very nice. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Paying for parking

However we had dinner the first night at Citra and our server was extremely friendly and we enjoyed having conversations with her as the restaurant was not busy yet so she would stop by

Everything was great

Facility is very nice. Everything is updated and great. There was no microwave in the room to heat leftovers. It was very hard to find a cart to carry luggage from the parking garage to the room. Long walk and confusing elevators to the rooms. Loud parties in the lobby area every weekend.

Great location close to the red airport. Large comfortable rooms. The shower has amazing water pressure as well!
