Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly and helpful staff, complimentary breakfast, and happy hour drinks. However, there are consistent complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms, maintenance issues, and outdated facilities. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the pool area being overcrowded with children and the lack of enforcement of age limits in the hot tub.

Staff cleaned the room, removed dirty towels, and left us with one wet towel for a family of 4 adults. We went to front desk asked for dry / clean towels in the evening and the front desk told us that they were out of towels until the next morning at 6:30 AM. We asked for a manager and shared the story with front desk when we checked out and he just laughed it off - this is unacceptable! Very unprofessional staff and poor management.

I had a family stay 5 days and The hotel and rooms need alot of maintenance, ice machines were not working, restrooms are very old, shower definitely needs to be updated this hotel needs alot of upgrades the door to enter our room kept on getting locked and hard to open. The room itself had an old odo. It is by the freeway so keep that in mind it is very loud if you open the balcony door. AC needs also maintenance made alot of loud noise I give it a 2 star hotel. But What really made our stay better was the personnel Mr. Jorge from housekeeping was very helpful bringing us ice from a first floor machine also the food was excellent breakfast 10/10 with Mr. Martin making delicious omelettes and making our stay very pleasant and welcoming every morning.
- 4/5
This place was good, not the best Embassy Suites I’ve been to. The staff was great, but we got locked out of our room multiple times where they had to reset our key cards so we could get in. The place was older for sure, but it wasn’t too bad. I would say it’s a good bang for your buck, because it was pretty well priced.
- 2/5
The staff was excellent the restaurant bar was incredible best meals and drinks. Swimming pool light algae at bottom basically very slippery on the steps and floor of pool terrible stocking of towels had to search for a towel get one out of the maint closet . Elevators are not maintained by then hotel Servicer is outsourced all the elevators are listed as permanently expired and there was a slight drop one night the buttons do not work in and outside one has to push and keep pushing until the button lights up inside and outside clearly new electric panels need to be replaced. My first room the toilet was leaking the maint worker had to go in I do not know what he did but he did rechalked the bottom but later I discover the toilet was leaking on top behind the seat , no carpeted floors were porous rough to walk on clearly the rooms are older meaning the hotel on the clean side everything was cleaned , however me and a customer had difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower in our rooms ?? Seats around tables need to be refurbished one sits in chair you sink lower than the table good luck to be able to eat. Phone hotel phone does not work properly maint worker said buttons stick volume too low . Also wall plug covers were separated from the wall behind end tables . You will see the picture and the picture of the floor and toilet in question .

A staff walked in to our room while my daughter was sleeping. Felt unsafe being there after. Asking he was going to fix a water heater that we never asked for.
- 5/5
What an excellent hotel. It was very nice. The morning breakfast was fantastic. The room had a living room, which was really nice. Separate from the bedroom. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Good location Ran into some homeless people screaming in Hotel’s parking lot, made us feel unsafe to park the car there even though we paid $22 a day for parking but did not see any guards on duty at all.
- 4/5
I wish they extended the free drinks at the bar and didn’t limit them to a specific time period. We were tired & missed the time slot from 5-7p. As well as at breakfast, they really should have 2 separate lines. 1 for the omelette bar and the other just for the eggs, potatoes and sausage. I didn’t realize if I didnt want an omelette, you can skip the line and just get the rest of breakfast. There were no workers or signs, just a big line of guests.

The room floor was dirty, we bought a mop to properly clean the floor of the room.
- 2/5
We were so excited to stay there. When we entered the hotel room it was so stuffy. Could not get the A/C to stay on a controlled temperature. We had no wash clothes and the other towels we had looked like they were there for a long time. Then we realized we didn’t have a shower curtain. I thought a Hotel by Hilton would have a makeup mirror maybe a hair dryer but nothing. Good thing my wife brought her own. The floors were not swept the furniture was old and marked up, especially the bathroom. We paid extra for a balcony but you couldn’t go out there because of the bird poop and the railings need paint. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. No extra toilet paper. We will never go there again
- 2/5
Run down Resort needs upkeep. They're not even trying.

The bathtub had yellow stain from water dripping. When you sit on the toilet, you can see the door is all rusted, pain was about to fall off. The wood floor in the bathroom must be over 59 years old. The changed the floor in the bedroom,

I had previously stayed at this location multiple times and never had the problems that I had this last time that I had the elevators weren’t working so all the people checking in were able to get to their rooms but the people that needed to get from their rooms down to the lobby couldn’t get there because there was only one elevator working. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were also amazing. It would’ve been nice if the elevators were working, and the pool was operable.
- 2/5
Staff A+ Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, & positive despite difficult circumstances. The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance were doing their best & their efforts should not go unrecognized. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton experience we've had. The property had numerous issues. We arrived at 4:15 PM & were told our room was not ready (checked in @ 4:50). The pool was closed. One set of elevators was shut down after repeated problems, & a guest become stuck in one. The remaining set was extremely slow despite not appearing busy. Finding ice was a 35-minute ordeal. Housekeeping directed me to a machine, which did not work, & after checking other floors, I gave up. Our bathtub faucet ran continuously (NOT just a drip), shower fixture was loose & the shower would not work at all (have video). I reported it in person & was told maintenance would fix it. We checked out at 11:45am & maintenance had never come, forcing us to leave without showering. We also spoke with three other families experiencing room readiness & quality issues. One family was leaving the property & one had already switched rooms twice. Embassy Suites has always been a favorite of ours, making this especially disappointing. I sincerely hope ownership & management invest in this location because the staff deserves a hotel that matches the level of service they provide. This location does not do Hilton proud at all!
- 1/5
I am sorry to say, I was pretty disappointed with our stay at this hotel. the hotel was dirty and very outdated. the bathroom faucet was coming off the sink, and the pillows and comforters had stains on them. this hotel is a pet friendly hotel so we did find urine stains on the balcony. the only thing that we did enjoy was the complimentary breakfast they serve, the staff was super friendly and professional on their work. I hope that for the price they charge, they do a little better on the care they give to this hotel
- 4/5
Not good for useful. No slippers. No toothpaste and toothbrush. No water bottle, no water kettles
- 4/5
The breakfast was delicious especially the omelet
- 4/5
Two out of four working elevator access. Pool under construction. Long wait to talk to a front desk staff. BUT embassy is great facility over all. Awesome breakfast. It may not be amazing in this location, but my experience with embassy elsewhere is awesome.
- 3/5
The property has great curb appeal; the outside is clearly well-maintained with a lovely, clean appearance. However, once you step inside, the interior feels quite outdated and in need of modern upgrades. While the rooms are kept tidy, the furniture and overall decor seem stuck in another decade. It’s a bit of a mixed experience since the grounds are so inviting, but the inside just doesn't meet today's market standards for style and comfort.
- 2/5
I would suggest not booking here. The rooms were dirty, they had no extra blankets, the restroom was very dirty!
- 1/5
Front desk was rude and not helpful. Stayed four nights unfortunately and they only cleaned our room once even when requested ahead of time. Hotel has new pictures on the walls and paint but it’s a botched job and the crusty old shows in the corners and through the paint. Rust dust and roaches. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Can’t believe this is a part of the Hilton Brand. Should have known by the reasonable rates that it was too good to be true.
- 5/5
Kind staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast

Breakfast was amazing! The omelettes were delicious.
- 2/5
Breakfast were good, but facility needs to be upgrade. There were stains on bed sheets and blankets.
- 4/5
We usually always stay at Embassys. This was a nice stay as well, however there were a lot of kids since the town over was evacuated and lots of sports teams stayed with them over the weekend. Lots of running around chaos. Kids running up and down floors and elevators, knocking on peoples doors, without parents around. The property itself was nice. The rooms were comfortable. Beds probably need an upgrade. Bathroom doors need upgrades as well, our first room didn't close. Rooms were clean. They housekeeping staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Front desk was a little overwhelmed at times. There was just a lot of people! A lot of unaccompanied kids/teens. It took 45 minutes to check in standing in line. The next night most of the teams left and it was pleasant. We got to go to sleep without the running chaos. I would go back and hope there are not as many kids sports teams there.

Our room’s sofa bed was covered in mold and Got moved to a second room that had bed sheets that don't fit and the mattress covered was disgusted!! The pool area was dirty and our car was towed because of their staff miscommunication of where to park.
- 4/5
Room clean. Breakfast good. Daily included drinks was a perk. Would stay there again.
- 1/5
I was staying for 3 days and since I arrived I asked for towels, a sheet and two pillows and during those 3 days they never took them to me nor did they clean my room the worst service I have ever received in my life
- 5/5
The room was in great condition and very comfortable. The breakfast was great with wonderful selections. The staff was exceptional.
- 1/5
Room cold, ac control broken, toilet clogged, sheets and towels dirty, toilet too low, faucets need repair, no hot water in the morning. Breakfast meat choice was pork only. Parking was full, nowhere to park.
- 3/5
Very old run down room and they were not able to change our room because they were full. black mold in the shower, cracked sink and floor tiles, broken phone, lukewarm shower temp and a massive flood light that blares into the window at night for some reason. Wouldn’t stay again
- 5/5
Staff was extremely wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean. Desk receptionist was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to answering questions. Pool was amazing and the lobby was clean.

Place was run down and not very clean. Nothing really else to say. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but checked out after one.
- 3/5
Sheets had a stain on them so they switched our room but the new room didn’t have the bathroom door hinges on properly so it was difficult to close and open the door. The staff was friendly but this will be my last stay at this Embassy😢
- 4/5
When going to my room, I noticed the door was having a difficult time opening. It took a few times to get the door opened. It was awkward. I noticed the bed was on a wrong Bedframe and not sure if that effected my sleeping or not because when I woke up, my back felt little off. So it’s unclear with that.. Otherwise than that, the breakfast was hit, fresh, & delicious. On Saturday they have French toast and it was really satisfying. The omelette bar is a classic as always. I didn’t get to the pool on this stay, but it was indoors to my understanding. Thank you for all of the staff for being so patient and kind.
- 5/5
Great experience. Clean rooms good food.

Space is unique looking, however when you enter your hotel room it all changes. It doesnt appear that a true clean of the space has taken place in a while. Floors were sticky, and room was dirty. Corners, baseboards, stains on the light fixtures etc. The more I looked, the less I wish I did. Seems to be the standard lately for Embassy Suites, to which I will not be staying in again.
- 5/5
The omelet buffet is AWSOME
- 2/5
Breakfast menu was so so; room had cockroaches; one we killed and we found another in our luggage when we got home; bathroom had dried paint splatters on the tile; bathroom door didn't close without striking door frame; floor was a bit gritty; very disappointing for a hotel that was once quite nice.
- 2/5
This property was not put together our room the toilet didn’t work we called the front desk they supposedly fixed it and they didn’t the air didn’t work we called again for that they came again and the they said they fixed it and they did not we had to have the door open the entire time of our stay I would not recommend this place.

The rooms were quiet. The outside doesn’t seem nice but the lobby is nice the rooms need to be upgraded but they are okay
- 4/5
Good breakfast and nice lobby area to eat in, rooms are pretty beat and worn out, rest was fine
- 3/5
One staff offered help to us when he saw us carrying some stuff...attendants during breakfast were also approachable
- 3/5
Wonderful breakfast.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, Staff was friendly. Pool was clean, and offered extended hours. Breakfast was good, and had a great cook to order omelet bar. Ice machines were hard to find and one of the ice machines was broken, leaving only one other ice machine to service the entire hotel.
- 5/5
This place was wonderful. There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and the cleaning crew was awesome. We always had what we needed daily!
- 5/5
The shower had to ceiling sprayer, and the walls was too low
- 5/5
Would definitely recommend and also free shuttle service to airport was a very nice touch.
- 4/5
The pool and spa were a little dirty, but still nice. We needed towels one morning because our room didn’t get cleaned for some reason one day and we didn’t get any new towels. Were a family of 5 with 3 littles after a long day at Disneyland so that was disappointing, then the morning we asked for towels we waited over 2 hours and called the front desk 3 times and still never received towels. Not sure if it was a miscommunication with the front desk and housekeeping but that was definitely a big reason we won’t be returning.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, the service was disappointing, and the overall stay was not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok room felt nice LD and breakfast wasn’t good either
- 3/5
Breakfast was great, but the only bad thing was that staff pulls food out and closed down everything at exactly 10:00am, sharp! even if you're in the middle of your breakfast with no drink and utensils to eat your food with. Also the room was not very well maintained. We killed a bug that was on top of our bed, the drawers where the TV was on, didn't closed. The restroom had a little piece of wall off. We had no extra bedsheets or pillows for sofa bed, and no one answered the phone calls at the front desk, nor housekeeping.
- 4.5/5

- 4/5
Clean room. Bathroom is a tad small. Mattress a little thin. Sleep sofa was fine. Typical sleep sofa. Breakfast was fine. A line for the omelette station, so be prepared.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful!
- 3/5
Staff is amazing. Super friendly, very willing to help! Breakfast is great, and better than most hotel offerings. We had a king 2 room with balcony, which allowed the wife and I to both be able to work, and participate in zoom calls, without bothering eachother. The hotel is getting up there in age, and the rooms are going through renovations. It took us a couple of rooms at check in to find one that worked well for us.

The room was not up to standard. The thermostat was not working. Temperature in the room was 65 degrees. The TV was not working and there was water on the floor in the morning. Also, the water in the sink had a horrible smell.

Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff very friendly. Hotel is worn down, needs a deep clean and many maintenance updates. Front desk was very rude and in helpful. Location is good close to many place to eat and shop.

The lobby was beautiful but as soon as you get past that it is run down. Once in the room things did not look like they were kept up on and the floors were so uneven. Would not stay there again.

- 3/5
Breakfast was excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. That said, the rooms could really use some attention. They feel quite outdated, and while it’s clear there have been attempts to refresh things, the updates come across as more like quick patchwork than true renovations, fresh paint and flooring without fully addressing the overall condition. With some thoughtful upgrades, this place could be so much better.
- 4/5
The room was good, bathtub faucet would not shut off. Told staff first day no show. Later in evening went down again and they said they would send someone up I told them we were going to bed but would be out for the next day starting at 10am he said he would send them at that time. No show still leaking and Ian not saying a drip it was a constant stream. Breakfast was good. Think they can take a look at cleaning regularly. When we went to our room there was a wine glass in the trash can lid at elevator, it was still there in morning. It could have been knocked over and broken. Front staff was real nice and helpful

It had a nice beautiful atrium and spacious rooms for guest. was unable to upload any proof on your app and I submitted it through email to get my refund. This credit is a kind gesture but without you assistance I am not able to even get my deposit from the hotel and being honest about the stay and horrible service at this hotel did not help my cause because of your lengthy procedures and difficulty with communication between myself your customer and the hotel. It is a disservice to have to give a message from the hotel as to what number to call and also what to press zero to reach a front desk personnel. They do not answer calls even as a customer I had to call 800 number to reach someone at the desk to get help with the room. As I said before I was checked into room 420 and there was a man’s belongings in the room. A computer shaving kit and night bag and shoes at the desk area. We were changed to room 436 and the toilet overflowed and water ran all night in tub and room so cold we couldn’t adjust temperature so we just received a heater. So we were switched to room 437. Same thing and by this night water ran in the tub dripping all night. On the 25th my niece’s car was broken into and we were afraid to park our car in the evening because things were stolen and I tried to upload video and your links don’t work to show proof. I have not received my $200 deposit back for incidentals and I had to check out on Sunday the 26th.

Throughout our the stay we had to had the balcony open door to get ventilation . Our room needed to be updated the bathroom door wouldn’t close right . The floor the walls all needs to be remodel / updated. Breakfast was good they have portions .
- 3/5
The heater didn’t work and it was cold at night and they don’t provide blankets. There weren’t enough towels in the room also.
- 4/5
Breakfast included, nice staff room needed better cleaning. Overall good
- 5/5
I only stayed one night but the love the amenities.
- 4/5
Might be a good Idea to tell your guest that the hours are different on the Weekend for breakfast: multiple people showed up at 0600 for breakfast: not knowing that it did not open until 0700.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, had no issues there but our bed was broken when we got into our room. The base holding it up and the middle of it was really bad, broken and uncomfortable. When we arrived we caught a lot of traffic ans were running late for an event so we didnt have time to change it but that was the only issue, the bed.
- 1/5
Hotel had no heat and they weren’t telling anyone when they checked in, would give space heaters if you asked multiple times. Everything is super worn down and gross, bathroom had mold and rust and dust. Hot tub was closed. Had to ask multiple times for everything we needed. Breakfast was good and most of staff was very nice but everything was just crusty dusty and rusty
- 2/5
This was a huge disappointment. The rooms were old, worn and dirty. This hotel needs to be refurbished badly. Lights on elevators are burnt out. Some stay on all the time. No one ever cleaned our room or changed out our towels or made the bed. The lighting is not good in the hotel. Outside smells strongly of marijuana all the time. It was such a disappointment. Never stay there again!
- 5/5
Breakfast is great
- 5/5
Things I wish were better was the wifi connection, security in the parking lot, our shower head pressure was very strange and way too rough. Also first and second night was very noisy. Large groups of people talking very loud after midnight. One group was even in front of the front desk and no one told them to keep it down.
- 5/5
The embassy suite was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast and evening snack was really nice and the service was excellent. The only thing I can think of that I wish was different was in the courtyard where breakfast is served it was WAY TOO COLD. Like freezing while trying to eat breakfast.
- 3/5
The room was pretty nice as well. The only issue was it was pretty cold. We asked for a heater cause their heaters don’t work in the room for whatever reason they brought the space heater, but they just sat outside the door and we didn’t even know it was there until the following morning. The pool was kind of dirty. But I would say overall, it was a pretty good experience just a few few things need to be worked out
- 1/5
Rooms are way out of date and dirty feeling. Tried calling house keeping and front desk multiple times for more towels and an extra blanket for the pull out bed and got not answer any of the times. Bed was hard and very squeaky. All the furniture was old and run down. Room smelled like cigarettes. Def not worth the price to stay there. Only good thing about this stay was the nice gym equipment and decent breakfast options. Will not stay here again.

Awesome stay!
- 1/5
Complete renovation is completed, it’s not worth to stay. At front desk, there is always one person so even for small silly question you need to wait for 15 min to 30 min. Breakfast is bonus. That the best thing in this hotel where you get hot live omelette.

A full breakfast was the selling point and pretty much the best part of the stay. They don't offer daily housekeeping which was my fault for not noticing that when booking but when I requested it for the next day, it still didn't happen and my room door was left open. Thankfully nothing was taken or tampered with. It looks like housekeeping took out the trash but that was it. They didn't make beds or remove the breakfast dishes. Also, don't even bother calling the front desk. I booked for 6 people and they only gave us 3 shower towels. I spent 25 minutes trying to call housekeeping which just got forwarded to the front desk just for them to not answer. I ended up having to go downstairs just to ask for towels and soap. Yes the hotel is decently priced and the breakfast is great but I'd also like enough towels and to not have my door left open.
- 4/5
The hotel location is great the hotel is little old specially the bathroom needs renovation but I think is great stay the food is awesome overall I will stay again
- 2/5
2. Tub was clogged. 3. Lamp didn’t work by room, we had to use light by table so room was dark. 4. We call front desk and house keeping for 2 hours for clean towels they never answer so it made us 3 hrs late for our trip. 5. They would take thrash out of room while we were gone but never leave towels we would have to go and ask at front desk. 6. Out of the 5 elevators only 3 work so it would take a while to use them
- 2/5
Air conditioner was not working the whole 6 days that we were there. Door feom the bedroom to the front did not work the whole time we were there. Breakfast never changed. When these issues were brought up to the front desk nothing was done. There we never any towels in the pool when we would go to the pool.

Having the Hilton name on this property is deceiving as that name makes me expect a clean hotel that is frequently painted, maintained and refreshed when needed. My issues with this hotel have nothing to do with the staff, they did their best considering the condition of this hotel. You could tell at one time this was a beautiful hotel. But now is extremely overdue for a refresh, just seems very old inside. The bathrooms are old and crusty, the elevators make some scary noises and the beds should have been replaced a couple years ago. Until this hotel gets a refresh I will not go back. In fact after staying at this hotel will now make me think twice before booking a Hilton property.

Great
- 2/5
The breakfast staff was amazing! The room however, was never cleaned when for my entire stay. The cleaners would come and say they would come back later and never did. Had to keep getting towels and toilet paper myself. One of the main elevators would work come days and other days it wouldn’t. The stay was not that great!
- 3/5
Got what we paid for...the property doesn't do justice to the name. The room was spacious, got to give them that. The mattress on the sofa bed was useless, could feel the wires therefore we couldn't use it. The tub was worn down and the faucet had a leak. The AC system didn't work and had an annoying sound coming out if it that disturbed our sleep. The towels were old. Wouldn't recommend to stay there.
- 3/5
The room was "clean" and the bed was comfortable! Bathroom had the standard bathroom amenities and was clean. Couple of issues with this room - The bathtub had a solid drip. Obvious and it should've been handled well before I or anyone else was given the room. I just closed the door because the other "white noise" in the room very easily covered the drip sound. The slider to the cozy balcony was completely off track. So much so that there were gaps between the glass and the frame - noticeable gaps. So the freeway noise was very present. The pool was just ick. So many people (children, too) that the water was very cloudy and had these little puddles of oil sitting on top. I'm sure it was all sunscreen and gunk, but the care for that pool wasn't there. Evening Check in staff very obviously didn't want to be there. The next night person was pleasant, as was the lady who handled my check out. Housekeeping wouldn't acknowledge you, especially if you were trying to get to the ONLY SET of working elevators and they didn't want to wait for you. The maintenance guys were friendly and tried to accommodate. Room issues should have been obvious for housekeeping to report to maintenance. Overall, this was a decent place and right off the 55. However, I would not give this location top dollar for a middle rate room. All in all, 3*.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a broken elevator where we had to walk across the building to use the other elevator. The beds were not comfortable and in our restroom there was a cockroach that I had to get rid of
- 3/5
Aging hotel, need update.
- 5/5
excellent place to stay
- 1/5
I won’t never book it there again. Attention families with smaller kids DO MOT BOOK A ROOM THERE. Their heater was not working in the room my 2 year old and the rest of Us freeze all night. Their beds are horrible in a worse condition ever their Customer Service never answers the phone overall this place sucks if I could put zero star, I would love to do that.
- 2/5
This should be posted on the website so people dont waste their money. The beds were in poor condition
- 1/5
Hotel experience was horrible from the beginning, pictures did not even come close to what we expected. Had to switch rooms 3 times in one night !!!!
- 3/5
Non working elevator and room phone. System was down so couldn’t get dinner or drinks disappointed. Free happy hour was a plus. Pool open till 11pm also a plus. Staff wasn’t in the best mood about giving more information
- 2/5
Front desk person, Jonathan, was friendly. However, housekeeping did not clean very well at all. They even skipped a day during our stay and we had to go down to the front desk to get the toiletries. Will not be coming back to this location.
- 1/5
I didn’t like the fact that I paid you guys to for $200 for two nights and then Embassy suites charges me $180 for one night so I am very confused that I need to have this out a little further cause you guys are double charging me for something that I shouldn’t be charged for once I’ve already paid for it
- 3/5
One side of the elevators didn’t work and the fire alarm went off at 4am! It was very clean.
- 3/5
O and only 2 elevators are working not enough for the levels for this location 3 elevators down.
- 5/5
The location is excellent.
- 5/5
Petty good breakfast
- 5/5
Perfect for a Disney trip
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 2/5
The toilet had a wonky handle that seemed it would break at any moment. The very next morning, the tank stopped refilling with water so we couldn't flush. i had to pour gallons of water into the tank (not the bowl) just to flush until maintenance could come. The elevators were unreliable and a family became stuck for over an hour. The phones in the room did not connect to the front desk. I had to use my phone to call the location and go through reservations just to reach the front desk. Even though I indicated we had 3 adults and 3 children, we were supplied with towels for 4 people. I waited for several hours (from checkin all the way until early afternoon the next day) for additional towels even after going down to front desk. WiFi had a weak signal and kept logging out. Only basic channels on the tv, no apps or ways to log into other streaming platforms.
- 5/5
Very nice room and great customer service from the front desk staff. Breakfast options were great and got our food nice and easy. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and adults enjoyed some of the beverages from the bar.
- 3/5
You can tell the property is old but they were under renovation. The first room I was given unfortunately had bugs and I was accommodated in a different room. They both had a strong smell like if someone had smoked in them. Staff was extremely friendly and polite.
- 5/5
Clean hotel room, attentive and friendly staff, excellent and delicious breakfast 😋
- 1/5
I checked in and the room I booked had a views with a walk out balcony, with a king size bed and a big tv, but as soon as I walked in their was a big pool of water in the middle of the room so I walked back down and told the staff and they accommodated me and changed my rooms but with no view, and 2 bed that squeaked all night while I moved, a horrible couch that was so hard. The towels looked dirty, there was random water bottles in the room some empty and some not. The room seemed like it was not cleaned properly but we got to the hotel late and the person at the front desk said their house keeping were not there anymore. Whatever, so we went to sleep. Then at about 4am the fire alarm went off and nobody in the hotel knew why and could not get anybody at the front desk to ask what was going on. We didn’t know if it was a real alarm or a false alarm.
- 4/5
Good menu, nice staff, clean spaces.
- 3/5
Got noisy room which caused by air conditioning. Requested to change another room better condition.
- 3/5
Bathroom was very very tiny. Door was very old and rusty hinges falling apart. Bathtub old a rusty. Cabinets in bathroom in poor condition. Rest of the suite was fine.
- 2/5
Did not go to the pool.
- 3/5
Breakfast menu was fresh. Front desk was very helpful. Room I was assigned to, Tv and phone did not work. When ask to move rooms there was no fuss! Balcony view ended up being in front of the building units. Housekeeping was attending every other day not every day.
- 3/5
Towels had stains/ Air Conditioner was super loud/ Nowhere to sit on balcony, paid extra for the balcony room/ Couldn’t turn the air off or down
- 4/5
Be aware that the A/C (cold air) doesn’t really work well. I switched rooms thinking the next rooms A/C would be better but it was exactly the same. I addressed the front desk about the issue and she informed me the hotel is currently under construction….. the next issue was obviously the room was warm to mildly hot inside. Couldn’t really get a cool nights sleep. Waiting on the elevators was kinda daunting. I stayed on the 3rd floor. It would take almost 5-10 minutes waiting for one. At one point, my family and I just opted to take the stairs. The good things about this hotel is the free parking and the free delicious breakfast. It had a small but great variety of choices to choose from to eat. The pool isn’t that big. It goes up to 5 feet. Also it isn’t cold either. Water temp was rather warm. There is also is a jacuzzi. Overall it was a good stay but I felt it could’ve been much better as far as comfort of the room temp goes and the slow elevators.
- 5/5
The stay was perfect! Clean, convenient and nice
- 2/5
We also had significant issues with service. We had to call room service three separate times, and someone was only sent the following day after our initial request. Additionally, the overall condition of the room was poor. The bed made constant noises, the AC was loud, and there were other random disturbances throughout our stay. The floor also appeared unclean and in need of proper mopping. Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards. However, after the cleaning service was finally completed, the room improved significantly. They also replaced the mattress, and the bed stopped squeaking, which made the stay more comfortable.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle is only available between 9 AM and 5 PM.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very comfortable with awesome staff. Elevator was being difficult many times. The door between the bedroom and living area was starting to fall off. Otherwise everything went very well.
- 1/5
I do not recommend this hotel. I don’t understand how it has any stars above 2. If I could rate a negative zero I would. Please take your money elsewhere. The staff is not friendly and do not give any resolutions to concerns. I never leave reviews but I’m leaving one for those those who don’t want to have their money wasted and vacations ruined. Front desk does not provide accurate check in times or even help with room issues, AC does not work and seems like it doesn’t work for many rooms based on reviews on google, phone did not work, walls are bubbling, peeling and weirdly stained, bathtub is peeling and cracking in many areas, there were hairs stuck on ceiling of shower, floors were dirty, sheets were highly disgusting and had yellow stains with seems like burn marks, spring beds were extremely uncomfortable which caused my sciatic nerve to act up, pillows were terrible, curtains were gross and the balconies were in terrible shape. The whole room was in terrible shape. The lobby is nice but maybe they should focus on actually renovating the rooms or tear the place down. I don’t believe covering the walls and such with cheap paint is renovating at all. We will never stay here again and will be cautious on where we stay. Even with the ratings this hotel has and shown I need to really read the reviews.
- 2/5
I stayed here recently and I was not pleased with my experience especially spending $600+ here. One, we never got house keeping to come by to clean our room for the 4 nights we were there. The do not disturb sign was not on our door. The bathroom had some water mold in the corners, as well as a dirty bathroom floor. The bed exposed the mattress topper that had yellow stains on it. Some of the towels had stains on it. The complimentary wifi was not working even when signing into my Hilton account. The only upside of the stay was the breakfast but outside of that I probably would’ve found another place to stay at.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, the staff was great, however we did not get any room service for the three nights we were there
- 5/5
Breakfast was versatile. Choice for eggs to your order is great idea. Something for everyone.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly but they have several problems at this hotel the toilets kept flooding we would return back to the room and it’s flooded after being gone all day. The elevators kept breaking and one didn’t work at all. We saw someone’s window get snatched so be careful where you park at and don’t leave anything in your car
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 5/5
Staff and amenities
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
in bathroom didn't work, telephone didn't work, loutlets didn't work.I always stay at Embassys and this is by far the worse one!
- 1/5
It was a really bad experience, the room was dirty, furniture was broken, bed felt like it was ready to fall apart, we had to kill 2 roaches that I’m not sure what type of roaches they were, the entrance of the room was almost blocked by old furniture that was placed in the hallway
- 1/5
2nd Room the key card wouldn't work and then we noticed someone was already booked for that room 3rd room sheets were dirty and not changed and the bathroom was filthy. This hotel is a mess
- 3/5
I come to Santa Ana quarterly to a meeting and would stay there again if I had a renovated room, but this one, absolutely no. I did not partake, but the breakfast area looked very nice.
- 4/5
Room was great.
- 1/5
Awful
- 4/5
Staff helpful
- 3/5
I understand you are remoldeling so the room was ok. Except the toilet runs for a while then makes weird noises throughout the night
- 2/5
The check-in staff are excellent, and the location is great. However, the hotel is very poorly maintained. Many pieces of furniture and other items are worn out and should be replaced. the bathroom are not very clean
- 3/5
Not good. I understand they have a new owner. The room smelled of mould, the shower leaked and spilled over to the floor. It was raining, and near the window, the wallpaper was peeling and the water was on the floor. The room was freezing, asked for a heater and an extra blanket for me. My grandson needed more blankets and they only dropped off only sheets, next day he told me he was freezing, so had to ask for a heavier blanket. Had a tough time getting towels. Asked for a cleaning and no one came. They emptied the trash. This was the worst place to stay. Would like some refund. Do not recommend this place. The staff was good, doing there best under bad mgmt. Breakfast was good
- 1/5
We stayed there for 4 nights. Key door lock didn’t work the entire time. I have to call the front desk every night to open it for me. They said they will send someone the next day to fix it but never happened. Every morning someone drilling next door. I complained and told they’re fully booked. Last night our car got broken into. I asked for help because I was traveling with my kids. Just told it’s not our responsibility call 911. It’s my first time staying here and will definitely not book this hotel again. I always book Hilton and it’s my first horrible experience. Such a nightmare! Don’t stay here! Front desk are not that helpful. No wonder it’s cheaper than the other embassy suites nearby. It’s not safe in this area especially if you’re traveling with family. Bathroom shower was gross.
- 3/5
They need to upgrade the windows for less noise
- 1/5
Dirty sheets. I asked to get the sheets change but never happened. They give me 1 day refund but it should be refunded the whole thing. It was gross.
- 5/5
The staff was attentive and helpful
- 1/5
Terrible! No heater even we asked to fix it, dirty towels. We asked for housekeeping nobody comes!
- 3/5
No wifi in the room. Only wifi available was in the lobby. Also, had to run the water in the sink and tub for about, literally, 5 minutes before it got hot.
- 3/5
They are undergoing a renovation but don't tell you until you get there. I would stay away for another 6 months minimum. They also don't tell you that they only service rooms every other day and only if you go down to the front desk to request it! Only half the elevatorswork.Bathrooms have not been updated yet.upgraded yet
- 5/5
Great hotel with great service!
- 5/5
My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice staff, good breakfast, fun inside pool.
- 3/5
They had elevator issues and not all were working. One of the elevators passed me on the way up and down at least 3 times.
- 1/5
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Don't waste your money. From the start it was bad. The elevator button to our floor didn't work we had to push it about 20 times to get it to register our floor. The keys did not work to get into the room and stopped working again after day 2. We had to get the keys remade 4 times. The A/C did not work and the front desk was not helpful they said the whole hotel was that way which was a lie. We knew other people here and theirs worked fine. The room had foot prints and paint all over the curtains. The shower was missing the liner so the floor got soaked after every shower. The TV's did not work. Maintenance had to come fix them but couldn't get one of them them to work. The hotel was unwilling to give us another room. The only thing they offered was a box fan. We would've been better off in a Motel 6.
- 3/5
The elevator was an issue, buttons did not work, tried to press the floor number but didn’t light up and was stuck in the elevator for 5 mins minutes since it went opposite direction. All 4 of 5 elevator has the issue, as the 5th one was out of order. Good thing that they have use 2 complimentary drinks per day, but the bartender needs to go to some hospitality courses. Very unfriendly and rude. He should know better as he’s working for tips. Digital keys don’t work which was very inconvenient since the key card kept on being deactivate. Overall, I will probably not come back to this location unless they make a lot of improvement in room interior, fixing the elevators and have friendlier staffs.
- 5/5
Location, clean room, good sized room and the vending machine hot food was a nice surprise. It better than I expected.
- 1/5
There was no parks and and I had to change the rooms twice
- 4/5
Room was nice besides the bed. Probably one of the worst hotel beds. Mattress was fine, but the box foundation was horrible. Breakfast was good, but the line wasn't. Parking was good and check in staff were nice.
- 1/5
The bath tub was broken- the knob fell off when I tried to turn the water on. Then we requested a pack n play for our 6 month old. It took 2.5 hours and me calling 3x and going to the front desk 2x. Our three year old daughter was sleeping on the pull out couch in the front area. At like 9:45pm there was a knock the door. Less then a minute later the person attempted to enter the room and clearly had a key. I got there quickly and the house keeper was trying to drop off towels we did not need then continued to act frustrated with me when I informed her I did not ask for towels. This hotel is a sh*t show and disappointing as we have enjoyed staying with embassy suites in the past.
- 3/5
The room could use upgraded tvs and appliances
- 2/5
It was ok. The staff was good to allow early check in due to my other commitments but the water has some kind of smell. Bathrooms needs some upgrades, not a great quality
- 1/5
The hotel rooms were absolutely disgusting. The dirtiest hotel have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. This half of the staff was happy to help and the other half seemed annoyed to help. We were put in three different room rooms, and each room was gross. From not looking, turned down, dirty floors, dog food, kibbles on the floor, wads of someone else’s hair in the showers, torn bedding, dirty bedding, we would never stay here again. It was a terrible experience and truly felt disgusting. The first night the hot tub wasn’t even full, and none of the night was the hot tub water warm. I would never recommend anybody to stay here.
- 4/5
Cleand
- 2/5
Elevators not working. Room's cleaning is marginal.
- 1/5
Dirty room, room keys didnt work properly, staff wasnt helpful, A/C didnt work
- 5/5
Yes everything was great thx
- 1/5
Horrible hotel. This hotel under construction, it was noisy every day. Cleaning service not every day.
- 2/5
Only 2 elevators out of 6 were working Breakfast buffet, and happy hour were nothing like they used to be Will not be back unfortunately
- 2/5
Hotel looks old, without proper maintenance..and not too clean. Room the same and not clean in particular the bathroom…only they did room once in 4 days..terrible…never I will come back to this hotel…it is not leaving good the name of HILTON at all…
- 2/5
While a table lamp was replaced without our request, the new lamp no longer had built-in outlets, which left us without a convenient place to plug in our computers—something the original lamp provided. This was our second stay here, but based on this experience, we will be looking elsewhere the next time we visit.
- 1/5
Room was disgusting
- 1/5
The hotel is being renovated, lots of noise, hammering, drilling and sawing. The room had no phone in it. The shower facet leaking so bad that kept us up all night. The door would not close easily, we had to push and slam it. There was a file alarm one night with no way to find out what it is or what to do, as some people ignored it. The room is big and spacious but everything is super old and not in working condition. I told the front desk about the door not closing and the water leak, nothing happened. In from one ear, out from the other one.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle driver did not show up to work so no shuttle (a major reason to stay there). Surely a backup driver should be on call!
- 3/5
Staff was awesome. Had to switch rooms because the first one had such a musty smell. Rooms are in need of updating. The bathrooms are small and rundown.
- 3/5
I’m not sure what I was expecting being an embassy suites by Hilton, but what I got was a nice clean room of the balcony and the bed was pretty good. Water pressure was excellent. Once inside the room you could not hear the noise from the common area in the balcony was really nice addition be able to sit outside and breathe cool air listen to the city. I slept really good. They honored a made to order breakfast and buffet type deal. I didn’t get to try it. I left the motel for the race track just a little after 8 AM when I looked over the edge. I didn’t see any people I thought. Oh perfect I will grab some eggs, toast and some sausage before I head out when the elevator door opened I ran into about 65 people in line some in pajamas some in decent the tire some with robes and fuzzy slippers and there was no just coffee line so I hit the door called my Uber and I was out of there and when I got back to the motel Saturday evening about 7:30 PM. The place was rocking if I would’ve had my 13-year-old son he would’ve been in heaven. The whole lobby in common area was full of exciting young kids and teenagers everybody looked to be having some good fun. I was tired from being at the track. Just wanted to shower and sit on my balcony, which was great. The only problem the television in the bedroom didn’t work and the one in the front room was about ready to stop working. It was all blue, except for one corner was the actual color of the content, but other than that great place. .
- 1/5
The hotel needs an URGENT remodeling, it’s humid, water came inside the room from the windows, there was an active leak in the roof that made the floor wet. The hotel staff are pretty friendly and accommodate us in different rooms. Another big problem is they have central A/C and they turn it off once maintenance people are off which means no heater in your room at night. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, people in the kitchen are super friendly and attentive.
- 1/5
I had to shorten my trip because I could not bare to stay another night. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. To start the towels had blood stains, some towels were ripped, and they smelled absolutely awful. The restroom was discoursing, you can visibly see the dirt and dust on the floor and there was also blood stains on the wall. The room itself was dirty, you can see that no had swept in there. I was so disgusted that i never unpacked anything from my suitcase. To top it all off when i got home, my daughter told me that the cover she was using had blood stains, i was so furious. Don’t stay here this place is disgusting. The picture look good but BEWARE its not. Not to mention the breakfast was nasty, and the WiFi was non existing.
- 1/5
It was absolutely awful. Can't even believe it's an Embassy Suites. So dirty. Had to leave the hotel at 2:00am.
- 4/5
Overall 4 stars. Rooms could be more clean but couldn’t complain about anything else. Amazing staff.
- 2/5
Shower drain totally plugged and tub not cleaned well. Building shows it's age and feels overpriced.
- 3/5
Staff was courteous. The building is very dated. Doors and trim in the rooms is rough. The heat does not work unless it goes below 55 degrees. Although they did provide electric space heaters. The some of the buttons on the elevator did not work, or did not work correctly. They were doing renovations on different floors, but my room was not great. Honestly I've stayed at Motel 6's that were in better shape.
- 2/5
Second room: light bulb in bathroom burned out and was smoky. Fire hazard. Bed uncomfortable and noisy. Pull out bed did not have a blanket.
- 2/5
Dirty room, very dusty
- 1/5
The room and beds are very stink, couldn’t sleep
- 3/5
Also, the hotel needs updated. The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The shuttle back to the airport in the morning was very nice as well.
- 3/5
The ice machines were not working and had to change rooms due to the bed being broken.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 2/5
The blanket not clean and the bed is toooooo old making a lot of noise. Well I am starting here for only one night why border to let them know.
- 2/5
The bathroom was dirty , the window had a gap so you could hear all the loud cars all night long , the comforter blanket was brownish in color .
- 4/5
Made to order omelet breakfast was super yummy. Bathroom in the room is tiny which is weird considering the room is huge.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Stay at this hotel every New Years Eve with my great nephew. Indoor pool is the biggest plus. Hotel is very nice. Good staff and good breakfast.
- 2/5
The bathroom was very dirty and tiny. Room floor was wooden but not clean .
- 2/5
The hotel is currently being remodeled. Our room needed lots of work. Hotel wasn’t what you would expect of a Hilton property.
- 1/5
- 2/5
The hotel itself looks amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cleaned as soon as you entered. However once we got into our rooms the amazing entrance was gone. Our couch had visible stains, bathroom door paint was coming off, door handle coming off. Bathroom itself looked like a really bad motel. Our toilet wouldn’t flushed properly and had to call 3 times to get somebody to get it flushed. Room was cleaned.
- 2/5
Charged me 22 per night (×4 nights) for parking which seemed pointless since security gates were always open and no parking pass was required. Others i know what stayed at property didnt pay parking fees.
- 3/5
Great breakfast and compliment snacks and drinks in the evening. Room heater was not working. Pool area was not working efficiently. Spa was cold, lack of towels.
- 2/5
My children and I were freezing. No heater
- 3/5
Negatives are shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and tissues were not filled ready for new guests, we ended up have to come down to the lobby and asked for those items. They should have been filled and have extra toilet roll and tissue boxes. Another thing is there was no small trash bin in the room and suite, only trash bin in the bathroom, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it was a good place.
- 3/5
The hotel is a little run down, there was furniture from other rooms that were under renovation stored outside our room.
- 1/5
Could not check us in until 6:30 pm! Bathroom door was falling off of the hinges, construction material left in the hallways, people were smoking in their rooms on our floor and noone did anything to correct that. Front desk staff are terrible to top it all off !! We ended up moving our entire Volleyball team to a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
- 3/5
Room condition is good but bathroom is very small and dirty. Need to remodel the bathroom. With out fix the bathroom there is no way rating this hotel more than 2 star .
- 1/5
Worse Embassy Hotel ever, smelly rooms, one day the hotel without water due a major leakage, the heater in the room not working at all, they charge extra $60usd for no reason
- 2/5
We stayed 4 nights and the whole time They were doing some kind of renovations directly above our room and drilling all day starting early morning, waking us up. The house keeping/service was seriously lacking sometimes they came and replaced towels but never replenished coffee/ sugar, didn’t make beds.
- 2/5
The breakfast was very good and tasty .
- 5/5
The hotel is okay. The staff were friendly and courteous. Five minutes from the airport, the shuttle only runs 9-5 M-F, so that was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was GREAT. The floors were shiny and clean. They need a plant person on staff as their plants and plant spaces were lacking and thirsty. The bed was very comfortable. The room amenities were nice. They were having issues with the roof as it was raining and leaks were being managed. The architecture was lovely!!! The hotel structure and set-up were inviting and visually delightful.
- 3/5
Also, during our stay, there was construction ongoing. I don't remember seeing any notification of this before booking but they did have signs at the hotel. The winner was definitely the omelet station at breakfast. All hotels should have this service. Oh and the pool. I love the after hours. From 10pm-12am the pool is open for adults only.
- 4/5
Staff was really nice, great food
- 4/5
The hotel rooms need a little update. Beds were not comfortable.
- 3/5
Room was very old. Bathtub was peeling and had black marks in it. Faucet was leaking in the sink. Microwave was dirty.
- 1/5
there is a lot to be desired, staying at this hotel. There was standing water in areas throughout the hotel. I had to ask for blankets for the room twice before they were delivered. There was periodic standing water in our room that we had to drive with towels. There are no basic amenities like ice water in the morning. Service at the reception desk was largely unfriendly except for one individual. I think they forgot that they’re in the hospitality business and guest services usually important. We were here for a volleyball tournament, but won’t be staying at this property again in the future.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, our stay was poor. The room was dirty and appeared outdated. It looked like some work or updates had been done in the room, but it was not cleaned properly afterward. Surfaces were dusty, and overall the room did not feel well-maintained or ready for guests. For a property under the Embassy Suites by Hilton name, we expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail. This experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or quality. Extremely disappointed 😞

Beds very comfortable
- 5/5
Front staff were friendly but need some training on hospitality and showing how important the guest are to them. Also hot tub was luke warm not hot.
- 4/5
Hotel was quite dated
- 5/5
The food and servers were amazing
- 3/5
The dressers drawers are extremely hard to open and close. The knob literally detached. I guess you pay for what you get.
- 1/5
I wasn’t aware of the renovations when I booked. They put us right next door to where they were doing construction. After 45 minutes of constant pounding I tried to call down to the front desk. The room phone was dead. I tried to call the front desk from the number listed on that phone from my cell and no one answered. When I went down to the front desk to get a different room, they told me some of the phones don’t work due to the renovations. They moved us to a room with single paned windows next to the busy freeway. When we woke up the next morning and tried to take a shower, that did not work, Very bad experience.
- 5/5
Pull out bed super hard and also restroom needs remodeling.
- 4/5
The rooms need to be updated. The door was warped and hard to close, the electric outlets would not hold my cords (kept falling out). TV in the sleeping area didn’t connect with the cable service. Though the front desk staff where friendly they weren’t always available.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful; the body wash in the shower smells amazing and the shower pressure and hot water made for a delightful showering experience
- 4/5
Breakfast was great
- 3/5
Outside of the breakfast service. This was the only Embassy Suites I will never return to. Policies dont give guest control of temps in rooms. Due to the cooler temps, our room stayed a bit damp. Carpet felt wet. Our swim suits wouldn't dry, so we had to blow dry clothes that were wet from the beach or pool. Front desk was nice, but didnt seem to give much more attention than a nice smile. As I made a number of complaints about the room service, but nothing changed. We had to go get our own towels, take our own trash out mulitple times, as the cleaning crew only stopped by twice for a partial cleaning. Wife stated at the end, we really should have changed hotels, but we just wanted to enjoy the trip. At the end of the trip, they had a pipe bust, and no notice. They shut the water off, and made no effort to inform guests as they were still checking guests in without telling them.
- 1/5
Room was disgusting bedding was stained.. asked for new bedding same thing it was so gross.. bathroom floor was beyond gross... never again!!
- 1/5
On top of that, the floors were never swept or mopped. I walked barefoot and ended up with hair and dust all over my feet, absolutely unacceptable for a hotel stay. There were four of us in the room, and not once did housekeeping replace our towels. We had to track down the cleaning lady ourselves just to get fresh ones, which is not the experience anyone expects when paying for a full-service stay. I also needed extra blankets for the pull-out bed and tried calling the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services, not a single person answered. The only reason we eventually got blankets was because I replied to a message from a manager checking in on our stay. Had she not responded, we would’ve been left without any. Overall, there are several areas that desperately need improvement, from basic cleanliness to communication and guest support. For the price and expectations, this level of service was extremely disappointing
- 4/5
Great customer service from the entire staff. The hotel itself needs to be updated. Breakfast was okay.
- 3/5
Honestly, the hotel is very good in terms of reception and services, such as breakfast and its amenities. However, we faced a problem with the air conditioning in our room; it wasn't working, and it was freezing cold, causing us, especially the children, to catch a cold. The reception staff's response was inadequate. I requested a change of room, but they didn't respond. Instead, they made the situation worse by providing the room with an electric heater, which exacerbated our colds. Even worse was the room service; it was terrible. We requested the room be cleaned every morning, but upon our return, it wasn't cleaned at all. It was a very unpleasant situation.
- 5/5
Breakfast menu is excellent! If you have time —the custom egg order line may be long but worth the wait; otherwise go to ‘scrambled’ and rest of the menu offerings! I can see why traveling families love the inclusion of breakfast feature in the hotel rate!
- 3/5
Need to be upgraded
- 4/5
Nice room and great breakfast with made to order omeletes.
- 1/5
No aircon
- 1/5
Water leaking at bathroom. AC fan is very noisy and out side AC unit is also noisy. The worst experience of Hilton bran hotel. Never come back again
- 3/5
More variety we needed waffles
- 2/5
The made to order breakfast was good and it
- 5/5
The lines were to long to wait for breafasr and all the tables were taken. Just left. A bad experience in a shoddy musty smell room Excellent off and on the the freeway.
- 1/5
Our state was terrible. Our rooms did not have hot. Water was not cleaned not what I was expecting. Very noisy. Did not get a well rest will not be going back there again terrible experience.
- 3/5
Staff and amenities were great. Water heater broke on our first day so was taking cold showers. Room shower knob broke to the shower and shower tub was chip which looked rundown.
- 1/5
The room was neglected with water damage, buckling wood and peeling paint in many areas. The bathtub had large chunks of enamel glazing missing. I will say the staff was kind and attentive and the breakfast was wonderful.
- 5/5
Great time at this hotel! Breakfast is amazing every morning, they will cook your eggs the way you like them!
- 2/5
Under renovation, which I wasn’t aware of! So there was no heat, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom faucet smell like sulfur. Not worth the price paid. However the food, breakfast was great!
- 1/5
The room was very dirty, had bed bugs, AC did not work, staff was rude, and shower also did not work. The only good thing really was just the breakfast.
- 3/5
Room had a mildew smell. The bathroom door did not close all the way seemed like it was off the hing. Some lights did not work. Breakfast was bland no seasoning.
- 1/5
Nice hotel but the room that was assigned to my family had a toilet that was already flooded when we got there. We had let the front counter know and they told us that there was someone who will be up soon to fix the toilet. An hour goes by and my husband notices there was a plunger dropped off by our hotel door. So my husband plunges the toilet. We have a family of 5. When my husband was done he put the plunger outside the door and staff took it. We had a backed up toilet the entire stay. So we didn’t use the toilet. We either went and used the lobby restroom or had to wait to use it and the locations we were visiting. The last day I walked up to the front desk to ask a question and the front desk associate was on the phone. I stood there for a few minutes but she didn’t acknowledge my presence, she didn’t say anything courteous, she didn’t say or look at me at all as I was standing in front of her. So I walked away. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this place! And I would never stay at that hotel again! I’m very surprised for a Hilton that I and my family experienced this … The room was also in bad condition that looked like the room was cheaply fixed.
- 1/5
Rooms were not appropriately maintained. The air conditioning did not work at all. Construction material was left all over the unit.
- 1/5
Was under construction and they 1st gave us a room.in the contruction floor where all the noise was.. we needed to ask for a change
- 4/5
Room was clean, but heavy paint smell.
- 2/5
Very disappointing to have this hotel a part of the Hilton brand
- 1/5
The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning. Upon being moved to a different room, I discovered that the new room’s air conditioning was also malfunctioning. It was only then that I was informed that the hotel staff would turn off the air conditioning in all rooms when they deemed it unnecessary. The mattress was not of the highest quality, and I am unlikely to consider staying at Hilton hotels again after this experience.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were pleasant and professional I don't agree with charging $22.00 per night for a parking spot that's not secured or monitored. I appreciated the fresh omelet in the morning
- 1/5
Rooms were dingy and dirty, walls disgusting and dirty, floors not properly cleaned
- 2/5
The hotel is old, a lot of things broken.
- 4/5
Todo estaba muy bien pero el baño tenía agua cuando llegamos avía agua en el piso cosa que me mojé las calcetas pero de ahí todo muy bien el desayuno
- 1/5
It was dirt and outdated.
- 3/5
Very long wait to first check into the room, key card did not work upon first try, elevator button had to be pressed at least 3-4 times before registering, room's bathroom and bar sink need a complete makeover, staff did not clean our room once during our 3-day stay, inconvenienced by water shutoff for 4 hours one day and when we returned, got up to our room and the keycard again was not working and had to be reprogrammed.
- 1/5
It’s an old dump. Amazed Embassy Suites allows their brand on this property
- 5/5
Bestie, I’ve had with my girls anywhere. Complementary breakfast was delicious and had everything. James, who worked at the front desk was so polite and accommodating. It’s gorgeous inside and the see-through elevators are super fun for the kids. It felt safe, it’s a little on the older side and air conditioning could have been better, but it was lovely. We had a great time.
- 2/5
The rooms are in need of being redone or at least refreshed. The bathroom especially needs to be redone. Hinges had rust, flooring is very worn. If you put down a bathmat and open the door the door doesn't clear it. Worst of all was the fact you couldn't cool the room down as the air conditioning was turned off. The breakfast was very good.
- 3/5
The room was warmer even after we adjusted the temperature. There was condensation from the window and water from the sliding door. The bathroom is old. The shower water temperature was not accurate. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so the mirror was always foggy when someone showered and no air circulation in the bathroom. The pull out bed mattress was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
- 1/5
Dirty, food left in the fridge, spiders in the room, jacuzzi smelt like mildew, homeless man came into the breakfast area, cops there in the morning, keys wouldn’t work. Terrible time
- 5/5
Rooms are very dated and smell really bad. You can’t adjust the thermostat at all it won’t work so the room feels very stuffy. The beds are very noisy & uncomfortable. The pullout is unsleepable. You can feel all the springs in your back . The bathroom is super tiny. The worst part of it all was that when you’re showering the water will turn scalding hot or freezing cold just randomly out of nowhere so you’re not expecting it and it just gets you without warning. Very dangerous someone could easily end up with serious burns because of how hot the water came out. So be careful especially with little kids. The breakfast omelettes were good but they didn’t offer very much variety of other options. Honestly very limited food options compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at. To be honest this doesn’t feel like any Embassy I’ve ever stayed at . This embassy should be completely closed until a FULL REMODEL is done embassy suites should be embarrassed to have this location open in these conditions.
- 1/5
we stayed here exactly one year ago and it was fine. this time we stayed here for 2 nights and hated every moment. Front desk is unresponsive. No housekeeping service ….trash and dirty plates were out by the vending machines….stacks of unused furniture filled the hallway. It was just tacky. Our room the tv didnt work. the phone in the room was dead which should be a safety violation. the bathroom was dirty. when we were walking out i stopped at the front desk to ask about the phones and his response was some work and some dont. That was his answer! Just like everything else in the hotel. what a disappointment. We could have extended our stay at another hotel but i wanted to stay at embassy suites because it was so nice in 2024. We will never stay there again. The hotel texted twice asking how our stay was….finally on the second text they wanted me to rate our stay on a scale of 1-5. i wanted to give a zero. I explained ALL of our issues and didnt get a response. Not surprising after our digusting room and dirty surroundings
- 2/5
It was really hot and the building isn’t equipped for AC in certain temperatures
- 1/5
Charged me extra $84
- 1/5
To make matters worse, our toilet stopped working, and we were forced to move rooms at midnight, which is unacceptable after a long day of travel. Even more concerning, the phone in the room was not connected, and we were told this was “normal” due to ongoing renovations. Not having a working phone in the room, especially during an issue late at night, felt unsafe and unprofessional. Renovations are not an excuse for unsanitary conditions or non-functioning basic amenities. This hotel is in serious need of proper maintenance and cleanliness standards. I would not recommend staying here
- 5/5
Great staff
- 1/5
The last room you ended up with one seeing it during the daylight the bathroom door closed because it was so swollen up for water damage.
- 3/5
we were asking for sofa bed blanket , they couldn’t provide it without responding to us . Room was dirty , without table in the bedroom . We had to ask switching to different room next day .
- 1/5
This was by far the worst experience Ive had at an embassy suites location. Bathrooms out dated beds old and uncomfortable felt like sleeping on box spring. I should have complained for discount rooms was not cleaned had to ask for towels and garbage pick up.
- 2/5
Additionally, we couldn’t called the front desk from the room because the phone was not working.
- 1/5
Had to change rooms three times , and no heat tube was dirty .I would like to ask for some type of refund thank you
- 2/5
The tub faucet was leaking hot water; making the room HUMID as soon as you walked in. I had to close the door so the humidity was contained in the restroom with the fan on. I let management know the next day and they said they couldn’t put me in a new room til rooms were available after checkout.
- 2/5
The hotel is very run down. The food was okay, the coffee was cold, but had a good variety of cold beverages. The room needs to be refurbished. The shower needs to be repainted. The bed linen was torn, towels were stained. The property needs to be redone. Thanks.
- 2/5
The room was in very poor condition and no essentials were provided. No clock-paper towels-eating utensils, safe was disabled, bath door was bent and not closable. Worst room we have ever stayed in at Embassy Suites. Staff was fine.
- 2/5
The room was dirty, the bed was old, loud (broken bed springs) and otherwise uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again. Additionally the bathroom floor was dirty door was poorly painted and the bathtub leaked onto the floor.
- 4/5
Our room had a distinct mildew smell, and there must have been a moisture problem because the siding door hardware was very rusted.
- 4/5
Service was great
- 1/5
ROOM….. The bed is in terrible condition; the frame is broken, and all the metal parts are sticking out. It creaked with every movement. I called the front desk, and they said they already knew about it but couldn't do anything at the moment because the hotel was full.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. But the room needed some improvements. The stuff was amazing! It looks like they're under some renovation so hopefully it'll get better.
- 2/5
Water flooding the floor in bathroom poop on the toilet bowl seat they did not dump the trash from the prior guest with dirty diapers and baby wipes filled. I have photos if you would like for me to send them.
- 1/5
I was going to just let the things that happened during our visit go, but what really pushed me over the edge was being on hold for almost an hour with no one checking in or giving me an update about my lost bag. The first issue we ran into was that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this location. However the Jacuzzi was still available, so while we were there we saw a HUGE dead cockroach next to the jacuzzi. When I asked the front desk to get it cleaned up, we waited there for about 15 minutes, but no one ever came, so we ended up leaving the area. The heater also wasn’t working properly; I understand it’s on a rotation after speaking with the front desk, but it was still inconvenient, making the rooms a bit uncomfortable at night, causing condensation to leak onto the floor from the windows. The phones in the room also didn’t work, along with our key cards that stopped working multiple times — three times total — which just added to the frustration. After everything, I just felt really disappointed because this isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly.
- 2/5
The first room we were given, the lights didn't work. The room we were moved to had several areas that were damaged. Paint peeling, dirty curtains, emergency speaker partially hanging on wall, shower head loose so water sprayed the roof. The room was in horrible shape for the price paid.
- 1/5
No heater!!! Came back from Disney around 11pm to find our room at 62 degrees. My 4 year old was freezing. Maintenance brought us a small portable heater which helped for about 20 minutes until it shut off the power in our room! Maintenance left at midnight so guess what we had to do? Switch rooms at midnight with a sleeping 4 year old. We were told this room wouldn’t trip the circuit lol so for 3 nights we had to sleep with this tiny heater next to our bed and move it around wherever we went especially after showers. Cold water, musty smell throughout the hotel and room. Aweful hotel who won’t tell you they have no heater.Couldnt get a refund either
- 1/5
The entire Hotel was extremely dirty! We changed rooms 3-times due to uncleanness. The only thing good was the breakfast & the morning restaurant staff they were wonderful. Do NOT recommend this location at all!!
- 4/5
Was good only thing was out ac didn’t work so luckily it was a cool night cus if it was summer it would have sucked.
- 3/5
Recommend the omelettes
- 1/5
2. Room never cooled down had to have to box fans brought in. 3. Floor was dusty 4. insects 5. Shower curtain not properly weighed down 6. No screen door on the balcony door. 7. Iron board bent 8. Dresser in bedroom loose and shakes. 9. Only 1 Plug by the bed works 10. Not 1 clock in the room 11. 730am fire alarm would go off 12. Never came to clean the room or put new sheets and we asked a number of times. Until the 5th day we got towels and restroom was slightly clean 13:same dirty sheets were on the bed for all 7 days
- 4/5
This place was good for the money so don’t expect a new building or top of the line
- 1/5
A cockroach was found in our first room I called front desk and they gave us another room. Our next room had broken outlets/outlet covers, dirty stained curtains, shower tub wouldn’t drain the water and lastly the fire alarm kept going off yet no one seemed to care for it but no announcements were mentioned to know if needed to take action or to ignore. Overall very unhappy with our stay.
- 5/5
The rooms where clean and spacious. Made to order breakfast is excellent.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, things were broken.
- 4/5
We needed an easy access, no nonsense hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and oversized. Parking was easy, with no extra fees.
- 1/5
We checked with the office three times before checking in - to make sure our baby had a crib available. They said they did, that they would put it in our room. We checked in and waited an hour before being told there was no crib . So my husband had to go out at 9 at night to buy a crib, RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP available.sp
- 3/5
The property, while ideally located, is past its prime. Lights didn't work, chipped paint, doors that wouldn't open properly.
- 1/5
Already spoke with Expedia representative and explained everything in details
- 1/5
The hotel is doing a construction and starts at 9 am and they don’t care about customers complaining. The construction will be until April 2026 . The notice you hear from your room is terrible. Also at the parking lot at night there are some weird people hang out there and it’s feels super unsafe. I won’t recommend it staying here .
- 3/5
Room old but expected for cost, have a video of a small roach I found when turning on the lights in the morning, rooms do not have their own separate air control but one master on that is on a schedule. The tempt gauge in the room is for aesthetic purposes only. If you do need a heater front seat will give you an old plug in one.. even for the promo e I don’t think it was worth pri
- 3/5
Can't stay here in the winter; they don't turn on the heating system unless the weather temps drop below 50, which is rare in OC. So, no heat in late November.
- 5/5
Price was good, Location was good, breakfast was excellent for my family of 5 and suite was clean and was spacious for all 5 of us.
- 5/5
clean room
- 1/5
Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. I opened the sliding door to try to air it out, but it made no difference. The room was extremely hot, so before heading to Downtown Disney, we turned on the air conditioner in hopes that the room would cool down by bedtime. Unfortunately, it never did. When we returned that evening and attempted to have our kids shower for the night, we discovered that there was no hot water and almost no water pressure. My teenage daughter was unable to rinse shampoo out of her hair and needed help from my wife. Both of our children were forced to take cold showers, which was unacceptable and uncomfortable. The heat in the room was unbearable; my wife, daughter, and son were so hot they were unable to sleep because of the temperature. To make matters worse, there was visible water damage in the bathroom, which raised concerns about possible mold exposure. In addition, when I turned on the air conditioner you could see the dust and cob webs blowing out of the duct. There was no bedding for the sofa bed for my son in the room, when I asked all we were provid
- 4/5
Overall, I had a great stay.
- 2/5
I was expecting superior room and service and both were definitely sub par. We got there for a church event and were unable to comfortably shower for 3 days due to the water being scalding hot. I notified the front desk and asked them to please send someone up and fix that because it was dangerously hot and there was no water pressure in the sink making it difficult to brush our teeth and wash our face and no one came by until I complained a second time. Will not be staying here in the future
- 1/5
Do not stay here, they have mold in their rooms!
- 1/5
If I can give no stars..I definitely would. Where do I begin. My partner and I drove out from Arizona to see some family for the holiday and from the moment we walked into the room we booked, it was a HUGE surprise and not in a good way. First room smelled like paint/toxic chemicals and was extremely humid when we walked in. I walked into the restroom and there was paint dripped on the floor and on the amenities/toiletries. I then went down to the front desk to request a new room because that just isn’t a healthy environment (as far as air quality goes) to stay in and especially sleep in. Got to the second room and that’s where I knew we probably weren’t going to get anywhere as far as quality for the money I spent goes. We walked in and it was humid and it smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The cherry on top of the cake was my girlfriend finding the black mold on the baseboard (I have pictures). After going back down to the lobby and requesting another room to avoid inhaling the black mold and looking at two more rooms. The smell and condition from every single one of them was the same: Cigarette smell, mildew smell, humidity, and not to mention the stains on the drapes. I didn’t want my girlfriend sleeping in a condition such as that, so we left and went to another hotel who took amazing care of us and helped us save money since the Embassy suites isn’t going to refund my total of around $550 for another 7-14 business days. I have pictures of everything. Avoid this place!
- 4/5
Good location. Really glad they eliminated the in out gate procedure.
- 5/5
The hotel left a very good impression: a clean and comfortable room, attentive staff, and tasty breakfasts. The quiet, cozy atmosphere and well-maintained common areas made the stay pleasant. I would be happy to return again.
- 4/5
bed is broken
- 1/5
The room was outdated and dirty. We called multiple times for additional towels and never received any. Our upstairs neighbors were smoking cigarettes from their balcony and dropping the buds on ours. The only thing that made this stay decent was the breakfast. It is buffet style not like it is advertised on here. 0/5
- 1/5
There was no heat and we were never told when we checked in. People with kids came out asking why they would do such a thing. Only one representative at night and he could not provide any explanation.
- 1/5
Room.
- 4/5
Room clean. Staff nice.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good the room did smell pretty moist
- 2/5
I payed extra for a balcony and didn’t get it. I asked the front desk and she said that balcony rooms were unavailable and I couldn’t get refunded for the difference. Besides that, the rooms are newly painted and stains everywhere. I was here for a night and working at nearby. I’ll make sure I won’t come back here.
- 1/5
Looked like mold on the walls, housekeeping was way below par, room was dirty, poor customer service. Not at all what I have experienced at other Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Clean room and beautiful hotel.
- 3/5
The room and overall property appeared poorly maintained. There was no phone in the room, requiring us to visit the front desk in person for any needs or concerns. The pullout sofa had exposed coils, and the only solution offered by management was an additional blanket to place over them. We also arrived to no towels, and housekeeping did not service the room once during our three-day stay. Additionally, three of the five elevators were out of service for most of our visit, and parking became extremely difficult after 9 p.m. At no point did management offer a meaningful resolution to these issues.
- 3/5
The rooms were musty and I fear riddled with mold. Electrical outlets were loose. They need an upgrade.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
The receptionist was unfriendly and dismissive. One room key did not work and the lock was defective. We had to go down 3 times and finally had to yank the handle up and then down very quickly to open the door before the lock would reingage. The bathtub was peeling, the cabinet doors were crooked and hard to open, and the thermostat was not working - we were cold that night.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Muy bonito y limpio
- 5/5
Yes it was great
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Carpet was stinking. Very low quality.
- 1/5
I had to changed room 4 times due to rooms issues. Not sure if I will book at the same hotel again.
- 1/5
Found hair on the bathroom tub and on bed.
- 2/5
sink was clogged the whole time and had dirt and other things coming up. The elevator buttons also didn’t always work. We would press our floor number and it wouldn’t light up and keep going past the floor we pressed. The staff was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 2/5
It was a terrible experience, the room's air conditioning was broken, the bed was crooked with a sunken mattress, they didn't clean the room, and the money I paid as a deposit upon arrival still hasn't been refunded to my debit card.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
A/C was not working And heat was on too high! Kept- turning it off and it would come back on!
- 3/5
The on site restaraunt was fine. We didn't get to use the airport shuttle since it didn't operate early enough for out flight. Breakfast also wasn't an option since we left too early. The staff was very accommodating with all the issues we had.
- 2/5
I couldn’t get room service despite my requests. The air conditioning/heating didn’t work properly. The front desk didn’t answer their phone. The internet connection was very poor and unreliable. The elevators were not operating sometimes. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have stayed there many times before over the years. But, this is the second time in a row that I have been very disappointed.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 1/5
Upon Informing the staff, absolutely no concern or consideration was shown. I have had breathing difficulties since my stay and have sought medical attention.
- 4/5
The bathroom was dirty.
- 1/5
Smells very bad
- 5/5
Large room with living room, perfect for family. Great Breakfast . The only issues were the cleanliness of the room and the unpleasant smell.
- 4/5
I enjoyed everything at the hotel except the condition of the property. It was pretty run down. Looks like the last time any renovations were done was in the 1990’s.
- 2/5
I asked 3 times during our 5 day stay for our room to be cleaned and it never was and we had to buy a fan because the AC wasnt cooling
- 4/5
The rooms are quite old. If facilities will be renovated that will be excellent. But breakfast is great.
- 3/5
Room had some signs of being dated. Toiket did not flush well. Food was good and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The place is in need of renovation and from the signage up around the lobby it appears they are about to start a facelift. Included breakfast was great. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The room’s bathroom was beaten up and tired, with chipped paint, uneven flooring. The room was not throughly cleaned before we arrived, with a bit of food crumbs remaining on floor under desk and a discarded (or lost) contact lens on the bathroom counter. Airport shuttle did not start working until 9 AM so that was a disappointment as we chose the hotel for that amenity and then could not use it since we needed to be at the airport by 8:30 AM. Overall not a bad value, but don’t expect greatness.
- 2/5
The air conditioner did not work, they had some one supposedly fix it still didnt work. Gave us a fan. We asked for another one and they said they didnt have anymore. When asked for toilet paper we had to walk to front desk to get it ourself. Front desk people not friendly at all..
- 1/5
Worst stay I ever had in any hotel, ever.
- 1/5
Reserved a 2 queen beds room for my family of 4 up on arrival they told me my room was not available due to anwater leak, so they gave us 2 rooms and separated not even next to each other my son was having a karate tournament next day and he need it to sleep well which did not happened. Well i tried to sleep in one room but it was to humed water on the floor next to the bed and the balcony, shower foucet was making leaking noise so we all ended up sleeping in one room i reported the issues next morning i went and check just for curiosity and problems were still there, so i would not recommend this place
- 2/5
Yes, the room had dirty bed linens, the carpet smelled bad, and the bathroom was dirty.
- 5/5
Great staff

The room was ok and it has chill , they are big so housekeeping has lot of people to help.
- 1/5
On top of that, there was a leak in the room, and even after reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. For a hotel I used to trust, this stay was incredibly frustrating and far below expectations. I truly hope management takes these issues seriously because this was unacceptable.
- 5/5
I was really surprised by the bad reviews hotel has gotten. Yes, it needs a lot of upgrades, yes the elevator has some issues, yes we have to practically kick the door to get it open (my family and i made a joke out of it) however for the price we pay, the rooms are super spacious, suite type of room, indoor heated pool, a breakfast that makes other hotels breakfasts like a joke (they make you omelets to order for free), AND 2 drinks with snacks for dinner. Do you understand how much money you save with that alone? For a family of 5 that's A LOT of savings. So yes the room doesn't look upgraded, looks old needing repairs, but it's all things you can ignore and enjoy your huge inexpensive room while drinking a free margarita with a pretty cool inside view of hotel

Our reservation had noted that we needed a crib, we confirmed at checkin that they saw the note and would bring the crib right up. After 2 more more attempt to get a crib they let us know they did not have one. This was almost 8pm when our baby was exhausted and had no safe place to sleep. If we knew at check in we would have had time to go purchase a travel crib they

Front desk staff was professional. The Shuttle driver was friendly and he made our trip to the airport stress free. The breakfast Omelette was great!
- 1/5
I’m very disappointed with this hotel. The first room they gave me smelled like pee, as soon as you open the door, the smell of pee just hit me. The second room that they gave me was better than the first room, but dirty. The air that came out of the vent smelled like burnt wood. The tub was plugged, so you basically take a shower and you’re swimming in your own pee water.

Didnt have as many options as it used to

Hotel was dated, elevators not working, bathroom showers leaked and rusty and old. There was no room service. only every other day. Their breakfast for weekdays ended at 9:00am which was way too early. The only positive was their breakfast, staff was nice and their happy hour.
- 5/5
Our stay was very pleasant. We are booked again to stay overnight in a few days once again.
- 3/5
The room smelled a little like mold and was very dated.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, great food.
- 3/5
Staff was very kind, the only good representation of the Hilton brand. The elevators are either out of order or slow/buttons don’t light up/overcrowded. This time of year the HVAC is on “neutral” so neither heat nor AC is available, my room was 65-69 the whole time, which is too cold for me! (front desk gave me addl blankets.) Every fixture in the room is worn, dated, broken, or shabby. The mini fridge wasn’t cold. The bedside phone didn’t work at all. Housekeeping never came over 4 days (they are expected to come every other day so at least day 2 or 3 of my stay they should have been in). Breakfast buffet is plentiful but the chafing dishes for eggs, potatoes, sausage don’t stay hot. And it’s always cottage potatoes and sausage links, no variety. Overall just a sad Hilton property, hope they do a massive overhaul or just scrap it altogether
- 3/5
2. Elevators work with luck, modt of them are stuck.
- 1/5
At check i was told there was no water n itll be an hour before its turned back on. I got into the room and the room felt damp. The air felt wet. I took my shoes off and the entite carpet was soaking wet. I then went to take a shower but there was so much lime build up the water barley came out. This was seriously the worst hotel room i have ever had. Will not go back ever.
- 2/5
The staff is nice enough. But we requested the rooms to have sheets changed twice and you could tell they weren’t. Our room was infested with roaches, all over the bathroom walls and in the main room. It just felt disgusting.
- 4/5
Great breakfast! Excellent selection. I was disappointed that the bathroom needed repairs desperately! Floor and baseboards unfinished. Balcony door was full of construction debris and hard to open. Old sandbags left on balcony. Otherwise, beds very comfortable. Room just needs some TLC.
- 1/5
This was not only my worst ever stay at an Embassy Suites, by far, but was actually one of my worst hotel stays ever. If you want details you can email or call me.
- 2/5
It doesn’t have any heat system and thatss not clean
- 2/5
This hotel needs a major update. I upgraded to the balcony room but the furniture is all old and dinged up, room has an odd stale sour smell to it, had to ask the sheets to get changed due to stains (the lady who helped us changed the sheets was very nice and friendly) phone was broken and there was a wet sour smelling male boxer brief that was left on the table. The spa was lukewarm and the people sitting in it kept asking for the heat to be turned up. The best part of the hotel was the buffet breakfast which was really good and the evening reception in the bar, bartenders were very nice. I probably would stay at a different hotel just bc the room was so outdated.
- 2/5
Bathroom floors we're discolored, there were stains everywhere throughout bathroom and bedroom. Everything looked old and when. Pillows were lumpy and old. I was afraid to look under mattress to check for bed bugs. Food was subpar. Entertainment on TV was super minutes. Floor was dusty and not clean.
- 5/5
Fantastic 😍
- 1/5
2 or 3 were working and there were so many people at the hotel that the wait to get up or down was quite long. I could have got past the elevator issue, but the room condition was unacceptable and I probably will never chose to stay at an Embassy Suites again. I felt ill from staying in that room (room 514). Avoid this place.
- 2/5
Furnitures are old. Bedsheets were torn. Requested for room service but no room service was ever done. Room smelled like smoke. Elevator very slow. The key cards also somehow stopped working so had to get new ones.
- 1/5
First of all place was horrible never stay here. It was so disgusting. It almost feels like crackheads come and spend the night here to be honest the room smelled like mold & smoke & ass. I asked for a baby crib and it was disgusting and broken like they don’t even care and they still charge me for the stay. Never again.
- 2/5
on arrival at 2:45 pm, rude receptionist noting that she could not check anyone in for another 15 minutes. While waiting, I used a restroom near the reception: the smell was awful -- trash had not been emptied. Elevators were dirty. I had opted for a room with a balcony which was a higher fee: it was dirty, bare, and cold. The temperature was freezing and fan did not turn off. Breakfast was late starting with reduced items. This used to be a great hotel used by several of my company employees. It is a shame. Rates have increased but value has decreased.
- 3/5
The room was great
- 3/5
Room could use an upgrade
- 2/5
I called to ask for an earlier shuttle a few days in advance and was placed on hold for literally 40 minutes by the front desk I have no idea why. No exception to the time was given when I requested. Someone texted me to ask how things were but then never responded. No bedding for the hideabed plus the room phone didn't work so I had to go all the way downstairs from the eighth floor to ask for some. Breakfast is insanely good so that's a plus. If you're not counting on the shuttle or worried about service it could probably be fine here.
- 5/5
Property was under construction… was unable to sleep past 8am because they were working on the room next to ours. Our room had a strong fresh paint smell and leaving the back door open did not provide enough fresh air. We woke up the next morning with headaches.
- 3/5
Cleanliness, food, room service.
- 3/5
Was a great stay but condition and cleanliness was a bit lacking. If you are heading to Disney, pay a little more for the walking distance
- 1/5
The room sucked and I would blender recommended this hotel to stay in. The breakfast was fabulous. The air conditioning was horrible, so hot to sleep in we opened the door but the noise was horrendous that we could not sleep. The furniture in the room wasn’t even comfortable. Hated that we had to spend another night in this room. Don’t stay here, go somewhere else!
- 4/5
It was ok.
- 5/5
Love the amenities. Definitely coming back.
- 1/5
The staff was very cooperative with a refund and treated me fairly and respectfully.
- 4/5
Khaled was very helpfully . Room are ok not the best . Pillow are terrible. Breakfast good .i will stay again but i will ask for new pillow before
- 3/5
This hotel is under renovation. The rooms were not clean. Extremely dated. Elevators questionable.
- 2/5
There’s a sign saying that they’re remodeling, but this place should be closed and gutted so travelers don’t need to endure the shabby, smelly rooms. The first room I got had the overwhelming smell of mold or mildew so I requested another. The second room was just as bad. I suspect the smell is coming from the HVAC system - it is unpleasant and overpowering. The room itself had beat up, spartan furniture and a nightstand drawer that insisted on rolling open. I’ll look for different accommodations the next time I’m in the area.

We found roaches and nail clippings in the restroom and smelled like urine as soon as we get walked in. This was our first day checked in. The a/c unit was not working. The room was warm and the front desk was no help. We had to sleep in a warm room for 2 nights. The pillows were in 3 different pieces. If I can give them no stars I would.
- 2/5
Got sick after eating breakfast
- 2/5
Remote for living room TV did not work, cable for bedroom TV wasn’t working so technician came and showed us how to ‘jiggle it’ until it worked. TV does not have any apps on it so no Netflix etc available. Technician said it should be added in the future. Bathtub did not drain. Expensive room for what they provided. Staff was kind & courteous.
- 1/5
They never clean my room
- 1/5
I couldn’t even stay one night. They made me wait a long time before check-in because the room wasn’t ready, and they kept telling me “just 10 more minutes,” which turned out to be untrue. In the end, I was only refunded half of the money I paid for an entire week. They claimed it was because I didn’t cancel in advance, but how could I? I had no way of knowing how poor the room conditions and service would be until I arrived. My family was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean
- 4/5
The building is old but it still has some charm and old characteristics that make it pleasant. I didn’t appreciate the parking fee I usually don’t fall for that but I was unable to find a safe parking around. I definitely would consider staying there again. Traveled with kids they enjoyed the pool but noticed the need for serious cleaning around the pool area. Didn’t go for breakfast but the kids thought it was good.
- 2/5
Upon the return from dinner went to check in and the room tha was assigned was subpar. Various areas smelled like urine including sheets and courtains. The bathroom door was wilted from water. Tub plug was removed, mold on the shelf, etc. Also, couch seats stained and scratches on the door.
- 4/5
The breakfast had a nice variety and it was great to have them make you a hot breakfast right in front of you. Only downside was that some of the cooks did not know how the tickets that they give out for breakfast worked and did not want to make our whole parties breakfast because of that. We did let the front desk know that they gave us a hard time in front of other guests in line and did short us 2 breakfast servings. The front desk said they would look into it but we heard nothing about it afterwards. Again, overall the hotel is really nice. They have a beautiful set up that feels relaxing and fun, the rooms are nice and the front desk staff as well as the maintenance people were very nice. Only issues were the cleanliness and the one cook.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and felt old. It smelled and the breakfast was not to what embassy suites standards should be. The managers reception is a joke with a 2 drink minimum and what felt like kids snacks as the option to munch on while having 2 drinks
- 5/5
Super good breakfast. Easy check in. Room was nice.
- 3/5
The bathroom shower was leaking even though the guy from reception said the room had just been renovated. The room also didn’t have a fridge. There was space for it but again the guy said they forgot to put it back cause it was renovated.
- 5/5
Property is under renovation

Arrived at the hotel and greeted by a homeless person at the door. The guy at the front desk had an attitude. The bed was impossible to sleep on the rooms were dirty or dingy just run down looking. Staff at breakfast was great and friendly and that’s about the only plus side of my whole stay there

- 4/5
Cons:The building is very run down. The breakfast buffet is lacking. We stay at a lot of Embassy hotels and this one has the least to offer than any we've ever stayed at.
- 2/5
Complained to hotel staff that bathroom towels were dirty /wet left by prior guests among other issues. No response at all for more than 2 days including asking specifically for manager to reach out to mFinally got someone to get me into
- 3/5
The rooms were not as clean and fresh as we would have liked. The bathroom was dusty in the corners with grime caked to the wall. There was also toilet tissue stuffed in the fan of the bathroom which was odd.
- 2/5
The first room I was assigned had a large area of the carpet outside the bathroom soaking wet. I complained and was assigned another room. The new room's toilet would not flush. It took all day and two visits to the desk to have maintenance unclog the toilet. Neither room's TVs worked. In the second room, most of the USB ports did not work. None of the lamp outlets worked; I had to use a wall plug. The shower fixtures worked but the temperature control valve had a continuous leak. The bathroom door bottom was rotted and falling apart. The elevator buttons did not reliably light up and in one of the elevators, my floor did not work at all. My first evening, I could not call an elevator and had to use the other side's elevator. I don't know why it didn't work just that evening. Embassy Suites used to be a premium brand. This place is falling apart, literally. The only two good experiences I had was that the breakfast was very good and the bed/sheets were clean and comfortable. Every other aspect was very low grade.
- 4/5
I like staying at these hotels because the rooms have two separate sleeping areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was really good.
- 4/5
Water pressure in the shower was more like a trickle from a leaky sink. Horrible.
- 5/5
The employees are so friendly the room was amazing I will be back
- 2/5
Poor maintenance and outdated fixtures. Dining options consist of a vending machine.
- 2/5
Bed sheets were dirty, bathroom’s door not functional .
- 2/5
we enjoyed the staff and breakfast. However the room was very bad there were old stains on the sheets and pillows I asked multiple times for someone to bring new stuff up and they never did. The shower wouldn’t stop running water holes throughout the room. A bunch of dust all around the room which was bad for child since he has asthema overall the room was terrible. I also got food from restaurant which was very gross. Chicken was undercooked and the steak was rubbery. I told the staff they said I won’t be charged but seen a charge on my card.
- 1/5
The property was very old. Every room smelled musty. The service was OK. Everything was broken. The bed stain. The sofas were squeaky and hard. The wall was falling apart. It look like it had mold in the restroom.
- 4/5
Room was cold, contacted customer service but no help. Uncomfortable all night, could not adjust temp due to old AC system per customer service.
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarettes which was horrible because my child is autistic and her sensory to smell is very high she was crying when she walked in the room for us to leave. The beds made so much room ever single time you moved even just a little bit. The bathroom looked very small and cluttered I didn’t feel safe letting my child shower there was holes in the bathroom door and just looked very dirty. There was security running across the lobby when I was checking in and outside like something was definitely going on. I was very unhappy with my stay and could even sleep of have a comfortable night.
- 5/5
Great staff and super convenient to the airport. The property is older but it worked for the night!
- 4/5
Old property and needs updating Ice machines need to be on every floor and indise where it is safe not outside the stairwell door. It's scary when dark out there so I did not get ice.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t ready until 6:15pm, bed frame was broken, came back with take out to eat in the room, stopped in the lobby and asked to leave food at the front desk. Mistaken for door dash or Uber eats employee.
- 4/5
Overall, great experience!
- 3/5
Shuttle was a disaster, our room wasn’t that clean, the water never stopped running from the bath tub (hot water).
- 2/5
VERY BUSY WEEKEND. DESK IS UNDERSTAFFED, BUT AJ IS A SOLID HOST. BUILDING SHOWS AGE AND UPGRADES ARE DONE CHEAPLY. The ROOM SMELLED & THE SOFA IS WET FROM THE CLEANING SOLUTION. ALL THAT IS FINE. HOUSCLEANING IS HORRIBLE! OUR ROOM SERVICE LEFT THE PILE OF TOWEL I SET ASIDE. THEY DID NOT EMPTY THE TRASH, & DID NOT REPLACE ANY OF THE USED DRINKING GLASSES. THEY DID NOT REFILL THE EMPTY SHOWER GEL CONTAINER EVEN THOUGH I TOOK IT OFF AND PUT IT ON THE SINK. CUDOSE THEY DID REHJANG THE EMPTY BOTTLE! GO FIGURE. LAST, DOWN THE HALL, DIRTY DISHES AND A PAIR OF BLK SOCKS HAD BEEN LEFT THERE FOR 2.5 DAYS, SOCKS WERE STILL THERE AS I CHECKED OUT.
- 5/5
Everything was ok except a/c did not work
- 4/5
This is an older location so rooms are a little dated. Some cleaning issues with hair on floors, sinks, bath. My wife has stayed there a few nights for business and on different dates. Some rooms were nice and some were dingy and had an older odor. Accommodations are nice and staff is very friendly. Price is good especially with breakfast offered.
- 4/5
There was construction on the street during my stay. I would still recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay the rooms where clean. The staff very friendly.
- 3/5
The rooms all look run down. The property itself need s a face lift. Probably will not book again.
- 5/5
Ice machine not available in my floor
- 3/5
Cleaning of the room was not good only gave clean big towels and no face towels parking was full and had to pay $22 a day for parking and pillows was flat and floor was dirty
- 4/5
I didnt like waiting 5+ minutes for the elevator. It seemed like last year when I was there the same middle elevator was inoperable aslo. Being charged for a parking lot outside that belongs to the hotel. Just add it to the room cost.
- 4/5
The bed was squeaky and old. The bedsheet was not fitted properly to the bed. Has a pizza for dinner at the restaurant which was really bad.
- 3/5
The toilet bowl was filthy. Looked like it was not cleaned. The bathroom was very old and outdated. Out of 3 nights only once our bed was made. We had to ask for fresh towels. The AC temperature was not cold enough. The staff was good, they did take care of things once it was mentioned to them.
- 3/5
They were doing construction, which I understand, but the bin of dirty towels were left out in the hallways and trash was left out. There was no restaurant in the hotel, which, in previous stays, there was.
- 3/5
Beautiful place once walking in but hotel room was dirty tub had hair in it. You can tell it’s old first room they gave us we walked into and it hadn’t even been clean by room service yet second room was dirty on the tables and the tub had hair in it, and I took pictures And showed them downstairs. Breakfast was pretty basic eggs, cereal oatmeal they did have an omelette bar sausage seemed undercooked. Potatoes were undercooked. It was an average
- 1/5
On my second night, I returned to a dirty room and called for fresh towels. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again only to be told no one was available to deliver them and that I would have to come downstairs to get them. On the third night, I found the room uncleaned yet again and didn’t even bother calling. I went straight to the front desk for towels and once more explained what had happened for three consecutive nights. Each time, staff blamed housekeeping and said the manager would be informed, but I never received any follow-up. Adding to the frustration, I only parked on the property the first night but was charged for parking for my entire stay. I raised this issue and requested compensation for the experience, but despite being assured the manager would contact me, I received no communication and was billed in full. To make matters worse, on my third evening I ran out of toilet paper during the night because the room was never serviced. I had to call in the morning to request it. It’s clear why this hotel’s ratings are so low. The service was consistently poor, no accountability was taken, and my stay was extremely disappointing.
- 3/5
I thought the staff and breakfast team were great, very friendly and easy to talk with. The room was great, clean. Even the guests in the hotel were all very kind which made it feel safe. The only down is the room we were out in was in the corner on the floor that was having construction done. So felt like we were staying in a closed off part of the hotel with couches and tables stacked up outside our door and the door to the outside propped open with tools. It wasn’t bad, just a different vibe than the rest of the hotel. Overall, worked out great for a little weekend in California and was safe and easy to travel to and from.
- 5/5
Great place , perfect location
- 2/5
Checking in was smooth and the lady was very kind. However, The room was outdated. The bed was horrible! not only was it hard, the sheets were rough and any time you moved the bed squeeked. You can also hear the traffic on the freeway and a train near by. I've stayed at better motel 6's.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The service is not good I asked for towels all that time till I actually got one.in my bathroom it was very dirty I didn't like it. Some inspo all needs do better

Dirty bathrooms and clogged tub drain
- 1/5
This property of the worst of all Embassy hotels I have stayed in the last 25 years.
- 3/5
No...the bathroom was in terriblecondition
- 1/5
Staff was rude, no towels, no ac and elevators weren’t working
- 2/5
We pay a decent amount to stay at hotels and when we do we expect it to at least be clean, with that being said, it was not. The bed sheets and skirt looked like it hadn’t even been changed out, the floor had piles of dirt as if they forgot to sweep it up, the hotel rooms themselves are super outdated and over the stay was super uncomfortable and I definitely would not be returning to this embassy suites!
- 2/5
The breakfast experience was terrible. Long line for omelette the whole time breakfast was open. Chairs and tables were limited, orange juice was terrible. The room was humid the whole time. Ac did not work how it was suppose to. Overall , wont be staying at this place again
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We have stayed at this hotel many times before, but this place is a dump now. The hotel was dirty, there were no towels for the pool for two days, and to top it all off, there was no coffee on Monday for breakfast. The elevators were also not working properly, and three of the five were out of service.
- 4/5
Pet friendly, family ftiendly. Staff services need more professional- oriented
- 3/5
Bathroom is not great. rest is all nice
