It was very dirty. At the breakfast there were pancake drippings all down the side of the cabinet, and you could see under things was not cleaned. The need more variation on their breakfast.

Had to go to a different hotel because of medical condition ( lung ) . Very disappointing. Showed us 3 different rooms including away from elevator and all smelled of smoke ( and not a little ).

Great price, the room was clean and comfortable. When I arrived, three Police officers pulled in and rushed inside the building. Also, my room was right next to the front desk and you could hear everything. Lastly, there were no towels in the room and he had to take some from another room to give to me because they were all dirty.

Room was clean enough but the breakfast was definitely the most pitiful I've seen. Also no hair dryer in room and only 1 trashcan in bathroom.

Really nice location off the 45 By-pass area- quiet and less congested than on the Casey Jones side. Nice room- great price. Right next door to Cracker Barrel-very convenient. Our new go-to spot in Jackson.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. In need of some serious improvements! Towels with stains, shower drain backing up. Ours was an adjoining room and the handle of the door looked broken. The flooring not completely finished. Lighting dim and the blankets with stains. People in next room loud, very noisy.

Location and price Too stringint on check in/out times. Policy where if you check in at 9am, you have to c/o by midnight. Never heard of that policy at any hotel I've stayed at B4. Regardless, I choose to stay at this location when in need of accommodations.

The bathroom shower was one of the best that we had on this trip. The front parking lot was being repaved during our stay. Even with the curtains drawn tightly the parking lot lights glare lit up our room since we faced the front. There was almost nothing available for breakfast (two types of cereal, milk and two small blueberry muffins) when we sat down to eat at 7:30.

Price was perfect and the staff is always very nice to me I don't have any dislikes

A couple of cigarette burns on the blankets. A couple of cockroaches, but it is ok because they have a couple of visible traps on the bench near the window. Hey they are trying to catch them. The breakfast was basic. Frosted flakes, fruity pebbles, a muffin, and coffee.

The staff was very polite, and customer service was good. The building was secure for the most part. I wasn't scared for my safety or my kid's safety. The location is actually great you are surround by all kinds of stores and places to eat. Plenty of option in close proximity to the hotel. The pillows are the beds was the best pillows I have ever felt. The beds are as hard as concrete. The base of the bed is metal so every time you turn it sounded like thunder. The bedding had burnt marks all over it despite it being in a non-smoking room. The room was decent however the bathroom had only one light which was the mirror. This light wasn't effective enough to be the primary light. There was no hairdryer provided. The fridge barely worked and the turntable for the microwave didn't spin. There are absolutely no maid services. They do not clean your room daily. I booked for 4 people and was only provided 2 towels. Only provided one roll of single ply toilet paper for a week stay with 4 people. The elevator smelled like marijuana most of the time. They cut the internet off at 10pm every night. The cable was okay but really not any good channels in our opinions. The breakfast consists of a gallon of shared milk, two different types of cereal in a dispenser, a limited number of muffins and toast. During my stay at this hotel, I debated daily on swapping hotels, but I didn't due to the fact of I already paid for the stay. I however did leave a day early because my children got done with their state testing, we were there for.

I didn't like anything!! They were vacuuming at 8:00 am in the morning!!! Very unacceptable plus we seen a few bugs Cleaner restrooms. Towels were disgusting. Bugs.

I was in rm 124 when taking a shower the drainage is slow and it fills up but other than that it was a great experience

We then just requested a refund. He didn't argue much about it. And he said he would issue a refund. He stated how they have great rates compared to other hotels in the area. He then says we have to contact Expedia for a refund. I requested a receipt and he gave me a paper that I later learned was not an actual receipt for my refund. It was something the host came up with just to pretend to fix the situation. I worked with Expedia and was unable to get my money back. This was a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend this hotel if cleanliness is important to you.

Took a few minutes to get checked in, but it seems like these computers are starting to slow down everywhere now a days. The room was a little cramped, but it was clean and served the reason why I chose to stay. Convenient location for restaurants, cracker barrel is right next door and less than a mile away is longhorn steakhouse. The only downside I noticed was, you can hear the traffic going on interstate 40, other than that it was quiet.

Definitely an older feeling no frills place to stay. Not as clean as I'm used to but cheap enough to make me stay. The breakfast was stale muffins and cereal.

The staff tried to make us pay a $50 cash deposit for smoking even though we clearly stated we don’t smoke. And said that we would get it back the next day and said they wouldn’t accept a card! The room was pretty disgusting mainly the fridge but I definitely won’t be staying here ever again and do not recommend anyone to stay here unless u are desperate and have nowhere else.

They didn’t have up to date rooms available, we stayed in a room that was scheduled for maintenance. Sink did t drain in kitchenette, cupboards were falling off the wall, refrigerator was solid with ice and quit working day three. We were in a non-smoking room and floor but the two adjacent room guests were smoking anyway including hallway and staircase. The above had children that were running until 1244 am making it unable to sleep.

Found a bed bug so we left

The property was not clean! We only needed it for a few hours of rest while driving, but that was to long there. We didn’t even brother to take a shower at the hotel because of the filth. Also extension cords running through out the room and the absence of the smoke detector.

Staff was very friendly, attentive. Whole place needed a deep cleaning. 1wash cloth and 1 hand towel for a 2 queen bedroom. No chair in the room. No USB outlets. Dining area minimal and dirty.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was completely filthy, and there was a roach on the wall in my room.This place is gross!!

Our room was clean and comfy. Only thing negative i would say is that there were stains on the ceiling and texture was peeling off in a place or two. Check in was easy and quick. Last minute reservation for a family funeral.

Ive never in my life been to a hotel with signs up saying you can't have a guest in your room and theyll be asked to leave. The place is embarrassingly.small and unclean anyway.so who would bring a guest but the audacity of it is just beyond me..

It was very close to the interstate and we were on the road side so we could hear the highway noise all night long. There was also a few people loitering around high or drunk when we checked in. Would have been kinda scary if I would’ve been alone. But it got us off the road for a few hours for cheap so it served it’s purpose.

Breakfast is virtually non-existent and when it is gone it is not replenished, as commented in other reviews. Room in poor state of repair - table with broken leg for example. All areas of motel looked filthy. Can't believe this place hasn't been condemned by public health authorities. Spend a few dollars more and go somewhere else!

Great choice for the price. I felt pet fee was extreme considering there was no carpet in the rooms.

I made a reservation for a Suite, that was available on their site. Got there to check in, it wasn't available, they put me on a much smaller room that wasnt properly clean, no safety lock on the door, ( used the microwave to help block the door). Poor water pressure in the shower, staff wasnt helpful, the proper poorly maintained, this was once a nice Hotel, close to the highway, nice landscaping and food places, now its no different than a truck stop..

The outside of the hotel has been updated but inside isn't in the best condition. The smell of Marijuana was strong walking in, in the elevators, and I woke up to the smell in my non-smoking room because someone was smoking in the hall or their room. Not very pleasant - had to run the fan for awhile to clear it out. I wouldn't recommend.

I asked for more towels because they gave me 2 and it was 2 people in the room. The counter guy said I couldn’t get but two more. First of all, the towels are in poor state. Rough and I wouldn’t use them to wipe off my truck let alone my butt. It was a cheap motel feel and if you’re just laying down and leaving, good to do. But definitely not for a long stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Stay was just one night stopover on the way to Kentucky.

The property is very dated but kept decent. When we arrived they charged me a fee for early arrival. We left the hotel for a little while and when we returned we did not have any water. When they finally got the water running, we did not have any hot water. I had to purchase a room at a different hotel to shower. They did not compensate in anyway for the inconvenience.

This appears to be a refurbished property. If so, the refurbishment has been done well. The room was comfortable, and everything worked. I got a great price from Expedia. No complaints. A good night's sleep while on the road. Bring your own bathtub plug if you intend to take a bath.

The property was safe but the staff was unpredictable. I only paid $50 for my previous weeks stay. Then this week was almost $100 dollars. I stated my dogs were esa dogs the previous week and was only charged approx $50. This week I stated the same thing and was charged for my dogs. Not sure where discrepancy occured but this communication breakdown has caused my disenchantment if the facility. Consistency is key in these applications. My dogs go where I go and I will give my life right this second for them. They are all I have in this world that I care about. Please take this into account with our cultural differences. Thank you and good day. I will not be staying here again because of this breakdown in communication.

Then, I went to have breakfast at 8 AM, I think it was suppose to be up until 9 or 10. There was NOTHING om\n the breakfast bar. I mean not a thing. The waffle batter was completely empty, there was no bread, no cereal, no coffee or milk of any kind. And it looked like there was not much out there to begin with. I was traveling with my dog, so I had hoped not to have to stop for breakfast somewhere else. And finally, my room was tiny. I've been in closets bigger than that room. Measurements of that room should be in the ad for the room. I honestly w\think it was a converted utility closet. It was not my worst experience traveling, but it was very dissappointing. I would not stay there again.

My only problem with the property is that the carpet seems sticky? Our bed was on frame too big for it and we kept hitting our knees on the two big frame and he already has a spider bite from a previous motel and hitting his knee on a regular basis kind of sent him to the hospital but the worst part is the shower is not it's not clean at all like I literally went to buy cleaner to clean it myself so I could relax and hot to the water before taking my shower The floors throughout the building are sticking except for the lobby area The washer and dryer do not work they don't look like they've worked for a long while. And while I enjoyed having a coffee maker in my room it did not have a pot to accompany it this sheets and blanket or cover or whatever was as thin as the mattress was hard it was very uncomfortable. But as I said before the two previous motels we stayed in were full of bugs and bad neighborhoods and very dirty this place I can live with except for it's kind of weird when you're wearing your boots and you can't pick your foot straight up off of the floor because it's stuck to the carpet.

Bed was very comfortable, slept quite well despite being sick. Shower was very nice, great water pressure and temperature. Very soothing. If I end up in this area again, I will likely book here.

I would not recommend this hotel. The towels and wash cloths were dirty and didn't look like they had been laundered. When I asked for replacements, they were even dirtier. The breakfast area was dirty and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

This place smelled really bad. There was mold build up on the shower curtain. Garage piled up in the hallway. The didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was no towels in the room. Tv didn't work. I will not stay there ever again. Not sure how the rating where high

Check in was great! Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. This is the 3rd time of staying at this hotel during my travels and has been great every time. The convenience of it being right of the I40 is an added benefit. When traveling this way will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Came here to visit my son at a performance. I only came here because we had to bring our yorkie with us. I would have preferred to sleep in the car. I’m always wary of bad reviews but believe it. It was hot, the rooms are old and ran down, dingy, mold on ceiling, loud!!! Owners family in the lobby and kids yelling and running down hallways. People outside blasting music after midnight. Beer bottles outside and just unsafe. Cracker Barrel next door and we felt more comfortable leaving our car there. We got 2 rooms and rooms were $120 and $140 for the night. That’s crazy because we could have stayed somewhere nicer for this price.

I went to check in about 8:30pm. For some reason the rep behind the desk had difficulty finding my reservation. After about 10 of searching she finally found it. It was just frustrating after a long day of travel to have to deal with that. Other than that a good stay

The only complaint I have Was the plug ins in the room were wore out and my phone charger wouldn’t stay in the wall. Definitely will stay there again
