Not much of anything that I didn't like pool wasn't open yet, but it is opening this week. They assured me besides that. It was very clean and we'll stay again.

My room floor smelled like dog pee. The covers on top itched me. The floor was coming apart. Everything looked old and instead of fixing it looked like it was patched over without trying to make it look appropriate. The tub/shower looked painted over. The donuts were from a Ms. Debbie bag that were not even snack size. It overall the room looked like some project from a school science project. I wouldn’t recommend staying there whether you are single, married, or with children. Management should be ashamed and embarrassed of their property.

It was obvious that the new management has been making repairs to a poorly maintained facility. But the repairs have been done very unprofesionally.

The fact that I got woken up by the cops banging on the room next to me bc someone broke into a room was a bit scary.

AC struggled to keep the room cool, bathroom tile was mislaid and uneven creating a dangerous hazard, sheets had burn holes and towels had stains. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cheap price I booked the king size bed for one adult . When I got to the hotel I was told that room was unavailable and they have a room with 2 beds , I took the room and the pictures of these rooms are nothing like the actual room itself .

It was nice overall for a one night stay on a road trip. Nice exterior colors, had good strong blowing central ac/h. It has a lobby with a fabulous nice centerpiece chandelier. Close to nearby gas station. Is easy to switch rooms if needed. I seen rooms being renovated. Had a nice breakfast selection. It had a few interior damage to the walls. The appliance had weak voltage. Tub needs to be reglazed. Dresser drawers and nightstand drawers are damaged beyond use.

It needs to.be more cleanier

The floors sunk in as soon as you walked in, the bed was as hard as cardboard or some plywood. The sing was very gross. Holes in the walls. The seats were badly stained. The bathroom tiles were breaking and cracking walking in the bathroom they were all loose which is unsafe. There was roaches and it was very disturbing I walked in and out and didn’t even stay I went and got a new hotel. And they wouldn’t refund me… so it’s leading to a dispute.

I booked a 1 bed room online just to get there and they say those aren’t available and sold out to get put in a run down double bed room , the tv remote didn’t even work and they couldn’t put me in any other room and when I took a shower the tub started filling up with water

I requested a lower level room as my husband is a faller with many health issues including a recent stroke. The little man at the front desk not only seemed irritated that he had to change from upstairs with no elevator he put us in a room where everywhere you walked the floor bowed. It was quite obvious that the floor was broken as it was cheap laminate and my husband fell on the room from a hole in the floor going to the bathroom at night. Shame on them.

The bathroom door was off its hinges and delaminated. I had to reset the TV to get it to work. There was huge hair ball in the bathtub drain. There was mold on the shower curtain 6" up from the tub floor There was a hole in the tub wall that was spackled

We walked in and walked out the room was one of the worse rooms I’ve ever encountered the guy at the lobby was nice that’s the only thing good we weren’t in the room for more than 2 minutes the sheets were broken the beds were peed no one should ever stay in a place like this it was close to midnight they had kids outside and several people smoking weed just not a family place at all Expedia should never be part of something like this is am trying to get my refund since we weren’t able to stat for $20 more you can stay in a safe hotel 5 mins from there please don’t stay here please be careful the only good thing about this place was the lobby guy that even let my husband go to the restroom because the rooms toilet was broken yes broken so even if we would’ve stayed the bathroom didn’t work.

It is conveniently close to the Interstate Highway.

Tub/floor uneven, bathroom door needs to be replaced, door to outside did not close tight, when locked it could still be opened, reading lights over the bed had no bulbs, couch was VERY stained! Shabby & rundown room! Was told it was a no smoking room but the tub & toilet seat had cigarette burns! Outside the room was a walkway then grass, the grass was covered with cigarette butts! Breakfast was scrambled eggs that were burnt, coffee was good but no choice for cream/sugar only powdered creamer & regular sugar. When I checked in, I was asked if I had a dog (chose this place because it said pet friendly) they charged me a $15 fee for the dog! Would not recommend this place

It was not at all pleasant and the conditions of the hotel are very deteriorated.

Check in was ok. Room was semi clean. Refrigerator did not work. A/C filter was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Prepare for noisy traffic. Breakfast was mediocre coffee was watered down. After checkout i went back a few hors later because i forgot my wall charger that had two wires connected for my smart watch and phone. It was not there and mysteriously no one had seen it. It had just vanished. They yried to give me a older sryle someone else had left but I told them no thank you and to have a great day. I wont be back because i cant stand a thief or a lier.

There was poop on the toilet, the floor was not vacuumed, the shower wouldn’t drain, (maintenance did come and run a snake to clear it but it made a terrible smell) the sheets were stained, and the was a dog barking outside during the night.

Bad made non smoking reservations guy argue and say that argue and say that I didn't make a non-smoking reservation one it showed on my phone it was a non-smoking reservation the floor was like walking on a marshmallows it was disgusting I asked to be parked around front for room around front so I can watch my car it was just really really bad dirty I took three towels to mop the floor it was gross and all he did was go in and spray the room to make it smell like it there was none smoking room and it had been smoked in it was bad and then he sits there and lies and says there was a refrigerator in it and there's not a refrigerator I just videoed the room and I'm like where's the refrigerator I'm very I video the room you just came out of the room so where is the refrigerator oh I'll get you a refrigerator but the guy all he wanted to do was argue argue and argue I'm feeling my reservation wasn't correct when my reservation was correct and I showed it to him that wasn't that made him even more matter this manager has a temper it's very very rude and the room was nasty gross and I'm still trying to get over it the smell because I have asthma it was bad

The outside of the hotel looks okay. Things have been recently repainted. The neighborhood isn't attractive, but it doesn't seem particularly unsafe. The location is very convenient to both the interstate and the entire rest of the city. The interior of the room was clean but in very poor repair. The bathroom floor looked like it was about to collapse. Light fixtures were loose and damaged. The place is falling apart, but it was clean and repainted.

Filthy, broken fittings in the bathroom, doors delaminating, leaking toilet, noisy A/C, chewing gum on the floor in the bathroom, mouldy smell, light bulbs blown, cigarette burns on the bath, half painted surfaces. On check in was asked for a credit card deposit to be refunded in the morning. On check out had to wait while the room was checked! Told the deposit refund would take up to a week.. overall atrocious.

I stayed one night with my daughter. The location was convenient to Lambuth campus. The bedding was dirty and the pillows non existent but, the actual bed was comfortable. The area around motel seemed sketchy. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly.

Place is extremely run down. Pillows and mattress is disgusting. The rooms are awful! Breakfast is awful as well.

Reserved room near pool, it was unavailable. The room I was given had a crack at the bottom of the door which allowed bugs into the room. I lost count of how many I saw crawling on dressers and walls. Do not recommend as a trucker or otherwise.

You pay for what you get and this was a cheap hotel very dirty everything falling apart. I am just glad we bought our own sheets blankets pillow cases and disinfect spray. Condoms left behind headboard dirty towel’s left hanging up holes in the floor. One thing I can say is we didn’t see no bugs besides flies.

American Airlines waited until 12:32 am to cancel my flight I never checked in. Because I didn't prepay, I assumed I wouldn't get charged.

The hotel room door had clearly been broken in to. The chain slide lock was half ripped out of the wall. The deadbolt didn’t work. The furniture in the room was broken and the shower leaked all over the floor. The room wreaked of all smoke and sweat. Bright light from front of hotel streamed in through curtains at night. The hotel staff person was unwilling to provide hot water for tea.

After we checked in, we went to our room. The sheets had holes in them. The ceiling was falling apart, and the door was not secure. We went to check out right away. When asking the front desk for a refund, he stated we had to do it through the booking agent. When Hotels.com called the front desk, the front desk person lied and said the room was absolutely fine. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We were not given a refund and had to go spend money somewhere else to stay, where it would be clean and safe.

They did not change linens or towels for the entire 3 days I was there. The sheets had holes in them, red stains on one corner that could have been blood stains, generally run down, baseboards coming loose, large gap under the door, table was sticky bathtub drain ran slowly so I was standing in 2 inches of water while showering, floors were dirty, furniture looked like it was retrieved from a dump. I've stayed in better hotels in third world countries.

Booked and paid more for the single king -smoking but was given a non-smoking double after I pointed out the absurdity of the deposit to ensure no smoking. There was no hot water at all in the sink in the room. The TV was very small with limited channels. Bugs! Broken air conditioner. Telephone in room does not work at all. Wi-Fi barely works and you have to walk or use your cellphone to call the front desk about anything. Changes pricing as they please and do not always honor online bookings if they don’t agree with the pricing. Refuse to refund though. They ignore and seem to be okay with obvious drug dealing, fighting and prostitution as I was at the desk when someone came to complain and the hotel was rude to the man and anyone else who chimed in to back up his complaints.

This might be the best hotel/motel I have ever stayed at for the price. Fantastic in every way. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, etc. If your in the area definitely stay here.

Property needs updated... Broken tub and tub surround, several lights did not work. Room was really dirty... Dust covered everywhere, ice covered freezer covered in filthy brown stuff, window so dirty we could barely see our car, floors left our socks black! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Whoever did the remodeling, did a very bad job. Shower curtain Rod ready to come out of the wall. Bathtub was painted over. Flooring was not done properly, with tiles not matching up and gaps in between.

Housekeeping and maintenance are not as they should be. Staff was very helpful but the property left a lot to be desired.

Didn’t have the room I reserved. Non-smoking room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. Place was filthy. Dead bugs everywhere. Didn’t ever step my bare foot on the floor. Shower was filthy and floor of shower was cracked and leaking. Sheets were full of cigarette burns. Room was incredibly hot. All the buttons were worn off the AC unit so it took 10 minutes for me to turn it on and then it took all night to cool the room down. I will NEVER come back.

Bed bugs, roaches, mold

The room was spacious! And the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am, but there was nothing available when I got there at 9am.

Left without checking in. Place was extremely run-down. Broken down vehicles in parking lot. Strong smell of Marijuana in parking lot. Pool has not seen use in years, was told it was under maintenance. Sketchy looking people hanging around outside and around rooms. Did not feel safe. Garbage everywhere. Pictures on website very misleading. Was denied refund.

The room we stayed in was absolutely horrible. Black mold hp the walls, water squished up from between the floor tiles when you stepped on them. We were charged a $30 no-smoking deposit, but when we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The "continental breakfast" was literally 1 pack of powdered donuts and old coffee. I mean, you get what you pay for.

Need more updates stuff

The staff was wonderful but the room was lacking. Only one light in the room worked, there was dirt and hair behind the bathroom door and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

I was visiting Jackson Tn so I could go see Zach Rushing and his crew in Henderson Tn. The hotel is a bit rundown BUT They are in middle of a major renovation. My only major issue was the fact the shower had no Cold water. I let them know when I was leaving and they thanked me. I was only there for one night and it was a very clean and comfortable stay.

After 6 rooms the mattress apparently had bed bugs. There is a serious issue here. Mattresses laying outside all over the property. I wish i could share pictures. NASTY!!! The floor is rotten upstairs and falling into the first floor. The pictures on here must be from 20 years ago. The pool hasnt had water or been cleaned in 10 years. Its nasty. Looks like a place for hour rental for a paid person. Im sick of people the lie! Do not book ever. Stay in your car before this place

The door did not close all the way. There was a gap in the outside door that you could clearly see through to the outside. The area was not safe. I left without staying.

Only thing I noticed was that there was occasionally a roach or two. Other than that it was pretty clean.

The man at the front counter was friendly and made us stand at counter so he could spray the room down with Febreeze.The room needed to be cleaned,the bathroom had been used prior to our coming into the room.Property wasn't ran down,just needed some minor upgrades.Free Breakfast was old bananas and cereal.I guess better than nothing.

The property was horrible. The floor was crackling when you walked on it. Paint peeling off the wall. I am a travel nurse and I had my grand children with me. This place is not safe. I did not stay in the rooms that I had booked. They lied and said I stayed in the room for over an hour. They would not refund my money. The only good thing was the receptionist. She was very polite and professional. Don't waste your time staying here.

Very dirty

Before receiving room key, required to sign a waiver of Expedia discount. This was absolutely the worst accommodation I have found, no light over the only mirror, damage to doors, and furniture unacceptable to any Goodwill.

You could feel the hole under the tiles in the bathroom, they moved when you step on them. Water in the shower was like warm at best. The whole place needs a make over.

There were bugs all over the room and it was very noisy because of the proximity to the interstate.
