Location I needed a microwave and refrigerator

The balcony room was amazing with a beautiful view. The bed was roomy and the tv was a pretty nice size. I will definitely be returning again soon

At check in they tried to downgrade my room. I had to show them the booking to get the better room. This happens to me regularly at Marriott properties.

My priority is cleanliness and Courtyards always get five stars in my experience. Staff were pleasant. Bed was quite soft but I didn’t mind it. Our room has a handicap accessible bathtub, which I needed, since I am an amputee that does not use a wheelchair. The bars were great but the shower gel and hair product dispensers are mounted high up on the wall for alenine who is standing. That doesn’t make sense and is hazardous. They should be mounted where someone sitting in the tub can reach them and someone who can stand can probably reach them at a lower level with ease.

I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay again the room was clean the staff was really helpful and friendly. The food at the bistro was good as well

However, no one will answer the phone if you call guests services or housekeeping. I had to go down to the front desk each time during my stay. The shower in the bathroom had terrible permanent stains along the bottom of the walls.

The front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! House keeping came to do our room and they apparently don’t empty the garbages or anything tho so we cleaned our room our self and then they made the bed and gave us towels. The pool area was okay but most of the chairs on the pool deck were ripped and broken and the pool itself inside was pretty dirty. The hotel bar / restaurant didn’t have much , everything we tried to order they were out of so we got fries. Other than that it was a great location.

The elevator was broke. The printer was broke. There was no coffee or anywhere to purchase a coffee between 11 AM and 5 PM during a workday. The shower was not secured to the wall. The food was horrible. The bistro was closed most of the day.It was a terrible stay. however, the staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything looked clean and the location was decent. The bed was very uncomfortable and the blankets were a bit thin. The bathroom was very frustrating - there was no table or anything inside the bathroom to put any supplies or clothing on while getting ready. The shower head was awful; it sprayed everywhere which made water leak out of the shower.

Location I didn’t let you know about the construction/remodeling that’s going on. Was woke up early morning on a weekend to drills and hammering and the room right next door.

Breakfast was a Starbucks booth normal food not complementary coffee wasn't great but it was ok I prefer to eat elsewhere....it's ok not for the price

Location The check in lady asked if I wanted my room made up during my 4 day stay. I said yes. She said they only come every other day and I said that is fine. I was there 4 nights and no cleanings. No trash pick up. No new towels The room smelled moldy. The carpet was damp in the middle of the room.

My was clean during check in, cleaned every day and a complete turn over cleaning ever other day, that included bed linens. The entire hotel was very quiet during the day and during the the night. I felt a sense of respectability of other patrons in this hotel.

Not as clean as I expected

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff allowed early check in, saving us from driving around for 4 hrs waiting. Espresso maker was not set up, a little disappointing.

Nice and quiet location, close to where we needed to be I was charged twice for a room that I only stayed in for one night. The night time desk person didn’t know what he was doing as to why I was charged this way.

Amazing service

The staff is very friendly and I have stayed in this location before and had no problems. The air-conditioning in our room never got cool, but at 12:30am-1:00am you really just do not want to call and have someone try to fix the problem or have to re-pack and move to a different room. The fan ran all night but never made it cool enough in the room and I set the temperature on 62 degrees. Just a bit disappointed in our stay over night.

From the room to the bathroom it’s just a no. All of the furniture in the room was dirty & full of stains so bad it makes you not want to sit on it. The bed frame and headboard were both stained and nasty looking. The sheets appeared to be clean but the blanket they expected us to sleep under was full of discolored stains. The floor was full of stains. The shower was semi clean it had a few dirt spots but the water pressure was low as ever. I’m not sure where all these good reviews came from but they definitely had me fooled. In the end we just decided to end our stay early because the hotel was just not up to standard.

The pictures on the site definitely was not he same once we arrived to the hotel. Our room was extremely small. Guest that came with us room had mold.

The facility was clean and nice, but our first room was terrible. Smelled like mold, was dirty on base of bed and the baseboards. It was so bad we had to request another room bcus we were all having reactions from the mold. The second room on the second night was much better! Clean and no water damage or mold could be smelt. The staff was nice and took care of getting us into a different room. They were also accommodating to getting our group into the same floor together. Pool and facility was clean.

The outside is nice..looks new! The lobby is just ok..BUT the rooms r below average for a Marriott Courtyard. Huge long hairs in shower. Sheets were wrinkled like not taken out of dryer correctly, or someone slept on them?carpet was not the cleanest. Stains on sofa. Just not a good standard for Marriott brand at all! Very disappointed.looks like they put a bandaid on an older brand of hotel. Reviews r deceiving

It was a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had is that the check-in person told us the breakfast was until 10 am. When I went down at 9:35, the breakfast was until 9:30 so we were not able to get breakfast.

I have stayed here twice and both times Michael was working at the front desk. He was very memorable because of how cheerful and polite he is. It is always clean and such a quiet place to stay. The blackout curtains are amazing!

This hotel needs a renovation we had extreme plumbing issues and we had to be moved to a new room and the rooms just need a good cleaning. Also management took a long time to send the maintenance guy to assist us.

They give Expedia customers whatever they want they don’t respect conditions of what was paid for I ordered a one king balcony. They gave me an assessable handicap room, and the water in the shower did not work.

Very nice staff. CJ was my favorite. Only cons was that the lobby and elevator were extremely hot with no AC. The bathroom floor was a lil dirty behind the toilet. Other than that, everything was great and they were very accommodating and nice.

Just one complaint. We stayed in a handicap accessible room so the shower didn’t have a ledge. Water spilled out into the middle of the bathroom floor and into the entryway.

We enjoyed our stay at Marriot and I think it could have been so much better if a microwave is provided in the room.

Michael at the front desk greeted us with kindness and was very helpful in offering a room on the 1st floor which made it very convenient for me and my children. The reception area was very clean and our room was extraordinarily clean. Overall we will be staying here when in the area for sure !!!! GREAT place to stay!! Highly recommend

Conveniently located off the interstate and in a safe, quiet area, this Courtyard by Marriott is a great place for travelers and families. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Definitely staying here again on my next trip to/through Jacksonville.

Close to the main roads. Staff was very nice. Breakfast sandwich I had was delicious. Very clean. Quiet even with a room next door playing music. Would stay again.

We had a great time. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants around and it’s located not far off the interstate. The only issue was the hot water in the sink didn’t get very hot but the hot water in the shower did. The room had plenty of towels. The balcony is big but doesn’t have any where to sit. I will definitely stay here again.
