Breakfast can cover more than the norm basic. & cleaning the rooms a lot better would be great.

Safe location, plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away, and the shopping center is wonderful.

Older property, staff friendly and helpful. Just a little ragged around the edges. I had to leave too early to judge the breakfast but a big plus is the airport shuttle runs 24 hours.

The guest room had poor air quality, and the air-conditioning system appeared to contribute to an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the advertised continental breakfast was extremely limited and did not meet reasonable expectations for a hotel breakfast offering. During my stay, I observed activity and conditions that raised concerns about the property's safety, management, and intended clientele. The atmosphere was not conducive to a comfortable or secure lodging experience for travelers seeking clean, professional, and well-maintained accommodations. I would not recommend this property to airport travelers or guests seeking a standard hotel experience. Greater transparency regarding the property's condition and amenities would help future guests make informed booking decisions.

The location was close to the JAX airport, service stations, and several restaurants. The room was pleasantly decorated and clean, with coffee, wifi, and an Iron and ironing board in the room. There were minor blemishes in the bathroom related to a previous leak, but that leak had been addressed and was not a problem. A light breakfast was included. My wife was not impressed, but after vacationing in Florida earlier in the week, the I thought the value for the money was exceptional.

Parking was not in facility, one block away in garage parking and needed cleaning.

I liked how it was walking distance to Circle K and how it was right off the interstate. It was a quiet stay as well. The room and bathroom weren’t clean. There was ring of hard water or some kind of build up in the toilet. The fabric on the chair for the desk was coming apart. The room felt dingy but was comfortable beyond that.

It was good overall

The room was ok but the end of the hallway. Safety was my major concern. There was a outside side door that was broke, which anyone could of came in and cause harm or sleep in an unlocked area of the building. The carpet smelled mildew, which can cause breathing problems. My suggestion is to remove the carpet and do lament or some flooring that's less harmful. The fridge during its cycle made noise, to the point my sleep was altered. The shower didn't shut off tight and dripped all night and finally, one of the staff was not friendly, never smiled. Like she hated being there.

I never actually stayed at this location I pulled up about 9:30 there was way too many sketchy people outside drug deals going on unsafe looking parking lot so I just continued driving and I found a different place to stay I wouldn't even include this place on hotels.com if I were them I don't know how people actually stay at that place I honest to God felt like if I did I would have ended up on the first 48

Last minute booking due to flight cancelation. Easy check in and check out. Smooth getting the shuttle to and from the airport. Bed was comfy.

Location near Carnival cruise port, price, clean Early check in fee. Tried to check in at 1 PM and were told room was ready but had to wait until 3 PM unless wanted to pay $28.00 early check in fee. Stay at small property twice a year and never told about early check in fee before.

I was driving from Miami Beach back to Columbus, Ohio and just drove as far as I could and got tired around this area so I just was looking for a practical place to lay my head in. I guess suited the bill they could probably clean it up a little bit a little bit on the landscaping with a little bit tired maybe cleaning more but other than that it was fine. The staff was nice. It was quiet so it worked out.

Hotel was fine, but property does not offer a 24-hour airport shuttle as their own website and booking sites claim. That was the reason I booked this hotel. Landed after midnight and they did not have a shuttle available as they claimed online. Waited a long time for an uber/lyft which was never matched since it was late. Eventually a taxi showed up and was $35 just to go a few miles.

Clean room the maid staff was very helpful and courteous and professional. The front desk staff on the 18th overnight she was very professional, very kind, but the rest of the front desk, staff could have been a little more friendlier. It was about your money and leave me alone.

The property was tolerable , However they haven’t given me back my hotel deposit and I was there back on April 10-April 12th . Highly disappointing…turns the score to -115262727282288.5 The fact they haven’t given me back my $100 deposit. I folded my cloths and everything

The bathroom door kept sticking to the point we had to force ourselves out of it. We did notify them after we checked out. We didn't like that the side doors were not locked ever. Anyone can just walk in, especially when we were one of the rooms closest to the outside door. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Good for a night or two stay.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and pleasant. We checked in and the room smelled strongly of urine. She moved us to a different room. Door handle was kind of rigged and comforters looked dirty. At this point we asked we can could get a refund. We were allowed and the lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding. A night for an early morning flight

Room 111 was below average. Cracks in bathroom ceiling and mold on ceiling as well. Bed was absolutely awful. Soft mattress went straight down to the platform which was like sleeping on the floor.

Beds were comfy, decent breakfast and close to i95 . Laundry was also available.

This is an ok hotel but it is not updated and they need to improve their cleanliness standards.

The room was not cleaned at all. I found hairs in the shower, dust on the bed frame, and stains on the walls. As it was last minute, I didn't want to cancel and change hotels, but I definitely won't be staying here again. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Only thing I would say is tell them to answer their phone.They told us to call when we got the spot to get our shuttle and then they wouldn't answer the phone for fifteen minutes

The shuttle was slow and didn't show up on time. The elevator was filthy. The internet rarely worked and was weak when it did work.

This was so much more relaxing than the red roof inn … that place needs to be shut down. Horrible experience.. was so glad you all had a room for me at last minute.

The airport shittle was not available. They advertised that the shuttle was 24 hrs but the day of travel we were told it stops at midnight. Our flight arrived at 1:30 am.

Airport shuttle was promised from the airport to the hotel but when the time came, i was told it was unavailable and out of their control. Spent over $30 on a lyft for a 6 minute drive. Breakfast was extremely limited. No waffle mix. Coffee was room temperature. There were hardly any pastries. Went down there shortly after 8am. Nothing was being replenished. Barely any water pressure coming from the shower head. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and half of the conditioner had already been used before my arrival and not switched to a new bottle. I recommend not staying here.

I work out regularly so after a long drive I was looking forward to using the gym. The equipment was old. The treadmill didn’t work because it didn’t have the safety key so I went to the front desk and the lady was able to find it after calling someone and looking through 3 drawers. Also there were no weights. The breakfast was very basic. I m wouldn’t stay there again.

Airport shuttle was easy to use. Gym only had 3 pieces of cardio equipment - no weights or anything else. Room had a mildew/mold smell and I saw another guest ask for an air spray to get rid of the smell in his room. Breakfast was okay - although ended at 9am. And no restaurant on property - had to go to nearby hotel for supper.

And destroy that piece of crap shuttle that had no working seat belts, touch screen, it's screaming for service and it's filthy. Need I say more

Mold around the bathtub , small room, unable navigate with two people. No hooks on the back of bathroom door. The stink in bathroom was backed up, commode not properly cleaned and the breakfast buffet ran out of food by 8:30 am!

Honestly, the hotel was horrendous. It smelled like marijuana in all of the common spaces and was insanely dirty. There was mold in the bathroom- toilet was off balance - bathroom floor and bathtub sagged in places - shower was gross. Carpet was so gross that I didn’t take my shoes off. I thought sleep inn would be fine bc it’s a choice hotel, but it was GROSS!!!!

Problem is checking..got on elevator...and saw roaches crawling on the wall in the elevator. Then I went downstairs to get some air... And definitely drugs deals going on ..so had to go out front far from my room....rooms were noisy down the halls. Really noisy late at night.sid door to the outside would not latch at all so anyone could have just came in the hotel through the side. Saw two drugs deals right in front of me like it was just nothing. Didn't sleep well ..didn't feel safe. AC was didn't work correctly either.

We spent the night here before flying out of the Jax airport the next morning. They offer parking for only $5 per night for those who are utilizing their airport shuttle service. The breakfast starts at 6, so we were able to eat before taking the shuttle.

It was a very convenient location. We were getting in late and leaving early in the morning. I just needed a simple hotel for a clean safe place to sleep before heading out in the morning. Unfortunately, this hotel did not seem to be well maintained. The hallway carpets are very dirty. When we got to our room, there was a bug on the bed and we found two other bugs in the room. I went downstairs to get a different room. The attendant assisted me very quickly. When I got to my new room, there was another bug crawling on the wall by the air conditioner. I killed it and didn’t see any other ones, so I went to bed. In the morning, I told the manager and he was aware of the problem from a note that was left from the night before. He was apologetic and said he would be getting pest control to treat the room. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

I loved the location so close to the cruise port and airport. The shuttle to the airport was super easy!!! The free breakfast bar was excellent!!!

We checked in at 10pm and the room looked okay but at 2am my daughter discovered roaches crawling out of the A/C unit. There were also some crawling on the walls, the desk and one was on her bed. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do at 2am, so we left and went to a much nicer hotel nearby. We were told that people often leave the Sleep Inn because of roaches. The next morning I called the front desk and spoke to the manager who offered a 50% refund because we stayed there part of the night. I demanded a full refund because we were forced to leave by the roaches. He said okay, but we will see. I will contact my credit to dispute any charges. I have never seen anything like that in a hotel where I was staying. It was very disturbing.

Great shuttle on time and nice drivers

I really liked the owners, very friendly and patient, the rest of the desk staff were not at all. Room was clean, a little worn but most are in this price range. They breakfast could have used some protein like sausage or bacon. The shuttle was a nice perk except the shuttle driver was rude and yelled at me saying I didn’t say Sleep Inn which I did and the hotel called him, this person should not be dealing with customers (the shuttle is another company and isn’t affiliated with hotel). I was satisfied all in all, maybe owners could let employees know that the customer is one paying their wages and maybe smile and say hello once in a while?? The owners always did.

When we opened the door the “cleaning” staff set the temp to 75 degrees which enhanced the strong, warm smell of mildew. Felt wet inside the room. When my wife closed the door to the bathroom the handle literally fell off. Staff was super nice and moved us to a different floor. Same 75 degree temp and same mildew smell. I guess trying to save a buck on energy costs?? You get what you pay for I suppose. Mark Sleep Inn off my list of ever staying again.

The staff was decent they were not horrible, but they have roaches and when I spoke to them about it, they said to move my room to another location but I had 2 rooms already and both rooms had roaches, so I didn't want to move to another roached out room they just tried to give a card to call the manger. The beds were comfy and an easy stay by the airport for one night, I wouldn’t want to stay longer only because of the mold in the bathroom and minimal breakfast.

Front desk was very nice, BUT our no smoking room smelled like old smoke, damp and musty despite mediocre A/C. Bathroom floors dirty, pillow cases stained. Bed not awful but not comfortable. People wandering the halls at 1am did not make us anymore comfortable. Even though we just needed a quick place to sleep, I would not stay here again.

Entire lobby, hallways, and rooms reeked of weed. Our room stunk something awful. Found vomit in the floor next to the bed when we reported it clerk just shrugged her shoulders. Shower did not work we were tired and fed up so we went to bed and left early in the morning

For a great night's sleep this is the place. A bit small if you are carrying a lot of luggage (2 big suitcases in our case).

Visiting our daughter who was in the hospital we enjoyed the visit and the hotel was very nice and quiet.

The bathroom had urine on the toilets and floor horrible odor entering the actual building.Reported it to front desk she offered us a toilet brush she stated because staff was gone for the day.Outrage of the response I immediately asked for another room this room was equally nasty carpet hadn't been vacuumed hotels in the area was booked I drove to a local Walmart and bought a blanket to throw across the bed so that I could sleep

The exterior was superb but then you stepped inside. Hallway carpet not cleaned & slight dingy smell. Sitting at desk watching TV and a roach runs across the top. I killed it. In the morning I find another roach hiding under a clean napkin left on the desk.

Checking out was the best part of this stay... Never to return is an even better choice... How as a Manager do you let your hotel look the way it looks. You are responsible to look over your entire property and fix what is broken, clean what is dirty, clean up what is cluttered. This place was horrible. So many issues. No excuse for a hotel to look like this... Not worth the stay or the money...

I'll start off by saying the bed was very clean and comfortable. If that is all you're looking for, this is the place for you. There is a sign in the parking lot that says, " Not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles". Take that for what it is worth. I did not experience theft or damage to my vehicle. The halls smelled like pot here and there. There was noticeable moisture damage to the walls in the bathroom and growth in the air vent in the bathroom. I did not see any pests but also felt like my room had been sprayed with something the last day of my stay. Noise was not too bad. Overall, I had a decent stay. I did not eat the breakfast. There is a large shopping center close by. Easy to get to downtown, but not terribly close to down town. Very close to the airport.

Very convenient

The stay was fine. Room was great. Breakfast was okay. The free shuttle to the airport was fantastic. Staff was great. The hotel was a little run down and guest were loud.

Only 13 miles to the port. Safe area less than a mile to many restaurants and shops. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Free coffee and 1" poppy-seed muffins were good, but eggs, and waffles weren't. Also offered cereal, white toast, bagels, english muffins and yogurt.

Traveling alone with handicapped issues. They made my stay very comfortable, from the airport chauffeur to the front desk. The soda and snack machine broken. :>(
