    Great stay here! Had a little inconvenience when checking in where my reservation was not found. They were not able to help me at the property since I booked through Expedia but after a quick call to Expedia they were able to sort things out. A gentleman at the property was extremely helpful! One of the young ladies, not so much. Everything else was wonderful! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, pool was nice and clean. I recommend this hotel! Last detail, it’s $10 per day for parking. Small detail I didn’t realize when I booked. Thought it would be helpful to know.

    The hotel reeked of weed and had a very shady vibe. The lady running the coffee stand was very rude and the coffee was cold. You have to pay 10 dollars a day to park at the hotel you are staying at and they were trying to write tickets while I was checking in. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not come back.

    The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint is I had an ADA shower but there were no shelves in the shower, so I had to put all my shower stuff on the floor and ended up slamming my shoulder into the railing. Not having a shelf or a place to put your shower stuff is definitely not ADA complaint.

    Got to the hotel checked in without any problem. The staff was very helpful get our family on the same floor. The hotel bar was slow they didn’t have the Salmon I wanted to eat. So I ordered the chicken waited for that for almost an hour. I decided to cancel my order. I ended up eating half my cousins sandwich. We had ordered at the same time and she got her food before me. My room was clean it slept comfortably. Breakfast was alright it was more than continental. Fruit was fresh Turkey sausage was over cooked. It was better than going out to spend money to eat breakfast somewhere else. It satisfied me until lunch. I would give this place a rating of 5/10. Would I stay here again most likely yes. It is a short distance to the airport and port to depart for Carnival cruise.

    This hotel is very nice. I would stay here again but this stay was horrible. The hotel was completely booked and apparently our room should have been flagged “out of order” because the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance informed us that the room should not have been booked. Because the hotel was fully booked, there were no other rooms available, we had to stay and flush the toilet numerous times to get it to work. The sewer smell was so strong that it caused gagging when you entered the room. Not good. The staff tried to be accommodating.

    Shower head needs to be replaced with a 2026 version that actually provides good water pressure and a wide spray. The current shower head is a joke - no pressure, tiny spray area. Entry door to our room had a big gap at bottom allowing noise and hall light into room - we had to put a bath towel across threshold. We did not appreciate and we dispute the PARKING charge because half of the hotel’s parking lot was EMPTY all weekend! Also this parking charge was not disclosed during our online booking.

    This property is fresh, clean and modern. It has a beautiful pool area and lobby with plenty of places to sit and relax or gather with your group. It has a 24hr small "marketplace" where you can grab a snack, a breakfast item like a yogurt parfait or a pre-made salad. Wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase at the Marketplace as well as coffee, tea, water etc. There is also a beautiful bar/restaurant where you can sit down for a meal. Breakfast is available starting at 6am which is great for those with an early flight out. I will definitely come back here when I stay in Jacksonville!

    Pleasant place to stay on trip to West Coast. We feel the new parking fee for 1night is unwarranted. Front desk explained its origination (airport purchase) and hx of guest's abuse leaving cars there while away. For a one night reservation, feels punishing and the Q reader is a pain. Not everyone has a smart phone (one of us does). Dinner at restaurant. Convenient. However, food quite different from 1st night stay and 2nd night stay. Salmon dinner ordered for both stays - served with different sides (not those listed on menu). Wait staff should inform patrons of any changes.

    Beautiful hotel; very clean! Room was very clean! Room Service Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Front Desk were very courteous and professional at all times! Bar Staff “Casey” was excellent! Compliments to the Chef’s; filet mignon and cauliflower appetizer was perfect; delicious! Gym equipment was state of the art; very clean with towls and sanitizer wipes! Concerns: No in-room-safe. No microwave; I was told it was a fire hazard and they were in the process of changing them all out . Refrigerator did not cool and side wall was hot. Room door was hard to open; installed too tight to door jam. I notified Front Desk Clerk

    After discharge from hospital after an accident we checked in (both on crutches). Darius at the counter went above and beyond to help us get our things to an accessible room.     The staff was courteous, but the room was less than what is expected of a Crown Plaza Hotel. Put as much effort into the rooms as you did the lobby. The rooms need to be updated. They need to be painted, new carpet, and bigger television. The room just did not feel clean and fresh. Just felt and looked stale.

    The room was comfortable, the hotel location was very convenient, however I think it's time for a refresh there were definitely areas in our room that could stand some attention and it's probably not the only one! Ms. Stephanie was the icing on the cake upon arrival and checking in I instantly felt like she was welcoming us into her own home, she a very genuine person she made it seem like we were visiting with family! She is the true definition of Southern Hospitality that I always look for and expect wherever we travel, it is most definitely because of her that my rating is so favorable, I wish that I had planned better time wise in order to let her know the next time we're in the area we would be looking forward to visiting "her house"! More people could stand taking notes from her on how each and every customer interaction should be!

    We checked in and went to the room which was not cleaned. They did not have another king room and offered a double room but that was not clean either. Without any attempt to mitigate the situation, we were refunded our money and left to find another hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and will seriously reconsider ever booking another Crown Plaza. The way the over worked and overwhelmed front desk person handled this situation was far from perfect. But the real blame falls on the management for not having housekeeping staff there or making sure things were handled properly.

    My stay was from 29 Dec to 04 Jan. At no time during my stay was my room cleaned. After the second day we stopped by the front desk on the way out and asked if someone would please come and service our room. At that time we were informed that it’s every 3 days but he would send someone anyways. Came back to the room that night beds were not cleaned with fresh sheets or even made to look fresh and they gave us more towels. That was it. No trash bags. Toilet paper because we ran out by day 4. This was by far the worst expensive stay at a hotel I’ve EVER experienced. They should be ashamed. I would gladly talk to management about the lack of care and concern I received at this establishment.

    It was good stay. They had some trouble with checking me in because it went thru cheap tickets. But they repaid my wait with free parking for my entire stay. The room good for the price I paid. I didn’t quite feel comfortable with people coming to to my room everyday to clean. When they change my bed sheets there was a hole in it. But overall it was good the staff was nice.

    Then an unexpected expense of $10 a night for parking, not in a separate garage but on the premises. As we got to the room I received an email asking if the room was to our liking. I responded they the refrigerator was not working, never for a response. Then we found mold and fuzz on the bathroom exhaust vent and black mold on the wall by the shower. Had much better service and a clean room with a working fridge the night before at a budget $60 motel. Won’t ever go to another Crowne Plazza!

    I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a wonderful place to stay. It was clean that service was excellent it was close to everything. The proximity of shopping centers and great choice restaurants it was excellent. My accommodations were clean and crisp and service was excellent within the hotel it had great amenities and the view from my room of the garden was beautiful.     My reservation was for a standard room with a king size bed, we got one with 2 twins. I was surprised about having to pay for parking, and feel that it should have been free since we were staying in the hotel. My biggest grief is that my credit card was used on another person’s bill.     Room was nice TV could have been 5" larger. Front desk kept talking instead of being efficient they were going through a very annoying script. I was grumpy and annoyed when I arrived and it didn't help ththe dricer for the morning shuttle was slow then needed a bathroom break and then decided to skip the run so he would be back on schedule. I was too late to check my luggage and had to spend 5 hours at the airport. Luckily I was on the clock because it was a work trip.

    Wonderful vibe the moment we arrived. Met with a lovely gal at the front desk. Found that the bar was still open and serving food close to midnight, which was a plus. Despite some construction going on, we slept soundly in a comfortable bed and found the room spacious and clean. But I think my absolute favorite thing about this hotel is that their breakfast hours are from 6 to 11 which saves me from having to get up earlier than I prefer just to grab my breakfast. Whenever I have to fly in and out of Jacksonville, this will be my go to hotel.

    To be fair, the property is clearly undergoing a facelift. But it’s not there yet across the board. The room including the bathroom was dated but adequate. One of the 2 elevators was out of service for the day and a half we were there. The exterior grounds are also awaiting their full renovation… it’s on the way but should be billed currently as of October 2025 as no more than 3-star property. Some areas are 2.5 star, a few up to 4-star - mostly lobby and restaurant and lounge areas.

    First, this hotel is in bad condition. Probably constructed in the 1970’s. Additionally, It’s also being remodeled. I’m not sure why they are waisting their money. This is a teardown for something else. Second, you have to pay for parking $10.00. So add $10.00 to your motel rate. There is so much vacant parking spots, it makes you feel your getting ripped off. Personally, I would not stay here again, Your better off staying in the Microtel, Sleepin, The Loft, etc. at JAX.

    The worst stay ever in every aspect. Too many issues to list. When we showed up, they said the room we booked is not available and that it happens many times as they overbook. They upgraded (from ground floor to 4th floor) but when we went, the room wasn’t even cleaned after the last guest with linens on the floor etc. When we did get a room, there was no TV remote, the bathtub wasn’t draining and the drawer when opened fell on my foot and hurt and the front desk number is always engaged when dialing from room. When we complained next day, they said they would fix but never did. Didn’t give breakfast vouchers upon checkin. Didn’t tell us room is cleaned only upon request. No safe in the room. Not even a soap holder in the bathtub. Hair dryer worked only for 20secs. The lady checking in was not friendly. The night desk person was more helpful and offered to get us some room credit but in the morning the reception said they no as they didn’t document our complaints.

    This hotel is in a location that is accessible by car, uber, taxi or shuttle buses only. We drove our car which we thought would have free parking for the night we were staying. Nope, there is a charge even if you stay the night. At Check in we were not issued the breakfast passes that we paid for, Since most hotels we stay at just check your room # at breakfast we did not think anything about it. When I arrived for breakfast I was asked for a voucher which I did not have. I was told to go get them at the front desk. Of course there was a lengthy line at the front desk and only one person behind the desk. Thew floor in the breakfast area was as sticky as I have even encountered. The food that was suppose to be hot displayed in covered servers was cold and looked like it had been there a while. In the morning when were ready to check out I turned on the TV to see the room statement. Nope they do not offer this convenience. Instead you must stand back in line to review charges or trust the system and drop your keys in the box. I always want to see my statement, so I had to get in line again. This took quite a while since they had some people that had problems with their reservations and pilots checking in. Only one person was at the desk. The best part of this hotel was the bar/restaurant. We had drinks and a meal which was very good. The room was adequate but needs a refresh, the handles on the sink faucet needed to line up just right in order to stop the water flow.

    The hotel was nice. The staff weren't mean or anything, they just seemed way understaffed, and maybe under trained. Dinner in the restaurant took hours because the food came out really slowly, and the staff was never around when you needed them, The register was having issues, and what was accepted (cash, card) changed all weekend. The front desk manager Lawrence was great. Overall, enjopyed the stay, but it could have been better.

    Disappointed to learn that our hotels.com reservation made day-of that we thought was 2 beds turned out to be "house available" and was 1 king and were told nothing else available,. We made it work for the 1 night. Didnt care for the separate, arduous registration process for paid parking. One of the elevators was a little scary in the noises it made getting to the 6th floor and banging door. Comfortable, clean bed and good breakfast.

    Only the main lobby looks nice. The room, very run down. For the price definitely would have picked a different location. Parking is on their private property yet you have to pay. The pictures online are very misleading. Hotel was under construction and from my understanding this has been ongoing for over 8yrs according to our uber driver. There should be a disclaimer. Will not stay at this “hotel” again.

    Thought being a “Crown Plaza Hotel”, it would have been much nicer. Older property, appeared to be undergoing renovations. After walking in the lobby, realized I stayed here 4yrs ago and condition has not changed. Stayed in “Tower 2.” Construction debris scattered about, despite being on “Executive Level” floor. However, the room was decent and clean, but dated. You must pay for parking at this hotel ($12.89), which was not anything special (not covered, no gate, no security to be seen). Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not use restaurant or bistro, but looked clean and welcoming. Could have stayed at competitors hotel for same price once parking was added. Would not bring my family here.

    Customer service was fine but there was a roach in my bed. They gave me a new room but I didn't sleep at all. I was only passing through the area, so I didn't ask for a refund. If my stay in the area would have been longer, I would have checked out and found another place to stay.

    breakfast was not included it was paid parking !!Room was dirty, bed dirty , so I reach out to front desk even tho the response was quick that should not have happen in the first place!! Mind you this place cost 200 to stay there with no breakfast or dinner included !!Be careful of some of those reviews that you are reading and be careful of beautiful pictures that are posted at these places I would never ever stay here recommend any one to stay here !!     From start to finish of our trip staff at Crowne Plaza made it a comfortable and seamless experience. We were picked up by the shuttle from the airport and brought to the hotel. Assisted by the best of the best at the front counter during check in and check out. Breakfast was amazing and worth the $ for the experience. Thank you to all of the staff who helped us, answered any questions we had and pointed us in the right direction. Thank you to the shuttle drivers as well. Would definitely book again. 10 out of 10!

    Wouldn’t stay here again. Unexpected $10 parking fee each night plus $75 pet fee. Room had broken curtains and constantly running toilet. Nothing super crazy or horrible, but just not good vibes and wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be staying here again myself. Motel energy with hotel prices, once you add all the fees.

    Immunal at the front desk on Friday morning and as wonderful. The guy serving us in the restaurant definitely acted like he was doing someone else’s job and wasn’t happy about it.     This hotel pictures are nothin like the room you stay in the floor we were on had no air conditioning and only one working elevator that was about to go out. The staff charged my credit card twice and never would tell me why they did this just said they had to pre-authorize the charge that morning and then charged the card again when I checked in. This place needs shut down and redone asap. The hallways smell very musk and a weird chemical smell that’s very strong.

    Only received one star because no stars was not an option first, let’s go with the reservation information online which stated that parking is free and there is space for electric vehicle charging both are not true. Check in time check in at 3 o’clock however, my room was not available until after four. The front desk attendant was very rude and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the room and property was not as expected or advertised online. I was fooled by the 8.4 rating. I do not recommend this hotel. I will not be back.

    This time we stayed in the king suite. It was very nice. Living room, small kitchenette area with microwave and coffee pot. Suite bathroom is big and has a huge soaking tub. It would have been even better if it had jets lol. But my only complaint is the bed is hard and creeky.

    The hotel needs to be renewed. Bathroom is not updated considering the brand. Breakfast was just basic and nothing exciting.
