We were very pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room for our 2 kids in wheelchairs and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was very good. My mother raved of how delicious the yogurt was. Kids were very happy with the waffles. Would definitely stay again.

Poor cleaning, found huge spider inside the restroom, poor quality breakfast!

The room had dirty dishes, dishwasher that literally came out of the counter, and a broken TV that never got addressed by the staff after I told them it was not working. I felt a general nonchalant vibe from everyone that I encountered at this hotel.

All both of these entities want to do is collect money very sasified with this app service and the hotel

Convenient to shopping and dining. Clean rooms. Staff was rude. Pool was closed until further notice.

The bathroom is too small. You can’t get to the sink without touching the toilet, bad design. Such a big room and so little space was dedicated to the bathroom. Also, one of the beds made a lot of noise which was unpleasant during the night.

Big turn off there's a $20 parking fee. That sets the tone. No security no Gates no valet just $20 to park your car in a regular Hotel parking lot. It feels like a money grab if you want that extra money just put it into your hotel room fee. And if I knew that that fee was there I would have found another place that cost more that was better. Shower is Tiny. If you stay there be sure to be on the top floor because every single sound is Amplified from your upstairs neighbors. Pray that they don't have any children or come home late at night wearing high heels. The floor never feels clean and makes you wish you could have a bath next to your bed so you can wash your feet before you jump in bed. The guy at the front desk is nice but it's always embarrassed when you're asking what the $20 fee is and he has to tell you it's for parking in the parking lot.

Had to move three times before I was able to get a decent room because the ones assigned to me smelled so bad. Everything was neat and in place but the rooms were not cleaned.

Property is at the center of the most visited part of Jacksonville’s Town Center. The hotel is super clean and staff is friendly.

I've stayed at more that one of your establishments and never have I had to ask (every night) for someone to start the fire pit.

There are many hotel options in the area but home2 is definitely our go to because the rooms are so spacious! You have a lot of space to put your stuff. A regular size fridge is a plus! We were able to freeze our ice pack overnight! Breakfast is decent without extra charge! We just love this place so much!

The rooms are very spacious. They come very equipped with necessities like microwave. Refrigerator also plates and dishes. Breakfast was very enjoyable hot with different selections daily.

I like that the property is close to everything . We didn’t have to drive more than 20 mins to get to places . And the St. John Town Center is 8 mins away with out traffic . There wasn’t anything that I would change .

Everything was great. If I had to pick something negative the pillows were too think. We all woke up with sore necks. Some thinner options would have been better than really thick ones.

The pool was closed due to exterior building painting, which took chunks of available parking out of service. The hot water did not work and the room was filthy. There were no ice buckets and when we went to go find one they were all locked away, and nobody knew where the key was. The TV was in need of replacement as it was pixelated and on its way out. Garbage disposer was also not working. There are so many better options in town. I would not stay here again.

Room smelled bad, it got better but never felt clean. Also, this is the first time that I stayed at a Home2 where they didn’t bring requested items to the room. They said we’d have to come get them. Not good.

The staff was not friendly I knew nothing about vip was not explained anything. Did not know I got complimentary drinks till I just read my email…..The heat did not work at all they said the problem was resolved we got back to late to say anything besides we were checking out the next morning….

Kim was amazing!!!! She was accommodating from the very start all the way through until we checked out!! We have traveled all over the country and she was has got to be the best employee’s I’ve met. I also saw her say good morning to each employee that came to work in the morning. Also she was welcoming to each guest checking in and out. I want to thank her again for a lovely stay. The hotel was perfect and our stay was on the top of my list GREAT!!!!

The hotel was clean and the workers friendly. They clean the room every other day or upon request. The breakfast was a plus with many hot and cold choices.

If you want not only a safe, clean and friendly place to stay that is highly suitable for families but a place that is literally in the middle of everything and anything this is it! Whether you wanted to walk, drive or doordash straight to your room you could basically get ANYTHING you could possibly imagine or do anything! It was perfect for our weekend away as a family of 5 that just wanted to go hangout at the beach for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was phenomenal. Clean, friendly staff, updated, great breakfast. Absolutely loved the LVP floors in the room instead of carpet!! All hotels need this!! I will always book at this chain over all others.

Went to a Volleyball Tournament in the area. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The breakfast in the mornings was less than desirable.Frozen foods warmed up and powdered eggs. Also this is a cashless hotel.If this hotel offered a better breakfast service I would give this hotel 5 stars for everything. Excellent location to restaurants and shopping.

This was one of the nicest handicapped accessible rooms we’ve ever stayed in! So spacious and the bathroom was fantastic! We will be returning to this location during our next trip to the Mayo Clinic without a doubt! Don’t let the 5.7 mile drive to Mayo fool you - the Butler Road/A202 expressway was a straight shot to the Mayo campus - we got there in under 12 minutes every day!

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location!

There were 2 cockroaches in the room and the sink disposal in the unit hadn’t been run in weeks. When I walked in to the room there was terrible odor coming from whatever food or waste had been put down the sink but never flushed through. After turning the disposal on to get rid of it, the room smelled worse and the odor lingered all night. This is the second time I’ve seen cockroaches and had a bad experience at this hotel but I stayed here again due to its proximity to a client’s offices. I will not be returning.

We travel with a service animal and upon check in provided her paperwork. Legally we should not have been charged a pet fee and were told we wouldn’t be, then I see one on the invoice they emailed me at checkout so it wasn’t ever discussed in person they just snuck it in. Staff was incredibly rude to my kids during breakfast. They were making their plates and made it a point to single them out and give them specific instructions on how to behave. My kids are 12 and 14, they know how to behave and felt like they were being spoken down to. The pillows were all yellowed, and the bathroom felt slimy as if it hasn’t been scrubbed and has a soap scale built up. This hotel needs serious work as does the staff and management.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy check in and was given information for breakfast and activities and location of pool and other things.

The hotel was so noisy. The guests were outside laughing and yelling until past midnight. The halls were filled with people having a great time until 2am. There was only one woman covering the front desk so when I needed a sheets for the pullout bed, I had to get myself and my children dressed to go get them. The fridge is next to the door hinges so you have to pull the fridge away from the door in order to even open it. There were candy wrappers and sugar packets on the floor of our room. The shower leaked and was cracked. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was awful. The front desk girl, Aliyah, was so sweet and kind. She was a true delight during the stay.

Construction updating was going on and although they had hours of construction they began and ended well past those hours

The property is in quite and good area. There was an incident in the same floor where a person burnt something at 1:30 AM and couldn't sleep for the whole night. Staff was helpful and tried to explain but was in terrible situation the next morning due to sleepless night

Besides the fact the hotel looks new the room is dirty. Carpet needs a urgent cleaning too. Bathroom toilet has residue, wall inside shower is broken and there was a open bottle of wine inside the trash can under the sink. I tried to explain Carolin the manager and she was extremely rude.

The place was nice and clean. Close to UNF. We stayed there for family weekend.

The room we paid for was a king size bed(426) but the toilet was not working so I report the issue and they were supposed to send somebody around 3pm, I went out for dinner came back around 10pm and the toilet still not working, went to front desk the gave me plunge for to fixed and it didn’t work, so I asked for another room they gave me another room (427) with a smaller bed so bad that wake up with back pain.

Room was great, two queens and pull out. Fit our family of 5. Lots of storage and space. They had grills out back, nice pool. Breakfast with premade egg sandwiches and cereals and make your own waffles. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Everything was good until we had a flying big roach in our room. My children were afraid to sleep. The elevator certificate was expired as well. The sheets and pillow case for the pull out bed had stains on it.

I like the room layout, with lots of space. The property was secure & staff was around. Very close to shopping & lots of restaurants. I didn't like the smell of the room, I am sensitive to febreeze or fragrance. We had to wear our masks in the room.

Vey clean and sanitized. Check in/check out was a breeze. Glad we chose this location because it was convenient for what we came to do. Parking was free and on the property. Our stay was perfect.
