    The only thing that was working there was the 100 deposit, the bathroom were old and looks dirty, the bed and air conditioning was fine but in general is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Florida, I don’t recommend this to anyone.

    Item the location, and I liked the convenience. But what I did not like was the manager and how rude she was to me. Although I know that she has running a business it doesn’t mean you have to be nasty to your customers just because they are not as prompt to your backing call as you would like. I let them know that I was staying another night, but I was having trouble with my debit card that I was waiting on my friend to pay for the room for me, but nevertheless expect me to have payment shortly. Ultimately, I had to pack up and leave and come right back a short while later, but I had the money. My money was good. It didn’t call for being banned from the property. it wasn’t as if I was holding the room hostage or neglecting to leave.

    When I showed up they said it was $70 extra for a room type change (I never changed the type and it was downgraded from 1 queen to 2 full beds). There were spider webs and wasps at the entry door. There was mold around the fan in the bathroom and window by the AC unit. The bathroom countertop was stained and it wreaked of smoke despite being a “no smoking” room. There were also 10 mattresses sitting by the dumpster. My wife and I immediately checked out and found another hotel.

    The toilet was stopped up and the front desk had the nerve to give me a plunger. That did absolutely nothing. Then had the nerve to say that I couldn't get a refund because I was there for 2 hours. Idc how long i was there if i can't use the bathroom and there isn't any more rooms. I want my money back.     Walked in and said I had an online reservation. Workers first words to me were “Why are you here?” With a dirty look on his face instead of nicely saying something like “what brings you to Jacksonville”. I travel with two emotional support dogs after loosing two children. I have all the documents with doctor letters. He wouldn’t even look at it and said they weren’t support animals and charged the pet fee. Room was disgusting with lots of damage. Area felt unsafe. Called the main number to report problems. Was offered an apology but nothing else. Was kindly told support animals were not free. Perfectly fine with that. I realize they aren’t the same as a service animal. If the front desk employee had handled it that way I would’ve been just fine,but instead I was treated like dirt and like I was a liar who was trying to work the system. He made me feel horrible.

    Our first impression was pleasant as the female hotel staff member was very professional and accommodating. However, the experience took a nose dive after that. The outside elevator made a terrifying noise every time it moved. We were always scared to use it and we had to since we were "older" and couldn't carry bags to a second floor room. The beds were clean and comfortable but the kitchen was a wreck! There was massive evidence of water damage, a white piece of particle board covered where a cabinet door was supposed to be. There was NO Coffee maker, no trash can in the bathroom, and no ice. We asked the front desk for some plastic cutlery and were advised by a rude man at the front desk that we could walk to the nearest gas station to get some. Eight minutes before our checkout, we were rudely bullied by that same male employee that we needed to vacate. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

    This place is not expensive. However it's not worth it. Motels in some 3-d world countries will have better accommodations. Checked out after my first night. Never received the refund for 5 nights I didn't stay. The hotel staff says it should be done trough Expedia. Expedia says the hotel manager should approve. So think twice before booking a room here.

    Easy check in. Friendly office staff. Room was in the 200 building. Unfortunately, 1:36 am rolled around and 6 people returned from the bar to their room which was next to us. They slammed every drawer there was. They finally calmed down at 2:15. At 2:40 am there was someone bashing on their door let me in, she says. I belong here too, she says. They let her in and they proceeded to party until 5 am. We tried calling the office but the room phone didn’t work. We tried calling the main number but they wouldn’t pick up, it just hung up on me. We emailed the hotel directly, twice, explaining what we were dealing with. We had an appointment at 8:45 so we were gone by 8. There were five wet and dirty towels outside of their room along with a bag of food. I called the office at 9, when they opened, and explained our horrible night and asked if we could be moved. She asked if this was such and such room and I said it is. I explained I don’t want to cause trouble and just want to know if we could be moved. They had already moved our room. They read our emails at 6 am and wanted to help us then but also didn’t want to intrude too early. I went back to the hotel at 9;15 and picked up our keys. In the meantime they called the sheriff’s department and asked them to be removed because they were refusing to leave. Upon the deputy arriving they promptly left. I say all of this so you know that staff took care of us. They went above and beyond which made the rest of our stay great!!

    Not worth the money at ALL. The best thing in the room was the new appliances. The carpet need cleaning or replaced, the shower had a dip in it that a roach drowned in, shower head had so much grim on it surprised the water came out. Mold on the chair and wall BUT the ladies at the front were very nice and friendly.

    I checked in. A friend stopped by to see me. I was called by manager and told my friend was banned from the premises. I said no problem and told him he had to leave. I was told I had to leave also and I wouldn’t receive a refund. I had done nothing wrong and once I was informed, I informed them and him that he would have to leave.

    Upon check-in, I was given a room that smelled like an ash try. I asked the person at the front desk if I could have a non-smoking room and was advised they're all supposed to be non-smoking. Thr clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She ended up upgrading me to another room since they didnt have anything smaller and clean available.

    The room was overrun with the smell of bleach upon arrival. Maybe that's reassuring to some level in hopes the room was clean. We had to leave the door open and use our fan to air the room out for a couple hours. The elevator sounded like an absolute death trap and it's certification was expired. Other than those things it was what you expect at a 2 star motel I guess.

    Won't let me add photos without erasing my comment. Nothing was provided at this location.... Nothing! Didn't even have an ice machine. No hangers, no toiletries, only two small towels. Not a coffee maker, iron or board (however there was a place to hang both) no bag to put dirty clothes in, broken furniture and saw a few roaches! Microwave was so rusted on the inside, not feasible for use. Had to go to the nearest convenience store for all needs. Never going back to this location! Was a good price for a Sunday night stay, but still was not worth it!

    There is no breakfast or coffee available even though it says it online. We also waited outside for 20 mins because the lobby closes at 10pm and we showed up at 11. I also tried to speak to someone the next morning and no one would answer the phone or come up to the front. All I heard was someone on their phone in the back eating potato chips. The rooms are also damaged and we were not provided any soaps.

    this was my first time staying in extended stay america suites,and my last time,i have never stayed in a motel with such bad conditions uncleanliness,the room had spiderweb over the bed, the carpet was so dingy ,we would not walk on it without shoes,the bathroom shower did not work with any pressure, the maintenance man had to come to the room because their was no power to the TV or the LAMP, WE had two room for my family, the other rooms was not satisfactory either. the walk way was so unclean, you could not believe that this was a motel, YOU NEED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, THIS PLACE WAS A DUMP!

    Facility is showing its age. Room was a non smoking room yet it smelled like stale smoke. Elevator was questionable and shook and vibrated as it reached the second floor It smelled like burning hydraulic oil. Air conditioner was not working well. Bathroom light barely worked required repair request that resulted in a better performance but still a flickering condition. Grab and go breakfast was not worth the effort.

    Manager thought there was someone "suspicious" going in and out of our room. My son had to be at Mayo Clinic for professional duties as a medical student, tried kicking me out of my room when my son left and threatened to call the police to remove me from the room. Didn't have to call police, I no longer felt safe at the site and did not want to stay there longer. It's cheap but the price is not worth the headache they may give you.

    Check i was great, room not so clean there were still pee stains on the bathroom floor from previous renter. There were numerous bugs in the room stale smell in the room and this morning before the check out room service knocked on the door at 10am and demanded i open the door for cleaning so i had to tell her to go away. Definitely not worth the money.

    The staff was very friendly. It seems most of the guests are more like extended residents and several people are sitting outside on various curbs smoking. In my room, a bar stool had one of the legs chewed up badly, likely by a dog and I found a small blood stain on one of the pillows. The bottom of the tub also had some sort of stains that I could not distinguish. I was safe in my room but it did not feel like a safe place to me as a single woman. It was the cheapest option in the area so there’s that.

    I only stayed one night and just needed a bed to sleep. The room smelled of marijuana I had to go to Target and get an air freshener. The bathroom sink was dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned very well. The fridge was in excellent condition. The hallway was very dirty and I had to dodge at least 4 wasps. The elevator is fine going down but going up feels like it was going to fall. I would not recommend this hotel I have stayed at an extended stay hotel in Orlando and did not have these problems.

    I am so very upset over this room. It was nasty, The bathtub was terrible, the soap dish was broken off. The carpet was nasty and there is no way I would walk on it without shoes. The chair in the room the ripped and looked like cats had. Even on it. I have pictures that I will be glad to send if I can get an email address. Had the bed not been clean we would have left. We did go to the office and the nice receptionist moved us to another room. One was as bad as the other. I am requesting compensation please. This is twice we have had problems with Expedia.     This property required a $100 deposit when we checked in. We came back from a cruise and found they only returned 49 of it. I called and said there was feces on the bed and the bed spreed was damaged. My wife is one of those people that even clean hotel rooms. We have stayed at extended stays before and never had an issue and never have we had to pay a deposit.

The shower knob was very confusing on how to get the water hot/cold.The only thing I was not satisfied with was, they didn't advertise the deposit of $100.00 on the website or with the third party.

    The property was not very well maintained. I was also not checked in at a room for a very long time and spoke with the manager and it was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel in Jacksonville.

    The room was so outdated and it smelled terrible, it was dark and dank even with the lights on. The room looked like it should have been in a rural area in a scary roadside hotel. I wish I’d stayed long enough to take a picture we went in and out like it had a revolving door.

    Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.

    I called the hotel about 5:00pm on the day of check in to let them know that it would be after midnight before I arrived. The lady said it would be no problem. I arrived about 2:00am only to find out I could not check in after 12:30am. That left me with no where to stay.

    When I checked in the staff was nice however doing my staff different staff was not professional at all. It was difficult to get fresh towels. The room was always cold I would not stay there again.

    Oh also the room we reserved and that I checked the day prior to arrival on, wasn’t available so we didn’t have enough room. The room wasnt very clean either. I had to clean the fridge and the bathroom before we could use them. Worst stay ever!! Shower didn’t even get warm!

    the microwave almost caught fire because the door was rusted and dirty.This made the smoke detector go off.my whole stay i was sick because the room was not cleaned properly.i have asthma and the weather change only made the situation worse.people who make buisnesses comply about pets should think about those of us who have serious respitory problems and not lay dogs lay on beds. housekeeping did not change the sheets. the lady at the front desk"SKY"? had no problem resolution skills she became flustered and just plain confused when faced with my questions concerning billing to the microwave safety issue

    There was dirty garbage in the cabinets, the room smelled like piss, there was a weird film on the floor, the microwave did not work, and they were out of pans and pots and plates and cups.

    Could use a DEEP clean. It wasn’t filthy but definitely not clean. The A/C had a strong mildew odor when ever it kicked on. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can stayed had drip marks on the inside. The kitchen faucet was grimy and slimy. It was fine for one night. I was tired and the bed did the trick. I will say the roll was cleaner than the lobby.

    Had to figure out how to get someone to the front desk because no one was there when I came to check in. Not fun after taking a 5 hour drive. Upon entry, the room was clean enough. Unfortunately, once I got into the bathroom and saw the stains in the tub, dirty shower curtain, broken shower lever that made turning on the tub difficult and the thin overused washcloth, nothing felt clean again. There was also hair in the bed. When we asked for new towels and linen, my partner was told we would have to hike the old items to the office and that generally they don't do the swaps after a certain time. It served the purpose of being a bed inside an A/C'd room to sleep in and that's it. If you're staying long term, prepare to clean it yourself and have a towel to make it feel more comfortable. 2 days was long enough for me with the service and cleanliness I experienced.
