On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. On the other hand, the morning service was highly disappointing. The lady working the morning shift was consistently unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. It felt as though she was treating guests with reluctance, which stands in sharp contrast to the hospitality shown by the rest of the staff. While I appreciate the great work of the evening team, the morning service definitely needs management's attention to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

The property was easy to find, clean and quiet as far as the guests. I didn’t like that they gave me a room on the first floor right by where they were doing some obvious carpet cleaning and had multiple floor dryers running. I checked into the hotel because I had just had surgery that week and my husband and I were visiting his family for the holiday and I wanted some quiet time and space to rest. If you have a noisy air dryer going all night you should not have it where you are placing guests.

Rented a room with one queen, size, bed and sofa bed for three adults was comfortable sofa. Bed was very comfortable. Room is clean staff at the check-in desk. Barely said hi to me dinging acknowledge me at all any of the five days I was coming and going throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good better than average hotel breakfast and it changed in what they offered daily to give you a variety parking lot was well lit plenty of parking just a staff needed to be a lot more friendlier.

After checking out, one of my daughters accidentally left her squishy behind in the room. I called the front desk about an hour later, and they immediately had housekeeping check for it. They were able to find it and kindly kept it at the front desk until we returned. Thankfully, we were still nearby and able to pick it up. We really appreciated how helpful and attentive the staff was throughout our short stay!

The breakfast was subpar. Holiday Inn is much better. I was glad that checkout was at noon, but while I was trying to rest, there was a lot of thumping above my room.

Fire alarm went off twice while sleeping. Young group of kids knocked on our door almost at midnight. Was not a good experience. Cops were in the hallways addressing the group of teens

I only stayed in the hotel for 1 night.But it was very nice to do very quiet, i was able to sleep very well. That night and I appreciated that I will be back in the future for sure. A great place to stay. Food was good for the breakfast. Overall, very nice, beautiful bedroom. Gorgeous bathroom loved it.

I had emailed and called that I was going to check in around 8:00pm on my stay I stay 6 hours away and when I got there my room was giving away. Also do to that I had booked online that I was going to pay on the property and I tried to charge my card said it was decline I did not appreciate that because it had no business trying to charge my card when I said I was going to pay at the property.

It was extremely loud all night, it sounded like someone was moving furniture all night long. Constant yelling and there was a dog barking the entire night.

Someone kept trying to get into my room at night, and they put a sports team above my room and wouldnt do anything when I complained about the stomping, screaming and door slamming coming from them.

The floor was starting to cave in, and there was a huge chunk of missing carpet in my room. Also, there was a leak in the ceiling of my shower, making me think the water heater was gonna crash into me.

This is an older hotel so the noise level was higher than other locations but everything calmed down by 10:30 on the weekend night we stayed. The bed was really comfortable! The room was decently clean with good amenities. The breakfast room was busy and the staff struggled to keep up with the offerings, especially the popular dark roast coffee.

They gave my king bed away. Hotel was maxed out and we arrived at 8 pm. Had 2 queen beds and I received a price adjust meant. GOOD JOB.

The pans for the kitchenette are nasty and scratched up non stick coated. The room needs some major attention and hearing from another guest who is having similar issues. Seems like Comfort Inn (prior establishment) ran it down and they need a lot more work to make this a nice hotel. Plus the lot has junked in moved vehicles, a resident who collects junk and leaves his trailer in the lot full of junk. Very disappointed by the images they present and the actual building do not compare.

Everything was fine. The only inconvenience was that the ice machine was broken on the floor i was on so in order to fill the bucket, i had to go to the next floor down. Since I am handicapped, that was a bit of a stretch for me

Clean quiet stay. Just a stop over night on a road trip and happy to see the quality of a Hampton Inn stay on point in Joliet.

The quickest and easiest check in of any hotel I have stayed at in a long time. I appreciated it when I arrived late and tired.

I loved our stay here. I will visit this property again. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, up to date rooms. There is shopping in the area, restaurants, gas stations, right off of the freeway. We had a concert to attend in downtown Chicago on the 6th. Although we did not have to drive, our adult children did, it did not take long to get there. 40 minutes tops?!

My husband and I wanted to come and relax. Our experience was nice. It was comfortable and quite. The only thing is we didn't enjoy the breakfast. But I would recommend this place to others if they are trying to just get away and relax

My room was fine. The bathroom not so fine. I did speak to the front desk about the issues. Bathroom plumbing had a foul odor while using. Toilet is too low to floor, and bowl looked like someone had scrubbed it with a chain.

Rooms were clean but first room offered to me had a musty smell. Got switched to another room and it was a better. Hotel is a bit outdated and could use new carpet in rooms or steam cleaned more often. (Or preferably remove carpets altogether. Cleaning staff were great.

We usually stay at Hampton and this one was not the nicest. Lobby and breakfast area was small and outdated. Bathroom was not the cleanest either.

1. wanted to try the pool this time, strangely an admin office overlooks the pool with the blinds open so it was uncomfortable. 2. The pool water temp/thermometer was definitely broken so the water was freezing but said it was reading 93 degrees. 3. We tried to get in the pool anyway and brave the cold, but got out within 10 minutes as we started seeing clumps of hair floating. Not one for two incidents, more like 7 or 8. 4. When I looked at the sheets the next morning (after I had already slept in the bed) realized they were stained. The sheets were not soiled as if I slept on dirty sheets, but no one wants to be reminded in a hotel that the sheets were stained by someone else. Staff members were very friendly and listened to our complaints even if nothing could be done. Breakfast was fantastic! Gym looked very modern and well kept. Close to the mall and lots of restaurants.

This Hampton was a great option for an overnight prior to attending a funeral in Chicago. It was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, nice large shower. Front desk staff person at check in wax friendly. Breakfast better than most-- coffee was good. Although it is right next to highway, we did not hear noise.

The front desk person was funny and friendly. Rooms were great. Pool was fun for the kids. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. I left my coat by accident and i called back they found it and we are picking it up after the tournament we are attending today!!

There was nothing unique about the property. When we arrived, the shampoo was empty in the bathroom, but the staff replaced it when we told them. At breakfast one morning, eggs and potatoes were not replenished on a timely basis, so we got none. On our last night there, a truck came in with a trailer and took up 5 parking spaces. These spaces were near the front of the hotel, even though spaces for larger trucks and construction trucks are provided in the rear. Maybe there should be someone checking the lot periodically since you were sold out the 3 nights we were there.

We stayed here on our way north to MI. This was nice, updated, and reasonable outside of Chicago.

Where to begin? Well, first night of checking in the guy at the front desk did not even welcomed us to the hotel. Second, found out from a different person in the front desk that house keeping starts between 7am and 8am and that’s only because I had to get fresh towels and toilet paper the last day I was their. Not once the 4 nights 3 day stay did they show any sign that they even came to my room. Hampton Inn disappointed me. From now on I’m skipping this hotel brand. He’ll , the cheapest hotels have better housekeeping services.

Dirty. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The night staff was terrible, a lady at the desk who had no idea how to use her computer to log people in or out and honestly, was twitchy eyed and scary. There was a guy (staff) laying on the couch in lobby watching TV SMOKING A CIGERETTE while I checked out. Parking lot felt unsafe at night, with people sitting in their cars at 3am smoking cigarettes waiting for something. Drugs? Pimps? Who knows. Avoid this location.

Was very happy with this hotel stay. The room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food: waffles, cheese omelets, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit.

The fire alarm goes off every now and then around 5am due to it being bacon day. Dealing with this for an extended stay is not enjoyable.

First off when I went to check in, I was informed that I had already check in, which I hadn't. I looked in my emails and I had noticed I received an email thanking me for checking in and again I did not. The receptions at the front was very helpful and put me in another room just to be safe. The morning of 2/25 the fire alarms went off at 6:00AM with no action taking place. It happens again shortly after, and we were told it was due to the kitchen cooking bacon. That is a huge liability and needs to be looked at as another guest said this happens every time he stays at this hotel.

Who likes having the police sent to their room. No apologies from the staff or anyone. You just dont randomly send police to someone's room, because some of your other guests are doing whatever the police were called for. Someone from the hotel should've actually come up and seen exactly what room numbers they were looking for than to send to police to a paying customers room who has no idea what is going on.
