Nice stay

The suite provided us ample room to move around inside with our two grown adult sons. They just had to flip a coin for who got the pull out sofa. We will be back to this location. Two things that would have made it better. Something to stop the draft coming into the bathroom. After a shower it gets cold so had to plug the bottom of the pocket door with towels. The other would be to have some way to better grip the bathroom pocket door to open/close it. I tore a nail trying to get it open.

The staff, the room, the bed…everything was excellent, especially since I am in a wheelchair. Nothing.

The courteous employees and comfortable and well kept facility. We didn't care for the breakfast choices. The eggs and meat items were not very tasty in my opinion.

Rooms were clean, the front desk staff was very kind and professional and the cleaning staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, but could definitely do with variety for those who like waffles, but can't eat wheat. All and all it was a wonderful stay. Never disappointed with Home2suites

It’s in a super convenient location! Rooms are nice and spacious too. Loved the kitchen! Perfect if you’re staying long term!

Breakfast was nothing special, it was a free meal, the oatmeal was hot and the toppings plentiful. The real star of the show is the proximity to downtown Plainfield and I-55 being right up the street. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Staff was friendly, not much else to add.

The mattress in the room was dated; it had a deep pit in the center and not comfortable. The pool had a film on top that did not appear to be from routine chemical balancing.

Everything about this hotel was amazing from the front desk staff, coffee, breakfast and comfy cozy rooms!

Property was very clean and had large rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, offered me a drink when I checked in, brought me toothpaste since I forgot to pack, and they even asked if my son needed extra water bottles before heading to his tournament. I was very impressed with their attentiveness. N/A

The staff of this place is probablu the nicest staff i have ever encountered. Ive stayed at 50 dollar hotels and 500+ a night hotels and not a single pne had the courtesy and engagement as much as this staff.

I liked how easy it was to check in Michael was very helpful and friendly. His friendly personality made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Really liked how the check out is at 12pm gives you time to sleep, have breakfast and head out.

My favorite hotel to stay in when I’m in the area (which is 1-2x yearly). Pool is great- filled with beach balls and pool noodles to play with- plenty of towels and seats. The rooms are always clean and the staff is so nice. Everyone was happy with breakfast.

The room felt like I was in a gas station. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. There were groups of people hanging out by the dumpster. There was a table and chairs out there and they were smoking and sitting in the dark. I was very uncomfortable and we wondered if they were doing drugs.

found a fork stuck between the sheets at the foot of the bed when we woke up in the morning,,,,didnt eat in the room..............not our fork.......some one remade the bed with dirty sheets.......good thing my wife slept in other bed

For a first time visit, I was very impressed! I loved the sitting area out front, the hotel is very clean, it was a tucked away little treasure not too far from home! The pool was a little chilly, outside of that we didn’t find something we didn’t like.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I never need to ask for anything because everything is already provided and taken care of. 24/7 coffee and the breakfast is amazing. I always have a great night when i go here. Rooms and beds are always clean and super comfortable. I have never once had a problem and this is my go to Hotel whenever i need a little break from everything. 10/10

I stayed for a couple days to attend a family funeral and found this property clean, quiet, and well staffed. The breakfast bar was decent, and there are complimentary water bottles available from the front desk, as well as a good selection of food and beverage items for purchase. The area had shopping and dining options nearby and was convenient to the highway.

Everything was good. The only complaint I have is that there was a dirty washcloth left on the bathroom floor by the wastebasket. I had dropped a Kleenex that I threw in the Waste basket and went to pick it up and ended up touching that dirty washcloth. Ugh!!!!! The breakfast was really good and hit the spot in the morning.

Close to the Louis Joliet Mall, Interstate 55 and close to dining and drinking establishments. It's also a very close 10 minutes drive to downtown Plainfield, IL.

We were there my husband and I for my birthday. We staded 2 nights Friday and Saturday night. It was so beautiful when we entered the room. Everything was clean. Everything was nice extra extra Beautiful, I love the shower. I love the kitchen area They have real plates real cups real bowls. I just love it. I love the crush ice that was in the ice machine. I can go on and on and on about this place tone Home2Suit. If you haven't been there, you need to go experience one night. And I guarantee you. You're experiencing many more.

Good, clean (seemingly new) property. Found bathroom flush not working X'mas eve, reception quickly moved us to next room without any hassles.

Clean, quiet and roomy. My only concern was breakfast. The food was not hot. Even food bring replenished. Whatever you prepared like waffles and toast was hot. We honesty threw the food away and went to McDonald's.

Home2 is a home away from home because of the suites, the patio by the pool has grills, and in the front of the building that has fire pit and sofas. We also loved the variety of food that was offered for complimentary breakfast.

The only issue is that there didn’t seem to be any bathroom ventalation switch.

My flight was delayed. I called them that night before to let them know. I would still be coming to stay there unfortunately they decided to cancel my reservation totally even though I called them to advise them that I wouldn’t be there the first night when I arrive, they had no rooms available, not a great start to my stay in Joliet! Since I did not spend even one night there I think I should get a refund! Tempted not to use your service again. Thank you.

I like the breakfast I thought the hotel was nice. I just had a weird smell in the carpet. I guess they allow pets to knock a smell that.

This was a great spot for us during a baseball tournament. Plenty of room for 4 of us plus clean, quiet and friendly.

This is a super nice place to stay. The breakfast is great, the fresh cookies in the evening are great. The front patio area is super nice if there's not a lot of smokers around. My only quibble is the beds are super uncomfortable, but despite this, I'd stay here again. Great location too.

Unsure of the other hotel amenities, but the room itself exceeds all expectations. Front desk girl was friendly and professional as well. Very highly recommend!

The only thing was i though cuz it said kitchenette, i thought room would have stove. Other then that room was great and loced the stay.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Great shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, a big plus for my husband and I. The room was equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and there was access to a cooktop if requested. Great breakfast bar, good selection of food. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Outside is nicely light for safety. They have a fire pit that is on in the evenings. The rooms were well lit and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I love staying at the this property when I visit Joliet/Aurora. My very first complaint after staying at this particulate hotel multiple times is that the pillows had a foul stench. At first I thought it was the pillow cases but I discovered it was the pillows itself. When I called the office the receptionist had no problem with swapping them out. The replacement pillows also had a light odor but it was tolerable. My reason for leaving this review is not to down play this property because this property will remain my go to whenever I return to the area it’s only to bring awareness that maybe the pillows should be ALL replaced with new ones.

The hotel was perfect. They had very comfortable beds, a full kitchen set up, including dishes, if needed, a very generous breakfast, and even a fire pit out front. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette that we didn't really use. The whole building seemed fairly new. Everything still had "polish" on it. Staff was fine, but we didn't interact much. Breakfast was just okay compared to hot breakfasts at comparable hotels. Price was fine, as expected. Would stay again.

Everything was great staff was awesome and very helpfull. When we got to thw room i tried to lock the door woth the deadbolt however it wouldnt latch as i had to lift up hard and twist the deadbolt to lock. The exhaust fan innthe bathroom wasnt working either so that the steam from the shower wouldn't leave the room. Other then these items Everything else was fine.
