Location The halls, the pool, and the rooms were absolutely filthy and in dire disrepair. I felt like I needed a shower just from laying in bed. The place in its entirety was terrible!

The continental breakfast was not as pictured. No waffles, stale cereal and out of pastries both days.

Staff was friendly. Not very clean. There were dead bugs on floor, mold along the tub, something that resembled mold on one of the many mattress covers, ac unit stayed on the whole time and was noisy had to turn it off til we got warm and then turn it on again. The elevator was out, took stairs and the landing felt as though it would cave in. Room was updated, but whoever did their remodel should have replaced the joists to make the floor even. There was still hair in the tub, I had to take antibacterial wipes to wipe the tub down. They need new towels, the ones we had were frayed. I guess it was ok place to crash after the long day we had, for the $. But will not be our pick next time if Power Tour rolls through there again.

As soon as I walked into this hotel, it smelled like weed. Staff was not at the front desk. I had to yell “hello” in order to be checked in. The continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast. It was some muffins and some cereal and that was it. I feel like I overpaid for this stay to be honest and won’t be back

The stay was good, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The rooms are quite tired. This is a basic place for a clean bed and shower. I was there for 6 nights alone and the room wasn't cleaned or the linens/towels changed. This is the depths of January 2026 and was freezing outside, so not sure if they were short staffed or what. I'm sure I could have called down and had them do it, but when you're paying Wyndham rates, you kind of expect these things to be in place. The check-in staff were great and friendly and accommodated my request for a quiet room, my late arrivals and early a.m. departures.

The lighting was nearly all automatic, so lights kept turning off on us...once while I was in the shower! More than once a day, our key cards would deactivate. There was only one bath towel when we arrived. The faucet was frozen in shower mode, could not take a bath. Breakfast was a choice of instant oatmeal, rice crispies, generic fruit loops mixed with lucky charms, prepackaged muffins, or toast! No waffle maker even! As for good aspects...the staff was friendly and respectful, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and they had shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles instead of the usual tiny bottles. They also put us in a first floor room to accommodate my disabilities as I requested.

Stayed 1 night and when i went to flush the toilet there was a clog in it before our arrival. Went to ask the front staff to send someone up they said maintenance was not there. Inasked for a plunger to address the issue myaelf and he said he would try to find 1. After checking back at the desk he couldn't find one. So i was left with a toilet that was not usable due to it being on the brink of overflowing. Was not even offered a different room. Highly disappointed in my stay here.

Drove 6.5 hours for them to tell us that the internet and cable were out...on labor day weekend! So we had to scramble to find another hotel that had any rooms. Found one for $200 more.

This was an okay hotel stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was meager. Room seemed clean, though had a mildew-like odor. The hotel was to various shopping/dining options.

Room was clean & AC was able to keep it cool for the entire stays, but the continental breakfast was only coffee, juice & few pieces of toast.

The facility was really rundown. The staff didn’t know much of anything and the hotel is dirty. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to make a trip to this facility. It was terrible. They stated the continental breakfast was from 630 to 10. I went at 7:30. There was nothing there is no continental breakfast.

It's gone down hill since front desk clerk/Manager Judy left after selling her home. The guests aren't the same caliber they once were. This will be my last stay here. There are shady activities taking place after dark, my room was knocked on for several days after midnight, very scary!

First what I made reservations for room was not ready when I got my room it was dirty bed was had to call have him come look at bed they gave another room it was loud on floor as well did not take anything off room I paid in full never again

The staff was nice and helpful, however, my keys never worked, i had to keep going to the front desk for new keys everyday. Their breakfast consisted of cereal and toast, no fruit, nothing healthy. My room was never cleaned, towels never refreshed unless i went and asked at the front desk. Nothing was as pictured on the site. It seemed like it was more of a place where people go to live rather than a stayover hotel. I ended up leaving early and not staying the duration i intended.

To summarize in one sentence: you’ll live. A bit smoky a bit marihuana smell on the floor. But you’ll get over it. This isn’t Hilton. So don’t complain.

Someone down the hall had a fight around 4am. Yelling, door slamming,pounding. Limited seating in room (office chair and bed only sitting options). Info packet would have been helpful.

The rooms did what they needed to do. Fairly clean. Just not somewhere I would ever stay again. No frills.

I wasnt happy with the service. Stayed 2.5 days and never got my room cleaned. Faucet was loose, toliet flushed very slow. The refrigerator button was busted. Bed was comforable, and the tv worked was all that was good there

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. We got there on Friday, June 20 (after a 19 hour drive). Got to check in early. (After a couple hour wait for a room to be cleaned). The location was nice. People were friendly.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS IMMEDIATELY UPON WALKING IN, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PICTURES ONLINE VS WHAT I WAS GETTING AND I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY. SECOND, WHEN HE EXPRESSED TO KEEP THE EXTRA 40.00 DUE TO THE SMELL OF SMOKE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER RED FLAG TO LEAVE AS I SMELLED IT AS SOON AS I GOT TO MY FLOOR. THIRD MY BED WAS NOT CHANGED AND FLOORS IN ROOM WERE TRAMPLED W/FOOTPRINTS FROM WHOMEVER BUT HE ACCOMODATED ME WITH ANOTHER ROOM ACROSS FROM SMOKERS SO MY STAY WAS UNCMFORTABLE BUT WE WERE THERE FOR A FUNERAL SO I WAS TO TIRED TO MOVE FOR ONE NIGHT I DELT WITH IT.

I stayed at this hotel two nights in a row. The second night there were lots of small issues with the room. Door had to be lifted for dead bolt to work, bath tub drain plug didn’t work, peeling paint, poor drywall work… none of it was earth shattering but not as nice as the room I had the first night. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Love the location and to have a pool and free breakfast is nice even if it is only coffee/juice, muffins/honey buns, instant oatmeal and fruit, its better than nothing and the coffee is decent too!

First off, I get to my room and barely a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and it is just sitting on the back of the toilet no holder in the bathroom. After two days with no maid service, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for more. I was there 5 days with never once getting maid service. There wasn’t even a single vending machine to even buy a soda or snack anywhere on the premises. And the room itself was very uncomfortable with only a hard wooden chair unless you wanted to ly in bed all day. No channel guide or menu on the TV. All in all just a very ghetto hotel

I rent a suite but the room is too small, it doesn’t have a coffeemaker in the room like all the hotels, the exhaust fan in the restroom was too noisy, The hotel said breakfast included, I was expecting eggs and sausage, pancakes waffles, etc but they have only coffee and some chip Danish pastries in a bag, I never going to comeback to this place

Dirty rundown mold in bath tubs

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there was sugary sticky buns, a couple pieces of fruit, and oatmeal that they offered on the included breakfast. My wife took a shower. She said the first couple minutes were nice and hot then it got really cold. Also the toilet seat was not really secured to the toilet so it moved when on it.

Dude was super creepy and kept coming out from behind the counter and watching me walk to my room. I did not stay, bad vibes.

There was mold growing in the bath tub, as well as on the stairs in the pool. The continental breakfast was honeybuns, warm water, and oatmeal packets. Thankfully the beds were clean, but absolutely nothing like the photos of the place. We will never stay again.

Stayed in the studio room & it was so much more than expected very spacious. The only tiny little issue was the fact that the hallway had the cigarette smell which led into the room!

We were unaware that this is mostly a transient hotel used by unhoused people due to the lack of local available rental units. We stayed there for a week and had absolutely no maid service, which may have been due to lack of staff. We put our garbage in the hallway, along with used towels every couple of days. They staff was nice, especially Judy. We most likely will not stay at another Wyndham hotel again.

The staff were excellent. People are very kind on the property. I have severe back pains after sleeping in the bed today. I probably would want to check out a room before I commit to it in the future.

Very low water pressure at sink and shower. Took 20 minutes to check in to begin with. A/C did not regulate temperature properly so I felt.

I went to the front desk and asked if they had anything else available? he apologized, gave me a key to a double queen room, asked me to check if it would work. It did not smell of smoke so i switched rooms and he gave me a new invoice for 116$ (the first when i checked in was 265$) the 2nd room was in rough shape. So far i have only been charged the original 265$ on my card. no 116$ charge or refund. the room number badge next to the door was marked nonsmoking as well as my reservation.

Bed was fine. Hot shower. Not noisy so I slept fine. Front desk folks were congenial.

They lied on the website, there is no breakfast buffet - a muffin, juice and coffee if you are lucky. They do not have roll away beds, but somehow they say you can sleep 5 in a room. The pool had broken parts laying on the bottom of it. There is no closet or dresser in the room and the hair dryer did not work. Stay away from here at all costs.

Business trip with a trailer. Note: No Truck parking for anything over my pickup with a small trailer. Very clean and comfortable room. No ice. Offered breakfast but not much. Oatmeal, apples and juice, nothing else. I was a little disappointed.

Property needs to be exterminated seen a roach in bathroom. Outlets need to covered for safety.

Unfortunately, this review is poor. This facility was extremely unclean. There was an overwhelming smell of deodorizer which was intended to cover bad odor. This smell permeated my clothing. My white socks were dirty after walking on my room carpet. The bed sheets were yellowed. My room felt unclean. We were warned not to smoke or vape and yet all of the third floor recked of marijuana. There was dirt and debris built up in corners especially in the elevator. Never will I stay at a Super8 again because of this experience.

Hotel was horrible and nasty . Hallways stank , saw a roach in the bathroom didn’t even want to shower here . Will never book this hotel again !!!!

Not the best, corridors were smelly, roach in my room, it was cheap, but not worth staying!!! And as for the continental breakfast !!! Not sure what continent it was from!!

No locks on any entry doors

When we entered the room, there was a very musty, almost mold, or mildew. We smell in the room. I had to go and buy disinfectant, sprays and air, fresheners and open the windows in order to remove some of the smell out of the room. It also cause an influx of allergy issues and sinus issues with my daughter and myself. I’ve stayed at this establishment a couple of other times and never had an issue like I did on this trip. Needless to say this will be the last time I stay here. Specially, when you average out almost $100 per night and it wasn’t even up to standards. And when they say they offer breakfast, it was nothing but packets of instant oatmeal, packaged muffins, coffee, and juice definitely a let down.

Upon arrival the front desk the foyer wreacked of Marijuana the desk clerk was pleasant and presented keys. Walked to room door knob was broken and the keys didn’t work. The room had a dying big bug in the middle of floor. Attempted to use the jacuzzi tub the jets were broken and shot water everywhere. No remote control. Never will book here again.

There was urine all over the toilet from previous persons stay. None of the outlets worked and the cord fell right out of the wall! There were homeless people just sitting outside and staff said nothing! I want a refund!

Bad odor in building and old uncomfortable mattress

Unfortunately we got to the hotel late at night. We walked in it smelled like smoke. We had reversed 2 rooms. We checked in, our room was okay, smelled like smoke. The other room did even had towels, bed was not completely made. Went downstairs for breakfast no coffee no breakfast and it was 8 am. Couldn't make coffee in the room no cups
