The hotel overall is old and could probably use some upgrades, it happens. The room was freezing cold when I got in, felt like 50° but I guess that is better than being super hot in the month of June!! Took a while for it to get to regular human temp. The carpet in front of the wall AC unit was pretty damp.

I checked For bed bugs and it was not it. It was ants. The shower still had hair in the shower from previous people who had the room. Staff was good and tried to help. It wasn’t their fault. I was Going to stay two nights but I left And they didn’t charge me for the night I left.

The staff was amazing along with the breakfast and location of the hotel is wonderful, very close to great amenities and restaurants.

My stay there was okay. I asked front desk for more towels because house keeping didn't exchange mine out and I was told they didn't have anymore. The microwave in my room didn't work, the printer at the business center station didn't work, and also the breakfast was just okay, options were very slim.

Cons: Room needed a deep cleaning, did not look like website photos, smelled musty, repairs made to the wall/ceiling were shoddy, tv remote was non-existent so had to be requested from the front desk, mini shampoo bottle in the shower was empty(?), and 1 of the bath towels looked like it could gave been previously used.

The room has someone else’s wet towel in the bathroom and leftovers in the fridge. The in room coffee was decaf and the water in the shower was lukewarm at 7:30 pm on a Monday night. Very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

It was clean!

The outside seem fine when we stayed there, i wouldn't say it felt unsafe. The room is another story, it didnt feel clean, and the the shower had exposed chalking which had mold. I am simple person so i just shower around and didn't complain. Walls are thin so be aware of your conversation level if you don't others to hear. I heard everything as it seemed to be in the same room.

Also, the cleaning personnel took all the dirty towels but did not replace the towels. Also half of one bed was made. Apparently the housekeeper was called out of room or took a personal reason to leave and never returned to finish the cleaning and replacement of towels. The office clerk said this has happened several times. Had to stay awake for an hour while office clerk did a load of towels. Ridiculous.

The reviews and pictures are incredibly inaccurate. When arriving there were loud groups in the parking lot. The front desk personnel didn’t ask for my drivers license or credit card. He stated that only 1 TV was working in the room. When arriving to our floor, doors were open and it was extremely loud as if there was a party going on. We opened the door to the room and it reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was absolutely filthy. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund and upon arriving to the desk the personnel ask “what did they forget this time” knowing there are issues with the hotel. Thankfully we got a refund. Do not stay here.

Breakfast was great but ran out of everything right after we arrived. Bathroom pretty icky. Floor was uneven as if they put cheap thin carpet over uneven floors. Very small room. Just ok, not great. Staff nice.

The Best Western Plus in Jonesboro is a decent stay, especially for the money. The property is old, and that is evident by just looking around inside and outside. The room seems pretty clean but smelled of mildew and had several repairs in the drywall in the bath area that were not done professionally. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very economical, so I wasn't expecting much. In the future, I would likely spend the extra 40$/night to have a facility that was a bit cleaner and probably less mold and mildew. Overall decent for the value.

The price was very appealing and we love Best Western Motels. The bedroom was fine, the mattress was soft and probably needed replacing. The room with the shower and toilet does not have an exhaust fan and there are spots on the ceiling of the shower which I think is black mold. The room was 128 on level 4. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve seen in a Best Western.

Given the very reasonable nightly rate I paid, I was expecting a mediocre experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The lobby was modern, well appointed, and smelled clean and fresh. The young man at the desk was friendly, professional, and quick with the check-in process. My room was equally as pleasing. It was clean, up to date, and very comfortable. 100% recommend!

They do very little maintenance the first room air conditioner didn’t work made us go back to the room twice trying to try again. They moved us to another room that the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down and the next morning the bathroom was flooded from the ceiling leak

Awful sewage smell in lobby being covered up by automatic air fresheners. Floors in elevator were very sticky. Hall was musty and smelled of smoke. Rooms need new beds and air purifiers to get odors out. Property is not in good condition.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet in the room was sticky. I kept my shoes on the full time. The bedding was stained in many places: brown and yellow. I slept with only the sheet. The air conditioning was either on full blast or off. It did not operate on a thermostat correctly. I trusted Expedia’s recommendation of this property, but Expedia got this one wrong. You do NOT want to stay here.

The staff was great. I had a king suite. The door was not latched when I reached my room 505 and the hallway was dirty with trash in the floor. There is no hair dryer in the vanity area and the bathroom was missing a light and looked as though there had been some sort of construction to the ceiling. Neither one of the remotes worked to either of the tv’s and the heat/ac unit was leaking water on the carpet in the bedroom area. I will not chose to stay here at this location again. And when I travels to a nearby city for the next night I did not chose this chain due to my experience at this one.

Air conditioner didn't work and the fan doesn't blow very hard so it was hot in here till around 2am tv has CNN and one other channel the rest of them don't work drywall in the shower is falling apart exhaust fan isn't working, but it was a warm shower and comfortable bed even though it didn't feel very clean.

Had permwnent marker on the wall. The elevator had something weird going on sounded like a waterfall, was very concerning.

We were very surprised this hotel had 4 * reviews! We will never stay in a Best Western again. This place was competely rundown. The walls & ceiling had cracks & stains. The curtain didn't close all the way letting in lots of street light. The bathroom was really bad. Breakfast was dismal. The young lady cleaning our room when we arrived was very sweet, which is why we give it 2 stars & not 1. This place really needs a total remodel & upgrade.

The hotel itself was decent. But they refused to keep putting out breakfast items still had an hour and a half before closing and they just kept spring, the eggs and sausage. No real selection of anything. One or two bagels and no cream cheese. None of the drinks worked.

Not good: Small cushions used as pillows on bed. No one to greet us at check in. (He said he was fixing an AC for someone) should have had a sign up or something saying so. Long wait after we had a long drive. No one asked to see our ID - we could have been anyone. The WiFi did not work in our room. Our shampoo/conditioner were open and half used in our shower. These are easy things to correct so would stay again as everything else was good.

We had reserved a suite which we do with every stay since I have insomnia I often get up and watch TV. So with the suite it comes with two TV's however the one TV was scrambled and did not work. My husband although deaf did report this to staff. He was not sure of their response but no one ever showed up to fix it or explain. As far as the room it wasn't our typical cozy suite. This room was incredibly stuffy fixtures were loose and hanging away from their fixtures on the ceiling in the sink and bedroom area. The closet door was broken and anytime I moved my bag it would swing wide open twice catching me off guard and hitting my head on it. When we arrived to our room the door was open. I looked around and even knocked before entering. I just found it odd. The staff was polite, and friendly. Breakfast was very good. As I said this hotel has always been our go to hotel but for the very first time ever this visit was just not our normal experience.

The smell of synthetic air freshener slaps you in the face as soon as you enter the place. Carpeting in the room was filthy. The room itself was clean but this place is ancient and desperately needs renovation, the comforter was yellowed at the top from oily hands repeatedly touching it ( when was it cleaned last?), the breakfast bar had a wide variety but the eggs were powdered and tasteless and I’m not sure the sausage was made from real meat. There are several hotels in this area and I’d definitely choose one of them before going back to this one.

This Best Western Plus was just as nice as another hotel we've stayed at in Jonesboro but about $10 less per night. The breakfast was similar and rooms as well. The staff at the Best Western were very friendly and helpful. When we needed to extend our stay, they worked quickly and very kindly to help us get into another room. Harry and Kizzie were great!

Upon arrival very heavy with what smelled like one of those smoke cover up sprays, next day after getting back to the room from a long day of work room smelled very strong of weed. The smell never went away. When we arrived we noticed crumbs or food on carpet, celining peeling, dust everywhere, floor very sticky, and broken remote. Bedding was stained and pillow case was ripped. The day of check out when packing up our stuff when walking over by the window the carpet was soaked, at check out we were told that if ac is below 67 it leaks so it was leaking all night. While the room was in poor condition, the staff at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and patient.

The best priced clean motel for Jonesboro Arkansas. The room was clean with a full set of bathroom supplies. Room service cleans and resets the beds in the morning. The breakfast is a complete setup eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cupcakes and coffee. The gym needs to replace the treadmill the screen display is out of order and if the locked door doesn’t open ask the front desk to open the gym. Motel is located in a cluster of hotels surrounding it.

My main complaint is that the wifi connection was horrible once I entered my room. I had to sit in the lobby area to use the wifi. It was bad.

Would not recommend this hotel. First room we stayed in, water started dripping from the bathroom ceiling and pieces were falling in the floor. Switched rooms and the air didn’t work real well in that room but we dealt with it. My girls were tired from playing ball all day and just wanted to sleep. Stairwells and hallway had a strong cigarette and Marijuana smell. We will not stay here again.

We have stayed at the montel several times. The last time we were there the stay was good but the visitors they had traveling softball team was extremely rude. They like controlled the breakfast area and made it a mess. They were rude to the lady at the kitchen trying to keep things full. Because of the disrespect she got from them I gave her a personal tip. It made her day a little better and I actually got a smile and thank you.

The sheet and pillow cases were very thin. There was a strong bleach smell in the room. Pillow were very thin and small.

Like a lot of hotels these days. At night there is the overwhelming stench of marijuana smoke throughout the hotel. And the Wi-Fi would not work during our entire stay. And I did my booking through Expedia.com and so my room was paid for before I even got to the hotel. I didn't notice this until the next morning when going over my bank account. But Expedia charged me at the time of booking and then the hotel charged me twice more upon arrival.

The Best Weston has the best buffet breakfast with a gourmet coffee machine. My first room had an air conditioner water leak to the rug hotel staff change my room the next day. The hotel is in an area that is surrounded by ten other hotels. Professional staff if you need assistance there is a pool and a small exercise room

Our room was badly in need of repairs. The room was clean enough but it and the hallway smelled of marijuana smoke. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

I was tricked into a booking on a night that I did not intend to stay. I will not be paying for the room as I did not stay or even see the room. I suggest making changes to your system.

The room was big however smelled dingy and smoky for a non-smoking hotel. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, when we turned the bed down hair all over the sheets as well. It was like it wasn’t even turned. Very disappointing to say the least. We will not go back ever again. We ended up moving to another hotel for the 2 nights. Hoping to get a refund of our money. That’s the next fight. The gentleman did offer to move us, but my wife was dead set against staying there at all no matter what.

This was our 4th stay here in the last 3 years. Never had a problem. We witnessed that they had some difficult guests and the gentleman working the front desk handled them in a professional manner. We’ll stay here again.

Although our room was clean, the motel in general needs cleaned. Painting needs done, outdoor trash cans were full when we arrived and still overflowing next morning when we checked out. Our tv remote was broke in our room (batteries fell out when we picked it up) called front desk and they said to come down and get a new one. We did and new one wouldn’t work either. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The price was great for a one night stay. I was really leery of the price compared to the ones around it and they were all sold out, but was very happy with property when I walked in.

This hotel was affordable and amazing! Bedroom is separate from the bathroom. Have a living/sitting area. We were next to the freeway but it was quiet. The only downside is you can hear people in the hallway and when doors are slammed shut. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was free with an arrangement of make your own waffles, eggs, sausage and bagels. There were a lot of other hotels and restaurants around.

Staff was friendly. Checking in at 5:30 p.m. and room was not ready. Carpet at bathroom door was frayed with carpet nails sticking out so we put a towel over the threshold. No kleenex. Privacy curtain on window had hooks missing so light was shining in window. Hot water in shower lasted about 4 minutes for 1st person. So second person did not attempt to wash hair. Good thing as again, hot water only lasted a few minutes. Only coffee availble in room was decaf. Plus, coffee pod from previous guests had not been removed. At breakfast no coffee was available either. Hotel in general was very tired.

Overall I don’t think it was worth this pay at all. For my tv to be out and hot water to be out after a long day at work. And then get switched over to another room and the exact same thing. Cleanliness wasn’t good. I could see stains. The rooms looked very run down and looked like some things were repaired but poorly and you could clearly see it. The associates the next day after switching us rooms kept calling and asking if we were checking out, even though it did say we were staying two night when reserved. It was very rude. When we checked out, we checked out 6 hours early and when we did they were really rude about it and kept saying well you need to make sure you have everything we need that room open. It was honestly really disappointing considering the only reason I booked this hotel was because it had good reviews.

Not bad, we were in a room beside the elevator which made noise during the night when used. Smelled like cigarettes in the hallways. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. It was a good deal so not over all complaints.

There was no hot water, and the water had no pressure. Asked to talk to someone about the problem and was told that we would have to call back to talk to management. That was an issue with it being graduation day and having to take a cold shower. I felt that the person working the desk at 8:15 am on Dec. 14 should have been more understanding about wanting to take a hot shower.

Everything was clean and relatively updated. Breakfast was typical, but they did have grilled onions and peppers for the scrambled eggs. There was a new pancake maker, but it wasn't set up yet. The only negative would be that breakfast (on Saturday) ended at 9:00. Seems early for a weekend. They had a coffee machine (cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc), which was a nice option. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the price was great.

Check in was easy and the stay was peaceful

It was a basic hotel. We stayed in a king suite. It basically had a living room area and a bedroom. Plenty of space for the price I think it was a great deal!

Updated and very nice looking Best Western. They were actually our second choice option because La Quinta down the street was being difficult to work with. This Best Western Plus location was very easy to check into. Breakfast was good. Everything was good honestly.

Room was clean bathroom door knob was loose, when running water in the bathroom sink, notice water will be on the floor by the toilet and no ice maker on the 3rd floor.

Uncomfortable beds but clean rooms. Close to lots of food options.

The room was very clean and comfortable, appreciated the refrigerator in the room to keep cooler items cold. The full breakfast was very good to start the day.

Room was spacious and had great flow. Unfortunately the rooms carpets left our feet black and the carpet on the wall was peeling off and staples were hanging out.

The room has ants everywhere crawling on all my stuff the lady fixing breakfast was grabbing food bare handed ride then some guy yelling at my kids to get out of pool!! Very unhappy unhealthy and unsanitary dish will never stay there again?!!!

Love this place

They had no towels and when I called down to ask the man said they don’t have any because no one is in house keeping. The room that I booked online was not the same one we got in and when I told them about that, he said it must be a scam picture and changed me into a different room that still wasn’t right. The TV was not working in the new room and the couch was very uncomfortable. My baby had to sleep on the floor.

We had to put duct tape on the stopper in the bathtub because it wouldn't work the stopper in the sink was broken that was rust coming out of the bathtub broken boards behind the TV stand was supposed to get a room that had a living room and it and received a room with just a bit of TV pretty much a shack I'm very unhappy and I'm pleased with it

Housekeep "didn't see" a nice button up shirt that was accidentally left in the closet. I called just 2 hrs after checkout time Hard to relax after a graveyard shift, was constantly hearing doors slamming open / closed in the hallway

Breakfast was fair.

The room was very large!! There were 2 queen beds, 2 side chairs, a desk with chair, plus refrigerator and microwave.

Entire luggage was wet from leaky walls no communication or assistance from hotel at all

Very peaceful, not quiet the room I thought I was getting but it was still overall great.
