The property was conveniently located. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, but the house cleaner on our floor did not greet us or even acknowledge we were there. The pillows were way too soft for my comfort. I don’t like hotels that do not offer a complimentary breakfast. I believe that should be the norm.

Due to a flight change we arrived a lot earlier than anticipated but reception checked us in, a massive bonus and so welcome! The room was lovely; clean and comfortable. Husband has decided that the shower was the best he has used in several years and would return if only to use the shower! Location of the hotel suited us as we had bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance, the surrounding area is very pretty and the Boardwalk also very close. Not specific to this hotel as we encounter it regularly, being eco friendly is a great concept so towels being changed in not an issue however replenishing tea / coffee daily would be appreciated

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was never a shortage of restaurants and bars nearby for a great time. However, the pillows on the bed were terrible along with the AC. I set the thermostat on 65 when I got to the room. The temperature reached 65° a full 29 hours later.

Bar closed at 945 on Friday and Saturday which is odd. There was 20 or more of us and we had to go to the gas station to get drinks. Breakfast person was not very customer focused and rude to folks. I left and just went somewhere else. If you are in the service industry you should be more customer centric.

Horrible bartender service, attended everyone with great service and attitude besides me. Told me bar was closed 15 minutes before closing time, so i walked away and then seen drinks being served to the other people there. She even gave them drinks to go.

The staff was nice for the most part, the woman in the breakfast area was a little rude(body languag and tone), told us we had to get our own drinks, yet she tended to the white people in a much nicer and catering way. She was a little nicer the next day. The bar tender in the evening was great! Front desk and even the pool guy was nice. They dont offer daily room service, you have to schedule it if you want it. It is in walking distance of the boardwalk and all the bars and restaurants around.

No complimentary coffee bar for members. We don’t get the room with partial bay view. We were charged $22.50 for 2 coffees and two coffee cakes. I’ve stayed in the Marriott family of brands many, many times. To date, I’ve never seen this. Unacceptable. Please; do better!

The evening front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, there was hair everywhere, the construction made the hotel very difficult to access, and there were several dirty towels in our room. It also needed some work done because the grout in the bathroom was moldy.
