The pool was green upon arrival but the issue fixed while there. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were all pleasant and helpful.

Was very excited leased with our stay. Better than expected.

Very clean and professional event from the host to the house keeping.
- 4.5/5
Cleanliness, location it was near lots of restaurants and the boardwalk and convenience of getting in and out of property
- 4/5
The location was great, the room was spacious and the pillows were nice. It would have been nice to have an alternative to the scrambled eggs every morning, and the coffee wasn’t hot enough. The one washer and dryer at the hotel was out of order, causing us to go to a laundromat.

Also, asked for water bottles, front desk mentioned you can get it from market near front desk.

It was 2 night stay & Rooms were not serviced, when we called for towels for next day. Was told to come to reception & they handed over towels to us. Also, asked for water bottles, front desk mentioned you can get it from market near front desk.

Perfect for Keels & Wheels

Hotel is an all suite hotel which is nice. It has a sofa bed, frig & microwave. Shower area is separate from toilet area for convenience. Shower looked like it had mold in the corners. The air conditioner cooled the room, but was extremely noisy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Had waffles and eggs with a few variations. Would have liked a sweet roll option, but only bagels, bread and English muffins. Workout room was OK, but equipment could use some maintenance. Very safe location. Walkable to a nice pizza place. Overall a good stay.
- 5/5
Great room!! And area! Will def return!
- 3/5
Needs general maintenance. No bedding in room for pull out bed. Only one person at front desk so I had to go get the bedding and pillows for the bed. Hair dryer did not work, but there was only one person at front desk again so they couldn't help. Light over bed was out but no one to change it and no lamps beside bed. Breakfast was ok, plenty of food.

We absolutely loved our stay, the front desk clerk was soooo very kind❤️ I think her name was Ashley

I loved that there is a separate toliet and sink from the main sink and shower. I loved that the breakfast had options like egg whites and Oat milk. It was a great stay and I will stay again when in the area. Our room had two beds and a coach with a trundle pull out bed. The shower really had no pressure. In fact, there were new knots added and if you didn't turn it correctly, water shot out of the knob. Even with that fixed, the water pressure was not great. Overall, the rest of the hotel was worth the stay.

The breakfast was OK. I specifically stayed here because people said it was wonderful. It was just OK, I’ve had better at other Marriott hotels.

Location Breakfast very limited

Large room with all amenities, laundry room Housekeeping every other day only, so I went to the reception desk and requested that housekeeping would do our room every day, which they did. Breakfast was average,, not much fruit just bananas, paper plates and plastic cups. Room interior not very tasteful.
- 5/5
I was very happy with this hotel. The room was nice - I liked the layout, the a/c worked great, everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was tasty.
- 5/5
It was good overall , clean , fresh and staff was great, definitely will love to comeback.

Standard Hotel buffet. The evening cash bar service was delightful.
- 5/5
The housekeeping was supposed to come every other day or everyday upon request but they only came once in the 5 day stay. Had to repeatedly ask front desk for more towels
- 5/5
The rooms were super clean. The staff was extremely nice. My family enjoyed every moment of it!
- 2/5
Staff and cleanliness were amazing and friendly. Absolutely no sound poofing between rooms. I only got 4 hours of sleep in 2 days because i could hear everything from every other room, including thr microwaves being opened and closed, other peoples conversations, kids running up and down the halls, ect. I requested a room changed but they were unable to accommodate due to being fully booked. The lights from the parking lot are so bright, the curtain completely closed didnt help. I would not return due to paying $400 for 2 nights and not being able to sleep
- 4/5
Everything was just fine
- 5/5
Great customer service and a very clean room
- 4/5
Staff members were very kind and polite. Great location and pretty good rooms.
- 2/5
El desague de la regadera no estaba funcionando bien y el agua se salia hacia la habitacion
- 4/5
Everything was really comfortable and nice until last minute when the rude cleaner knocked on our door few hours before checkout. Same encounter from other half of our group that stayed in another room she knocked on. She's was very unpleasant and disrespectful. Whatever you're going through, don't bring your sh1t to work and definitely to talk rude to your clients. Uglee b1tch. The rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous but I can't help not rate staff poor because of her.
- 5/5
Really quiet and clean
- 5/5
Perfect spot for a pre cruise stay
- 4/5
Breakfast was bland with few choices, but I do not mind, breakfast is not my main meal of the day.

My husband had his wallet stolen at the airport. We did not have our debit cards because of this. When we tried to check in we told them the situation and they were very callous and cold and said they could not give us a room that we had already booked with my credit card without there being a physical card to swipe. This on top of everything else was overwhelming. They didnt care that we had no where else to go and refused to take or hold cash and our IDs (thank God we still had those) as a deposit. We had our child with us and this made an already stressful situation that much worse. We called another higher end hotel/resort and they gladly let us pay with cash and took care of us immediately after telling them what Springhill Suites did to us. They were not bothered in the least that we were without any place to stay.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the full complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff!
- 5/5
Good stay and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
Short drive from highway, attractions, beach, yet quiet. Staff was very amenable.
- 4/5
They would not let my wife check in without me. Just something to keep in mind and aggravating, even with the confirmation code and Expedia listing. I was in a class. But once we got in, the property and room layout was good. Breakfast was a plus. I would stay again. Convenient to Kemah and Clear Lake.
- 5/5
The first room we were assigned had a strong wet carpet smell but upon notifying the front desk staff we were moved to another room and it was very acceptable! Staff was helpful, breakfast was complete and amenities needed weee available in the sundry for purchase.
- 5/5
The beds and linen were amazing. The breakfast morning attendant we so sweet and accommodating.
- 2/5
Property looked dated
- 3/5
When we checked in it took a while to be assisted. The bathroom has several blonde hairs in it and thebother bathroom with the toliet made loud noises.
- 2/5
The place was okay. The first room the bathroom the towel bar was on the floor and I complained about it. They gave me another room. 2nd room wasn’t much better. The bathroom needs lots of work down. Shower head needs to be replaced. There is crack in the shower room and the shower door doesn’t stay close water come out.
- 5/5
We love this hotel in Seabrook! Andy at the front desk is so nice, checked us in very quickly, and was non-stop with his assistance of a large group. Highly recommend!
- 3/5
The pictures make it look nicer than it is and the pool was a huge disappointment
- 1/5
Horrible!!
- 1/5
Our stay was for 7 days. Checkout time was at noon. We arrived at the room at 11:45 and our room was empty. They had taken all of our belongings out of the room. But first we complained to the housekeepers on the floor they did not even speak. English went to the front desk. We've got the beverages that we had in the. Refrigerators, back, and that was it, basically I don't know. They stole from us.
- 5/5
Comfortable.
- 4/5
The front desk person in the check out wasn’t to friendly or interested in our staying!
- 3/5
Todd and the rest of the staff was great. The rooms were ok the restroom was good but shower and tub was not pleasant .
- 3/5
The lack of outlets made it very difficult to charge electronics. A couple of outlets did not work so we were having to charge it in the bathrooms.
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect, stall kind and courteous. Continental breakfast was just great. Everything was clean and tidy.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Comfy beds and quiet area! Close to Kemah and NASA, which was perfect for our little staycation 😀
- 3/5
It was just ok. We did find two cockroaches in our room…
- 1/5
was just nasty
- 4/5
The property was nice, though the bar was closed due to malfunction and also the desk clerk was watching fox “news” on the big tv in the lobby.
- 3/5
It’s time for the mattress in the room in which we stayed to be replaced. I’ve never encountered such a lumpy bed.
- 5/5
Very clean and resasonable price. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Reserved rooms for a Marine Corps reunion and the hotel was awesome! Clean large rooms. The best part was the entire staff. They so helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
The breakfast buffet isn't worth getting up for and the advertised "happy hour" somehow didn't apply on a Friday night but it did on a Saturday night. Maybe due to lower rates (I don't remember it being that much cheaper than other hotels in area) we had one night of teenagers (from a band bus maybe) running up and down the halls until after 2AM. On another night some noisy families were staying nearby and carrying on with no regard to other guests. I guess people with more refined tastes and common courtesy stay at nicer places
- 2/5
Lobby is beautiful. Rooms were dirty. I can't believe this got a 9.2 on Hotels.com. Really? The rooms were DIRTY. The couch had stains and the bathrooms were old and stained. I thought this was supposed to be on a higher tier than just a random budget highway motel. Will NOT ever stay here again.
- 5/5
All in all it’s a great place to stay when visiting Kemah
- 1/5
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my wife and I received during our recent stay at SpringHill Suites while celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Given that we chose your hotel expecting a high standard of service, our experience fell far below what should be acceptable for a 4-5 star establishment. We checked in and had an enjoyable day exploring the city. Saturday evening, when we returned to our room to relax, we encountered a major issue with the bathroom. After I used the toilet, we noticed the water rising, which indicated a clog. My wife checked the toilet and noticed it was also visibly dirty under the rim, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. I called the front desk to request maintenance, only to be told that maintenance was unavailable. My wife then asked if we could at least get a plunger to address the issue ourselves. The staff member put me on hold for approximately 25–30 minutes, only to return and inform me that no plunger could be found, as it was likely in another guest’s room. When I asked whether someone was sent to retrieve it, I was told no. I asked for a solution, and the response was completely unacceptable: I was told that we could use the lobby restroom. This was not a viable option, as my wife has a medical condition that requires frequent restroom access at night. I find it unreasonable especially one dressed for bed to leave their room and go to a public restroom multiple times.
- 5/5
The room was great, but the last day, as the weather warmed up, we switched from heat to AC. But the AC didn't cool the room down very well; it was mostly like selecting vent. Room 229. Otherwise, everything else went great.
- 5/5
Will be back
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 5/5
In good condition. Great restaurants nearby.
- 3/5
Old and not well taken care of. Have stayed at other Springhill location in the past and they have been top notch. This was very rundown without many of the same amenities as other Springhill locations.
- 5/5
Check in with r Todd he was awesome very friendly an quiet hilarious. Less then 5min drive from the Kemah Boardwalk
- 5/5
Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Like the layout of the room! It's are to go to hotel when we want to stay in the Clear Lake area.
- 5/5
It was a very nice and clean room. Property was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
An OK hotel - good room although a little tired but the breakfast situation is pretty appalling - plastic knives and forks and disposable plates and extensive plastic waste - really !’
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, and very comfy beds.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious….appreciated the distance from the port
- 5/5
Great check in customer service. Morning person was not friendly at all.
- 5/5
Experience was great from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a full, hearty meal provided. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Would stay again, it was very clean and beds were nice. Had a Netflix sign in option. Only downside was the elevator decided to stop working so we had to take the stairs, but we needed a workout anyways 😂
- 2/5
I never checked in to the hotel because when I got there it was an older white racist man behind the front desk gave me the feeling that he really didn’t want me to stay there. So I simply left and stayed somewhere else more friendly and welcoming
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
Nice size room for our family of four. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had something for everyone. There was a restaurant across the street we went to for a wonderful dinner as well.
- 5/5
The room was great.
- 5/5
Hotel was about very clean. Not even the odd hairs around in the bathroom. The Air Conditioner was amazing, the room was quiet!! Let me say that again, in TEXAS the air conditioner was AMAZING and the room was QUIET on a Saturday night. If I had to find a complaint its that the entrance is not clearly marked. We could see the building with the sign, was headed towards that, but needed to turn before we got to where one would "assume" the entrance to be located. We didn't partake in the breakfast, but it smelled amazing!
- 5/5
loved the modern look and style
- 5/5
Excellent and clean
- 5/5
Recommend adding lotion in bathroom and black makeup towel so white aren’t messed from removing makeup.
- 3/5
Room was mostly clean however someone’s fake eyelashes had been left on the floor and the sheets of the bed had several stains. Room was smaller than I expected but I didn’t really have an issue since I would mostly just sleep there.
- 5/5
Very nice spacious rooms and friendly staff.
- 5/5
We stayed there for a weekend family trip and we enjoyed our stayed.
- 4/5
The property was okay. I would not stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Dirty
- 2/5
AC unit cover feel off in the middle of the night. I had to change rooms. Then the AC barley worked in that room.
- 5/5
Very spacious, nice room. Excellent service.
- 5/5
Only bad thing is elevator broke.
- 2/5
Do not book thru a platform they would not shorten my stay on a business trip since it was booked true a 3rd party
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Our room was clean with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 littles. Breakfast was a hurry up and wait cause there were so many people down there at once. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was very nice. We had to switch rooms because our AC was broken. The first person wasn't helpful at all, but the manager took care of us. I also wasn't aware at booking that i woul be charged an extra $20 for an authorization fee.
- 5/5
It was one of the more affordable options in a convenient location for us. Breakfast was good. Just some minor issues: some of the plugs in our room were loose and devices would not stay plugged in, juice machine was broken at breakfast, many fixtures in room had wear and tear and could use repairs or replacement, water pressure in shower was pretty sad. Would still come back though. Staff was pretty nice.
- 2/5
I gave the location a poor review because our room by appearance was beautiful, but it smelled like raw sewage. They were supposed to give us a $30 refund and never happened and we endure the smell of sewage for the entire weekend.
- 4/5
The one thing need better breakfast food. Like apples oranges bananas.
- 5/5
Will defend stay here again when we’re in the area.
- 5/5
Definitely share with friends.
- 5/5
I had an amazing experience
- 5/5
Very nice hotel staff. Nice restaurant and bar. Beautiful lobby
- 4/5
Decent, quiet
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and the room had all the comforts we expected and then some. The two bathrooms were a big surprise and added to the convenience of our stay.
- 5/5
wonderful quiet was great to take Uber to the boardwalk will definitely return
- 3/5
It was average but overall it was good for one night!
- 4/5
Property was very clean and quiet. Also, the breakfast was great compared to many other hotel chains.
- 3/5
Property was convenient to where I needed to be. It definitely shows wear and tear. Mattress should be replaced due to wear. It was saggy.
- 5/5
Absolutely a great place to stay. We stay here time to time prior to cruising. Quiet but located close to Kemah Boardwalk
- 4/5
The property was very clean, and I really liked the room amenities
- 4/5
Location was good, just minutes to the marina.
- 5/5
This was a business trip and the location was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly.
- 4/5
Overall good stay with family. Our room was clean but light on a couple of things. Had to track down housekeeper for toilet paper, bar soap & additional coffee cups for the room. None of the trash cans had liners but not sure if they were supposed to. The call button for the elevator on the 3rd floor didn't work so we had to call to the front office to send the elevator up - minor inconvenience. Breakfast was well stocked & good. Overall really clean everywhere & front desk staff were all very nice. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Room not cleaned while we were there, not enough towels initially for the length of our stay and number of guests in our room and the elevator was partially inoperable. Location was good and breakfast was okay.
- 4/5
good
- 4/5
Nice clean property. Breakfast just eh not the best tasting but not the worst either- whaat you expect from a hotel breakfast, had lots of bagels and English muffins and croissants but no regular toast.…. Good Coffee though. Overall I would definitely stay again- great area and great price and no major issues with the room or staff. Nice set up in the room.
- 5/5
Stayed here when visiting NASA. I highly recommend it. It has a great location, friendly staff and is clean. It’s easy to get to. I rented a car and found it central to many places I wanted to see near the Space Center. Free breakfast with it too!
- 5/5
Clean and quite
- 5/5
My daughter picked this hotel for her kemah birthday and we loved it. Will definitely use this in the future
- 2/5
Gnats in room. Elevator doesn't go down unless sent up by front desk. Pool not working. No discount given for inconvenience. Ice maker not working on the room floor.
- 3/5
Check in was terrible. We arrived at 4PM and were told rooms weren't available yet, come back in 10-15 minutes. Came back at 4:30, there was a different desk clerk and she was trying to check in a very large party to multiple rooms. She finally finished with them, and instead of checking us in she left the desk to go in back. She finally came back and checked us in at about 5. Why doesn't Springhill have a backup to help when the check in load builds up? The layout of the rooms is great, Springhill obviously spent a lot of money renovating them. But they aren't spending the money to maintain them. There was extensive mildew on the ceilings of both bathrooms, and the towel rack and toilet roll holder were both falling off the wall.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We were very happy with the hotel. I loved how the room had a water closet with a small sink as well as a shower and sink in a separate area. I also liked the sitting area/office.
- 2/5
This is our second I’m staying at this hotel the first time and we had a fabulous stay. We like the fact of the couch makes two twin beds. This time there was blood specks on the thin sheet thing that goes on top on the comforter. The breakfast was horrible the eggs were bland and bacon under cooked. This is normally our go to hotel when we come visit family because of the location to our relatives. We went through 3 remotes for the tv before they changed the batteries. They have sensors above the door that turns on the AC when you get back but it’s off the whole time your gone so the room was hot and humid when we got back.
