You need a card to get in everywhere and it’s $5 to wash and $5 to dry, the dry doesn’t dry to good so you have to spend anther $5 to dry I spent $15 to wash and dry 1 load of clothes smh

Construction kept me up most of the nights. I requested to change rooms and they were willing but the only room the had available would’ve not changed much. Not much the staff could do but I would have chose somewhere else had I known. It’s not the hotels fault but that made it very unenjoyable.

Rooms are not really ADA. My husband has mobility issues and the toilet was like in an elementary school. Bathroom is very small. He needs his walker for safety and it was a “trick” to fit it in there. We will not be booking this property again.

Clean room comfortable bed. Great teriyaki next door. My only take away is the breakfast (in all the hotels that serve breakfast) could be so much better. It’s not the staff’s fault. Clearly, this is a decision made by upper management. Bland eggs, low quality sausage or whatever meats served. Luke warm, bland potatoes. Coffee, “meh”. Corporations, please step it up a level or three.

The staff and service is amazing. Keep in mind this hotel sits in an industrial park area. However, it didn’t impact our stay. We had a great time! Shoutout to Ana at the front Desk she helped us with our reservation and checked us in smoothly. Enjoyed our room as well !

The staff was friendly, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. The breakfast was great with a lot of options each day.

Front desk as check in was amazing. The gal we checked in with had literally the best customer service and I am a manager in customer service. Everything was very clean.

The hotel is very clean and well organized. And all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent stay.

But when they do more simple cheese omlets there is only like 20 left if that. So they waist money for a worse priduct.

Room was nice and clean and Dave and the staff are always great. Major parking issue as a lot of National Guardsman were also staying there. Also, the staff kept putting out BLACK bananas at breakfast. I pointed out to the clerk at the desk, but they continued to appear every morning. Very disgusting and devalued the whole process!

First the entire hotel has a musty smell to include my room. Secondly, has to wait at the front desk to buy a water because everyone was in the back. I was not impressed with my stay and will not return ever.

Communication was a bit challenging with some of the staff members, as most didn’t speak English. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. I asked about the omelet ingredients and was told it didn’t contain bacon, but after taking a bite, I realized it had ham. I don’t eat pork, so that was a downside. The housekeeping staff were kind and provided towels, but it took a little effort to communicate. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay, just with a few language barriers that made certain things a bit tricky.

Nice Surprise !!! when you travel 1000's of miles, trying to get the best services and yet stay within a certain budget is always a challenge. I chose this hotel because it was away from the crowded Sea-Tac area (near the airport). It was only a couple miles from there but quiet and convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed.

Nice spacious rooms, buffet breakfast included. Free parking. Very nice place to stay with family, would go again!

Very clean halls, room, and public areas. Did not have green tea and only offered Lipton for black tea. Same food on breakfast buffet every other day. It was good but kind of sparse.

The place was absolutely clean. but the hold for incidentals is way overboard at $250- that seems to be such an inconvenience. The service was fantastic upon arrival but the staff later that evening was a disappointment. He seems to be bothered by like I inconvenienced him by asking some basic questions.

The staff made it easy to book another night.

A nice hotel not much but fast food nearby. Breakfast buffet is standard and not much variety. Room was spacious and clean and lots of parking. About 3 miles from Sounder station and transit center.

So location is convenient and easy to find. The staff was great, friendly and super helpful. The mediocre rating is based on the following things. The room had a funny smell despite being super clean. The blackout shades dont really keep light out. The traffic noise is unbelievably loud but you are next to warehouses so not a surprise. The breakfast food is atrocious. I dont know who supplies their food but it is awful. No wonder it is free no one would buy it.

They gave us room near elevator that we couldn’t sleep all 6 nights. So, we requested little discount but manager told us that you were reserved by Expedia so he can’t discount this time. I want to reimburse for this matter.

It was fine though there were no glasses only paper cups. There was only one set of towels. The motel could use some updating. Mattress seemed worn tub was stained, we didn’t research Kent. Perhaps the area dictated the amenities. Do people steal or break things? Weird.

Room want the cleanest. They clearly hadn’t vacuumed the corners for a while. The vent in bathroom was pretty filthy and had dirty labels hanging from it. The iron had gunk on it, but thankfully they let us use a new one. Overall, a pretty pricey hotel for what you get.

The front desk lady she made it uncomfortable for me and it took awhile to check in. I felt that she was snappy and unprofessional, and she even was easily to confront her boss and was unprofessional with him like she wasn’t the problem.

This was literally the worst Hampton I have ever been to. Walked in to check in nobody around for almost 5 minutes to check in. Then when they were checking us in easy to tell they hated their job. Breakfast in morning was cold not very many options like the other Hamptons I have stayed in. The worst was kids were running around like crazy to the point it was so loud I couldn't enjoy a tv show let alone sleep. Called front desk and the made it sound like it was my fault. Finally they came upstairs after I just got done yelling at kids, coaches and parents and he said it was quiet. I said of course because after 30 minutes I had to do his job. It got loud again and stayed loud until 1am. I will never stay here again and never recommend any teams for any sport to stay here ever again. Absolute nightmare

I liked the quiet area the hotel is located, alot of shopping places around and the big mall wasn't too far. The staffs were nice to us and checking in was smooth. What i didn't like is, the toilet is too low and wasn't clean, and how the cutlery were kept in the bathroom area. Overall credits for this place is 7 out of 10

Our stay was ok. Room 408 was fine just very rundown. The mattress was lumpy the carpet was dirty and the drapes were torn. The fridge was extremely noisy causing us to turn it off at one point. You might want to check the heater. We turned it on and it omitted a burning smell which caused the fire alarm to go off. Luckily we were able to turn it off.

David was such a nice person to greet us when we arrived. He sent a text to find out how our stay was going. The other reception staff were so kind and the breakfast was really good. The gym was clean. We walked to Arby’s since all other restaurants were closed when we arrived. It felt like a safe area. Such a comfortable bed. Very cozy and restful place all around. Especially appreciated as our trip was for a loved one’s burial. Thank you.

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and make sure we had a good time.

1) Breakfast items are barely labeled, muffins are not. Be cautious if you have food allergies. 2) The room was not cleaned at all. •The bed sheets had sweat and food stains. I had to call for fresh sheets just shortly after getting checked into the room. •We opened the curtains to let in sunlight and immediately saw all the handprints on the headboard and the walls. •Nothing was dusted, or wiped down. 3) There was a group of children staying in between 4 rooms. 2 on each side of our room. For over 12 hours, we had to constantly ask the kids, and their parents to stop running up and down the hallway. 4) The drains around the pool are clogged. There was so much standing water around the pool and the hot tub. It was completely unsafe. There is a lot more, but we will never be staying at this place again.

Then the sheets in both queen beds were not laundered. The smell of dirty hair was very present. They did allow a slighter later checkb out, but didn't want to make it easy, and wanted to charge a half days rate for just a coyote hours.

Very nice grounds and good spot for your pets. The surrounding area is a little suspect but they do have on property security which helps you feel better about your vehicle. Kids had the intersection blocked off so they can spin donuts. Hotel manager handled it the best he could for the guests. But honestly you couldn’t hear it from your room just in the parking lot. The only thing is the $75 non refundable pet fee. Seems a little steep of a fee especially it being non refundable. It should be refundable if you said pet didn’t cause any damage or crest any extra cleaning. It’s not like the cleaning people get it if so. Also the security fee is a little spendy if you’re not expecting it. Some people may not be able to take a $250 security hold that will be back on your card anywhere between 17 days. If you’re able to then no problem. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Got good rest and the staff is really good at making you feel welcome.

Nice staff but when i arrived i had to pay almost 300 dollars for incidentals it will be given back once I check out but that was really unexpected and extreme for it not to be mentioned in the site as the reservation was made. Much older hotel than what the pictures show.

If you wear masks while you are driving in a car by yourself with the windows up, this hotel is for you. If you think it’s crazy to do that, then do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Awesome place!!

I usually like Hampton Inn hotels. Found this one not very soundproof and decor is dated. Didn’t sleep well first night from all the noises — next door, upper floor foot steps, outside motorbikes, ac or fridge clicking on and off. Didn’t care for the bedding either. The textured fabric is fine on top but not when it is also in the top part of the underside of the duvet. AC worked well. Breakfast was fine.

Just a wonderful experience. Clean comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, food access right across the street, actually appreciated the industrial area setting with their wide tree lined streets, less traffic and safer feeling. Staff and facilities were exceptional.

It was fine. It seemed a bit pricey for the area (industrial). The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The room was small. The hotel was mostly clean and comfortable. Parking was included. Nothing much wrong, but a bit expensive for what it was.

I liked the location. It was near the events but in a business park setting without excessive traffic or people milling around.
