10/10!! I was super impressed with everything about this hotel! Great location, beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculate! Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I would 100% stay here again!

The staff were really nice, friendly and accommodating. The bed sheet was dirty and had a stain in it, the second sheet we got also had a stain but we just ignored it. Also, as soon as we got on the second floor, it reeked in the hallways and smelt like cat pee, obviously it wasn’t cat pee but it didn’t smell right. One of the staff were spraying air freshener down the halls but it didn’t help much

Great location. You have to take two separate elevators from the parking lot but other than that it is very good.

Room was clean, quiet, comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay provided. The staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Location was convenient to everything. Will stay here again when a hotel in Knoxville is needed.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very new in feel. Parking was super easy and rooms were spacious and very clean. This is our new favorite for staying in Knoxville! So close to downtown, even on New Year's Eve and still, very quiet!

The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was clean. A few minor complaints: Fitted sheets did not stay on bed, and had to be adjusted repeatedly. The shower in the bathroom is the type you step into with a half glass wall, no door. This created a huge mess every time we showered.

The 3 rating is solely because we had such a hard time getting the conditioner bottle filled. The room did not have conditioner upon check-in. After asking for a refill, the bottle was not filled. On the 3rd day, I took the bottle to the front desk and said I’d wait for it to be filled. They argued a bit that that’s not how they typically would get it filled, but I didn’t trust them to fill it, because we had already been down that road. It was filled and we had conditioner for the last shower of our stay. Besides that, the hotel was just fine.

Hotel was very nice. I paid extra on Expedia for a package with free parking and was told at the hotel desk that they do not have to honor what is on the Expedia or any third party sites and had to pay for parking anyways.

Staff were friendly, hotel and rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location with the option of onsite parking.

If you pay thru Expedia for parking (I paid $11 extra per day as the property charges $25 per day), Watch your final bill. The property tried to still charge the daily $25 parking fee.

Great Sunday night stay. Quiet with many walkable options, including the Bijou and TN theaters. Lots of restaurants, World's Fair site all interesting. Note $25 underground parking on site.

There for a concert at the Tennessee Theater. It was perfect for what we needed. Easy walking to the theater, parking garage with easy parking and access to the hotel. The room was perfect for me and my husband. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa, but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We loved this hotel, the room was amazing and the location was so perfect to walk to the market square where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Very nice clean property. Bistro downstairs was very nice good food nice little bar. But what made it even better was the staff in this hotel are top notch. And of course the rooms were very nice and clean as well

They only gave us one breakfast voucher for 2 registered people. Thought was cheap and lame.

Always quality service, property is in good condition. Could have done without the maid knocking on the door at 8am Sunday morning but that was minor.

The property is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. My stay was for three nights. I was quite surprised to learn that during my stay there would be no housekeeping. On the third day I had to track down someone from housekeeping to give me a trash bag to empty my wastebaskets. Because of university activities, downtown restaurants were crowded. My small group ordered through door dash. Our plan was to order drinks from the bar with our dinner, but were told we could not eat in the lounge.

This was our first time staying at this location but we’re glad we did. From the front desk to the room, everything was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Here’s the one downfall, self parking for $25.00 per night, anywhere else that’s valet pricing. The only other thing was that the shower is missing half the glass so the entry in is wide open getting water outside the shower. By design? Not sure but a poor choice unless you like cleaning up water after you shower. Get past those two things and you have a reasonably priced super clean room.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was excellent and there were a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance. It was also easy to get off and on to the highway.

From checking in to checking out everything was a wonderful experience. Our room was gorgeous with a comfortable corner sofa that was amazing and a huge cozy bed. Everything was clean and the store shop offered anything you may have forgotten. Definitely going to be our go to. Knoxville hotel.

Good location to UTenn

The room was super clean and very comfortable. We were able to check in an hour early. We were able to easily walk to the historic Bijue theater for an incredible Jake Shimabukurp concert. We ate dinner at the Bistro restaurant in the Mariott and enjoyed great food and service there.

The level of unprofessionalism at this hotel is over the top and i would never recommend anyone use this hotel unless they get rid of the staff.

The hotel was extremely nice but breakfast was a disaster. You have to pay big money but no buffet, no fresh food, coffee was not good either. You will be better eating outside the hotel.

Great for a quick start to see a concert. We were literally just steps away from from the Tennessee theater and downtown Knoxville. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooftop patio was nice. Breakfast options were good if a little expensive, but well within expectations.

Downtown properties are challenging for some needs and great for others. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The shower was horrible I expected more from a Marriot and was Totally disappointed.

The front desk staff was wonderful

The room was excellent. From the massager shower head to the really comfortable bed to the Keurig machine. Food in the Bistro was really good and the Bloody Mary top notch. The one thing I didn't like, was the surrounding one-way streets. My GPS kept getting street names wrong and I kept getting lost. But, because the hotrl wasso nice and comfy, I'm willing to overlook the one-ways.

Making a quick stop and perfect for this and would be also for a longer day. Excellent location for Knoxville, especially for anything related to the school or a downtown event. Enjoyable bistro with good menu and friendly bar (would usually venture out around here)

The road noise and people heard in the parking lot at night was a little much (if you have a room over the parking lot). Cleanliness and comfort were good other than that.

I was under the impression when I booked my reservation that we had Continental breakfast. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful and did not seem care.
