This was a very clean and updated hotel with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The city feels safe and clean, and from the hotel we were easily able to walk Market Square for drinks and dinner and to enjoy the park with live music on a Tuesday night, to the World’s Fair Exhibit & Sunsphere; and to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame and the Tennessee History Center. If you have time, take advantage of the Tennessee Riverboat sightseeing tour.

Beautiful property - we loved the rooftop pool and lounge area! Very convenient and walkable to everything downtown. There was no true hotel parking lot - had to find a parking garage. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Awesome place to stay

My sister and I had a quick girls trip here for just relaxation by the pool. The pool was wonderful but bring your own drinks. Our cosmo’s were $24 each. Way overpriced but the hotel stay was an excellent price. Quick walk to dozens of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Breakfast was fantastic. Location was ideal, right near restaurants, bars and theater. Market square right there. Only complaint is valet parking. 39 bucks overnight while the parking garage is 6 dollars? Cmon, do better.

Your valet crew was very courteous and accommodating, even having to retrieve our car twice on check out day, due to issues. The front desk lady upon our arrival was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with in a position of that nature. The hotel was very aware there was a marathon in town (our exuberant rate showed it) and when asked if we could have an extended check out time so our runners could shower before traveling home, she quickly said “No, and I don’t know why everyone is asking of such!” I also asked if an early breakfast would be available for the runners before hitting the start line, that was also met with a quick No! We have stayed in other hotels in Knoxville for said marathon who allowed a little later check out time AND provided a simple bag breakfast with a protein bar, banana and other items to accommodate the runners. If you are going to charge almost $600 for one night, be a little more accommodating AND professional about things. Very nice exquisite establishment, but when your top person acts in such a manner……the beauty of the building and its amenities mean nothing!! Do better Embassy Suites with your choices for management. Will choose another hotel next year for Knoxville Marathon, cause you’re not the only game in town.

We always stay at the Embassy Suites when we are in Knoxville for the Big Ears Festival. It is centrally located, so it makes it easy to get to all the events. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is great--so many choices and so plentiful. The staff that works at the breakfast are all so helpful and pleasant. Please be sure to tip them! The room has a microwave and refrigerator. The only problem is that there are no plates or flatware, so to heat any take out is impossible. I hope the hotel corrects this before our next stay. The bar on the roof is great for a late night drink. Beautiful views from the patio around the pool.

Ideal location, right in the heart of a beautiful/fun section of Knoxville. Five-night stay and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this hotel. Super clean, modern, great breakfast, awesome rooftop bar, proximity to Market Square, theaters, etc. All wonderful. We have 3 teen boys and it met everyone's needs.

The bed and the fact it was in a busy area The price wasn’t great, we managed to find a better hotel for cheaper. One of the cleaning staff was in the bathroom of our room and gagging like it was good to mock.

The hotel was nice, the staff was pleasant, the location was good, all of the lighting in the room was so bright, non dimmable, blue-white harsh and intense it was horrific.

- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Beautiful facility. Felt safe. Parking was inconvenient and expensive.
- 5/5
Except for the hassle of having to use valets for parking (not at all unusual for large urban hotels), everything was very nice. All of the staff was especially helpful and friendly. The room was large and well furnished, just as we needed. The fridge and microwave worked well. Ice was never far away. The personal, nearly instant elevators was really cool. We did not care for their onsite restaurant, but the breakfast was awesome, fast and fresh, anything you might imagine. The front desk staff were much more helpful in person than they were when we called in advance of arrival, getting us into our room early as we needed. Awesome bar on the rooftop, with an incredible bourbon selection. As a whole, we would not hesitate to stay here again if needing to be downtown.
- 5/5
Breakfast was also very good. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Clean & located right on the downtown
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and a gorgeous rooftop pool bar!

- 4/5
Overall good experience.
- 5/5
This hotel is excellent. It’s in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location!
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Great happy hour, nice valet
- 5/5
This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!
- 5/5
I seldom write reviews. But this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Spacious, well-appointed room, seemingly brand new & perfectly clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Perfect location for downtown theaters and restaurants — both easily walkable. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time we’re in Knoxville.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was fabulous!
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable, easy to navigate and great customer service. Location in downtown is great for walking around. Will definitely be back.
- 4/5
Property was beautiful, staff was very nice. My only complaint would be that this hotel came up as a good family friendly hotel. I disagree. Our family of 4 was put in the room closest to a meeting room, so we constantly felt like we had to be extra quiet and battled catering lines to get out of our room. Also, the pool is not for kids at all. It’s through the rooftop bar which made it feel very awkward. Kids couldn’t really play in it because it was so small and felt so out of place.
- 5/5
Great hotel and rooms and staff in a great location.
- 5/5
Would absolutely stay again
- 4/5
I understand the remaining food is a blessing for the staff, BUT it is not specifically made for them rather for the guests. Loved the rest of my visit other than this particular event the morning of checkout.
- 5/5
Great location, nice rooms, a little more elegant than your typical embassy suites.
- 5/5
All good

It was great to have a spacious two-room suite. The location was excellent, especially since we attended the Big Ears Music Festival. It was within easy walking distance from all the venues. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful. The roof top lounge and bar were great. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

- 5/5
I loved this property and everyone so friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. We will be back!
- 3/5
No parking. $35.00 for valet parking plus tip. Impossible to get to the hotel with all the road construction.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Great amenities. Second time staying here, will stay again!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Our go-to place to stay in Knoxville. One minute walk to the Square. We park in the garage one block away on State Street to save $$$. Delicious food, excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful shower. Large, comfy bed. My only complaint is the automatic, bright bathroom lights, which is great during waking hours, but not desirable in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
A suite at 500$ per should have bedroom and living area separated. Trying to show tech with 2 tv's 3 feet apart and bathroom light coming on at 2 when pee break came was a shock. Breakfast was ordinary at beat. The view of a brick wall was the highlight of our stay. I'vestayed with Hilton for 40 years and this was a true disappointment.
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
Great location & very cool decor. In old bank building downtown.
- 5/5
This was a beautiful hotel with a very nice evening reception and breakfast. Clean and modern. We loved it.
- 5/5
Property in excellent shape and easy check in although the front desk person ( lady @ Sat 1/4/25 @ 4pm) - put the incorrect room number on our key sleeve. The breakfast was average compared to other Embassy Suites.
- 5/5
Nice

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
- 5/5
The service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and the help there was exceptional. Five stars all the way. Thank you so much.

- 5/5
Very nice room and hotel was beautifully decorated. Only complaint was the breakfast was not that great. Coffee was cold and food was just ok.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel and the location. The walkability to shopping and dining was great. The hotel was very stylish and cool. The rooftop bar was fun with great drinks and all the games on the televisions. Great time.

- 5/5

- 5/5
Was there for a concert at the Tennessee Theatre. Super easy check in, easy walk to the theatre and great room!
- 4/5
Nice hotel, nice gym, very nice bar and hang out spot with fire pits on the rooftop. Only complaint I have is there isn’t a hotel parking lot, you have to pay for valet and you don’t know where they are taking your car to or you have to park in a public parking garage that is not on hotel property and then walk to the hotel.
- 5/5
5 stars isn’t enough the place was excellent in all areas!
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Property is the perfect setup. Really enjoy the suite.
- 5/5
We had a lovely weekend in downtown Knoxville. The Embassy Suites property was very upscale, clean and well-staffed. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice place, loved tge elevator controls, very quick and efficient. Quiet, clean, i'd stay again.
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels in Knoxville. The only annoying thing is you have to valet your car and therefore don’t really have easy access to it at all during your stay but it’s still worth it because this hotel is actually gorgeous, clean, and has the most comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Nice overall
- 5/5
The hotel was very pretty and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Extremely clean and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in for a hotel!
- 5/5
I was blown away how nice this hotel was! Friendly service and very clean. Loved the rooftop restaurant. We didn’t eat there but great drinks. The location was also perfect for walking downtown!
