The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.

This location was walking distance from the convention center, downtown Knoxville was walking distance I loved I parked my car and didn’t move it again till departing. Parking is pay per day and rooms were expensive. To not include parking that was a bit much .

Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. Thank you for everything!

I paid over $500 for one night here. The breakfast was just the worse I have ever had. Sausage patties were rubber and they didn’t have any other meat. Be careful with giving them your card info because they will charge anything and call it incidentals.

Nice hotel in a great spot for all things downtown. Would stay there again. Felt very safe. Disappointed the bistro and starbucks/bar were unavailable 10:30-5:30pm because the food was fantastic and the hotel coffee bar that is included with breakfast was promptly stripped once breakfast was over... or earlier. Room was very clean, and I liked the setup with a separate bedroom because so much light pours through the gap under the door to the hall with the lights on all night in the hall. Shower soaked the bathroom floor if I didn't completely block it with my body, so be careful getting out. There was also a dip in the mattress on my side, but I think the other side was ok. We checked in after midnight, and the concierge staff were kind and helpful at all hours. The lady cleaning up breakfast has no concept of hospitality as she was clearly bothered we didn't have our breakfast plated earlier. She had pulled the coffee creamer and was breaking down breakfast before the end time, and then proceeded to tell us it was after the end time..several times. After she cleaned up the food area, she warned us she was ready to clean the table area where we were sitting and another man was doing work on his computer. We did come at the end of breakfast, but were weren't late. That was disappointing. Hotel garage was convenient.

The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking. Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I hope this will help others choose better.

Everything was great. Staff were all super friendly. Holly in housekeeping was so nice. Room set up was perfect. We both worked remote two days and had plenty of room. Pup played and also had plenty of room. Breakfast and lounge area was on point. Not just a muffin and cereal and oatmeal but a full breakfast. Nice job and thank you

Room was very spacious and comfortable to work from, parking easily accessibly, and staff was friendly and accommodating when needed. Their Starbucks coffee bar was very good as well, with quick service.

The rain was spotless and lovely and the staff for to delightful. Room was very very nice. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, only complaint would be the food.

Not the hotel’s fault, but I did not get much sleep due to the noise from the highway. I would suggest a room facing the city to the west and not facing the highway. I wish I would have been made aware of the lack of soundproofing. Otherwise, everything else was great and I’d stay here again.

Definitely will return to visit this location. Friendly staff and cleanliness. Love the amenities such as the gym, breakfast and bistro. Suggestion for security at nighttime at check-in or card entry.

Hotel, room, and parking were wonderful. My only complaint was the breakfast. Very little options, and the options they did have were not good at all. They didn’t have normal breakfast options like biscuits, sausage or even bacon. Only watery ham and microwave eggs.

Overall wonderful job on cleanliness, me and my boyfriend took a 2 day trip for thanksgiving and they were so on top of everything and attentive to any needs. Also guided us through everything throughly at check in :) !

Great check-in staff but below par cleaning staff. Housekeeper on my floor spent her entire shift talking on the phone, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best. There were spots on the walls that I washed off easily. Mold in the shower under a shelf. A catsup stain on the rug. Furnishing and space are terrific. Breakfast just ok.

This was a great area,very clean,great staff.

Perfect location for downtown Knoxville shopping and dining. The showers have an issue with getting the floor very wet. Like flooded wet. I actually fell twice trying to maneuver the floor. I mentioned to the staff and they were very apologetic. No one’s fault… except maybe the building engineers 🤔. Anyway, suggested adding extra bathroom towel mats. I will for sure be staying again. That was just a small issue.

Service and Hospitality were top notch! The room was spacious and fully equipped. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended, located in a great area, close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Had to pay to park in their garage, however it was convenient, secure and we walked to everything. Breakfast was great and there was a Starbucks and Lounge (bar) on main floor. Also had a 2nd floor rooftop outdoor space that was very nice.

The bed was too collapsed leading to neck pain after a night of sleep. Maybe a 400 pounder slept in the bed before me, I don't know

Had a stain of a biological nature on sheets on the bed. Was compensated for a half day by the manager. This shouldnt have ahppened if therly checked the rolm prior to our arrival. There were crumbs on the end table when we walked in as well.

Overall stay was excellent...from arrival to departure all of the staff were great...very clean room...food was great...definitely will stay there upon our return to Knoxville...

Loved our stay! My husband and I were doing a road trip to Texas with our dog and cat and are still talking about how this hotel set the bar too high! You will not regret spending some time at the Residence Inn.

Awesome hotel, service and location. Room was super spacious. Loved the suite amenities and view. Was so easy to walk Market Square and having several eating options.

Great location for shopping or hopping on the highways, great service, great staff....great stay. I would 10/10 recommend! Best hotel stay I've had in a while!
