Zero public parking. You either valet or you pay to park blocks away. Amazing hotel and amenities though
- 5/5
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
- 2.5/5
Location and theme, staff Waaaay over priced for what you got. Pay over 400 and then have to pay to park. Room not very clean. Large sticky area on carpet that wife stepped in (all most pulled sock off). Towels was not restocked and towel holder on wall broken. 5 stars for valet guys
- 5/5
It was so nice and quiet inside our room. We heard no one else. The staff is awesome! Also, very clean. I always enjoy my stay there.

Good location close to the university. The forced $40 valet parking charge(to an external company) on top of an expensive room rate. Should be a cheaper parking rate for guests of the hotel. Food options in the hotel v limited and frankly food was very poor quality. We had to eat in as it was unexpectedly snowing outside.
- 3.5/5
Great location for access to the game. Shower floor was slick almost fell a few times. TV kept losing the signal. No tea options for the coffee maker.

Beautiful hotel. Great location and staff very friendly. I can't wait to stay there again!

The location was great! You have to valet.

Great location and property! Nice to have food, coffee and cocktails onsite! Expect full Tennessee Vol experience and decor!

Professional and friendly staff. Erin was incredibly helpful. Great location to campus and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Exceptional

Really nice! Loved the hotel! The hotel staff was great except for the two valet guys the first day. Pillows were too firm. The two valet guys that told me we would receive a text never sent it which caused a delay in our departure the next morning.

The hotel is a cool concept and really gets into the vibe of Rocky Top. However, for the price per night ($540!) I expected more. The showers were dirty, the window air unit was a total nightmare and whistled ALL NIGHT LONG to the point none of us slept. There was no water for sale at the desk, only coke and beer. The parking is a bit challenging, as you have to drive down an alley to get to the hotel and then do a 20pt turn to get into the check in area. I felt sorry for Valet because they had NO place to put the cars. Overall, it was fine - hence my 3 star rating - but prob won’t stay here again.

Great place

Great Staff

Parking was expensive and undisclosed we'd have to pay until arrival. Saloon was closed next door. Took half an hour to check out when we left. Had to pay for coffee. Beds were okay but expected more comfort with the price. Extra deposit was held but i was not informed when checking in. Basically each reason I selected this location was a disappointment and overpriced

grease stain on bed and bill was incorrect at check out. I have tried to call hotel with no luck.

We had a great stay. Perfect location between both of my children.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat for visiting students that live on campus. The hotel seems clean, however is a bit tired and can use some updating. The rooms are very dark and though I love the TN theme throughout, the rooms are dated and need a refresh.
- 2/5
bed was very comfortable. room was super small. needed a small coffee pot in the room, rather they have an electric tea kettle with coffee "bags". would have been ok, but the only coffee available was in the Cafe in the lobby...which only had one girl staffing. I had to wait 15 MINUTES for one drip coffee. not acceptable when you are needing to get to a meeting or get on the road. it would help everyone involved if they would take one of the many buffets in the lobby and make it a coffee station. a few beautiful coffee urns would fit in with their decor beautifully and make all the difference. this hotel is beautifully designed, but lacks the details that make it comfortable, convenient, special.

The graduate is a fun place to stay especially if you are a Vols fan. I really didnt care for the eating expierences. The menu in the bar was limiteed as well as the breakfast. I prefer traditional dining opportunites. But other than that its great!
- 5/5
When we arrived, I was informed that I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong date. The gentleman working the desk quickly remedied the situation and got us a room. Great customer service!
- 5/5
we loved the festive decor and the proximity to the college.
- 2/5
Overall this hotel experience is what I'd expect from a $75/night Red Roof Inn not an over $200/night (including valet and taxes) hotel. Stayed at the Graduate at Ole Miss and enjoyed it, this hotel was horribly over priced!!
- 5/5
I love this hotel!
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised by how homey the room was. Cute details all around.
- 5/5
Place was amazing. Short trip with my family to see the baseball game Friday night. Nice, simple, clean, pretty cool environment.
- 5/5
Fabulous visit and yes my daughter did decide to go to school here!!! The staff is incredible - the woman who checked us in was a senior and was so nice and informative about the hotel and the school. So on theme for our first of many trips to Knoxville! GO VOLS!
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean property, great location.
- 5/5
The avocado toast was delicious!
- 5/5
overall a great stay!
- 5/5
Rooms are adorable and staff excellent!
- 5/5
Front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the whole stay felt very guest centric!
- 4/5
Breakfast was not provided so we opted to eat elsewhere in Knoxville.
- 4/5
The staff was the nicest that we have ever had at a Graduate Hotel, however, the facilities are a bit tired. They need a refresh for sure.
- 5/5
Quiet room. Nice Boutique feel.
- 5/5
The gym was a little lacking but decent for a down town hotel. King rooms are a bit small
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and everything was very nice. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything needed.
- 3/5
Condom wrapper found by dog in “clean” room. Bathroom smelled terribly like urine.
- 5/5
Loved this spot so much
- 3/5
Place seemed a bit dusty. Weird smell in the lobby. Staff was nice enough. Hotel handyman asked me to watch a movie in his room. Creepy.
- 5/5
Great location & clean rooms. The restaurant/bar seems a little strange- set up in a meeting room.
- 5/5
very clean, well decorated, friendly and helpful staff. Great location for University Tours!
- 5/5
Excellent location and a beautiful and well-appointed room
- 5/5
We loved the vibe of our room. So many details! Very clean and quiet. Staff was great!
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
We arrived at 4am and they were happy to accommodate a late checkout for us ... great staff and fun hotel vibe - great location.
- 5/5
I wish they had bottle fillers and Nespresso/Keurig machines in the room; but this is a common issue in a lot of hotels atm.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Love the Graduate! Cozy room and great coffee shop.
- 5/5
Very Friendly Staff....great room, great breakfast, great connecting restaurant/bar!
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and nice.
- 5/5
Front desk staff very nice
- 5/5
Morgan, the front desk clerk, is FABULOUS and so personable. From the end of our interaction, I was calling her “my friend Morgan.” The hotel was clean and accommodating and obviously decorated to perfection. Go graduate and as always, Go Vols!
- 5/5
Walking distance to Thompson Bowling arena. Courteous staff
- 3/5
Disappointed in the room. Extremely small for the price. Only good thing was the close proximity to the campus.
- 4/5
Staff was polite & helpful, room was clean. 24 hour valet necessary & appreciated but pricey ($40 for overnight plus tip). Bath products were off-putting. One smelled worse than the other and overall were akin to pesticide. Never experienced anything like it, but you don’t book a hotel for their shampoo. I didn’t have a chance to visit the restaurant or breakfast café so can’t comment.
- 4/5
The room was nice the staff were nice . I couldn’t go to sleep until after 11:30 pm due to traffic noise then was woke up at 5:30 am due to vehicle noise.
- 5/5
We loved the rooms and the staff was very nice
- 5/5
Very nice staff and hotel!! This is our second stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and staff!
- 5/5
Had a wonderful time here
- 1/5
The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. The problems were the beds were far too high and the room was so small two people could not pass at any point in the room. The biggest problem was the flat shower bottom had nothing for grip and was so slick we had to lay a towel down to even be able to stand and not slip. Very unsafe and we will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff and clean rooms
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and we could check in early.
- 1/5
Room was fine. I have a dent in my new car after using their valet. Not sure how to go about this
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, great memorabilia
- 3/5
The room was nice but not any better than your average hotel. It was a good cleanliness . Comfortable bed. We had an issue with the toilet handle sticking. I had to remove the tank lid twice to adjust it. I know it's a simple fix but again not something I want to be doing when I paid $300+ for a single night and a hotel. And the tank was still running the chain wouldn't stay in place properly I had to inform the front desk prior to check out this morning. The atmosphere was great lovely and fun vibes in the lobby ,the saloon was really neat the over all theme was really cool. We did try breakfast there I got a cappuccino, scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. Bacon was super fatty I had to pick it a part and couldn't eat half of it because it wasn't cooked enough and my eggs were really hard to eat. They tasted like strait vegetable oil and If I hadn't bought a drink I probably wouldn't have been able to eat them at all so I was very disappointed with breakfast but the coffee was good. I don't really think I'll come stay again.
- 5/5
Absolutely adorable hotel! The decor was perfect. Very cozy & comfortable rooms, even though they’re on the smaller side. Will 100% stay there again ❤️
- 5/5
Went to Knoxville to see the Lainey Wilson concert. Had a great stay at the graduate Hilton nice property and very pet friendly.
- 5/5
Very clean room and nice amenities
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Cute place! Clean and fun with a restaurant bar at the hotel.
- 5/5
We honestly LOVED our stay at The Graduate. The facilities were just simply top-flight in every way. The staff—-from valet to check-in to room cleanliness staff—-were all spectacular. We will indeed be back!!!
- 5/5
Clean room, extremely friendly employees, overall a great stay!
- 5/5
The whole vibe is a wonderful. Staff were so friendly and the bar was exceptional!
- 5/5
Room was nice. Shower head was worst we’ve seen in a while. Stationary, no adjustments, so all you get is a sprinkling. Not okay for this type property! Pillows were not our favorite…looked nice but was difficult to get comfortable on them. Having a firmer pillow option in the room would have been a bonus.
- 2/5
Room was lacking attention, very tight space as well for the price. Staff was not friendly and the valet is very inconvenient
- 5/5
Great space, well decorated. Perfect location to visit my Vol
- 5/5
Clean room cute decor
- 5/5
We loved the UTK memorabilia all throughout the lobby and rooms. Breakfast of eggs, yogurt, bacon, coffee and tea was yummy and convenient.
- 4/5
Unique hotel. Rooms are small and valet is pricey. The walls are very thin and we heard loud music from a neighboring restaurant past midnight. It was a Wednesday night. Stuff was friendly.
- 1/5
This was awful and I will never be back
- 5/5
Had a great time in the cutest hotel
- 4/5
Also just got a $55 valet charge for one night that I plan to call about , esp since my car was left right outside in a spot 25 feet away all night
- 4/5
I love this chain. They’re all super cool. Room was really great. Night staff was great, morning not so much. Hard area too with all the college students everywhere. But it was quiet.
- 5/5
Loved the location - able to walk around campus. You are required to valet, but we really didn’t need the car.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, it was clean and close to the University. The only drawback was parking was only valet and a little pricey.
- 5/5
The Graduate will get my business any time I am in Knoxville!
- 3/5
Stayed for college move in. You can't beat the location. But the road nouse was terrible. Im a Hilton Honors members and honstly if i wasnt so tired from moving in i would changed hotels. You pay premium for the location but depending on whete your room is the noise will impact your nights sleep.
- 5/5
There are so many different places to eat, school campus, and the stadium within walking distance. I love staying there for the location and good rooms.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for the vols vibe feeling.
- 4/5
Very nice stay. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him. The barista in the am was engaging as well:) Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:)
- 4/5
Great - really enjoyed it. A great hotel with great service and fun atmosphere. The fitness room could use some upkeep, there was no recycling, and the valet parking was more than I wanted to pay considering the cost. However we would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location and boutique hotel feel with amenities. Nice personal touches. Comfortable beds and very unique. 9/10
- 3/5
Overall it was okay. Staffs were good but facility could be better clean and maintained.
- 5/5
Location is ideal but the room was definitely showing wear and tear. Torn/worn window shades and stains all over the fabric bed frame.
- 4/5
I love this hotel. I recently attended a 3-day workshop at the University of Tennessee and was able to walk from the Graduate Hotel, to my classes; something I haven't done since 1973. The hotel is older, but has been refurbished nicely. Very convenient to anything on the UT Knoxville campus. No parking. All guest cars are valet-parked.
- 5/5
Really cute University hotel. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Small rooms
- 4/5
A bit over priced but a nice hotel. The rooms were well decorated and Tennessee themed. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked. The parking is valet only, sigh, and we didn’t think the higher cost was worth it. Would stay again if didn’t have other options. Right across from campus.
- 5/5
Super convenient to the University of Tennessee campus. Walkable to campus, shopping and dining.
- 4/5
Love the Graduate hotels. They are precious. Service was great and friendly. The pillows weren’t comfy though. I think they were down pillows which sound fancy but get hard and flat.
- 3/5
I love staying at Graduates and typically enjoy my time. This location was cute but not as nice. The floor I stayed on had a musky damp feeling in the air. Also there were a ton of stains all of my bed. The last thing that was annoying that I was asked if I wanted them to clean my room and I said yes. The next day my room was still dirty.
- 4/5
The Graduate Hotels always have a delightful design aesthetic that makes any stay there fun! But in Knoxville, the surrounding university area is small, and aside from a few restaurants not that interesting. The outrageous parking fee was very disappointing.
- 5/5
Great stay! Friendly staff, comfortable bed!
- 5/5
Unique decor nice decor
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, always enjoy staying there
- 5/5
Refrigerator didnt work and no microwave
- 5/5
Great property, will stay again. Great location on campus..
- 5/5
Nice Hotel
- 5/5
Truly enjoyed our stay at The Graduate. Can't beat the amenities and location!
- 5/5
Great location to the university
- 5/5
Cute property, clean and close to UT. Will stay there again!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great hotel with so much interesting Vols memorabilia.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient, and staff was friendly!
- 5/5
hotel is right next to campus. You can’t beat the location!
- 5/5
Best hotel for staying on campus and walking to most restaurants and other events. Bonus is the restaurant/bar inside the property very convenient.
- 5/5
Clean. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Was a bit run down, not very clean and toilet had problems flush g.
- 3/5
Our room was extremely dated and dirty. The AC vent was covered in dust and the box spring and fabric platform bed was heavily stained. Staff was very nice but the rooms need a major overhaul. For the price it is definitely not worth the money.
- 2/5
The room was so poorly planned that you couldn’t open the closet doors and walk between them and the bed. The two of us were talking turns on who got to move around the room: the other person had to sit or be in bed. There was hair in the shower from the previous guest and stains on the cloth bed board that unfortunately led you to wonder what they came from. There is only instant coffee in the room and paper cups, which they took during a mid stay spiffing and did not replace. The staff was fine, the towels nice, and the shower had plenty of hot water. I would not recommend this place, however. A cheaper hotel on the interstate would have been more comfortable and more generous.
- 5/5
I always enjoy The Graduate!
- 5/5
Great hotel with fun decorations!
- 5/5
Best hotel ever! The rooms are absolutely beautiful! GBO!
- 5/5
Adorable would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Several amenities in our room were not at the level I’ve come to expect of the graduate brand / a sink that wouldn’t drain, a tv without access to streaming service, a broken bathroom lock. Stay was just ok, below standard of other properties we stayed in this trip
- 3/5
Service is mediocre, apparently due to understaffing. Check in/check out is painfully slow. Also, the dead bolt lock on the door to my room did not work at all.
- 4/5
Cool place, strong smell in the lobby that made us book it out of there quickly. Parking was unexpected too, luckily we were able to find free overnight street parking and just woke up early to move it. Cool place though, definitely unique. The bar was sad though and we didn’t go in.
- 5/5
Unique and fun. Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
fairly good stay. the rooms seem too small for the king size beds. they were clean and staff was friendly. the shower "head' was broken in our room. the maintenance men responded quickly and fixed it within an hour. convenient to ut sports and campus. not a lot of choices for dining around the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location for visiting University of Tennessee. Hotel theming was so cute. Dining option on site was convenient. Only parking option is valet. Definitely not a quiet location. Police sirens all hours of night and dumpsters getting emptied in middle of night.
- 4/5
The water pressure in the bathroom shower was very low. Should be updated.
- 4/5
Fun atmosphere, really a convenient and fun choice for our UTK visit! Valet and receptionist were both very helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Great location, clean, and friendly staff
- 5/5
We had a relaxing, quiet stay at the Graduate. It was an easy check-in and check-out process.
- 5/5
This hotel was great. It was completely on point being on the UT campus. The student IDs and key cards were great. I now want to stay at all the Graduate hotels! Fun!
- 5/5
Staff was super kind and helpful :)
- 3/5
During our stay, the satellite tv service was not working properly throughout the hotel, and half the channels didn't work - especially bad was that the weather channel was down, and Knoxville was expecting a winter weather event. The Graduate is a great work opportunity for UTK students, but as a Hilton it doesn't meet their standard.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
I am not a huge fan of being essentially required to pay for the $40 valet service and then tipping on top of the cost. All in all a nice stay. The theme of the hotel is definitely a must see for Volunteer fans.
- 5/5
The Saloon is nice!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Stayed for a night to check out UTK. Hotel has perfect location. Pricey but well kept. A little dated but we love the TN & Vols touches! Would have given 5 stars if breakfast is included, especially with the hefty nightly price tag.
- 5/5
Perfect place for a stopover in Knoxville! Parking is inexplicably high.
- 5/5
We love staying here!
- 5/5
It’s one of the best decorated and unique properties I’ve ever stayed at in my travels.
- 5/5
Cluttered around the property
- 4/5
Great hotel. Good location. Customer service from young employees, including valet and check-in staff.
- 5/5
We will be back!
- 5/5
Easy to stay at while going to UT
- 5/5
We love staying here while we visit for the Tennessee games! Clean, close to the stadium, and a great atmosphere! GO VOLS.
- 2/5
The location is great and the theme decor is great, but cleanliness suffered on this stay.
- 5/5
Our stay was great!
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Nothing like the Graduate in Knoxville! It is a must stay!
- 4/5
the property is within walking distance of the stadium
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 3/5
At 12:30am we were abruptly awaken by the fire alarm in our room. A few minutes of chaos ensued as my husband stood with a pillow over the alarm so I could hear to make a phone call to the front desk. These alarms are shockingly loud with strobing lights. Not a great first night experience. We weren't sure what was happening. There was no fire in the hotel, it was only a malfunctioning alarm in our room. The cleaning service came in that next day to make up our bed and didn't refill the coffee station for the next morning. For $1,500 a night ($3.000 total) you'd think basic services would be provided. It was a football game weekend so we paid that price for the convenience of the location and had certain expectations for the weekend. We like The Graduate, however the experience this time was disappointing. Go Vols!
- 3/5
The bedroom lock did not work, which made my mother in law not feel safe! The bathroom latch broke! The valet was rude and difficult. For the price of 2 rooms for 3 nights was very expensive and not worth it! We will happily return to the hotels in Market Square.
- 5/5
If you need a close walking distance to the college to visit you child, this is the best place to stay!! Great places to eat all around and plenty to walk and see.
- 5/5
Great hotel and location for anyone visiting the university. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the lobby would have been nice, but the room are beautiful and the hotel is in great condition.
- 5/5
I loved how convenient it was to restaurants. Very clean. Everyone nice and helpful. Quiet. I loved the valet parking.
- 5/5
Clean staff was kind. Bartenders do better
- 4/5
We loved the looks of the building, the lobby and the rooms. The only problem we had is that the aircondtioner didn't work but they replaced it.
- 5/5
Comfy beds, excellent customer service, valet parking, great drinks, food was good!
- 4/5
Cute place to stay. Good location. Parking is expensive. Even more expensive during an event weekend. I wouldn’t stay again due to parking fees.
- 5/5
Only bad things i can say is they have instant coffee in the rooms and parking is limited so the logical thing is the 40 dollar valet......
- 5/5
Great coffee shop and great staff.
- 5/5
So cute
- 5/5
It was so cute! Will stay again
- 2/5
I am not a “hotel snob” but if I’m paying $300/night I expect the curtains to close and to have a basic coffee maker in my room. Got a suite for a one night stopover during a long road trip and the staff was super nice however the curtains did not even close (neither of the two windows in the suite, so the sun awakened us all at 0630. Perhaps worse yet, there was an electric tea kettle and coffee cups with creamer stir sticks and sugar but no coffee itself or hot tea at all. Just sloppy for a $300/night room.
