Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville Papermill Drive

This hotel does all the little things well: 2 hooks to hang your towels, reading lamps next to both sides of the bed, overhead lights where you expect them. And best of all, you can hang the bath towel right next to the shower so that you can just reach over and grab it, There are floating shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. I love it and want all hotels to be like this.

I enjoyed the breakfast, had great choices for a picky eater like myself. Everything was adequate for my stay. They provided everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

I really liked the pool and restaurant. There was a noise all night long on the second floor that kept us up that was like a beeping or kettle brewing sound. Not very fun :(

Hotel was in very good location. Room was very nice. We booked a double queen but when checked In there was an issue. They put us in a king bed with a roll a way bed ( was very comfortable surprisingly) and complementary breakfast ( which is normally $16 a person). The breakfast could be better for $16 which to me was more like a continental breakfast nothing special. But what they do need to work on is the staff for the breakfast. The lady working the breakfast was not friendly, didn’t look happy to be there and it showed as she spoke to guests. If you want to make sure guests know that you must pay for the breakfast and it’s not continental then as the hotel needs to set it up differently, to have a hostess stand and seat guests vs just open and guests wondering in and the waitress/ worker having to watch everyone. If it was not complimentary we would walked 2 buildings down and went to Waffle House for $16.

The property offered everything that we needed and although far from downtown it was close to the highway and access was easy. Ideally could be better located and night staff could be more competent.

Very clean and friendly staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only negative was our sun shade was stuck down and wouldn't go up. Blackout shade still worked though so not a big deal. TV mount was adjustable which was also great.

•the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work •the new air quality sensor is terrible, it gets triggered with any spray or aerosol that you may use. The staff did not make us aware of that and it kept beeping all night and when they reset it we had no electricity in the room. On top of everything two staff members were rude and short. They even implied that they couldn’t assist with anything since the reservation was done through a third party, in this case Expedia.

Amazing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn – Knoxville, Papermill Road! I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville on Papermill Road! I stayed in a King Deluxe room for my birthday, and my family joined me with two additional rooms. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was spectacular — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. I’m usually a tough critic, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I come back home to Knoxville! Highly recommend!

The window was broken in the room and just taped up. Had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast is nothing special but still costs $16 per person. Stayed at a competitor that had the same breakfast and it was included in the room cost. They had no contact solution in the market area even though they said they had everything you'd need. And yes it was game weekend but the price was ridiculous and not even close to worth it.

Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

Great location with restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Pleasant sleeping. What I didn’t like is the fitted sheet didn't stay on the mattress and it looked worn. At first I thought the bed had not been changed. Suggest more thorough housekeeping inspections.

The property was easy to find, the service desk was friendly and the room was spacious. We were tired when we arrived so we ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was great and our waiter was super friendly. The downside was when I sit on the commode the seat would shift to one side or the other. We informed the front desk and hopefully this issue will be resolved.

The room was clean. Only issue is you can hear traffic all night. Also, the door doesnt go all the way to the floor so the hallway light shines into the room had to put a towel under the door. The microwave in the room was broken as well

The room was clean and it was a little cold. The temperature should have been set up to 73. It was a cold days. The bathroom was clean with the right amounts of towels and face cloths. The shades needed instructions how to operate. Room services assistance was very helpful. The staff was very courteous, kind and professional.

After staying 2 nights in another hotel in Ky., this Hilton Hotel was beyond wonderful. We were given a disabled room, as requested. It was spacious and the bed so very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only thing that would have been better was if there was a hot tub.

It was an overnight stay on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel lobby was beautiful and lounge and restaurant were good too. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as well

The hotel was clean and provided easy access to the interstate-40. There is a restaurant, Aubery's Papermill, right behind the hotel and a Waffle house within a very short walk.

The selection was very limited and before we could sit down the slapped a $36 bill on the table. I had to get up and go over to the front desk to verify that we had purchased the breakfast. The price and poor selection was a definite turn off. You get the same breakfast at any hotel for free. No more Hilton for us.

The property was very nice and clean. Great customer service! I forgot my fan from home and front desk brought me a sound machine to the room. We came back from concert late and parking was hard to find, only 2 spaces left.

The rooms are clean and well kept. I like that the bed linens are soft and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a great assortment of delicious foods.

There was an issue with the hotel canceling my reservation in the beginning however they made up for it and also provided me with Ed discount and three breakfast. Our room was nice. The bathroom had a little leaking problem so there was water all over the floor but other than that, it was a good experience for one night.

It was convenient to where i was going and close to the interstate. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

New hotel very close of all the areas of Knoxville. It is a little bit noisy because it is close of the interstate. Swimming pool is great and the kids enjoyed it.

This was an overnight stay en route to relocate near family. Our first experience with a Hilton Garden Inn. We were impressed. Fresh and clean design with spacious room with a wonderful shower, clean and functional room. Onsite bar and restaurant with nice diner menu, drinks and a tasty breakfast. This could be our first choice going forward!

The doors didn’t do a great job of keeping our hallway noise.

we came down with covid and Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville Papermill Drive would do nothing to work with us on a refund. They offered us a different entrance so we could stay away from other guests. I know I wouldn't want covid infected people in the same hotel as me but to Hilton it's all about the almighty dollar.

Very nice hotel. Only drawback was we came for the UT-UGA game so all the prices were marked-up. I'm sure that is a common practice for such an event.
