Great breakfast nice rooms front desk excellent

Booked last minute and late night. The manager at front desk was very welcoming and had all prepared as we arrived. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Big room (King) and good location for either downtown Knoxville or West Knoxville. Recommend!!

The room was relatively clean and everything appeared to be maintained well.

Quiet and comfortable room. Easy access from the interstate but without the crowds and noise. Close to restaurants, grocery, shopping. Breakfast is always a nice touch although it was nothing amazing. Will stay again.

It was a typical Holiday Inn Express, nothing special.

The hotel is clean and the breafast buffet is better than most. We would stay there again but not have our room facing the freeway as you can hear cars all night long. Location was perfect for us to see our daughter at the University of Tennessee campus which is 4.5 miles away and easy drive.

We live with I40 in front 9f our house, so the minor road noise was soothing for us. Honestly, not a single thing waa against our expectations. There were a few things that could use some attention such as rusting light fixtures in the bathroom and paint touch up. But nothing that would cause me t9 be unhappy.

We didn’t get it. My husband had surgery scheduled. Trying to book was a nightmare. When we got there we found out that we didn’t have a reservation. But, they had a room. I could never get warm water. Didn’t have time to do anything about it.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and they provide you with both feather and full pillows. I hate feather pillows and greatly appreciated not having to call down to ask for a pillow. They even made cute flower petals with the paper products. The shower and the counter had DOVE products. The hotel is on a busy road. My room was on the parking lot side, so I had no issues with noise, but I imagine it might be noisy on the road side. The hotel is in a great location with lots of food options nearby. Overall, this was a great stay. The

The room was spotless. They had great food to choose from in the little pantry at check out. The breakfast had a lot to choose from. I loved that they had made little roses out of the toilet paper.

The hotel staff were courteous and suggested a few local restaurants for us to go to as soon as we arrived in the evening. Our room was clean and perfect for a good night's rest.The hotel lobby was decorated nicely for the holiday and the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend for an overnight or extended stay!

The room was clean & comfortable. Although the bathroom area definitely needs some repairs. The shower tile was needing a good cleaning, the soap holders in the shower were loose, the paint on the walls were bubbly/rippled due to moisture, the shower rod was very cheap/flexible, bending

Traveling through Knoxville and came in around 8:30-9:00. During check-in staff were unpleasant with no personality. Bordered on rude. Lobby area was clean and pleasant. Got to our room which was clean but had had terrible odor. We were afraid of what was left over but to tired from the days travels to care. Sheets were clean so we slept. Wouldn’t recommend room 322

Great place to stay with great parking for vehicles and trailers

Great place to stay, near Knoxville and the University of Tennessee to move your kid into school. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus, the breakfast was excellent, and the place was clean. The only problem was that, many others had the same idea and stayed here, but their parking lot was full.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. Fresh and hot food with a great selection. Coolest part was their pancake machine. And definitely try the orange infused water. It was a great experience and we will stay again.

The staff was kind and friendly, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable — exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Our only complaint was the noise. The property is on a frontage road immediately parallel to the interstate. Rooms facing the interstate have a lot of road noise. Rooms facing the back of the property are much quieter. Noise dampening curtains would go a long way.

Great place to stay – friendly staff

The clerk at check-in was very friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. There was biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash, brown potatoes, and a bunch of cold stuff. I travel to a lot of places and most of them don’t have breakfast this good.

Only complaint i had was that the pool was advertised as heated but was awfully cold. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean. Close to the hospital like i was looking for.

We stayed on the fourth floor- there is some interstate noise staying on the front side on the fourth floor. The first floor didn't have that noise. I suggest if one is staying on an upper floor to get a room on the back side of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. We liked Claire who helped us with check-in. .

Staff was great but the hotel is right next to the interstate so very noisy when you have a room facing the interstate. Food was fine but some of the machines were not in use. Room was somewhat updated but had loose fixtures and peeling wallpaper.

Hotel was very nice. Comfy beds, very helpful staff. Breakfast was decent. There was not a ton to do in the area but not terribly far from stuff to do. I was not a fan of the price gouging that happened during the weekend I was there for a concert.

We had a great experience. The beds were so comfy and the room was very clean. Bathroom was roomy and nice shower. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk!

Check in was quick and easy. The fire escape door to the back parking was locked and we couldn’t get out from the inside. The room smelled the carpet was full of mildew.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included and if you are a member you get water and Rice Krispie treats at check in. Bring earplugs in case your room is on the highway side - those Jake Brakes are loud! Short walk to Waffle House for delicious breakfast alternative.

My original room had been smoked in, smell awfully of room spray and stale smoke - the front desk was apologetic and quickly moved us to another room. Their service was great. The room itself is a little tired - comfy bed but the auxiliary furniture is beat up and the sofa in the room was horrible. Additionally the windows need to be replaced - my room faced the road and was very noisy. I was sure the window was open and went to close it but it was closed an latched but just in need of a new seal. Breakfast was good. Staff was lovely.

The bed was not sturdy. The coffee pot had black stuff where you put your water. With the air set on A low setting it was still hot and sticky muggy feeling.

We needed a last minute place to sleep on our way to our vacation destination. This was a perfect place. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and close to the highway.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff at check in was pleasant and efficient. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was good - the usual fare with eggs bacon biscuits and gravy and pastries. Property was well maintained. Only down side was the A/C in the room was extremely loud and had a hard time cooling the room below 73. So if you like a cool quiet room you might be disappointed

This is a very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast is good and served hot. Only thing wish the towels were a bit more soft, but besides that this is an excellent hotel.

Initial room had automatic door lock that would sometimes engage when the door was open which not allow the door to shut. Also had a small fridge that made a constant and loud hissing noise. They were quick to put me in a new room.

The shower handle was broken. The hotel staff allowed me to use another room to take showers, obviously inconvenient

Great area

I was in my room relaxing and some random lady walked into my room with a key. Somehow the front desk forgot I had just checked into my room and gave the room to someone else. When I complained I was told management would reach out to me and they never did. Later in the evening, I was going back to my room, and the keys didn't work. I had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. My first thought was someone else got the room yet again. Thankfully that didn't happen. Again I complained to the front desk and have yet to hear from management.

Kids enjoyed the pool, water was a little too chilly for me. Breakfast was good. Stay was quiet. Staff friendly. Shower could have been cleaned better as there was hair on the hanging shampoo bottles in the shower, but overall, I would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing that I could say is there was some interstate noise, but that was to be expected since we were right by the interstate. It was not distracting when trying to sleep.

Great hotel right off I75-South, Staff was very friendly, Hotel is very clean, Dove product for Shampoo and body wash,, nice light breakfast is part of the package. The only bad thing to say is you can hear the I75 traffic very clearly. Road noise is loud.

Our flight was canceled due to a snow storm. We were able to get to this hotel safely and the crew was awesome!! They never stopped smiling and were super personable! We decided to stay another night to give them time to clear the roads. Will absolutely stay here anytime we need a hotel in the Knoxville area!!!

Everything about his hotel was great EXCEPT the CARPET IS FILTHY AND NEEDS REPLACED! Everything else was very clean. There was crusty crap between the night stand and bed. The carpet just needs to go. And the room number sign had fallen off.

We had a long drive & late check in. There was individuals smoking dope in front of the facility that evening. The outdoor trashcans were so full that they were leaking fluid into the parking lots and across the sidewalks. The young lady at the front desk yawned in my face at check in. It was clean in our room and clean at breakfast, but over all just a CREEPY feel.

Ask for an odd numbered room! Even numbered rooms are right next to the interstate. The traffic is SO LOUD!
