Great location and friendly enough front staff. The toilet was disgusting
- 4/5
Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross

Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees! Wallpaper falling off walls (Room312 and hallways), toilet was broke and I had to take the internal parts apart to fix it. My daughter lost her key and asked the older gentleman to make new ones and he initially said he would just make another one. I asked to get two new ones because I didn't want someone to find the lost one and get into our daughters room and he told me that made no sense. Argued with me until I had enough. Left $20 on the bed for the cleaning service and they never came. Rooms are gross and very disappointed. I seek out Hilton hotels intentionally and not sure if it is because it is a Hilton garden, but was not the standard I am use to. If I were the owner, I would send someone in to secret shop this place with different issues and see how they are treated.

Also…..we tried to cancel our reservation and get a refund due to a death in our family and the celebration of life was the weekend of 10/31-11/2. Was told by Expedia they could not reach a manager after several attempts. Therefore, we were unable to cancel and get a refund. The hotel said they don’t have managers on property during the weekend and the managers hours are not consistent. Front desk person said Expedia was lying about them not being able to reach a manager. So, because this hotel is so poorly managed I missed 2 of the 3 days of my sister celebration of life, got zero compensation/refund, zero sleep, etc. Worst hotel ever!
- 5/5
Convenient and friendly Breakfast buffet was not appealing
- 4/5
Property grounds were very neat. The neighboring property not so great.
- 5/5
👍👍
- 5/5
Probably the nicest staff that I’ve ever encountered at a hotel
- 4/5
My room had dropped cookies or crackers on the floor and the bathroom- specially the tub and toilet were not clean.
- 5/5
Bed was great.
- 5/5
Front staff went out of their way to be kind, professional and welcoming.
- 5/5
Room was large and spacious lots of choices for breakfast great location will stay again !
- 5/5
Bed was super uncomfortable. Doesn't seem like an old bed just a cheap bed. We could feel the springs
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay, staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the immediate area.
- 5/5
It was pretty great. I especially liked the terrace/smoking lounge on tge 2nd floor.
- 4/5
Close to college, comfortable accommodations.
- 5/5
It was a crazy graduation weekend, and the lady at the front desk still tried to get me in early. Really appreciated her giving me a call.
- 4/5
Only things I would say needed attention was the water pooling on the first floor staircase and the pool had quite a few dead bugs in it for it being an indoor pool.
- 5/5
Very satisfied with our stay but was only an overnight stay! Staff was pleasant and accommodating!
- 3/5
Everything was very mediocre although it was clean and quiet and the staff members we encountered were pleasant. With so many alternative hotels close by we would probably not stay at the Hilton Garden again.

Very nice hotel! Staff were nice and it is very clean!
- 3/5
This hotel was your usual run of the mill medium priced hotel. breakfast not included. although you can pay 10 dollars for the usual hotel options. Cracker Barrel and Maple Street Bisquit are right around the corner. If you like a comfortable bed, this is not your place. Out of 23 people staying in our group, 20 said the beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard.
- 5/5
I like this hotel as we use it often when in town for family visits
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
Did not like the shampoo/conditioner brand provided but not everything is for everybody. I was retreating from a house with a broken furnace on a cold weekend and the thermostat in my room would not go above 71. Another couple of degrees would have made things a bit more pleasant under the circumstances. Otherwise I liked everything else very much.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Location to downtown. The beds are old.
- 5/5
The evening staff was very kind.

Another great stay at this location. Have stayed here many times and always happy. Feels like home. As we checked in Friday, December 22, afternoon the young lady at front desk, Chanelle greeted us with a smile on her face. She really made us feel welcome and started our stay on the perfect note. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Will always stay here when visiting the Knoxville area.
- 2/5
Staff very rude. After reporting to desk and maid no towels or shampoo still could not get room serviced.
- 3/5
I like the quiet of the hotel. The large issue I have was that I picked this hotel out of all the others because it had a bar/restaurant listed..LOL!! We went to the restaurant to eat one night and the lady told me all she was doing were fries, wings and chicken fingers.. that's what y'all call a restaurant?!? So we had to get in the car ( which we were not palnning to do) to find something to eat. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast
- 5/5
We will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville. The staff were superb! Different varieties of restaurants around, beside and behind the hotel not to mention the ones inside. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
The staff was outstanding
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

. My wife and I had to use one hand towel to dry off before going to my Aunt's funeral.
- 2/5
The toilet did not work and I was told they did not have anyone in maintenance at all overnight. I had to pack up all my things at 12:30am to be moved to another room with a working toilet... I had to be up and out by 7am. Not the manager on duties fault at all, she was super nice, but spending $200 with all taxes and fees for a room with a broken toilet and having to do all that in the middle of the night is not ok.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and Comfortable

Very friendly and quick check in service. The hotel itself is dated and could use a refresh.
- 5/5
The gentleman who checked us in was personable and helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing service. Accommodating. Loved it here.
- 5/5
Great staff, super friendly. Good location. Will definitely keep this hotel and location in mind for another trip to Knoxville.
- 3/5
Was more expensive than most Hilton hotels and they did not have the complementary breakfast. I was disappointed with the high cost.
- 5/5
SO very clean and the staff was the best I've ever had at the front desk.
- 5/5
Very nice place!
- 5/5
It was very nice and stylish.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Everyone went out of their way to make us happy. The breakfast was great and the server was very, very good. Always smiling and wanting to please
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the breakfast yesterday. Nobody to cook eggs, therefore we just had a cereal and coffee.
- 5/5
Had an absolute great stay… no complaints at all. Will return again
- 5/5
Everything was very clean.
- 3/5
Not a terrible hotel, but not what I am accustom too. A little over priced.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really large and exceptionally clean.
- 4/5
The King sized bed was a bit on the firm side (back was a bit achy the next morning). Facial bar of soap in a box actually had hair on it, although it looked like it had not been used. Ant on table (next to window) in dinning room as I was placing my order.
- 5/5
Very pleasant! Three restaurants a very short walk away.
- 1/5
The male who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional. He was extremely unhelpful and delayed our check-in time by 1 hour. This is the second and LAST time I will stay at this location. Both stays were difficult due to the front desk staff. I would not recommend this location.
- 2/5
The bed was not comfortable. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned or restocked. Breakfast was not worth $10 per person. Staff was friendly but will not stay there again.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Room was large. Had a junior suite. But the whole hotel has a musty smell to it. And I was disappointed upon arrival that check in time had been changed. Also breakfast is not included.
- 5/5
- 3/5
Is joyful even though the room service wasn’t be one
- 3/5
For the price, things could’ve been better. Noticed ants on the bathroom floor. Sheets kept popping off the mattress. Overall stay was decent.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Close to food options. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Every one was helpful and ptoffesional
- 5/5
Very nice property. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Made to order breakfast was good as well. Front desk staff, especially Sharen, made check in and out a breeze. Such a wonderful personality! We will be returning to stay again.
- 4/5
Overall it was a nice stay. The bathroom was alittle messy , had hair all over the place.
- 5/5
They paid attention to my note about a late check in and they paid attention to me having a child and put us next to the pool! Best customer service so far at any hotel I have ever stayed at!
- 4/5
Perfectly fine place to stop on the way back from Florida.
- 4/5
You need to have better TV and have a listing in the room do not hunting for station
- 5/5
I really appreciated the reasonable rate for our overnight stay.
- 5/5
Excellent staff! Everything was very clean. The Hotel was perfect for the time we stayed. The room we stayed in had a king bed and the room was very spacious. The king bed was clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Close restaurants and the prime was over the top and walkng distance.hotel clerk was beyond helpful.a great place to stay. Staying only at hilton gardens from now on. I am in one now in arkansas,
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and the hotel was impecable and very cozzy
- 2/5
Bathroom was not clean. The shower and walls had clumps of hair of several different colors. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. And the lighting in the room was very poor.
- 5/5
Clean modern room. Has large dining area for breakfast. Overall very nice property close to I-75.
- 5/5
Travel weekly, by far one of the nicer hotels ive stayed at. Restaurants are within walking distance and all hotel emenities are open
- 5/5
I travel frequently for work and spend 100+ nights a year in hotels. I booked this hotel using my Hotels.com free nights rewards while traveling for my Sons football tournament. I couldn’t have been more happy! The staff was incredible. The girl at check in was super nice. We accidentally broke the window shade when we first got to our room (our fault). Maintenance showed up and had it repaired before we even had all our luggage in the room! They were also very friendly. All the staff members even made it a point to talk to my son and tell him good luck. The hotel restaurant had very good food and the prices were great, especially compared to other hotels. The server and cook were both awesome. The room, pool, hot tub were all super clean. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend.
- 3/5
Just glad the staff shut them down at 10:30 on the second night.
- 4/5
The hotel was ok. Check in was ok, staff was courteous. The microwave and refrigerator didn't work. It was convenient, but lacked the complimentary items of other Hilton Garden Inns.
- 5/5
Staff was very welcoming. They seemed genuinely concerned with your comfort.
- 5/5
hvac went out but they brought us a fan and then i got it back working.. love the place
- 3/5
Bed was one of the worst I can remember. No hot breakfast on Sunday because of Covid. Our breakfast was a packaged pastry, Orange and bottle of water, blah. Room was clean but for a Hilton I was not impressed.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Friendly service and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Great and friendly staff! Very clean. Beds are a little hard but everything else makes up for it. Night staff was the best!!
- 5/5
Best night sleep we had on our very long road trip
- 4/5
Front Desk manager, I believe her name is Erica was excellent. We had some car trouble and she allowed us to extend our check out so we could get repairs done to our car. Thank you for such great staff!
- 5/5
Because of COVID all amenities were closed. Other than that the staff were friendly and my room was very nice and clean!
- 5/5
Friendliness and helplessness of staff/management as well as obvious efforts made for cleanliness.
- 4/5
Took an hour and 10 min to jave pizza made from their kitchen
- 5/5
Everything great, friendly staff, nice amenities and clean facilities
- 4/5
Nice, convenient hotel
- 3/5
- no drawers for storage - the lobby constantly reeked of ammonia and other cleaning solutions. I had a headache anytime we were inside. Plus, that stuff is TOXIC!
- 5/5
Great experience, staff was very efficient and friendly, room was very clean and neat!
- 5/5
Staff, restaurant and bar. Everything I needed! Friendly and great location.
- 1/5
Initially I was placed with 223 which was right in front of a public balcony in which anyone can see right into your room. So I asked to be moved and I was placed in 330 with the sacrifice of my king bed for two queens. The room was ok but the bed and pillows were absolutely back and neck breaking. Absolutely no comfort at all. I slept almost zero. At 3AM I was nearly given a heart attack by a dump truck that emptied their gigantic dumpster. Overall it was unpleasant and I feel I overpaid for the hotel room.

..........................................................................
- 5/5
Great hotel, quick check in and room was big and clean.
- 2/5
The lobby was inviting and location was fine but upon checking in we arrived an hour early as did the 5 people in front of us for a concert in town. All 5 people were able to get checked into their room early and when it was our turn the lady said, you booked through a third party so your room isn’t ready even though we are with Hilton Honors this did not matter. We waited patiently for our room and we were put into the handicap room that smelled horrible and felt like a hospital room. The shower was disgusting and there was a huge drain right in the middle of the bathroom floor. The bed was hard and the bedding may of been from a hospital.
- 5/5
Very clean and updated, friendly staff easy access from interstate
- 5/5
I was amazed at the customer service at this hotel in Knoxville. I was feeling very uncomfortable and Unsafe with the person I was . The hotel made accommodations to ensure my safety. They definitely went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I decided to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn on my next destination (Smyrna, Ga). I will never stay at another hotel as long as Hilton is available. Thank you!
- 2/5
I was very disappointed that the property did not have Select Comfort beds as described in the Expedia description of the property which indicates "All 118 individually furnished rooms provide free WiFi, free wired Internet, and Select Comfort beds." The property manager said they removed their Select Comfort beds 5 years ago. That was the sole reason I selected this property based on Expedia's incorrect description.
- 5/5
Room was clean comfortable and up to date. I left something valuable and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and make sure it was returned to me! Will stay again in the future.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, room was not what I expected, room service was great
- 4/5
My stay was just a stopover between other locations, but the comfort and convenience more than fit the bill. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel and staff were very friendly! Beds were soooo comfy!
- 5/5
The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating
