Nice hotel that is close to both Knoxville and Sevierville. Room was nice and the bed comfortable. Nice little indoor pool and great breakfast in the morning.

The hallway are extremely hot, the tv/ internet was horrible and barely stayed connected making watching TV nearly impossible. The bathroom was extremely tight and small. The night table lamp kept flickering.

The coffee was good I was over charged. Told I couldn’t have a copy of my receipt so I had to take a picture. Got locked INSIDE my room, my sister had to pull the door open from the outside to get me out. Was told there were no maintenance people on for the weekend. Staff at front desk were not very nice. One staffer told another that I had checked out on my first night and I didn’t. So my room was locked.

Not a pleasant stay. We are not able to sleep

Room was older, smelled clean when opened the door but once entering there were lashes left in the floor and stains on the chair and air conditioning was not cool at all

Went to check in late because of graduation events. They gave my room to someone else. Obviously a huge inconvenience for the weekend. Clerk said they had no record of my reservation instead of being honest. Stayed there numerous times over the years. Hotel should have contacted me that day or before to advise late check in could be a problem. Will not stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet. Could have used more than 1 coffee pod per person but outside of that a great stay.
- 3/5
The check-in lady was rude and initially told me my credit card was declinced at the time of my reservation, which was made 5 months prior. That was absolutely NOT factual. She wanted to charge my card again. I asked her to double check. She reluctantly agreed and then said "you're right. It wasn't declined". No apology or kind words. Very unprofesional and discourteous.
- 4/5
Great hotel for the price.

I would not recommend this property location. We found a roach in our room and one of the beds was full of crumbs. We called the front desk to complain. They brought us clean sheets for us to replace. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he can do. La Quinta lost a customer permanently. If this is how they clean rooms, I cannot imagine their kitchen used to serve the continental breakfast. Very disappointing experience considering all we wanted was a clean room for a night.

The entire reason for my booking was to let my 9 year old daughter have a swim / sleepover with a couple of her friends. The pool was clean, so was the rest of the facility. Upon arrival to our room it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we turned on the air and changed and took them down to swim. After several hours with no improvement, several calls down to the desk, and several troubleshooting tips on the air conditioner they finally moved us to a room with a working air conditioner. And of course they did not have another suite available to move us into so the girls were upset because they had already planned out the sleeping arrangements ect… It just sucks that the girls had to be miserable the first several hours of our stay. After we were put in a room with a working air conditioner everything went well.

We were on the third floor and the wi-fi was awful. TV didn’t work. Hotel is just getting old and it’s showing its age.

Room was clean and pretty good breakfast. There was a dog barking and our room was near the rear exit door that did not close well and was often propped open by residents. We did not feel same. Lobby furniture was ducktaped

Convenient, clean and about 15 min from downtown. Good location we would stay here again.

Roaches, no lamps, dirty linens, dirty environment, elevator was scary. One person working desk, breakfast, all things lobby and feeling stressed didn’t make for a welcoming environment (not their fault). For the money we spent it was very upsetting for the whole stay!!!
- 4/5
The breakfast was great! But the pool was too cold for the kids to enjoy. There was a Mexican restaurant and a KFC within walking distance. Self parking. Cleaning staff was and able to quickly accommodate my request.

Good clean stay for a last minute trip where everything near downtown Knoxville was sold out. Easy access to the freeway and just 15 minutes downtown.
- 5/5
Excellent staff

Rooms could have been cleaner, staff was friendly

Parking was easy and plentiful. Nice area for the dogs outside. Room was clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and committed to helping. WiFi worked well!
- 2/5
Fecal matter on toilet seat, Floor was sticky, pillow and mattress were absolutely horrible. not a safe feeling hotel. Look elsewhere.
- 3/5
Needs a facelift.
- 5/5
Excellent accommodations and friendly staff. Good breakfast and clean rooms
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed kinda run down and the pool heater was broken the same as when we stayed here a year ago.
- 4/5
Check in staff not overly friendly and did not provide any wi-fi information.
- 3/5
The pool was closed most of the time we were there and Christmas Day had a limited breakfast and did not even have any Cream Cheese for the bagels. There was also no variety in the hot foods as they were the same every other day except the day they hardly had anything. Would be nicer if they had other fruit options and some yogurt.
- 5/5
Friendly, prompt service

Very clean and comf
- 5/5
Everything was great from the front desk personnel to housekeeping. My room was spotless and very comfortable.

Just okay. Staff was nothing special
- 1/5
Grease on headboard. Unclean carpet. There were three questionable ladies sitting outside on the bench near entrance.
- 4/5
This is an old but clean and comfortable place to stay! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice staff but older building. Could use some upgrades.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a bust.
- 1/5
Had to change room as the first one had atleast 6 brown marmorated stink bugs crawling/flying in the room.
- 4/5
Parking was a bit difficult with a u-haul, but the staff was awesome in assisting to make sure I was accommodated well.
- 5/5
Clean place, decent facilities, breakfast wasn't bad.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, free breakfast offered more than I expected, great water pressure in the shower. Rooms were a little dated decor-wise but clean, and the other things I mentioned made up for that.
- 4/5
room was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Breakfast was great lots of variety
- 3/5
Room had a musty smell, staff was excellant, breakfast was fabulous, air conditioner didn't work very well.
- 3/5
The room was perfect - the only issue we had is that you put us in a room that was ajoined with another room that had dogs it it and the other dog barked and made our dogs bark back. Having a buffer room between dog rooms would provide a much more enjoyable stay for both rooms.
- 4/5
Room was fine but had a smell of old cigarettes or ashtray.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was attentive to our needs. Quiet for sure

I really like the design of the room and bathroom.
- 4/5
A good stay in general but the upholstered chair & hassock in the room were visibly dirty and stained. I did not care to sit on them. The desk staff people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast average.
- 4/5
We were traveling to the Smokies, stayed on the way. Used Expedia to book in advance, the description of the property was great, nice room, good breakfast, easy checkout.
- 5/5
Desk. Clerk was very personal and friendly welcoming. Room very clean, hotel smells fresh . The room could have better lighting. Breakfast was good with eggs, yogurt
- 2/5
The area felt very sketchy. I wouldn’t have felt safe had I been by myself. Check-in person not really friendly the morning person was better. Breakfast was good
- 2/5
I found bed bugs in my bed less than an hour after I arrived. It made the rest of the stay very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Close to the highway for our trip next day. Comfortable clean rooms.
- 1/5
Disgusting!!
- 3/5
No frills, old hotel. Nothing bothered me except how hot and sticky humid the room was. The humidity never seemed to get much better, even with air conditioning. But it was fine, it was safe, everything worked and the service was good.
- 5/5
Surprised it was this good. Keep in my mind my high rating is for a hotel in this class which I’ll term mid level budget and pet friendly hotel. Expedia got me a great rate. $25 fee for pet, max two so it’s $50 and yes they will ask you at check out. My room was very clean. Great shower tub combo with full bottles of Dove products. My bed was a little lumpy but still comfortable. Cracker Barrel across the road. Lots of fast food and gas walking distance. Highly recommend for the highway travelers

Full size shampoo/conditioner, body wash was nice. Coffee was good, rest of breakfast ok. Missed oatmeal. Disappointed that pool was out of order & sundeck closed. Ice machine on our floor also out of order. Great bbq place walking distance. Be good place to stay, just have to check amenities not out of order during your stay.
- 3/5
One reason booked hotel was for pool. It wasn't open the whole time we stayed. Had problems with tv and wifi

Well, I’m here to tell you that my wife and I have decided to bypass any La Quinta Hotels in the future, even though we travel with two pets. At this point I would rather stay at a SUPER 8 because they at least seem to want our business. AND SUPER 8 IS THE WORST!! I went out late at night to walk my dog and the parking lot could not have had more than 10-12 cars parked for the night. Your 3 story hotel could not find us a corner room, eh? Just thought you would want to know, I guess I’ll find out. Thanks for the time. PS: My wife is currently deciding the words she is going to use WHEN SHE TWEETS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. Social media must be good for something.
- 2/5
Loud and untasteful language, especially if you want famlies using this hotel. The pool wasn't available for the time we were there. Was told the filter needed changing. The pool was very cloudy. Hotel needs updating. Very old and well used furniture. Couch was stained and air conditioner was not putring out cold air even when adjusted to 60!
- 2/5
Rooms are looking pretty rough. This particular La Quinta is dingy. Needs an update and a good paint and plaster master. Made us fearful of getting bed bugs. Not the usual quality of Wyndham hotels.
- 4/5
Clean hotel, nice staff and pool, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Quick one night stay, very comfortable and quiet.
- 1/5
Outlet didn’t work Hole in wall
- 3/5
Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was a smoke free hotel but pets are allowed. They should have an option for rooms that remain smoke free and pet free for those with allergies. Our room had clearly been smoked in. When that occurs they need to professionally clean it to remove any of the lasting odors. People who violate this policy should be charged a hefty price for cleaning.
- 5/5
Nice room.Very helpful front desk staff.
- 5/5
We were staying in a pet friendly room bringing our cats. We ran into an issue and they were able to work around it and accommodate our need. Our conference is returning to the area next year and will definitely plan on staying here next time
- 4/5
Decent place to stay. We just stayed the one night.

Booked it over another because it had a fitness center, and it was out of service. Not a bad hotel, not a great. Priced okay

Room was clean but chair, coffee pot, and toilet were broken. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Location was ok.. room was nice, and spacious. Breakfast was good. Only concern was hearing noises throughout the night that kept waking me up.
- 3/5
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Facility needs some TLC.
- 2/5
Surprised that a La Quinta property would be in such horrible shape. Exterior looks great -interior—wow-dismal. The staff was great. Sorry to say…very very disappointed in the condition.
- 5/5
The people were very helpful and breakfast was delicious
- 3/5
Chair in room was stained and looked very dirty. Carpet was dirty.
- 5/5
My sister stayed there on her way down to see us in AL. She loved the room and king sized bed, and had a delicious breakfast before leaving this morning, thank you!
- 5/5
a little disappointed to find out that there wasn't any breakfast.
- 4/5
Great place to stay nice staff and very close to entertainment.
- 4/5
Room was clean enough, we checked in late so we slept through breakfast. Would stay again.

Property n stay was okay , don’t expect anything wow there

I enjoyed my stay

There were loud noises early Sunday morning, 12/15. Was going on for around 10-15 minutes. The floors in our room were not very clean. Otherwise we really liked the property. We are spending Christmas with y’all too. So the hotel was great to book again.
- 4/5
The janitorial staff starts about 7AM and are louder than can be. No care for guests who could have gotten in late. Was woken up by janitorial staff both mornings we stayed. Other than that, front desk was amazing and very friendly. Parking lot is small so if you're in a large vehicle be aware of your surroundings. Also definitely some of the hottest water at a hotel I've encountered so be careful not to burn yourself.
- 5/5
The dining room was kind of dirty and the food was cold and not replenished on Wednesday and Thursday. The lady that worked in these days fed a dog with her bare hands and sat in a chair in the actual kitchen most of the time. Tables were dirty. Now the other lady with glasses did an awesome job.
- 5/5
Jessie was an excellent staff member. Very courteous and helpful. Also thanks to the dining lady. Food was hot and delicious.
- 4/5
Pretty clean hotel BUT obviously years old and outdated, just look at the signs in the lobby, room, pool, you can see the years of service it gave to lots of people, but they do keep it clean and somewhat well maintained. For a pet friendly hotel, I couldn’t smell the nasty pet smell, so good job to the cleaning crew! Nice and friendly frond desk staff!
- 3/5
It was an average hotel.
- 5/5
We had a great 2 night stay. We were pleased with how clean the room was. The front desk staff was very friendly also.
- 2/5
Waffle iron did not work, VERY limited options at breakfast, no butter, we were on the second floor but had to push the up button to call for the elevator, could hear barking from other guests dogs, the office chair in the room titled back to the point you would fall backwards, no bottled water for the coffee maker.
- 3/5
Bed was fair, pillows were poor quality, personnel behind desk at checkout was not dressed professionally, sitting around in his hoodie playing on his phone. The are is noisy, will pick another motel if we return to Knoxville.
- 4/5
A comfortable stay, as expected.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great place to stay , very clean and convenient.
- 5/5
We liked the location. Close to Neyland stadium and to the Smokies. Great staff and good breakfast every morning.
- 4/5
Other than that everything else was ok. Good location.
- 5/5
Great location for a football trip to Knoxville. Reasonable price and 15-20 minutes from Market Square downtown. Hotel is kept up very well and staff is helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
My wife and I do not like hard mattresses and what we loved about our stay here was how soft they were. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms and hotel overall was very clean. It's also very convenient and easy to get to Knoxville. We were there for the game at UT and as many times as we've stayed around Knoxville this was by far the easiest to get back and forth too. It's situated away from the normal traffic flow which was perfect.
- 5/5
TV wasn't working in first room so had to move to another. The guy at the desk was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.
- 4/5
Visiting our son at UT. This proved to be about 17 minutes from campus and they didn’t rip us off on the rate like the other hotels in Knoxville. Would stay here again. Nothing fancy just a good clean room.
- 5/5
Property was clean and staff great

Roaches on TV, desk and dresser unit.

The water was really hot, that was by far the best part of the stay.

We stayed at this location when attending a concert at Neyland Stadium. It was about 20 min. from downtown with traffic. It was clean and saved a good purpose for what we were looking for.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Bed and pillows were terrible. Air conditioner barely worked and the floor was sticky
- 4/5
Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and floors were quiet. The only negative I have is that the cleaning staff doesn't clean the walls. There was a lot of nasal mucus (aka boogers) in the bathroom and above the bed in my room.
- 5/5
It was very quiet, clean and the room was comfortable. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again
- 4/5
The housekeeping and janitorial staff kept the place quite clean and the were also pleasant to meet. Parking was very easy for me. There were a few trucks parked on the side road as the hotel does have a truck maintenance facility on one side. Unfortunately, my window faced that facility. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again.
- 5/5
It is a well kept property with friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
Beds were terrible, old, worn, and saggy.
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing - very cleans and quiet!
- 3/5
You can see that efforts have been made to update the facility which is good. However, it’s still somewhat run down and the elevators smell like mold/mildew. There is only one ice maker for the entire hotel and it was empty. The ladies at the hotel were very nice.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Staff excellent treated my family very well and definitely will be returning for our next family vacation
- 4/5
Very good room with nice people. Breakfast was good and check in and out was easy. Would stay here again if in the area.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly. The entire facility was clean and neat and up to date. The pool was fun for the kiddos. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the food well stocked and was super friendly!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean. The mirror is dimly lighted, which makes it hard to put make-up on. Parking is cramped. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Overall for the price it was good. The staff was excellent. Right off of I40 and not far from Pigeon Forge Tn. There are a few food places and gas stations there. I will be staying here again in September.
